A Study on Influencer Food-Content Sentiment Keyword Analysis using Semantic Network based on Social Network

  • The development of the 4th industry has increased social media, and the rise of COVID-19 has stimulated non-face-to-face services. People's consumption patterns are also changing a lot due to non-face-to-face services. In this paper, food content keywords are derived through social network-based semantic network analysis, emotions are analyzed, and keywords applied to food recommendation platforms are input. We collected food, influencer, and corona keyword analysis data through Textom. A lot of research has been done through online reviews of existing influencer content. However, there is a lack of research on keyword sentiment analysis provided by influencers rather than consumers and research perspectives. This paper uploads language and topics derived through online reviews of existing publications and subscribers, and goes beyond the limits used in marketing methods. By analyzing keywords that influencers suggest when uploading content, you can apply data that applies them to food recommendation platforms and applications.

한국 장기체류 중국인 관광앱 사용경험: 샤오홍슈(Xiaohongshu) 앱 사례 (Tourism Experience Sharing of Long-term Living Chinese in South Korea: Case of Xiaohongshu App (RED))

  • 본 연구는 샤오홍슈 앱(RED app)을 이용하여 한국에 장기간 체류하는 중국인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 중국인의 한국 관광행위를 조사하고 분석하였다. 기억할만한 관광경험(MTEs: Memorable Tourism Experiences) 모델을 기반으로 몇 가지 변수를 추가하여 한국에서 장기간 체유하는 중국인의 여행 행동을 분석합니다. 최근 사용자 수가 많은 모바일 앱: 샤우홍슈(RED)의 이용자를 대상으로 조사했다. 212개의 유효한 표본분석을 통해 몇 가지 결론을 도출하였다. (1) 경치, 오락 및 정보성이 사람들의 여행 경험 공유에게 긍정적 영향을 주지만 상호작용 요인이 그렇지 않다는 결론을 발견하였다. (2) 여행 경험을 공유하는 행위는 여행 만족도와 다른 목적지에 방문하는 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 여행 만족도는 한국에 있는 다른 목적지에 방문하는 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 파악했다. 이 연구는 기억할만한 관광경험과 사용자 생성 콘텐츠(UGC: User-Generated Content) 모델을 결합하여 관광에 대한 문헌을 확장하여 외국인의 한국 관광행위에 관련하는 연구를 파악할 수 있다.

Major concerns regarding food services based on news media reports during the COVID-19 outbreak using the topic modeling approach

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases were first reported in December 2019, in China, and an increasing number of cases have since been detected all over the world. The purpose of this study was to collect significant news media reports on food services during the COVID-19 crisis and identify public communication and significant concerns regarding COVID-19 for suggesting future directions for the food industry and services. SUBJECTS/METHODS: News articles pertaining to food services were extracted from the home pages of major news media websites such as BBC, CNN, and Fox News between March 2020 and February 2021. The retrieved data was sorted and analyzed using Python software. RESULTS: The results of text analytics were presented in the format of the topic label and category for individual topics. The food and health category presented the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on food and health, such as an increase in delivery services. The policy category was indicative of a change in government policy. The lifestyle change category addressed topics such as an increase in social media usage. CONCLUSIONS: This study is the first to analyze major news media (i.e., BBC, CNN, and Fox News) data related to food services in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Text analytics research on the food services domain revealed different categories such as food and health, policy, and lifestyle change. Therefore, this study contributes to the body of knowledge on food services research, through the use of text analytics to elicit findings from media sources.

  • 유학생이 계속 늘고 있는 국내 교육 시장에서 소셜 미디어를 활용한 대학 마케팅이 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구는 소셜 미디어를 사용하는 소비자의 심리적 요인에서 출발하여 한국 교육 관광지의 온라인 구전의도에 영향을 미치는 요소를 탐구했다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 구전의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 영향을 설명하고 있으며 교육 관광지의 이미지와 중국 관광객의 관광만족감의 중요성을 확인했다. 또한, 소셜 미디어를 사용할 목적으로 여행하는 이용자들은 자아 이미지 일치성과 과시적 자기표현을 더 중요시하는 경향을 발견했다. 본 연구에서는 대학 마케팅을 목적으로 소셜 미디어를 사용하고 온라인 구전을 활성화함으로써 중국 관광객이 한국 교육 관광지에 대한 인식을 개선할 수 있으며 나아가서 유학생 모집에서도 성공적일 수 있음을 밝혀냈다.

멀티미디어 관광정보시스템을 위한 고가용성 리눅스 서버에 관한 연구 (A Study on the High-availability Linux Server for Multimedia Tourism Information System)

  • 고가용정 (high availability) 이란 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 네트워크 등에 문제가 발생하였을 때 지속적으로 서비스를 제공해주는 가술을 말한다. 고가용성은 정보화 시대의 도래, 전자 상거래의 발전 및 정보 및 멀티미디어 서비스 등의 컴퓨팅 환경의 변화에 따라 점차 중요시되고 있다 특히 하루 24시간 일년 내내 서비스를 제공해 주어야 하는 네트워크 컴퓨팅 부분에서 고가용성은 필수 불가결한 것으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 관광 정보시스템 (Multimedia Tourism Information System)을 위해서 고가용정 (high-availability) 리녹스 (Linux) 서버에 대해서 분석 연구 하여, 대안을 제시 하고자 한다.

호텔기업의 소셜네트워크서비스 품질 중요도 분석 (Importance Analysis on the Quality of Hotel Social Network Service)

  • 본 연구는 호텔기업의 종사원을 연구대상으로 하여, 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 품질의 중요도를 분석함으로써 향후 호텔기업 소셜네트워크서비스의 효율성 증대에 기여하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구에 의거하여 호텔기업의 SNS 품질요인을 소셜네트워크서비스 정보품질, 시스템품질, 서비스품질, 인터페이스품질, 감성품질 등으로 분류하였다. 계층적 의사결정방법(AHP)을 이용한 실증분석결과에 의하면, 중요도 측정결과로서 감성품질영역이 상대적으로 가장 주요한 요인으로 도출되었으며, 인터페이스품질, 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질 등의 순으로 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Revitalization of Chinese Tourism in Baotu Spring Park of Jinan through Service Design Thinking

  • Baotu Spring Park, a must-visit place in Jinan, China, has been rated as the country's highest-level scenic spot by the Chinese government. However, social media that highly reflects public opinions tends to express a lower evaluation of Baotu Spring Park. Thus, this paper employs service design thinking methods to identify the problems of Baotu Spring Park and provide solutions from the perspective of visitors. Based on desk research, tourist behavior tracking, contextual interviews, and a customer journey map, it was found that the service gap of Baotu Spring Park lacks a unified and effective instruction system. Also, the activities, parking, and high-quality tourist souvenirs are deficient, and there is no online information delivery platform. Finally, five suggestions are made,-respectively:,- redesign the sign system, enhance the participation of tourists, redesign the tourist souvenirs and display space, offer parking areas and shuttle buses, as well as set up a dedicated application.

The Determinants of Pakistani Tourists' Visit Intention to Korea in SNS Context- The Effect of Usefulness, Interestingness and Involvement

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between characteristics of social media sites (SNS) and the intention of Pakistani tourists to visit South Korea while determining the role of usefulness, interestingness, and involvement of tourists. Research design, data and methodology: A research model was developed through the previous research, and the questioner-based survey was conducted on Pakistani tourists visiting Korea. The survey data was collected by following multiple hypotheses: the relationship between SNS tourism information and perception of SNS, the relationship between SNS perception and intention to visit, and adjustment of involvement in the relation between tourism information characteristics, and SNS perception. We used SPSS and AMOS24.0 statistical tools to analyze the hypothesis testing data. Results: Based on the data analysis, the study found that the characteristics of SNS have a positive effect on intention to visit via users' perception like usefulness and interestingness. The involvement has a moderating effect between SNS characteristics and users' perception. In the group with high involvement, the degree of influence of the quality factor of SNS on user perception was greater than in the group with low involvement. Conclusions: This study demonstrated that traveler's involvement has a moderating effect on the relationship between SNS characteristics and visit intention for Pakistani travelers visiting Korea. It shows that practitioners or researchers should establish and operate SNS strategies in consideration of user involvement.

A Study on the Effect of Online Travel Distribution's Brand Community Characteristics on Product Purchase Intention

  • Purpose: This study attempted to confirm the mediating effect of brand experience and to travel brand community satisfaction in the relationship between the characteristics of brand community contents and travel product purchase intention. This study also investigated the moderating role of consumer characteristics. Research design, data and methodology: Based on a total of 381 bytes of data, hypothesis verification was conducted using Smart-PLS 3.2.8 statistical package programs. Results: First, the content community travel brand attributes, personal affordability and creativity are a lingering fragrances on the intended consumers ' shopping trip. Second, information provision, interaction, and creativity, which are the characteristics of travel brand community content, influenced consumers' intention to purchase travel products through brand community satisfaction. Third, playfulness, vitality, and creativity, which are the characteristics of travel brand community content, influenced consumers' intention to purchase travel products through double mediation of the experience and community satisfaction of brand. Conclusions: Tourism industry managers should be able to market content by forming their own brand community. It is necessary to create an environment in which tourism industry managers can use social media travel brand community content to give discounts to consumers, provide creative, playful and vivid travel information.

Facebook Me Right: Needs-Based Segmentation of Facebook Brand Page Users

  • In the era of social media, marketers have struggled to understand and serve participants' diverse and multifaceted needs in a novel form of online brand community in the social-networking sites such as Facebook. Thus, this study identifies different groups of participants affiliated with Facebook brand pages based on their needs for brand connection. The need-based segments are validated by comparing results across foodservice and consumer goods. Results of cluster analysis reveal three distinct segments (i.e., residents, lurkers, and peepers) based on participants' functional, experiential, and incentive needs. Results of multivariate analysis of variance illustrate significant differences in relational tendencies for a brand of interest among these three groups. The three groups are profiled based on participants' engagement level. Findings of this study are expected to help marketers better understand the needs of diverse participants in their SNS-embedded brand community so they can develop tailored communication strategies for targeted groups.
