탄성파의 모드 전환과 에너지 투과율 (Mode Conversion and Energy Transmission Ratio of Elastic Waves)

  • This paper deals with the energy transmission ratio of the elastic waves transmitting through a solid wall. Based on the displacement of the reflected and transmitted waves relative to the incident waves, the energy transmission ratio of the wave was obtained by multiplying the vibration velocity and stresses. Numerical calculation provided with the transmission ratio and refraction angle corresponding to the incidence angle, and it showed the mode conversion from the incident longitudinal wave to the transmitted transverse wave in particular incidence angle range. The paper established a procedure to find the incidence angle of the maximum energy transmission ratio and confirmed it by experiment.

  • Tractor is a farm vehicle that is designed to provide a high tractive effort at low speed. It is used for versatile agricultural tasks such as hauling a trailer, tillage, mowing and construction work. Most older tractors use a manual transmission. However, as the intensity of work increases, tractors equipped with automatic transmission become popular due to the work convenience. In order to give the operator a large degree of control in field work, 24 gears with automatic 8-speed and manual 3-speed are arranged in transmission. This paper deals with the gear train that is designed for 8-speed automatic transmission by the engagement of multi-disk clutches. The gear ratio for each speed as well as power transmission mechanism is analyzed through velocity analysis. In addition, constraints of mesh gear ratio are derived by investigating the power flow path in velocity diagram for the given 8-speed gear ratio.

  • To cope with quest to improve the fuel economy and vehicle performance, Continuously Variable Transmission with Changing the speed ratio between minimum and maximum ratio by infinite step, is more efficient than conventional multi-ratio transmission. In this paper, to investigate a specific CVT shift ratio diagram and CVT shift characteristics, CVT vehicle was tested on the proving ground and chassis dynamometer. The test results are as follows; CVT can obtain the excellent vehicle performance and fuel economy changing the shift ratio by infinite step, without rapid change of engine revolution and driving force. And CVT can set up a special shift range that obtains not only the engine brake effect but also the maximum speed driving.

  • In this study the dynamic characteristics of automatic transmission system due to the change of the planetary gear ratio is studied. To study the power flow and shift quality for power transmission the simulation program is developed using the modeling and analysis technique. The results from this study will be used in designing the basic structure of automatic transmission using planetary gear system.

  • 본 연구에서는 구조물에 부착된 분포형 광섬유 센서의 변형률을 정밀하게 분석하기 위해 위치에 따른 변형률의 변화를 고려하여 광섬유 센서의 변형률 전달률을 분석하였다. 표면에 부착된 코팅된 광섬유 센서의 모델로부터 해석적으로 광섬유 센서의 변형률 전달률을 유도하였으며, 유도된 변형률 전달률은 유한요소해석을 통해 수치적으로 해석한 결과와 비교 검증하였다. 주 구조물의 변형률이 동일한 파장을 가지며 변하는 경우 센서의 변형률 전달률은 위치에 따라 동일한 값을 보였으며, 따라서 변형률 분포의 형상은 왜곡되지 않는다. 하지만 위치에 따라 변형률 파장이 변하면 변형률의 전달률이 위치에 따라 달라져 변형률 분포의 형상이 왜곡될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 파장에 따른 변형률 전달률은 분포형 광섬유 센서로부터 주 구조물의 변형률 분포를 정밀하게 추정하는데 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • Market demand for hydro-mechanical transmission (HMT) for agricultural tractors has increased recently. To select a type of HMT satisfying design conditions, performance characteristics of 12 HMT types must be understood. This study was conducted to provide tractor engineers with a guideline to select the most appropriate HMT type for their design requirements. Characteristics on speed reduction ratio, power transmission efficiency, power regeneration, lock-up angular velocity, output torque ratio and torque ratio of planetary gear train axis of the 12 HMT types were investigated and presented as either formula or graphical forms. A guideline to select proper HMT type was also presented using 2 parameter: lock-up angular velocity (${\omega}_L$) and torque ratio of the planetary gear train axis. In addition, effect of gear ratio of the planetary gear train on the power transmission efficiency was investigated and a guideline to select the best gear ratio was also presented.

  • Fuel efficiency in tractor operations dep6nds on the selection of transmission gears and upon the engine being operated at or near maximum torque much of time. The objective of this study was to develop automatic control systems for tractor transmission ratio and governor setting so that the engine is operated at or near maximum torque as much of time as possible. An indoor test unit, which can be used to simulate tractor operation, was built in order to investigate the system design parameters and test the performance of the control system designed. The test-unit consists of engine, gear-type transmission, dynamometer, and control systems for transmission ratio and engine speed. Governor setting lever was controlled by a step motor, and the clutch and transmission levers were controlled by hydraulic cylinders and solenoid valves. The control systems showed good time responses which are assumed to be suitable for optimal tractor operation. The time required for shifting gears from clutch disengagement to engagement was about 1 second, which is almost the same as that for manual shift. And the settling time for engine speed control system was about 5 to 6 seconds.

Curtain 감의 음향특성에 관한 연구(제2보) -투과율을 중심으로- (A Study on the Acoustical Characteristics of Curtain Fabrics (Part 2) -by Transmission Coefficient-)

  • Succeeding to Report 1, to compare folded curtain fabrics with curtain fabrics, the sound pressure level (SPL) of folded curtain fabrics were measured by sound level meter. Transmission coefficient was calculated by the ratio of incidence sound intensity and transmission sound intensity. The relationship between these values and factors (drape coefficient, porosity) relating to the structure of curtain fabrics were investigated experimentally. The following results were obtained: 1. The transmission coefficient by ratio of sound pressure level was lower than that by ratio of sound intensity. 2. In folded curtain fabrics, difference of SPL was smaller and transmission coefficient generally decreased. 3. The relation between the porosity and transmission coefficient of curtain fabrics is given as plus correlation.

The effective transmission technique of the robot control data which puts a base in UDP protocols was proposed from the present paper. Following research it leads and it follows the duplication transmission number of time in error rate of radio link and it was thought all that controls petty the research of the mechanism which progresses is necessary.

소광비, 처핑 및 자기위상변조가 2.5Gbit/s 직접변조한 DFB-LD의 전송성능에 미치는 영향 (The effect of extinction ratio, chirp and SPM on transmission performance of directly modulated 2.5 Gbit/s transmitter)

  • 직접변조한 2.5Gbit/s 송신기에 있어서 DFB-LD에 인가되는 바이어스 전류에 따른 출력 광신호의 소광비와 처핑의 관계를 살펴보았고, 이상분산 영역 전송실험을 통행 변조된 광신호가 8-10dB의 소광비를 가질경우(바이어스 전류가 발진임계전류의 1.5배에서 1.8배) 소광비와 처핑으로 인한 총 전송 패널티가 최소가 됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 240km 이상분산 영역 전송실험을 통해 직접변조된 광신호의 소광비와 SPM의 상관관계도 분석하였다. SPM을 고려할 경우 본 실험과 같은 구성에서 전송거리가 200km 미만인 경우는 10.2dB의 소광비에서 200km 이상인 경우는 8.4dB의 소광비에서 가장 좋은 수신감도를 얻을 수 있었다.
