As a part of development of Korean K2 main battle tank, embedded training computer to be operated in the main equipment, which makes it possible to train without a special-purposed training simulator, was adopted for tank combat training. The category of embedded training of Korean K2 main battle tank includes driving training, gunnery training, single tank combat training, platoon level combat training, and command and platoon leaders combat training. For realization unit level tank embedded training system, the virtual reality was utilized for real time image rendering, and network based real time communication system of K2 tank was utilized for sharing status information between tanks. As a result, it is possible to train themselves on their own tank for enhancing the operational skills and harmonized task with members.

We propose a new early rehabilitation training system for postural control using a tilting bed and a force plate. The conventional rehabilitation systems for postural control cannot be applied to the patients lying in bed because the rehabilitation training using those systems is possible only when the patient can stand up by himself or herself. Moreover, there has not existed any device that could provide the sense of balance or the sensation of walking to the patients in bed. By using a tilting bed, a visual display, and a force plate, we have developed a new rehabilitation training system for balance control of the patients in bed providing sense of balance and the sensation of walking to the patient. Through the experiments with real people, we verified the effectiveness of the new early rehabilitation training system. The results showed that this system is an effective system for the early rehabilitation training and that our system might be useful as clinical equipment.

To investigate the effective scheme to secure the specialized instructors in the governmental officials training facilities, the authors made a survey on the opinion concerning the dispatching service system of officials as instructors to the Fisheries Officials Training Institute on the fisheries specialized officials in the Fisheries Agency and its affiliated organization. The obtained results can be summarized as follows : 1. The exiting personnel management system has a lot of difficulties to secure the specialized instructors. Even though the difficulties may be solved by inviting part-time instructors to some extent, it is remote from the goal. The active utilization of dispatching service system of specialized officials to the Institute as instructors during the limited term will be effective rather than re-arrangement of personnel system or amendment of laws and ordinances to secure the specialized instructors. 2. The response of specialized officials who are objected in the present survey on the dispatching service system to the Institute appeared to be affirmative considerably, and then the dispatching service system may be expected of high efficiency in its realization.

In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for healthcare services that can periodically monitor health status and maintain health by increasing the weight training population. However, injuries in the absence of trainer are increasing with the increase in the number of members in the fitness training center. Therefore, there is a need for a system that can periodically monitor the user's exercise state and assist in systematic and safe exercise even when the trainer is absent. In this study, we developed an auto training system that can effectively manage the exerciser while supporting the strength movement. The auto training system consists of a cable mount module, a control module, and a training information monitoring module. In order to evaluate performance of the developed system, the assistant force tests are carried out. Experimental results showed that the assistant force works well when the exerciser is out of power.

Much efforts have been made to improve the training education system for last decades. however, it still leaves much room form improving the system. The reason for this is that the have been many changes in given educational conditions, national and international, and that there existed the lack of training facilities on shore and the limits of capacity on the training ship. The existing program adopts a straight-through system of which the course has to be completed at same time, and also forces students to study the course, disregarding their aptitude for sea life. Consequently, the program resulted in frustrating the learning desire of some students and, as a consequence, in deteriorating the quality of the entire training education. This paper aims to develop an efficient training program including curriculla by the literature survey and the teaching and sea experiences on the training ship "HANBADA" and merchant ships, where the authors have been for many years. Compared with the existing one, the new training model suggested in this paper has some advantages as follows : First, the new model adopts multi-state system which consists of various short-term training courses according to each purpose. This system will be helpful for student to find their aptitude for sea life earlier and to understand classes of major subjection shore. Second, the model includes new curriculla which consist of core subjects (for example, navigation, marine operation, marine transportation, watch keeping and nautical English for deck cadets and internal and external combustion engine, auxiliary machinery, electric and electronics and engine maintenance for engine cadets), by incorporating existing 20 subjects in 5 subjects. These curriculla may contribute to embodying the characteristics of training education where the above mentioned subjects must be linked with each other. In order to implement this new training model efficiently and effectively, the following prerequisties must be prepared : $\circled1$ The contents of each subject included in the new model should be systematically developed. $\circled2$ The educational schedule should be adjusted according to the new model.new model.

직업능력개발계좌제는 정부의 가장 핵심적인 실업자훈련으로 자리잡고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 선행연구의 이론적인 틀을 활용하여 현행 직업능력개발계좌제가 갖고 있는 문제점을 분석하고 향후 발전방안을 모색하였다. 분석결과 현행 계좌제훈련은 훈련상담과 고용서비스와의 연계 미흡 등으로 인하여 지원대상과 산업계 훈련수요와의 연계 측면에서 심각한 문제가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 훈련기관 및 훈련생에 대한 관리체계가 미흡하고, 훈련의 질을 향상시키기 위한 제도적인 장치도 미비하며, 훈련기관이 훈련의 질을 높이기 위한 투자를 하도록 유도하는 측면에서도 문제가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해서는 계좌발급 이전에 고용서비스 제공과 훈련상담을 내실화하여 계좌발급 대상을 산업수요 및 훈련 필요성과 연계하여 훈련 필요가 있는 실업자를 대상으로 발급하고, 훈련기관 및 훈련생에 대한 관리 감독체계를 마련하는 한편 훈련의 질을 높이기 위하여 계좌제훈련에 참여하는 민간위탁훈련시장을 양질의 훈련기관을 중심으로 구조조정할 필요가 있다.

본 논문은 정부가 2011년 9월 15일부터 시행하고 있는 내일배움카드제훈련의 제도개선내용을 직업훈련위탁사업의 성공조건의 이론적 틀을 토대로 평가한 후 추가적인 발전방안을 모색하고자 한다. 정부가 개선한 내일배움카드제는 기존의 직업훈련계좌제가 가지고 있었던 내일배움카드제훈련시장의 불안정성을 부분적으로 해소하고, 계좌 발급과 고용서비스 간의 연계를 강화하여 계좌의 남발을 억제하며, 내일배움카드제훈련의 운용과정에서 발생해온 경직성을 부분적으로 해소하는 등 그동안 지적되어온 여러 가지 문제점을 해소하는데 상당히 기여할 것으로 평가되었다. 그러나 아직도 훈련시장의 불안정성을 해소하면서 경쟁에 의한 더 나은 훈련 서비스를 유도하기에는 크게 미흡하고, 계좌 발급과 고용서비스와의 긴밀한 연계를 통해 필요한 사람에게 필요한 훈련서비스를 맞춤형을 제공하는데도 한계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 적합훈련과정의 심사, 훈련의 품질 평가 및 모니터링, 훈련비의 적정성 검증 등을 강화하기 위한 인프라도 크게 확충하여야 내일배움카드제훈련이 정착될 수 있을 것으로 평가되었다.

현재 군부대 신병훈련소 및 경찰훈련, 서바이벌 게임장에 적용된 전술훈련시스템은 개활지 및 야지에서 별도의 훈련시스템이 없는 재래식 훈련 방식을 통한 훈련으로서, 실질적인 전장 상황 묘사에 따른 훈련성과를 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 전술훈련시스템의 문제점을 개선하고, 고성능 MICOM을 탑재한 PCB를 이용하여 센서 감지, PC와 연동을 무선으로 제어하는 컨트롤러 및 실시간 전술훈련 평가 모니터링 시스템을 개발하고 GUI방식의 전술훈련 평가시스템을 설계 했다. 전술훈련 평가시스템은 센서 컨트롤 모듈과 전술훈련시스템을 원격으로 통제하고 훈련병들의 행동요령에 따른 훈련을 평가할 수 있고, 전술 훈련 시스템을 위한 센서 컨트롤러는 센서입력포트에 반사형 및 투과형 등을 상황에 맞게 선택적으로 설치할 수 있으며, 전장상황 묘사를 위한 24V 하드웨어 구동 모듈이다.

통역을 학습하는 학생들은 수업 외에도 추가적인 학습 및 훈련을 수행한다. 동시통역 및 순차통역에서 두 언어의 구조가 다르기 때문에 통역가는 발표 내용을 빠르게 기억해야 한다. 단기 기억 향상을 위해서 통역을 학습하는 학생들은 메모리 훈련을 수행한다. 메모리 훈련은 파트너가 필요하기 때문에 학습 효율성이 저하되고 자가 학습이 불가능하다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 컴퓨터 기반의 단기 기억 훈련 시스템이 제안되었다. 지문 내 단어를 특수문자로 변경함으로써 학생들이 파트너 없이도 자가 학습이 가능하다. 하지만 컴퓨터는 휴대성이 떨어지기 때문에 외부에서는 학습 능률이 저하된다. 제거되는 단어보다 키워드로 제공하는 단어의 수가 더 많아서 학습 난이도가 저하된다. 이를 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 스마트 단말 기반의 문장구역 훈련 시스템을 제안하였다. 스마트 단말은 휴대성이 높아 학습의 제한이 없어 효율이 증가한다. 제안하는 훈련 시스템에서는 삭제되는 단어수가 키워드보다 더 많도록 하여 학습 난이도가 증가한다. 제안한 훈련 시스템을 구현하고 기능을 검증하였다.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of action-observation training on arm function in people with stroke. Fourteen chronic stroke patients participated in action-observation training. Initially, they were asked to watch video that illustrated arm actions used in daily activities; this was followed by repetitive practice of the observed actions for 3 times a week for 3 weeks. Each training session lasted 30 min. All subject participated 12 training session on 9 consecutive training days. For the evaluation of the clinical status of standard functional scales, Wolf motor function test was carried out at before and after the training and at 2 weeks after the training. Friedman test and Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to analyze the results of the clinical test. There was a significant improvement in the upper arm functions after the 3-week action-observation training, as compared to that before training. The improvement was sustained even at two weeks after the training. This result suggest that action observation training has a positive additional impact on recovery of stroke-induced motor dysfunctions through the action observation-action execution matching system, which includes in the mirror neuron system.
