  • The Study on the constitutional composition of the formative factor for cognition and thought process in the cognition of man in the Yin Yang twenty-five type man of the Young Chu makes up the deficiency of economic-social factor begining with the influence of environment. The constitutional composition of the formative factor for cognition and thought process in the cognition of man the Yin Yang twenty-five type man of the Young Chu are interpretated the Yin type man -preponderance characteristic. 랜드마크의 영향력 범위와 인지요인과의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship between Influential Range and Cognition Factor of Landmark)

  • This study investigated the influential range of landmarks and the relationship between landmarks and cognition factor so as to offer basic data to be used for the effective use and the management of landmarks. In this study, eighteen famous landmark in Seoul were selected and analyzed. The result of this study can be summarized as follows : 1) First, eighteen determining elements of cognition factors were selected via documents survey. Second, general cognition factors of landmarks were analysed using these elements through questionnaires to specialists. As a result of factor analysis, historic cultural factor, scale factor, visual form factor, locational factor and uniqueness factor were revealed. 2) According to revealed cognition factor, eighteen landmarks are categorized into four types using MDS method via questionnaire to resident in Seoul city. These four types of landmarks are: type I that are recognized by historic cultural factor; type II that are recognized by scale factor; type III that are recognized by uniqueness factor; and type IV that are recognized by visual form factor. 3) As the result of regression, the influential range of landmarks were revealed at about a 10km radius(type I : 12km type II : whole area of Seoul city≒15km, typeIII : 8.7km, typeIV : 8.5km). 4) As a result of analysing the correlation between the influential range and the cognition factor through multiple linear regression analysis, the locational factor is the main factor affecting the influential range of landmarks in every type. The uniqueness factor comes next, which affects influential range partially. 5) Except type 1, as a result of analysing the correlation between influential range and the physical heights of landmarks, a quadratic equation is revealed, showing that the influential range of landmarks over 200 meters in height shows a radical change. Landmarks can be used as reinforcement tools of legibility, effective tools for landscape management and for the improvement of a community's image. This study on the influential range of landmarks and main cognition factor can be utilized as a landmark management plan and in urban planning, such as a new town plan.

양호교사의 성교육에 대한 태도 유형분석 : Q방법론적 접근 (An Analysis of School Health Nurses' Attitude Toward Sex Education: A Q-methodological Approach)

  • This study was designed to identify school health nurses' attitudes toward sex education through a Q-methodological approach. Research was done from Apr. 3, 1995 to Oct. 15, 1995. A final Q-sample was selected to 37 statements out of initial 128 statements after consultation from counselors, educators and writers related to sex education. The P -sample was consisted with 32 school health nurses in Chonbuk province. The collected data were analyzed by Quanal program on PC. The results of the study were as follows: School health nurses are categorized into 6 types. The first type, receiving type with cognition deficiency about general learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 4 subjects. The second type, valuing type with cognition deficiency about general learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 6 subjects. The third type, adopting behavior type with cognition deficiency about specific learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 5 subjects. The fourth type, receiving type with cognition deficiency about specific learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 5 subjects. The fifth type, making sense of information type with cognition deficiency about specific learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 5 subjects. The sixth type, adopting behavior type with cognition deficiency about general learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 7 subjects. As a result of this study, we may realize necessity of prepared sex educators. Sex the educators must be fully cognitive and affective toward sex education before practicing sex education.

야간 근로자의 식품선택유형에 따른 건강정보 인지수준이 힐링 욕구에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Health Information Awareness on Desire for Healing According to Food Preferences of Night Shift Workers)

  • In this study, 594 questionnaires administered to men and women residing in the capital metropolitan area who work night shifts were analyzed in order to study the effect of health information cognition on healing needs in accordance with the type of food selection criteria of the night worker. The results of confirmatory factor analysis in deriving food selection type identified four categories, a safety seeking type, a food exploratory type, a habitual seeking type, and a rational type, and the cognition types on health information were classified into physical cognition and psychological cognition. The need for healing, which was the investigated factor, was found to have a high correlation between questionnaire items with high reliable consistency. The results of this study were as follows. First, the food selection types of safety seeking type and habitual food seeking type had significant positive effects on the cognitive level of physical health information, and food exploratory type and habitual seeking type had significant positive effects on the cognitive level of psychological health information. In addition, it was shown that food exploratory type and rational type had significant positive effects on healing needs. As a result of this study, it was found that the cognition level of physical and psychological information was different according to food selection type, and the higher the cognitive level, the higher the healing needs. In particular, the result that the level of psychological health information significantly affected healing needs signifies that there is a demand to develop programs and menus that satisfy various needs related to healing and recovery from fatigue. In addition, further interest and study on the health and healing of night workers are required.

The Effects of Presented Media Types on Spatial Cognition Task Performance in Preschool Children

  • As the use of digital media is becoming more universal and is being used in early-childhood education, understanding the effects of digital media on development is required. The purpose of this study was to examine whether child performance on a spatial cognition task depends on the type of media used to present the task and if the effect of media type is different depending on child's age and sex. To do this, a spatial cognition task set (consisting of direction, rotation, symmetry, conjugation, and part/whole tasks) was prepared, and these tasks were presented to 60 3-, 4-, and 5-year-old children using paper- and tablet-based measures. Our results showed that the correct answer rate of task performance differed significantly when completing the task on a tablet than when completing the task on paper. Generally, response times when completing the tasks on a tablet was significantly shorter than when completing the tasks on paper. Although there was no interaction between the type of media and age, and partial interaction was found between the type of media and sex. This result implies an influence of digital stimulation on child performance on the spatial cognitive task. This study provides a basic understanding for follow-up studies to examine the consequences of exposure to digital stimulation.

응급구조(학)과 학생의 여성119구급대원에 대한 인식 유형 연구 : Q방법론적 접근 (A Study on Perception types of Emergency Medical Technology major Student's concerning the Female 119 Paramedics: Focusing on a Q-Methodology Approach)

  • 본 연구는 응급구조(학)과 학생이 인식하는 여성119구급대원에 대한 인식유형 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 응급구조(학)과 학생의 여성119구급대원에 대한 인식을 파악하고 유형별 특성을 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 Q 방법을 적용하여, 구급차동승 현장실습 교과목을 이수한 응급구조(학)과 학생 72명을 대상으로 여성119구급대원에 대한 주관적인 반응을 객관적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 응급구조(학)과 학생들의 여성119구급대원에 대한 인식유형은 네 가지로 유형화될 수 있었다. 제 I 유형은 '체력한계형', 제 II 유형은 '전문가형', 제 III 유형은 '수호천사형', 제 IV 유형은 '여성적 경험형'으로 인식되었다. 각각의 설명력은 제 I 유형 28.3%, 제II유형 12.7%, 제 III 유형 6%, 제IV유형은 3.8%로 전체변량의 51%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 응급구조(학)과 학생의 여성119구급대원에 대한 인식은 응급처치에 대한 전문가이지만 체력적 한계, 위험성 노출과 출산 및 육아에 대하여 인식이 긍정적이지 못한 것으로 조사되어 해결방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

전문계 고등학교에서의 프로젝트 학습 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Project Based Learning cognitive in the Technical high school)

  • 본 연구는 전문계 고등학교에서 프로젝트 학습을 실시하였을 때, 프로젝트 학습에 대한 학습자와 교수자간의 인식차이와 계열별 학습자들 간의 인식 차이가 있는지를 확인해 보고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 프로젝트 학습은 모듈수업 가운데 교수 학습기본 모형을 적용하여 수업을 실시하였고, 집단유형(학습자, 교수자)과 계열유형별(농업, 공업, 상업)로 프로젝트 학습을 통한 학습결과에의 도움 여부, 프로젝트 학습 수행에의 만족도, 프로젝트 학습의 적용가능 교과, 향후 프로젝트 학습의 적용 선호여부에 관한 4개 항목 대한 인식차이를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 전문계 고등학교 학습자들이 프로젝트 학습에 참여한 이유는 자발적인 경우(21.0%)보다는 교수자들의 권유 때문인 것으로 나타났다(58.0%). 또한, 집단(학습자, 교수자)과 계열(농업, 공업, 상업)간 상호작용효과는 프로젝트 학습 수행에의 만족도, 프로젝트 학습의 적용가능 교과, 향후 프로젝트 학습의 적용 선호여부항목에 있어서는 각각 상호작용 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전문계 고등학교에서의 성공적인 프로젝트 학습 수행을 위해서는 학습자들의 적극적인 참여를 유도하고 교수자와 학습자용 프로젝트 학습 모듈이 각각 개발되어야 하며, 동시에 계열에 따른 별도의 프로젝트 학습 모형이 개발 적용되어야 할 것이다.

대학생의 웰다잉에 관한 인식과 태도 - Q 방법론적 접근 - (A Study on the Cognition and Attitude on Well-Dying in Undergraduate Students -Q methodological approach-)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the subjectivity of undergraduate students about well-dying. Method: Q-methodology, which is effective in scientifically measuring individual subjectivity, was used. The result of the Q-short of the 34 Q-statements by 42 participants was analyzed using the PQM program. Result: Four cognitive types of subjectivity about well-dying were identified and labeled as follows. Type 1: oriental and family-centered type, Type 2: Individual and fate-adapted type, Type 3: altruistic and afterlife-centered type, Type 4: self-leading and secularistic type. Conclusions: Undergraduate students have a well-dying concept which tends to be self-centered and secularistic. At the same times, they also have a well-dying concept which has a basically oriental view, that is, family-centered and fate-adapted views.

광고유형, 브랜드 전형성, 인지욕구가 광고태도에 미치는 영향 - 아웃도어 의류 브랜드를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Advertisement Type, Brand Typicality and Need for Cognition on Attitude toward Advertisement Intention - Focused on Outdoor Apparel Brands -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of comparative advertisement brand typicality and need for recognition in outdoor apparel market. This study was created with a mixed factorial design of 2 (Advertisement types: Comparative advertisement vs. General advertisement) X 2(Brand Typicality: High Brand vs. Low Brand) X 2 (Need for Cognition: High vs. Low). The results of this study are as follows: First, it was shown that comparative advertisement had a greater positive influence on attitudes toward advertising intentions in comparison to general advertisements. Second, while comparative advertisement was more effective than general advertisement for outdoor apparel brands with low typicality. Third, consumers with higher need for cognition showed a preferred attitude toward advertising intention when met with comparative advertising in contrast to general advertisement. Fourth, when consumers with higher needs for cognition were exposed to advertisement for brands of lower typicality, there was higher positive influence on the attitudes toward advertisement intention with comparative advertisement in comparison to general advertisement. This means the comparative advertisement may be effective for the new garment brand or the garment brands having low typicality to secure the cognition quickly from the consumers having high need for cognition.
