군용항공기 운용을 위해서는 군 감항당국으로부터 감항인증서를 획득해야 한다. 군 일반감항인증 절차 중, 항공기 설계가 군의 감항인증기준에 적합함을 입증하는 형식인증 절차가 있다. 수리온 헬기는 군용항공기로서 국내에서 최초로 형식인증과 생산확인, 감항인증을 획득하였고, 수리온파생형 항공기는 특수 임무를 위해 개조되어 관용으로 운용 중이다. 항공안전법에 따르면, 군용항공기인 수리온파생형 항공기를 개조하여 민간의 특수목적으로 운용(응급환자 수송, 소방활동 등)하기 위해서는 민간 감항당국으로부터 제한분류 특별감항증명을 획득해야 하며, 제한형식증명 획득은 특별감항증명을 용이하게 할 수 있는 설계에 관한 인증에 해당한다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라에서 최초로 계획하고 있는 수리온파생형 항공기에 대한 민간의 특수목적 운용을 위한 제한형식증명 획득 방안에 대해 논하였고, 국내 제한형식증명 관련 제도의 발전 방향에 대해 제언하였다.

The interest about the installation and certification for miscellaneous non-required electrical equipment is being increased in the domestic aviation industries. In this paper, the minimum applicable requirements in Airworthiness Standard and the acceptable means of compliance which can be applied to installation and certification for miscellaneous non-required electrical equipment is being researched. As a case study, galley certification procedures are presented by electrical load analysis, installation of warning devices and installation requirements.

In these days companies are rapidly implementing the extended enterprise collaboration to provide enhanced management services and products based on the enterprise integration that human resources, technologies and the management process. In this corporate environment, ASP (Application Service Provider) which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is a good alternative for corporate information system management. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop the certification methodology to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. The paper provides the safe and reliable certification methodology for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and the systematic certification methodology of application and service provider(service environment) domains of ASP are provided. A evaluation method for the developed certification methodology is also proposed.

소형민수헬기(LCH, Light Civil Helicopter) 개발사업을 통해 개발된 엔진은 민수 인증(형식 증명) 획득 후 소형무장헬기(LAH, Light Armed Helicopter)용으로 활용될 예정이다. 따라서 민수 인증 엔진의 군용 엔진 적용의 적합성 분석을 위한 기초자료로의 활용을 위해 미연방항공청(FAA)의 형식 증명 규격 FAR Part 33과 유럽항공안전기구(EASA)의 CS-E를 비교 분석하였다. 이 분석 자료는 향후 군용 항공기 추진 시스템의 감항성 입증을 위해 필요한 민수 엔진 형식 증명 기준 적합성 입증 자료의 추적성 분석을 위해 사용되었다.

This paper presents a certification method for the quality of package software. First of all, the evaluation criteria are derived from ISO/1EC 9126 and 12119 standards, and then the evaluation module are designed considering the measurement scale type. The results can be applied to construct the certification scheme of software product quality for the commercial purpose.

The materials applied to the aircraft fuselage, parts, and components must be verified by relative authorities in accordance with the procedures set by the airworthiness authority to achieve the aircraft type certification. There are no examples of domestic composite materials which were verified in order to be applied to aircraft structure. In this study, the composite material certification system of NCAMP, an American composite material standard certification organization, was reviewed and used as the fundamentals of the first aerospace composite material certification system in ROK(Fig 2,8). Also updated material certification documents were developed and confirmed by material certification engineers and inspectors. This aerospace composite material qualification system is intended to modernize the material certification system for AAM(Advanced Air Mobility) as well as aircraft and to enhance the understanding of related technicians and inspectors.

For establishing new certification requirements for aircraft engines, Technical background of FAR Part33 amendments has reviewed and studied in this paper. The FAA is amending type certification standards for aircraft engines. These changes reflect current industry practices and harmonize FAA standards with those recently adopted by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). These changes establish uniform standards for all engine control systems for aircraft engines certificated by both U.S. and European countries and will simplify airworthiness approvals for import and export.

This is a research on the method of how to improve stall characteristics for the small general aviation airplanes to meet the FAR part 23 requirements. This research is based on the experience of certification flight tests of KC-100 airplane for Korea type certification. KAS/FAR Part 23.201/203 are the stall characteristics requirements. 23.201 requires to show the stable stalling tendency of the wings level stall and 23.203 requires to show the stable stalling tendency of stall characteristics during turning flight. In this paper, the stall characteristics requirements, improvement methods and flight test experience of KC-100 airplane for type certification.
