온라인 기술이전정보의 통합 콘텐츠 관리체제 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study for Establishment of Integrated Contents Management System for Online Technology Transfer Information)

  • 온라인 기술이전시장은 단순한 기술 수요자와 공급자가 만나는 자리일 뿐만 아니라 기술이전 관련 정보를 제공함으로써 기술이전에 있어서 그 시간적, 물리적 비용을 줄이는 데 그 존재의 이유가 있다. 기술이전시 정보제공에는 시의성이 중요한 요인으로 작용하므로 이를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 콘텐츠 통합관리 시스템이 요구된다. 종래의 온라인 기술이전정보 제공 사이트는 단순한 기술정보의 제공과 수시로 발생하는 기술판 매자나 수요자의 갱신상황을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기술수요자나 기술공급자에게 보다 시의적절한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제시하기 위하여 온라인 기술이전정보 통합 시스템에 대한 구현의 예를 제시하고자 한다.

  • The railway station is an important intermodal network point of the railway passengers who use the other transportation means and go to the destination. So at the railway station, the device of various intermodal transfer information is needed to transfer the other transportation means. In this paper, we study the passing characteristics of transfer traffic line of the passengers of railway station and the status of information provision for use of transfer facility and we describe the strategies of information provision according to the necessary intermodal transfer to use the other transportation means.

  • The objective of this research is to identify the process of knowledge transfer and to examine the effect of IT human capability on knowledge transfer in information systems outsourcing. Through a field survey, it is found that clients' IT human capability significantly affects on cooperative learning with vendors and knowledge transfer from vendors to clients. The survey also shows that clients' trust with vendors indirectly enhances the knowledge transfer by increasing the cooperative learning. This study provides a solution of knowledge transfer problem in information systems outsourcing. Also it brings out issues that can be accrued in the outsourcing situation, such as clients' dependency on vendors and knowledge asymmetries developed in favor of the vendors. These issues should be topics for future research on information systems outsourcing.

블록 계층별 재학습을 이용한 다중 힌트정보 기반 지식전이 학습 (Multiple Hint Information-based Knowledge Transfer with Block-wise Retraining)

  • In this paper, we propose a stage-wise knowledge transfer method that uses block-wise retraining to transfer the useful knowledge of a pre-trained residual network (ResNet) in a teacher-student framework (TSF). First, multiple hint information transfer and block-wise supervised retraining of the information was alternatively performed between teacher and student ResNet models. Next, Softened output information-based knowledge transfer was additionally considered in the TSF. The results experimentally showed that the proposed method using multiple hint-based bottom-up knowledge transfer coupled with incremental block-wise retraining provided the improved student ResNet with higher accuracy than existing KD and hint-based knowledge transfer methods considered in this study.

Design and Implementation of Transfer Buffer Sharing Technique for Efficient Massive Data Transfer

  • It is required that a server which communicates with various client simultaneously should have an efficient data transfer model. In Windows$^{(R)}$ environment, the server was generally developed based on IOCP model. Developing the IOCP model, the server generally has one data transfer buffer per client. If the server divides a larger data than the transfer buffer into several fragments, there used to be a problem in sending it to a client, because there is a conflict in a data transfer buffer. That is, CPU requests one data-fragment transfer, then it will request the next data-fragment transfer successively before completing the previous request, owing to the property of overlapped IO model. In this paper, we proposed the transfer buffer sharing technique to solve the conflicting problem. The experimental result shows that the performance of data transfer was enhanced by 39% maximally.

환승센터내 환승정보서비스를 위한 정보연계 표준화 연구 (A Study on the Standardization of Information Connection for Transfer Information Service in Transfer Center)

  • 환승센터의 규모가 점차 대형화됨에 따라 대규모 환승센터에서 동적으로 이동하는 이용자의 편의를 고려한 환승정보서비스가 필요하다. 이러한 서비스는 동적으로 이동하는 이용자에게 무선통신이 가능한 개인 휴대단말기(Mobile phone, Smart phone)를 통해 환승정보제공을 가능하게 한다. 특히, Wi-Fi를 이용한 실내위치측위 기술은 실용화 단계로서 GPS와 Wi-Fi를 탑재한 Smart phone을 통해서는 실내외 위치기반 환승정보서비스가 가능하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 환승센터에서 환승센터 내부 이용객의 위치를 기반으로 하는 환승정보의 제공과 환승활동을 지원하는 정보제공서비스를 제시하였으며, 이러한 환승정보서비스를 위해 필요한 논리/물리 아키텍처 및 물리적 구성요소의 정보흐름의 제시와 정보연계 표준화 대상을 도출하여 각 표준화 대상에 대한 정보연계 표준안을 제시하였다.

지식이전에 대한 지식경영 요인의 영향 분석 (An Analysis of the Influence of Knowledge Management Factors on Knowledge Transfer)

  • The purpose of this research is to identify the structure among determining factors focusing on knowledge transfer and analyze and prove the causal relation on knowledge transfer in Korean companies and public corporations. The results from the analysis of data collected in this study are as follows. First, forum among organization related factors has the positive relation with uncertainty in a significant level. Second, the higher the knowledge presentation and the ease of use are among information systems related factors, the lower the ambiguity and uncertainty are. Third, among process related factors, unification has the negative relation with ambiguity and uncertainty in a significant level. Fourth, a better manpower employment contributes to a worse ambiguity and uncertainty. Fifth, ambiguity has a negative relation with knowledge transfer. In conclusion, the factors that lower the ambiguity and facilitate knowledge transfer include information systems, unification, and manpower employment. These factors, however, influence on uncertainty, which turns out to be nothing to do with knowledge transfer.

  • Technology transfer from universities and research institutes to industries is recognized as a critical issue to strengthen industrial competitiveness, and the roles of technology transfer intermediaries are becoming one of the most important factors for successful technology transfer In today's global and knowledge-based economies, technology transfer services are started shifting to Internet and vertical transfer of technology from R&D labs to industries is becoming more emphasized than horizontal company-to-company transfer of commercialized technology. And the need of comprehensive technology transfer services necessitates cooperation among technology transfer intermediaries and networks offering complementary services. In order to respond to these changes, it is required to construct a new type of technology transfer system. But there are few researches on technology transfer system configuration for design and realization of technology transfer intermediaries. This paper presents the configuration models of technology transfer from universities and research institutes to industries. The configuration models are classified and described from the viewpoint of flows of information, technology and knowledge.

한국기업의 대(對)중국 기술수출 결정요인 분석 (An Analysis on the Determinants of Technology Export by Korean Finns to China)

  • This study aims to come up with the elements that have influence on the outcomes of technology transfer in a multi-divisional way by making analysis of the interactive relations among technology transfer factor, technology transfer procedure factors, and technology transfer outcome factors through the Structural Equation Model(SEM). And the sample companies are restricted to the ones that have the records of technology transfer to China for the past five years For research model, technology success factor model of Choi and Lee (2000) and technology receptive capability and technology transfer outcome model of Lin, Tan and Chang(2002) were adopted. The research model was divided into an external variable, technology transfer factors and an internal variables, technology transfer procedure factors and technology transfer outcome factors. Research hypothesis was divided into technology transfer factors and technology transfer procedure factors; and technology transfer outcomes. As a result of analysis, cultural difference associated with technology transfer, technological type, corporate capability, and mutual trust have an effect on the outcomes of technology transfer.

복합환승센터 스마트환승정보서비스에 대한 이용자 가치 추정 연구 (A Study on Value Evaluation of Smart Intermodal-Transfer Service)

  • 그동안 교통시스템은 지역간 교통수단과 지역내 교통수단의 연계체계가 미흡하고 공항, 철도역, 터미널과 같이 다양한 교통수단이 연계되는 대형 교통결절점의 경우 이용자 관점에서의 시설운영이 미흡했다. 국토해양부에서는 "국가통합교통체계효율화법(이하 법)"을 전부 개정하여 연계교통체계를 고도화하기 위한 방안들을 마련하였는데, 그 중 핵심사항이 복합환승센터의 개발이다. 복합환승센터는 대중교통 중심의 복합수단 교통연계환승체계를 기반으로 문화 업무 상업 등의 다양한 기능이 어우러진 교통시설이라 할 수 있다. 복합환승센터 관련 법 지침에서 이용자의 환승편의성 향상을 위해 환승정보안내시설 설치 운영을 의무화 하고 있다. 그러나 이용자 서비스와 관련된 환승지원정보시스템 구축방안, 제공 서비스 내용, 세부서비스에 대한 이용자 선호도 등 참고할 수 있는 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 김포공항에 적용된 복합환승센터 환승지원정보시스템을 기반으로 시범운영 과정에서 수행된 환승지원정보서비스에 대한 이용자 서비스 만족도 조사를 통해 서비스 선호분석, 제공 정보별 중요도, 서비스 만족도, 서비스 구현 시 고려사항 등을 제시하였다. 또한 환승지원정보서비스 중 이용자의 상황과 교통수단 운행현황 등에 대응하여 개인 맞춤형 정보를 제공하는 스마트환승정보서비스의 가치를 조건부가치측정법(CVM)으로 평가하여 복합환승센터 환승지원시설에 대한 투자를 효과적으로 추진할 수 있는 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.
