본 연구는 물류서비스 품질과 파트너십의 장기지향성을 높이는데 수송의 역할이 중요하게 작용하고 있음을 검증하고 있다. 문헌고찰을 통해 도출한 수송의 역할 차원은 정보공유, 위험과 보상의 공유, 성과향상 노력 및 장기결속이다. 분석견과 이러한 수송의 역할 차원들은 물류서비스 품질 향상에 기영하고 있으며 유연성, 적시성, 상호작용성의 물류서비스 품질의 향상으로 인해 수송업자와의 파트너십을 장기적으로 유지하고자 하는 장기지향성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 공급사슬 내의 수송업자의 역할에 대한 심층적인 분석결과를 통해 볼 때, 향후 공급사슬 내의 파트너십에서 실질적인 수송의 기능을 적으로 고려해야 한다.

한국경제에 있어서 운수통신 서비스 산업은 공공운수 등 공공부문과 민간부문이 동시에 공존하고 있다. 공공부문은 일반적으로 가격규제의 대상이 되며 적정수준의 정상이윤이 보장된다. 본 논문은 생산요소가격으로 구성된 마크업방정식을 설정하고 운수통신산업의 시계열 마크업을 추정하였다. 또한 자기회귀 시차모형을 이용하여 마크업의 생산요소가격 탄력성을 추정하고 마크업의 결정요소를 분석하였다. 실증분석결과, 마크업의 임금탄력도는 -0.07, 수입가격 탄력도는 -0.45 그리고 이자율탄력도는 -0.13으로 추정되었다. 따라서 본 논문은 운수통신산업의 규제정책에 있어서 수입가격과 이자율이 고려되어야 할 주요 변수임을 밝히고 있다.

This paper suggests a new Level of Service (LOS) for a pedestrian facility in a transportation transfer center. They include the road, stair, and waiting place for a pedestrian. A current situation of several pedestrian facility was surveyed for the existing transportation transfer center at both Seoul and Pusan metropolitan cities. A new LOS was developed based on the output according to foreign criteria as well as an interview of pedestrians for their satisfaction.

The public transportation in operation or to be planned domestically includes subway, LRT, bimodal tram and bus, which are independently characterized in their passenger capacity and cost. High quality service is generally accompanied by high cost of construction and operation. Thus, ITS, BIS/BMS and BRT system are recently introduced to provide high quality service to the passengers with the cost as low as possible. The bimodal tram is under development to achieve such goals in public transportation. The passenger capacity is approximately expected to be 10,000$\sim$17,000 persons/hour and the construction cost to be 10$\sim$30 million dollars/km. It is possible to construct the infrastructure gradually depending on the demand of transportation in the planned route, which can effectively reduce the initial cost to launch the service. The bimodal tram is developed to provide the advantages of subway and bus to the passengers with respect to the scheduled operation and flexibility of the lines.

With special condition in the geography, maritime industry is improvement rapidly in the planet, which is covered by approximately $360,000,000km^2$ of Saline water. Together with the development of this field, freight transportation industry becomes one of the most important service in the world as well as in Hai Phong. Meanwhile the number of company and quality of service increased due to the demanding of citizen, the price for this activities also raised.

In today's rapidly changing business environment, quality of responsiveness to customer requirements for short order cycles and on time delivery is becoming more important and considered as one of critical success factors in supply chain management. Yet despite its importance on reducing transportation cost and improving customer service, little attention has been given to the transportation planning system in Korea SI industry. In this paper, we present development of transportation planning system especially to deal with vehicle routing problem which has the goal to minimize the costs of daily transportation operation and to maximize customer delivery service. The system architecture with other enterprise application is presented and real-world constraints are well incorporated into the system by combining constraints programming and meta heuristics.

국제물류 시장의 증가와 다양한 고객의 요구는 복합운송의 중요성을 강조하게 되었고, 그 시장이 지속적으로 성장하고 있다. 이러한 무한 경쟁시장에서 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해서는 다양한 고객의 특성을 고려하여 개별 고객에게 만족을 줄 수 있는 서비스가 중요하게 고려되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 운송 서비스 측면에서 고객 만족을 더욱 향상시키기 위한 복합운송 선정 요인에 관한 연구를 하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 국제복합운송경로 선정에 영향을 미치는 주요 서비스 요인들을 문헌조사와 실증조사를 통해 파악하고, 이 요인을 이용하여 개별 고객이 복합운송경로를 평가할 수 있는 객관적인 자료를 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 개별 고객은 객관적인 평가 자료를 획득할 수 있으며, 복합운송업체는 고객이 어떤 서비스를 중요하게 고려하는지를 파악할 수 있다.
