  • Repeated using carpentry workers work at working tools because of occupational low back pain, such as musculoskeletal disorders, occupational diseases are on the rise. For this purpose, through the analysis of musculoskeletal disorders and work tools and studies are underway to improve the working conditions of the workers. However, existing previous studies may not reflect the working tools used for carpentry worker dies when working at a construction site that Therefore, in this study, the work in the form of construction, one of the jobs of worker dies classified according to the working tools of musculoskeletal disorders correlated to analyze. The results of this study are as follows. working tools of a total of seven different dies used in the installation process. Musculoskeletal disorders, waist / drill such correlation was very strong. Also showed that a total of three of the tools used in the formwork dismantling cutter musculoskeletal disorders of the arm / elbow and a very strong correlation.

TRIZ의 핵심 발명원리를 이용한 발명적 사고도구의 개선 (Improving the Inventive Thinking Tools Using Core Inventive Principles of TRIZ)

  • Purpose: SIT(Systematic Inventive Thinking) has been widely used in recent years. The validity of the five thinking tools of SIT is examined, and how to improve the inventive thinking tools is investigated. Methods: Frequency analysis on the usage of the TRIZ 40 inventive principles was used. Inventive thinking tools are derived by eliminating principles with low frequencies and grouping similar principles together. Results: Segmentation, prior action, combining, extraction, cushion in advance, transformation of properties are most frequently used among the 40 principles of TRIZ. The most frequently used principles and similar principles with them are grouped into new inventive thinking tools. Two of them, division and attribute dependency, belong to the 5 thinking tools of SIT, and the others, proactive measures, combination and reversal, do not. Conclusion: The newly identified inventive thinking tools are division, combination, proactive measures, attribute dependency, and reversal. The new five inventive thinking tools are quite efficient since they can cover more than two thirds of the TRIZ 40 inventive principles.

  • Reconfigurability of machine tools is one of the critical factors to realize the responsive manufacturing systems to satisfy the mass-customization production. This paper presents the methods to model and simulate the machine tools on Internet in response to change in the machining requirements. Specifically, a set of module combination rules and a modeling method of the structure of machine tools using connectivity graph are developed. In response to the user requirements, kinematic relations and structures of machine tools can be derived using the module combination rules and connectivity graph relationships. Internet-based simulator of machine tools is implemented and presented. The developed machine tool simulator can be used to verify the structure of machine tools derived from the user requirements.

아동·청소년친화도시 평가지표 개발 및 타당화 연구 (A Study on the Development and Validation of the Assessment Tool for Child Friendly Cities)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop assessment tools to diagnose the child friendly level in a given community. To develop such assessment tools, the literature related to this issue was reviewed, and in order to reflect Korea specific social and cultural characteristics, 198 children and adolescents and 104 parents were interviewed in depth. The questionnaires were classified as objective tools and subjective tools by means of a content validity test by experts and a verification by preliminary survey. Objective tools are defined as those which are used by professionals to check facts based on laws and institutions. 20 objective questionnaires were created and completed. In contrast, subjective tools were used to check the subjective perceptions of children, adolescents and parents on their community environments. Subjective tools were collected as the basis for the data for construct validity and was calculated to verify the validity. For this purpose, 432 children and adolescents between 11 and 18 and 201 parents living in Seoul, Daejeon and Hwaseong (n=633) were surveyed. Subjective tools, 33 questions in 6 areas were created and completed for parents and for children and adolescents, 30 questions in 5 areas were created and completed.

모듈러주택 조립을 위한 조립공구의 성능분석 (Performance Analysis of Assembly Tools for Modular House)

  • 다양한 접합부간의 조립으로 구조를 이루게 되는 모듈러공법에서 현장설치단계의 모듈조립은 구조물의 구조적인 안정성 및 품질에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 매우 중요한 공정이다. 그러나 일반적으로 사용되는 수공구 또는 전동공구는 장시간 사용 시 생산성과 조립품질이 저하되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 에어공구의 장점을 활용한 모듈러주택 전용 조립공구가 개발되었으나, 공구별 성능을 비교하여 성능을 비교 및 평가하는 실험적인 분석은 미흡하였다. 이에 본 연구는 모듈러주택 조립에 사용되는 기존 조립용 공구와 모듈조립용 에어공구를 현장에 적용하여 구조물의 조립품질과 생산성을 공구별로 측정하여 비교 분석 하였다. 그 결과, 기존 조립용 공구와 비교하여 모듈조립용 에어공구가 생산성 및 품질 측면에서 더 우수한 것으로 분석되었다.

  • To get an appropriate and meaningful performance assessment outcomes and to provide the base of essential elementary educational evaluations, we had tried to establish achievement standards, assessment standards and had developed appropriate assessment tools in 「Intelligent Life」 course of the elementary school in this study. The following things were taken into account to establish achievement standards, assessment standards and to develop assessment tools. First, managing deeply not only cognitive domain but also the basic inquiry skills and affective domain, all-round educational properties of integrated courses were likely to come out. Second, evaluating instructional processes as well as instructional results, we had developed assessment standards in elementary 2nd grade's 「Intelligent Life」 course. Third, developing assessment standards on the basis of the 7th Curriculum, we had examined both text book and teacher's guide to promote effectiveness of field application. The type of an assessment tools had been developed variously, considering the characteristics of the elementary lower grades and properties of elementary 2nd grade's 「Intelligent Life」 course. We had developed assessment tools to observe and evaluate practical achievement levels, placing great importance on the types of an assessment tools including observing, narrative of inquiry, report, etc. As a result of investigation of elementary teachers' understandings of the developed achievement standards, assessment standards, and an assessment tools, were revealed in the affirmative on the whole.

Gantry Type 공작기계의 CROSS RAIL Z축 처짐량 보상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Z axis Defection Compensation of the Cross rail for Gantry type Machine tools)

  • Machine tools of Gantry type have been performing machine work as a moving machinery. In a large machine tools, the machinery is moving with bed and it is structurally unstable. When the objects are processed, machine tools gets loads in the direction of Z-axis. In other words, the machine tools which become bigger was performed by the trend of complexation. It made that the increased machine weight can't be passed over. In order to enhance manufacturing precision, it needs to compensate Z-axis deflection of weight for machine tools. In this paper, Machine tools of Gantry type were miniaturized and deflection was measured by LVDT sensors. When deflection was measured, block mass weighted 50kg is moving on particular distance. Then, the displacement of fixed point and moving point is measured by recording telemeter.

문제해결 도구의 양면성 속성에 대한 연구 (A Study on Ambidextrous Attribute About Problem Solving Tools)

  • Recently, creative innovation has become a major topic in management innovation and due to this, various researches on its need and methodologies are being performed. According to previous studies on ambidexterity, explorative innovation is closer to divergent and right-sided brain, while exploitative innovation is closer to convergent and left-sided brain. Five attributes of the questionnaires were developed based on right-sided and left-sided brain theory. Also, 25 problem solving tools were selected according to previous studies. QC 7 Tools and new QC 7 Tools were frequently used in Six Sigma projects. Other 11 problem solving tools were selected with consideration on its usage frequency. Survey questionnaires were distributed to 25 Six Sigma consultants and 22 were retrieved for this study's use. As a result, 14 tools were identified to hold exploitative attribute while 11 tools were identified to hold explorative attributes.

영적 고뇌 측정도구에 대한 고찰 (Review of Spiritual Distress Assessment Tools: A Literature Review)

  • 본 연구는 영적 고뇌 측정도구의 속성을 평가하기 위해 시도되었다. 2016년 4월1일부터 4월20일까지 국내외학술지에 게재된 논문 중 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 선정된 논문을 중심으로 분석을 실시하였다. 최종 선정된 문헌은 국내외 논문 10개였으며, 표준화된 영적 고뇌 측정도구는 국내1개, 국외3개 도구가 있었으며, 이를 중심으로 도구의 속성을 평가하였다. 영적 고뇌 측정도구는 당뇨환자, 암환자, 노인환자 등을 대상으로 개발되었고, 영적 고뇌를 사정하여 영적 간호를 제공하기 위한 전인적 접근을 목적으로 하고 있었다. 국내에서 개발된 도구는 신뢰도가 낮았고, 구성 타당도가 입증되지 않았으며 다차원적 영적인 개념을 반영하지 못하고 있었다. 국외에서 개발된 도구는 타문화권 적용시 국내의 문화 종교적 배경을 고려해야 하며 간호사가 활용할 수 있는 도구가 부족하였다. 따라서 이러한 단점을 보완하여 다차원적인 영적 개념을 반영한 도구 개발이 필요하다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반 협업툴의 도입이 일과 삶에 미치는 영향: S-O-R 프레임워크를 중심으로 (The Impact of the Introduction of Cloud Computing-Based Collaborative Tools on Work and Life: Based on the S-O-R Framework)

  • Purpose As non-face-to-face work environments become common due to COVID-19, interest in online collaboration tools that can communicate smoothly without time and space limitations is continuously increasing. Most of the prior studies are about the introduction, use intention, and satisfaction of cloud computing-based collaboration tools, and studies on the effects of collaboration tools on work-life balance and quality of life are somewhat lacking. Therefore, in this study, the characteristics of cloud computing-based collaboration tools were derived, and the effect on job satisfaction during work and job stress outside of working hours was confirmed. Design/methodology/approach This study applied the S-O-R framework and conducted an online survey of office workers who used cloud computing-based collaboration tools for more than three months. Hypotheses were tested using structural equations. Findings As a result of the analysis, among the characteristics of collaboration tools, stability, usefulness, and interoperability had higher job satisfaction as more stimuli were applied. In addition, the higher the job satisfaction during work, the higher the job performance, work-life balance, and quality of life.
