과변조 영역에서의 제3고조파 주입형 PWM 인버터 제어 모델 분석 (Analysis of the Control Model of Third Harmonics Injected PWM Inverter in Over Modulation Mode)

  • 본 논문에셔는 3고초파를 주입한 정현파 PWM 인버터의 과변조 영역에서 인버터를 전형적으로 제어하기 위한 새로운 방법을 제시한다. 정현파 PWM에 3고조파를 삽입하면 단순한 정현파 PWM에 비해 선형영역을 확장할 수 있다. 그러나 이 경우에도 선형영역은 six-step 인버터메 비해 90% 정도가 된다. 따라서 과변조 영역에서 변조지수와 인버터 출력의 기본파 전압의 크기에 대한 관계를 분석함으로써, 과변조 영역에서 기준전압올 보정해 줄 수 있다. 보정된 기준 전압을 명령값으로 사용하게 되므로 반복 계산 없이 3고조파 주입형 정현파 PWM에서 출력전압을 SIX-step에샤의 전압에 이로는 과변조 영역까지 선형적으로 제어가 가능하다. 인버터-유도전동기시스템에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 이를 확인하였다.

  • This paper studies particularly applicable method for sensorless Permanent Magnet Brushless DC(PMBLDC) Motor drive system. The waveform of the motor internal voltages (or back emf) contains a fundamental and higher order frequency harmonics. Therefore the third harmonics. component is extracted from the stator phase voltage. The resulting third harmonic signal keeps a constant phase relationship with the rotor flux for any motor speed and load condition. In addition, a simple starting method and a speed estimation approach are also proposed.

  • This paper demonstrates an analysis of harmonics at the high speed railway substation and proved on this countermeasure using the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation tool. First, high speed railway feeding system is composed using PSCAD/EMTDC electrical railway feeding system model in advance. Second, This paper applications line capacitance values as feeder-trolley, trolley-rail and feeder-rail to analysis harmonics more accuracy in advance did not application. This capacitance values calculate using the EMTP(Electro Magnetic Transient Program). Third, the tractions are arranged in the section that substation supplies power, and this paper take the simulation each case(fractions composition amount) to see harmonic propagation from traction to substation. As a result, generated harmonics at traction can confirmed that harmonics did not reduce at utility source. This harmonics have an influence on bulk power system. Finally, this paper introduces the methods of harmonics effect minimum. This paper proved harmonics reduce effect through the passive filters application.

  • 본 논문에서는 3고조파를 주입한 정현파 PWM 인버터의 과변조 영역에서, 인버터 전압을 선형적으로 제어하기 위한 방법을 제시한다. 정현파 PWM에 3고조파를 삽입하면 단순한 정현파 PWM에 비해 선형영역을 확장할 수 있다. 그러나 이 경우에도 선형영역은 six-step 인버터에 비해 90% 정도까지가 된다. 따라서 PWM 인버터를 six-step 인버터의 출력에 이르기까지 선형적으로 제어하기 위해, PWM 인버터의 과변조 영역에서의 변조지수와 인버터 출력의 기본파 전압 크기와의 관계를 분석하여, 과변조 영역에서 기준전압을 보정해 줄 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 보정된 기준 전압을 명령 값으로 사용함으로써 반복 계산 없이 3고조파 주입형 정현파 PWM에서 출력전압을 six-steP에서의 전압에 이르기까지 선형적으로 제어할 수 있게 된다. 제안된 방법을 인버터-유도전동기 시스템에 대한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 확인하였고 실험으로 입증하였다.

누설전류측정에 의한 피뢰기 열화진단기술에 있어 전원고조파의 영향 (Influence of System Voltage Harmonics on Arrester Deterioration Diagnostic Techniques by Leakage Current Measurement)

  • This paper describes an influence of system voltage harmonics on arrester deterioration diagnostic techniques based on leakage current measurement because the resistive current is composed of two components caused by nonlinear characteristics of arrester and by system voltage harmonics. Resistive leakage currents of arresters, which can be evaluated by the third harmonic component of total leakage currents, increase with its deterioration progress. In this paper, we developed a PSpice model for ZnO arrester to simulate the harmonics' effect described above. In simulation, pure sinusoidal voltage and the $3^{rd}$ harmonic voltage are applied to the model, and the leakage current changes are compared. The simulation results showed that the magnitudes of resistive leakage current depend not only on the phase of system voltage harmonics but also on the magnitude of it.

고조파가 누전차단기에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Harmonics on Residual Current Protective Devices)

  • 고조파에 의한 누전차단기 동작이 계속적으로 보고되어 왔으나 누전차단기 동작을 설명할 수 있는 자료가 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 누전차단기에 대한 고조파 영향을 규명하기 위해 누전차단기 오동작 현황에 대한 조사 및 누전차단기 원인불명 동작이 자주 발생하는 건물에서 고조파를 측정 및 분석하였다. 또한 왜곡된 파형을 발생시킬 수 있는 고조파 합성장치를 이용하여 누전차단기 동작 특성을 시험하였다. 시험결과 3차 고조파가 기본파에 합성되었을 때 가장 작은 값의 누설전류에 누전 차단기가 동작되었고 기본파에 더해진 고조파 차수가 증가할 수 록 누전차단기 동작전류는 증가하였다.

  • A new modified command voltage of the third harmonics injected PWM inverter is proposed in overmodulation mode. By analyzing the relationship between the modulation index and the peak of the fundamental component of the modified reference voltage, we can settle the problem in over modulation mode without iteration. Then we can increase the maximum fundamental component of the third harmonic injected PWM inverter comparative to six-step inverter continuously in over modulation mode.

Harmonic Suppression and Broadening Bandwidth of Band Pass Filter Using Aperture and Photonic Band Gap Structure

  • In this paper, we introduced a band-pass filter employed the PBG structure and the aperture on the ground together. The harmonics of band pass filter have been suppressed by employing the PBG structure and the bandwidth of it has been broadened by using the aperture on the ground. The designed PBG cells have three different sizes. The largest cells, the middle cells, and the smallest cells have suppressed the multiple of second harmonics, the multiple of third harmonics, and the multiple of fifth harmonics, respectively. The center frequency has been 2.18 GHz. The bandwidth has been increased from 230 MHz up to 310 MHz(80 MHz, about $35\%$) by the aperture and the ripple characteristics in passband have been improved and the harmonic frequencies have been suppressed about 30 dB by the PBG.

전기기구의 운전에 의하여 발생되는 자계의 측정 (Measurement of Magnetic Field Generated by the Operations of Electric Appliance)

  • The present paper deals with a new developed sensor for measuring the time-varying magnetic fields and describes the experimental results of trasient magnetic field that takes place during the operations of electric appliance. The operation principle of the self-integrating magnetic field sensor by using coaxial cable is analyzed and a calibration investigation is carried out. The frequency bandwidth of the magnetic field measurement system is from 40 Hz to about 300 kHz. The magnetic field induced by the starting and/or operation of electric appliance mainly includes the odd harmonics such as the third, the fifth and the seventh harmonics. The magnetic field intensity caused during the operation of ultrasonic washer is inversely proportional to distance, this correspodns to induction component. As a result, it was known that the odd harmonics of magnetic field in the desing of electromagnetic shield employed for protecting electronic circuit and control devices have to be considered.

  • This paper presents a method which can select optimal nodes to reduce harmonics by using ANP. First, we measured harmonics for the real distribution system and Tried to Analyze It. Second, we designed filters to reduce harmonics. Third, we composed each clusters and calculated it to select optimal nodes based on ANP. We a lied it to the distribution system, and deduce most advantageous method in many technical and economical among harmonic decrease measures. We proved the adequacy and usefulness of the result.
