This Study analyzes dynamic of a puzzle game play by applying entropy law. Entropy is a concept that a quantitative measure of the amount of thermal energy not available to do work in a closed system. And amount of entropy can be measured only if we see the closed system as whole, the field. Puzzle game is also closed system. When player moves an object in game, it change a relationship among objects in play field. In , through an act of position change, player sustains a play field active. In respect of an entropy, this kind of play is considered as pursue of usability of the energy. In , player piles up objects without empty space. In respect of an entropy, this kind of play is considered as pursue of the order. Likewise, puzzle game play can be considered as simulation of a human's pursue of the order in an entropy increasing physical world. And this pursue is a driving force of puzzle game play.

PURPOSE. To investigate the fatigue and fracture resistance of computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) ceramic molar crowns on dental implants and human teeth. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Molar crowns (n=48; n=8/group) were fabricated of a lithium-disilicate-strengthened lithium aluminosilicate glass ceramic (N). Surfaces were polished (P) or glazed (G). Crowns were tested on human teeth (T) and implant-abutment analogues (I) simulating a chairside (C, crown bonded to abutment) or labside (L, screw channel) procedure for implant groups. Polished/glazed lithium disilicate (E) crowns (n=16) served as reference. Combined thermal cycling and mechanical loading (TC: $3000{\times}5^{\circ}C/3000{\times}55^{\circ}C$; ML: $1.2{\time}10^6$ cycles, 50 N) with antagonistic human molars (groups T) and steatite spheres (groups I) was performed under a chewing simulator. TCML crowns were then analyzed for failures (optical microscopy, SEM) and fracture force was determined. Data were statistically analyzed (Kolmogorow-Smirnov, one-way-ANOVA, post-hoc Bonferroni, ${\alpha}=.05$). RESULTS. All crowns survived TCML and showed small traces of wear. In human teeth groups, fracture forces of N crowns varied between $1214{\pm}293N$ (NPT) and $1324{\pm}498N$ (NGT), differing significantly ($P{\leq}.003$) from the polished reference EPT ($2044{\pm}302N$). Fracture forces in implant groups varied between $934{\pm}154N$ (NGI_L) and $1782{\pm}153N$ (NPI_C), providing higher values for the respective chairside crowns. Differences between polishing and glazing were not significant ($P{\geq}.066$) between crowns of identical materials and abutment support. CONCLUSION. Fracture resistance was influenced by the ceramic material, and partly by the tooth or implant situation and the clinical procedure (chairside/labside). Type of surface finish (polishing/glazing) had no significant influence. Clinical survival of the new glass ceramic may be comparable to lithium disilicate.

In this study, we perform a series of aero-thermo-mechanical analyses to predict the running-tip clearance and the effects of impeller deformation on the performance using a centrifugal compressor. During operation, the impeller deformation due to a combination of the centrifugal force, aerodynamic pressure and the thermal load results in a non-uniform tip clearance profile. For the prediction, we employ the one-way fluid-structure interaction (FSI) method using CFX 14.5 and ANSYS. The predicted running tip clearance shows a non-uniform profile over the entire flow passage. In particular, a significant reduction of the tip clearance height occurred at the leading and trailing edges of the impeller. Because of the reduction of the tip clearance, the tip leakage flow decreased by 19.4%. In addition, the polytrophic efficiency under operating conditions increased by 0.72%. These findings confirm that the prediction of the running tip clearance and its impact on compressor performance is an important area that requires further investigation.

In Line Heating method, heating line is determined by kinematics analysis. But the heating line, which is solved by kinematics analysis, doesn't verify by the point of physical analysis and the choice problem in many heating line doesn't determine. In this paper, the simulator is developed. When we get the processing information at the kinematics analysis, simulator can estimate the shape of deformed plate that process along the processing information. When we get the initial shape and the object shape, we calculate the processing information first, using kinematics analysis. In a simulator, we estimate deformed shape from the processing information. After this we compare deformed shape and object shape. If the error of deformed shape and object shape is in the proper limits, that information is determined the final processing information. Else we repeat the process changing variables.
The changes of magnetic properties in neutron irradiated F $e_{81}$$B_{13.5}$S $i_{3.5}$$C_2$ amorphous ribbon were studied by X-ray diffraction, hysteresis loop, temperature dependence of magnetization and complex permeability. The fluences of thermal ( $n_{th}$) and fast ( $n_{f}$) neutron were 6.95$\times$10$^{18}$$n_{th}$ c $m^{-2}$ and 4.56$\times$10$^{16}$$n_{f}$c $m^{-2}$ , respectively. The changes of XRD Profiles were not observable at the neutron irradiated sample. The complex permeability spectra showed that the permeability from domain wall motion decreased due to the increase of pinning force against domain motion by the neutron irradiation, and the relaxation frequency of rotational magnetization moved to higher frequency region. The measurement of hysteresis loop showed the increase of magnetic softness, related to rotational magnetization, but saturation magnetization was decreased in neutron irradiation sample. The Curie temperature was decreased in the neutron irradiated sample.e.e.e.

There are many factors affecting the results of CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing). Among them, the temperature is related to the removal rate and WIWNU (Within Wafer Non-Uniformity). In other words, the removal rate is proportional to the temperature and the variation of temperature distribution on a pad affects the non-uniformity within a wafer. In the former case, the active chemistry improves the rate of chemical reaction and the removal rate becomes better. But, there are not many advanced studies. In the latter case, a kinematical analysis between work-piece and pad can be obtained. And such result analysed from the mechanical aspect can be directly related to the temperature distribution on a pad affecting WIWNU. Meanwhile, the temperature change affects the quantities of both slurry and pad. The change of a pH value of the slurry chemistry due to a temperature variation affects the surface state of an abrasive particle and hence the agglomeration of abrasives happens above the certain temperature. And the pH alteration also affects the zeta potential of a pad surface and therefore the electrical force between pad and abrasive changes. Such results could affect the removal rate and etc. Moreover, the temperature changes the 1st and 2nd elastic moduli of a pad which are closely related to the removal rate and the WIWNU.
Emerging issues related with fully coupled Thermo-Hydro-Mechanical (THM) behavior of unsaturated soil demand the development of a numerical tool in diverse geo-mechanical and geo-environmental areas. This paper presents general governing equations for coupled THM processes in unsaturated porous media. Coupled partial differential equations are derived from three mass balances equations (solid, water, and air), energy balance equation, and force equilibrium equation. With Galerkin formulation and time integration of these governing equations, finite element code is developed to find nonlinear solution of four main variables (displacement-u, gas pressure-$P_g$), liquid pressure-$P_1$), and temperature-T) using Newton's iterative scheme. Three cases of numerical simulations are conducted and discussed: one-dimensional drainage experiments (u-$P_g-P_1$), thermal consolidation (u-$P_1$-T), and effect of pile on surrounding soil due to surface temperature variation (u-$P_1$-T).

Solution-processible hybrid bipolar field effect transistors (HBFETs) with balanced hole and electron mobilities were fabricated using a combination of the organic p-type poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) layer and inorganic n-type ZnO material. The hole and electron mobilities were first optimized in single layer devices by using acetonitrile as a solvent additive to process the P3HT and annealing to process the ZnO layer. The highest hole mobility of the P3HT-only-devices with 5% acetonitrile was 0.15 cm2V-1s-1, while the largest electron mobility was observed in the ZnO-only-devices annealed at $200^{\circ}C$ and found to be $7.2{\times}10-2cm2V-1s-1$. The inorganic-organic HBFETs consisting of P3HT with 5% acetonitrile and ZnO layer annealed at $200^{\circ}C$ exhibited balanced hole and electron mobilities of $4.0{\times}10-2$ and $3.9{\times}10-2cm2V-1s-1$, respectively. The effect on surface morphology and crystallinity by adding acetonitrile and thermal annealing were investigated through X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Our findings indicate that techniques demonstrated herein are of great utility in improving the performance of inorganic-organic hybrid devices
