This paper deals with fault-tolerant control of five-phase induction motor (IM) drives under single-phase open. By exploiting a decoupled model for five-phase IM under fault, the indirect field-oriented control ensures that electromagnetic torque oscillations are reduced by particular magnitude ratio currents. The control techniques are developed by the third harmonic current injection, in order to improve electromagnetic torque density. Furthermore, Proportional Resonant (PR) regulator is adopted to realize excellent current tracking performance in the phase frame, compared with Proportional Integral (PI) and hysteresis regulators. The analysis and experimental results confirm the validity of fault-tolerant control under single-phase open.

In order to improve the thermomechanical performance of polyketone, a third monomer (4-methylstyrene) was added to the copolymerization system. The terpolymer of CO, styrene, and 4-methylstyrene was synthesized in the presence of multi component catalysts containing palladium acetate and rare earth metal phosphonates. The products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). The effects of the different components, including the third monomer, palladium acetate, 2,2'-bipyridyl, rare earth phosphonate, p-toluene-sulphonic acid, and p-benzoquinone, were also studied. The highest catalytic activity of 965.51 g/(gPd h) was obtained with a catalyst containing palladium acetate and rare earth phosphonate.

The water resources project of 320 Ha second stage reclamation, in which including an University City, out of 800 Ha Ndata Farm, Malawa, had been under studied in this research. The challenge of C value of runoff coefficient was obtained as 0.8, by introducing the attenuation factors method, proposed by second author, an IDF dimensionless method customary used in Taiwan, proposed by the third author, is translated further to solve the project design rainfall; Rational Method, thus, obtains 11.5 CMS as the 5 year recurrence storage. The final job, completed by the third author's on-site performance, includs field alignments and discussions with the trustee, Malawa President H. E. Dr. Bingu Wa Mutharika, when a special concern of anti-theft. In order to provide sufficient supply up to an amount of 44,000 M3 during April to November, the sketch package includes 6 measurements: one water barrage, one sluice gate, one intake, one sediment reservoir, one water reservoir, and 3199 Km long gravity-driving hydraulic pipe.

This article explored the bank's responsibilities in electronic payment system between Korea and U.S.A. In order to complete my research object, I used Article 4A of the U.C.C. and EFTA of 1978 and by Electronic Financial Transaction Act of Korea as a analytic instruments. I also adapted America's various regulations to regulate concerned parties(banks). The system of this article is going to display as fellows; First, I presented recent trend and legal stabilities of electronic payment in this article. Second, I focuses on the allocation of risk of loss caused by ambiguous term in payment orders that do not express the subjective intention of the senders. I also did analyze the solution procession of error occurring in course of send of payment order. Third, In any action which involves a customers's liability for an unauthorized electronic fund transfer, the burden of proof is upon the financial institution to show that the electronic fund transfer was authorized. Forth, Customers have to report the error and unauthorized electronic fund transfer after awaring of it. Then bank will be liable for such a unauthorized electronic fund transfer. But If customer's failure to report, the bank has exemptions. Lastly, In order to prevent or detect the unauthorized electronic fund transfer, bank will agree with custom to establish a commercially reasonable security procedure, while bank has duties to notify in order to decrease the loss resulted from unauthorized payment order in korea law.

This study identifies the basic personality types of subjects who use the healing garden and investigates their plants-preference. The purpose of the study is to provide a basic information about planting plan, considered as a main parts of healing garden. Survey results are stated as follows: First, the order of preference of instinct type tree is Prunus yedoensis, zelkova serrata, Phyllostachys Bambusoides. On the other hands, the order of preference of feeling and thinking type is Prunus yedoensis, zelkova serrata, Metasequoia glyptostroboides. Second, the order of preference of instinct type of flowers is Rosa hybrida, Hibiscus syriacus, Forsythia koreana. However, the preference of emotional type is the order of Rosa hybrida, cosmos bipinnatus, Helianthus annuus and the preference of accident type is the order of Rosa hybrida, Hibiscus syriacus, Helianthus annuus. Third, for the color preferences, instinct type prefer yellow color, feeling type and thinking type prefer red color. Lastly, when people view plants, most personality types are interested in flower firstly, and secondly type of tree and scent. In other words, we can assume that people are interested in the flowers, most noticeable in plants. This study will enhance the effectiveness of the healing garden by providing relevant information regarding healing garden planting plan. Future research should consider to widen the range of target of investigation in order to perform additional comparison analysis.

The purpose of this research was to study the variables related to the stress and to provide the way of establishing better relationship between aged parents and adult offsprings and the way of effective care-giving. In order to achieve this purpose a survey was conducted by interview using questionaire. The collected data were analyzed by using frequency percentage mean standard deviation factor analysis Pearson's correlation analysis, ANOVA, and stepwise regression analysis. The results of this research were as follows: First The total points of daughter-in-laws' caregicing stress was 38.5 and daughter's caregiving stress was 27.3. Second There were meaningful differences according to living arrangement daughters-in-law age, old mothers' health status. And there were significant. interaction effects among variables of living arrangement and daughters-in-law' age, living arrangement and birth order birth order and old mothers' health status. living arrangement and daughters-in-law' age and old mothers' health status. Third There were meaningful differences according to living arrangement daughter's age. And there were significant interaction effects among variables of living arrangement and daughter's age, daughter's age and birth order, living arrangement and daughter's age and old mothers' health status, living arrangement and birth order and old mothers' health status. Fourth Among daughters-in-law' variables living arrangement age, old mothers' health status have influence on the care-giving stress. Among daughter's variables living arrangement, age, birth order have influence on the care-giving stress.

This paper presents an improved 8-node shell element for the analysis of plates and shells. The finite element, based on a refined first-order shear deformation theory, is further improved by the combined use of assumed natural strain method. We analyze the influence of the shell element with the different patterns of sampling points for interpolating different components of strains. Using the assumed natural strain method with proper interpolation functions, the present shell element generates neither membrane nor shear locking behavior even when full integration is used in the formulation. Further, a refined first-order shear deformation theory, which results in parabolic through-thickness distribution of the transverse shear strains from the formulation based on the third-order shear deformation theory, is proposed. This formulation eliminates the need for shear correction factors in the first-order theory. Numerical examples demonstrate that the present element perform better in comparison with other shell elements.

비인격적 감독행위는 사회적 맥락에서 발생하기 때문에 피해자와 가해자, 두 당사자와 만의 문제가 아니며, 이를 목격하는 제3자와의 상호작용과 개입 역시 중요하게 고려되어야 한다. 그러나 비인격적 감독행위 연구는 그동안 당사자 간 관계에 치중해왔고, 제3자 반응에 대한 연구가 최근 부상하는데도 불구하고 관련 국내 연구는 여전히 미진한 상황이다. 본 연구는 최근까지 진행된 비인격적 감독의 제3자 반응 연구를 체계적으로 검토함으로써, 비인격적 감독행위 연구영역의 확장에 기여하고자 한다. 선행연구를 검토한 결과, 상사의 비인격적 감독행위를 목격한 제3자는그 사건의 의미에 대한 해석 및 평가라는 인지적 매개과정과, 피해자의 아픔에 공감하거나 이를 고소해하는 등의 정서적 매개과정을 거치는 것으로 나타났다. 이후 제3자는 궁극적으로 행동 반응을 보이는데, 피해자에게 도움을 제공하거나 상사에게 맞서기도 하고, 때로는 반대로 피해자를 괴롭히거나 배제하기도 한다. 또한 직무태도 및 성과 측면에서 스스로 영향을 받기도 한다. 이때, 어떠한 조건에서 제3자가 피해자를 돕거나 돕지 않는지, 그 경계조건을 규명하기 위해 수행된 선행연구에서 제3자의 개인적 특성이나 피해자와의 관계, 그리고 목표나 공정성 관련 조직 상황요인들의 유의미한 조절효과를 다수 확인하였다. 이처럼 제3자의 반응양태는 직접적인 피해자의 반응과 비교할 때 그 스펙트럼이 넓은데, 이러한 다양한 반응양태를 촉발하는 메커니즘을 규명하기 위해 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 이론적 토대로 삼았던 다섯 가지 접근법들을 전체적으로 함께 조망해본다. 더불어 비인격적 감독행위의 제3자 연구에서 발견된 방법론상의 문제점을 검토하고, 이를 극복하기 위해 선행연구에서는 어떤 해결책들을 모색하는지 살펴보았다. 마지막으로, 후속 연구를 수행할 때 참고할만한 몇 가지 연구 방향을 제안하였다.

In order to investigate the effect of shoulder pad affecting the arm movement, eleven women volunteers of standard body whose age is from eighteen to twenty-four(x±1σ) were chosen and this experiment had done according to front-vertical motion, side-vertical motion and horizontal motion of upper limps for tow different materials of shoulder pad(sponge, non-woven) and four different thickness of shoulder pad(0.6cm, 0.8cm, 1.2cm). On the base of this, this study, when putting on shoulder pad, try to find the reform method of shoulder part pattern. The results are as follows. 1. When puting on shoulder pad to blouse pattern to rise shoulder pad for rate of two-third per thickness is seemingly the best for sensory evaluation. So, when putting on shoulder pad, we understand that in order to improve sensory evaluation. So, when putting on shoulder pad, we understand that in order to improve sensory evaluation of clothes, when that, rising shoulder pad for ate of two-third per thickness is the best. 2. From the results of measure of functional volume and physiological value for functionality evaluation according to thickness and material, motion of shoulder pad, 1.2 cm thickness and non-woven material is evaluated the worst for functionality. 3. From the results of sensory evaluation and functionality evaluation of material of shoulder pad, sponge material is superior for functionality but not for sensory evaluation, non-woven material is superior for sensory evaluation non-woven material is superior for sensory evaluation but not for functionality. So, think that it had better use sponge material for functional clothes, non-woven material for aesthetical clothes. 4. From the results of functionality of clothes, when putting on shoulder pad, the worst discomfortable parts are the armpit part and the shawl part, functionality of these part shoulder be reformed.

본 논문에서는 3GPP(The third Generation Partnership Project) W-CDMA시스템에 대해 향상된 셀 탐색 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘의 핵심은 두 번째 단계를 제대로 찾기 위해 첫 번째 단계에서 탐색 슬롯 수를 적게 하면서도 신뢰성을 높이는 것이다. 즉, 첫 번째 단계에서 정합필터 출력을 누적해 가면 서 연속적으로 같은 시간 옵셋에서 슬롯의 동기가 선언되면 두 번째 단계로 넘어간다 3GPP W-CDMA시스템에 대해 기존의 알고리즘과 새롭게 제안된 알고리즘을 비교하기 위해 다중경로가 있는 레일리 페이딩 채널에 대해 시뮬레이션을 했으며, 또한 시뮬레이션의 타당함을 보이기 위해 기존 알고리즘의 첫 번째 단계를 레일리 페이딩 채널에 대해 수식적으로 분석을 하였다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션 결과 제안된 알고리즘 이 더 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 볼 수 있고 또한 최적의 성능을 나타내는 파라미터들을 제안한다.
