Second, theoretical entrepreneurship education had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. but practical entrepreneurship education did not have a direct significant effect on career maturity. Third, problem-solving ability had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. Finally, the mediating effect analysis revealed that problem-solving ability had mediating effects on both entrepreneurship education and career maturity of college students. In conclusion, this study has its significance in that it presents the effectiveness and direction of entrepreneurship education both in theory and practice at a time when it is urgent to foster inspiring and creative talent in universities to meet the demands of the times. • This study analyzed the differences in the effects on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial willingness of college students under the coronavirus pandemic by dividing theoretical education into practical education, face-to-face education, and non-face-to-face education, and analyzed the differences in the effects on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship willingness according to the education method. This study conducted entrepreneurship education for 552 students at a comprehensive university in Chungcheong-do, Korea, and analyzed the sample by dividing it into theoretical and practical education, face-to-face education, and non-face-to-face education. In addition, a two-way repeated measures ANOVA was conducted to determine whether there were differences in the entrepreneurship education course operation form according to the pre- and post-education time points. The results showed that, first, the difference between the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education before and after theoretical and practical education was significant, and the entrepreneurship of practical education was higher than that of theoretical education after education. In the test of pre- and post-training differences in entrepreneurial intention, the difference in effectiveness was significant only in practical training. Second, the results of the repeated measures ANOVA analysis of the course operation type of theoretical and practical courses according to the difference between the pre- and post-education time points showed that there were differences in the entrepreneurship effectiveness of theoretical and practical courses according to the time point of education. Third, the difference in the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education according to face-to-face and non-face-to-face education was significant, and only the effect of non-face-to-face education on entrepreneurial intention was significant before and after education. Fourth, the results of repeated measures ANOVA analysis of face-to-face and non-face-to-face course operation type showed that the effect of face-to-face and non-face-to-face entrepreneurship education differed depending on the time of education. The pre-post difference in entrepreneurial intention was significant only for the non-face-to-face program. The implication of this study is that in order to increase the effectiveness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial will among university students, it is necessary to expand the amount of practical classes in which students actively participate in activities related to entrepreneurship. In addition, in order to increase the effectiveness of entrepreneurial will, a non-face-to-face education method that utilizes the metaverse space and increases the role of each student can contribute to increasing the effectiveness of entrepreneurial will.

  • Purpose - Recently, entrepreneurship education has been revitalized with interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education is an educational service activity that is provided for entrepreneurship and individual start-up success within a certain period of time. According to previous studies on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education affects entrepreneurship and as a result increases entrepreneurship. In recent years, the number of female entrepreneurs has also increased as the number of entrepreneurial issues has increased. Based on previous studies, this research proposed the theoretical framework about the structural relationships among mentoring quality (career development, psychological social, role modeling), education satisfaction, recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. This study is to find out the possibility of attempting to create a theoretical basis for entrepreneurial mentoring education in entrepreneurship education program. Research design, data, and methodology - In this model, mentoring quality consists of three sub-dimensions such as career development, psychological social, and role modeling. In order to test research model and hypotheses, the data were collected from 203 female college students who participated in entrepreneurial education. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equational modeling with SPSS 24.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 statistical program. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, role modeling has a positive effect on recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. Second, career development has a strong negative effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, career development and role modeling had a positive effect on educational satisfaction, and educational satisfaction had positive influence on recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. Conclusions - As women's social advancement becomes more active, start-up support programs including entrepreneurship mentoring are increasing. The results of this study suggest how to use the mentoring program mix and how to allocate the resources for the education program when the entrepreneurial education manager plans and executes the mentoring education program. For example, this study shows that career development and role modeling enhance educational satisfaction, and in turn increase recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. This means that entrepreneurship education should consist of contents that include career development functions such as sponsorship, guidance, protection, and provision of challenging work. In addition, the findings of this study indicate that mentors should perform the function of allowing the participants to have confidence and professional thinking ability at the time of start up based on their experiences.

  • Entrepreneurship works as a driving force in socio-economic innovation, the leading role in job creation and economic development. As the importance of entrepreneurship is increased, research on entrepreneurship training methods based on the capability model is vitalized in order to effectively develop entrepreneurship in the EU and OECD. In Korea, however, the research on entrepreneurship capability is nearly not proceeding while the outcome of entrepreneurship training is insufficient. The research, therefore, invented the entrepreneurship training model at K university after analyzing cases of entrepreneurship training from inside and outside of the country followed up through the theoretical consideration of entrepreneurship capability and collecting suggestions from experts. The training model rejects the existing economics-based theory education, focuses on the development of entrepreneurship capability, and suggests an educational process considering students' developing stage of entrepreneurship capabilities.

  • Given the substantial industrial and economic contributions of university start-ups, a growing number of studies have adopted the ecosystem perspectives to systematically explain creating start-ups in universities. Despite the huge theoretical potential, few studies have analyzed the complex, complimentary interactions of the core components in the university entrepreneurship ecosystems (UEEs). Addressing the limitation, this research not only discusses the role of the core ecosystem components, such as patents, entrepreneurship education, and student entrepreneurship clubs, but also analyzes their discrete and complimentary effects on the productivity of UEEs. Based on a national survey of universities, this study shows that all the core components have a positive effect on the ecosystem productivity. More importantly, this study investigated the complimentary relationships among components and tested the moderation effects of both the entrepreneurship education and the student clubs on the relationship between the patents and the productivity of UEEs. The analysis results show that the student clubs intensify the patents' positive effect on the productivity of UEEs. The research results could provide the crucial policy insights for the successful design of UEEs.

  • Owing to pandemic (COVID-19), the traditional face-to-face education method has been changed to the non-face-to-face real-time online education methods. Using a real time-based video conference system, synchronous education can be adopted by face-to-face class easily. Specially, it is very important to minimize the difference in learning effects between face-to-face and non-face-to-face in Entrepreneurship education. In this study, in order to derive the factors that affect the satisfaction of learners in synchronous online education, authors collected data from learners taking a synchronous entrepreneurship course. Through previous research, learned the reality of education and the composition of lessons. Spatiotemporal effectiveness, mentor ability, and educational environment influence learning satisfaction. PLS-SEM results revealed that it was confirmed that only spatiotemporal effects affect learner satisfaction. However, the education environment (fluent operation and convenience of function use of real-time based online conference system) effect teaching presence, class structure, and spatiotemporal effects. Through this research, we hope to provide theoretical and practical support for developing effective teacher activities, proper lesson structure, convenient function of the conference system, and learner-centered online learning environment when developing synchronous online classes.
