임상간호사의 상사신뢰, 고객불량행동 및 이직의도가 직무배태성에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study about Influences of Trust in Supervisor, Customer badness behavior, Turnover Intention behavior on Job Embeddedness in Clinical Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사의 상사신뢰, 고객불량행동, 이직의도가 직무배태성에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구방법은 임상간호사를 대상으로 2016년 5월 1일에서 2016년 5월 30일까지 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 수집된 188명의 자료를 IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 상사신뢰 3.20점(5점 만점), 고객불량행동 2.66점(5점 만점), 직무배태성 3.05점(5점 만점), 이직의도 3.39점(5점 만점)이었다. 직무배태성은 상사신뢰(r=.57, p<.001), 이직의도(r=.19, p=.011)와 유의한 정적상관계가 있었고, 직무배태성의 하위요인인 희생과 고객불량행동(r=-.15, p=.037)은 부적상관관계가 있었다. 직무배태성에 영향을 주는 융합요인은 상사신뢰(${\beta}=.471$, p<.001), 직무만족(${\beta}=.226$, p<.001), 이직의도(${\beta}=-.196$, p<.001), 간호직 만족도(${\beta}=-.169$, p=.005)로 직무배태성을 48.9%를 설명하였다. 따라서 간호관리자는 조직차원에서 간호사의 직무배태성을 높이기 위해 상사신뢰와 직무만족, 간호직 만족도를 높이고 이직의도를 낮추기 위한 전략을 세워야 한다.

Enhancing E-commerce Security: A Comprehensive Approach to Real-Time Fraud Detection

  • In the era of big data, the growth of e-commerce transactions brings forth both opportunities and risks, including the threat of data theft and fraud. To address these challenges, an automated real-time fraud detection system leveraging machine learning was developed. Four algorithms (Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes, XGBoost, and Neural Network) underwent comparison using a dataset from a clothing website that encompassed both legitimate and fraudulent transactions. The dataset exhibited an imbalance, with 9.3% representing fraud and 90.07% legitimate transactions. Performance evaluation metrics, including Recall, Precision, F1 Score, and AUC ROC, were employed to assess the effectiveness of each algorithm. XGBoost emerged as the top-performing model, achieving an impressive accuracy score of 95.85%. The proposed system proves to be a robust defense mechanism against fraudulent activities in e-commerce, thereby enhancing security and instilling trust in online transactions.

초산모와 경산모의 신생아에 대한 지각, 자신감, 양육태도의 차이 (The Comparison of Mother's Perception of the Newborn, Caring-confidence, and Child-rearing Attitude between Primipara and Multipara)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare mother's caring-confidence, between primipara perception of the newborn, and child-rearing attitude and multipara. Method: The data was collected from 159 married mothers of newborns in the post-partum care center using self-rating questionnaires from November, 2003 to March, 2004. Data was analyzed using SPSS/Win program by t-test and Pearson Correlation coefficient. Result: 1) The mean score of mother's perception of the newborn, the newborn caring-confidence, and child-rearing attitude were .26, 3.13, and 3.43. 2) The score of the newborn caring-confidence of multipara was greater significantly than the one of primapara. 3) The score of mother's perception of tile newborn and child-rearing attitude of primapara were greater than the one of multipara but there were no significant differences. 4) There was a positive correlation between mother's perception of the newborn and child-rearing attitude and significant correlation between caring-confidence and child-rearing attitude. 5) The score of mother's perception of the newborn was significantly different according to the level of education type of family and delivery planned. 6) The score of caring-confidence was significantly different according to the helper, the history of delivery. 7) The score of child-rearing attitude was significantly difference according to the level of education and the birth weight of newborn. Conclusion: When the newborn care giver in the postpartum care setting is teaching the method of infant care to mother, there should be in consideration of the rearing experience of mothers. Mother's perception of the newborn, caring-confidence, and child-rearing attitude should be considered to develop the effective education program for mothers who have newborn. And its educational contents must be focused on the promotion of trust between infant and mother.

치과 병·의원 이용 환자의 만족도 관련요인 (Related factors to satisfaction of patients visiting dental hospital and clinics)

  • Objectives : The quality of service is considered as the difference between services that customers perceive and expect by using SERVQUAL model and the basic data for the efficiency of management of dental hospital and clinics, the differentiation strategies of dental medical institutions and the improvements on quality of service are provided. Methods : Subjects were 469 patients who visited six dental hospitals and clinics in Daegu-Gyeongbuk regions. Questionnaire consisted of five items such as type, reliability, responsiveness, certainty and empathy properties. Data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program in this study. Results : Women had high satisfaction scores of medical services in certainty and empathy properties. 40s and higher had the highest score in the type property. 30s had high score in the certainty property. For expected service satisfaction, 30s had the highest score in dental practitioners and administrative staffs. For reuse of current medical institution and intent for recommendation, certainty property and factor of dentist and dental practitioners had high scores. Additionally, reliability and responsiveness properties were statistically significant. Conclusions : Medical institutions should make every effort to get the dentists or dental practitioners have the medical knowledge at a high level, a kindness for patients and trust from patients.

Evaluating Interactive Fatigue Management Workshops for Occupational Health Professionals in the United Kingdom

  • Background: Disabling fatigue is common in the working age population. It is essential that occupational health (OH) professionals are up-to-date with the management of fatigue in order to reduce the impact of fatigue on workplace productivity. Our aim was to evaluate the impact of one-day workshops on OH professionals' knowledge of fatigue and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and their confidence in diagnosing and managing these in a working population. Methods: Five interactive problem-based workshops were held in the United Kingdom. These workshops were developed and delivered by experts in the field. Questionnaires were self-administered immediately prior to, immediately after, and 4 months following each workshop. Questionnaires included measures of satisfaction, knowledge of fatigue and CFS, and confidence in diagnosing and managing fatigue. Open-ended questions were used to elicit feedback about the workshops. Results: General knowledge of fatigue increased significantly after training (with a 25% increase in the median score). Participants showed significantly higher levels of confidence in diagnosing and managing CFS (with a 62.5% increase in the median score), and high scores were maintained 4 months after the workshops. OH physicians scored higher on knowledge and confidence than nurses. Similarly, thematic analysis revealed that participants had increased knowledge and confidence after attending the workshops. Conclusion: Fatigue can lead to severe functional impairment with adverse workplace outcomes. One-day workshops can be effective in training OH professionals in how to diagnose and manage fatigue and CFS. Training may increase general knowledge of fatigue and confidence in fatigue management in an OH setting.

정보영재아동의 관찰추천제 입학성적과 수행평가 성적의 상관관계 분석 연구 (A Study on Correlation Analysis of Entrance Scores by Observation and Nomination System and Performance Assessment Scores for Gifted Children in IT)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정보영재아동의 관찰추천제 입학성적과 수행평가 성적의 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 즉 관찰추천제를 통해 입학한 정보영재아동이 입학한 후 재학기간의 성적을 분석함으로써 관찰추천제의 신뢰성을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 관찰추천제로 입학한 대학부설 과학영재교육원의 정보영재반 학생들의 입학성적순위와 수행평가 성적순위를 토대로 하여 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 통계분석을 통한 결과, 입학성적과 수행평가 성적사이에 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 즉 입학성적이 뛰어나면 입학 후 학업성적도 뛰어나다는 결론을 얻었다. 본 연구결과는 향후 영재교육에 있어서 관찰추천제를 통한 영재선발 기회의 확대에 긍정적인 영향과 더불어서 이를 통한 IT산업에 있어서 인력양성 방안에 시사점을 제공한다.

한국 청소년과 미국 청소년의 부모 애착과 또래 애착 비교 (Comparison of Parent and Peer Attachment of Korean and American Adolescents)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine whether different cultures affect attachment style by comparing Korean and American adolescents, with a focus on parent attachment and peer attachment. Data were collected from middle and high school students(291 Korean adolescents, 158 American adolescents), and the participants were asked to report on the revised version of the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment(IPPA-R). The analysis showed significant differences on both parent and peer attachment between Korean and American adolescents: Korean adolescents had more negative relationships with their parents compared to American adolescents. In contrast, Korean adolescents had more positive relations(high trust and communication score, low alienation score) with their friends than American adolescents. More results on the relationships between attachment style and socio-environmental variables were presented, and each of these results could be interpreted by cultural difference. Based on these results, parent-child programs and peer programs that can enrich the relationships that a child has with his or her parents and friends were introduced for researchers, educators, teachers, and counselors. The implications and recommendations for future research were also presented.

노인일자리사업 참여가 사회적 자본 변화에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects to the Change of Social Capital from Participation in Elderly Employment Programs)

  • 본 연구는 노인일자리사업이 노인의 사회적 자본 변화에 어떠한 영향력을 미치는지 규명하여 노인일자리사업의 효과성을 사회적 자본 변화를 통해 평가하고자 하였다. 노인일자리사업에 참여한 노인 중 사회적 자본이 변화하였을 때, 사회적 자본의 변화를 유형별로 나누어 참여노인의 인구사회학적 특성과 노인일자리사업 특성을 변화유형별로 비교해 보았다. 이는 노인일자리사업 참여가 노인 삶을 변화시키는데 직 간접적인 역할을 할 것이라는 실증적 자료를 제공할 수 있다. 노인일자리사업에 참여한 노인 중 사회적 자본이 변화하였을 때, 생활상의 어려움에 있는 노인층에서 사회적 자본 중 신뢰, 관계망, 사회참여가 모두 증가하였고, 노인일자리사업 참여가 생활상의 어려움을 가진 노인층에게 사회적 자본 증가의 효과를 주는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이들 사회적 자본 중 노인 일자리사업에 참여한 노인은 신뢰가 가장 많이 증가하였다. 특히 생활상의 어려움에 있는 노인층과 생계비를 벌기 위해 참여한 노인층에서 사회적 자본 중 신뢰, 관계망, 사회참여가 모두 증가한 것을 볼 수 있으며, 노인일자리사업이 생활상의 어려움을 가진 노인층에게 사회적 자본 변화의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 모든 일자리유형에서 사회참여는 상승하였고, 생계를 위해서 참여한 노인층이나 생활상의 어려움이 있는 노인층에서 특히 사회참여가 증가하였다. 짧은 참여기간 동안의 조사로 나타난 결과이기도 하지만, 궁극적으로 노인의 노동참여를 통한 사회참여는 보호적 시장에서 이루어지는 것이 효과적이었다고 볼 수 있다.

평점 분리 기법을 이용한 e마켓플레이스의 판매자 평판 계산 방안 (A Method of Seller Reputation Computation Based on Rating Separation in e-Marketplace)

  • e-마켓플레이스는 구매자들이 보다 신뢰할 수 있는 판매자와 거래할 수 있도록 평판 시스템(Reputation system)을 구축하여 예비 소비자들에게 판매자의 평판을 제공한다. 판매자의 평판은 소비자의 평점을 기반으로 산출되는데 이 때 소비자의 평가 요소로는 판매자의 행동에 대한 평가와 상품에 대한 평가가 있다. 기존의 평판 계산 방안들은 구매자의 평점이 두 가지의 평가가 혼합된 점수라는 것을 인지하지 못한 채로 판매자의 평판을 산출한다. 본 논문에서는 소비자 평점을 판매자 점수와 상품 점수로 분리한 후 오직 '판매자의 점수'만을 이용하는 평판 계산 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 방안은 판매자의 점수만을 이용하여 판매자의 능력에 대한 평판만을 제공하는 방안으로 예비 소비자들이 빠른 배송과 친절한 서비스를 제공하는 판매자를 선택할 수 있도록 돕는다. 실험에서는 실제 e-마켓 플레이스의 현실성을 반영한 시뮬레이션 방안을 제안한다. 생성된 시뮬레이션 데이터를 기반으로 진행하는 실험을 통해 제안하는 방법의 우수성을 입증한다.

Personality Correlates of Political Support: Evidence from South Korea

  • Despite a vast amount of research on the relationship between personality traits and political attitudes, little is known about the effects of personality on individuals' support for the political system of their own country. Using three nationally representative datasets from South Korea, the present study shows that the personality dimensions - particularly, Agreeableness - are positively associated with political support, which encompasses confidence in the presidency, confidence in the government, and national pride. These findings suggest that two facets of Agreeableness - trust and compliance - are activated in expressing individuals' support for their political system. Thus, mobilizing citizens who score high on Agreeableness is essential to maintain political stability and legitimacy, but such a task appears to be difficult, given that ideological polarization discourages them from being politically active due to their propensity to conflict avoidance.
