The concern and recognition of the energy, environment, conservation of natural resources of the world today are raising, and sustainable development can't be considered in a way of separating development from environment any more. For sustainable development, a new educational infrastructure construction and paradigm coping with new environment through the whole education are needed. Accordingly, this research analyzed eco-friendly design curriculum among interior design major of 4year universities to help with reestablishing educational goal as a model for eco-friendly design curriculum development. According to this research, environment related subject were 91, the rate of 16.4% among total 1492 interior designs major, and among them, eco-friendly design related subjects were 15, which is the 6.4% of 91 environment related subjects, and which is 1.0% among total interior designs, through which we could see that eco-friendly design related subjects were very light weight in the total interior designs. So, the reasonable and concrete reform of eco-friendly design related subjects in 4year universities interior design curriculum seems to be urgent, and diverse eco-friendly design related subjects needed to be developed and established.
Purposes: The purposes of this study were ① to identify the rate of suicide attempts, and ② to investigate relevant variables(family dynamic environment, personality factors) and risk factors for attempting suicide among Korean adolescents. Method: Data were collected through a questionnaire survey. Internal consistencies for this questionnaire ranged from 0.63 to 0.88. Nine hundred and twenty two adolescents were surveyed (delinquent : 367, student : 555), using a proportional stratified random sampling method. Statistical methods employed were chi-square, t-test, and logistic regression analysis. Results: ① The rate of suicide attempts was 10.8% for the total sample, and the delinquents(19.6%) had a higher rate of suicide attempts than the students(5.1%). ② Adolescents attempting suicide had a greater dysfunctional family dynamic environment and more maladaptive personality than those who did not attempt suicide. ③ Risk factors for suicide attempts among Korean adolescents were way of coping, psychosomatic symptoms, and parental child-rearing attitudes, in that order. Conclusions: Suicide and suicidal behaviors are multifaceted events. For suicide prevention, there is a need to make an independent assessment of the variables such as familial problems, personality and dynamic environment of the families of the adolescents.
Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors affecting the emergency response ability to develop an education program to strengthen the emergency response ability of caregivers having the highest probability of discovering emergency situations. Methods: This study is a descriptive research study conducted by 204 caregivers working in elderly care facilities and home care centers located in one area. The collected data were analyzed by independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson's correlation, and multiple linear regression using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 statistical program. Results: First aid knowledge was related to work time (F=3.52, p=.008), number of care people (F=2.58, p=.038), workplace (F=6.76, p=.001), and self-efficacy (F=3.70, p=.026), and the ability to cope with emergency situations showed a statistically significant difference in education level (F=3.58, p=.015). There was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and emergency response ability (r=.179, p<.05), and the factors affecting emergency response ability were education level (β=-.164, p=.050), workplace (β=.290, p=.023), and self-efficacy (β=.103, p=.022). Conclusion : Factors influencing the improvement of caregivers' ability to cope with emergency situations, workplace, education level, and self-efficacy were found. Thus, it is suggested to develop and apply an emergency education program to increase self-efficacy and consider the workplace and educational level.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has become a part of our lives now and we have no more effective way of coping than a vaccine. COVID-19 is a disease that causes severe thrombosis outside the respiratory tract. Vaccines also protect us in this respect, but in some rare cases, thrombosis has been found to develop after vaccination (much less frequently than COVID-19). What was interesting in our case was that it showed how a disaster could happen under three factors that predispose to thrombosis. A 65-year-old female patient with disseminated atherosclerosis was admitted to the intensive care unit with complaints of dyspnea and dysphasia. In the evening of the day, the patient had the vaccination 2 weeks ago, she had active COVID-19. On examination, lower extremity pulses could not be detected. The patient's imaging and blood tests were performed. Multiple complications such as embolic stroke, venous and arterial thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and pericarditis were observed in the patient. This case may give consideration to anticoagulant therapy studies. We give effective anticoagulant therapy in the presence of COVID-19 in patients at risk of thrombosis. Can anticoagulant therapy be considered after vaccination in patients at risk of thrombosis such as disseminated atherosclerosis?
Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors that influence the suicidal ideation of the unemployed. Methods: Participants in this study consisted of 207 unemployed individuals from G city those who were participating in activities in a job center. A survey was conducted from June 13 to September 21, 2014. Research tools were suicidal ideation, self-esteem, somatization, job-seeking anxiety status, problem-focused coping, and family support. Data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0, and included the mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe test. Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression by stepwise selection were also conducted to identify factors influencing suicidal ideation. Results: Suicidal ideation differed significantly according to marital status and spouse income. Suicidal ideation was positively correlated with somatization and job-seeking anxiety status, and negatively correlated with self-esteem and family support. Effective variables were family support (${\beta}=-.03$, p<.001), somatization (${\beta}=.22$, p=.001), spouse income (Yes)(${\beta}=-.18$, p=.003) and self-esteem (${\beta}=-.14$, p=.041). These variables explained 28.2% of the variance in suicidal ideation. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop family support improvement programs to decrease suicidal ideation of the unemployed.
Purpose: This study aimed to determine the level of health-related quality of life (HRQoL) of children and adolescents who received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and to examine factors influencing HRQoL. Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study involved 85 participants aged 10 to 19 years who received treatment from 3 months to 5 years after HSCT. Symptom experiences, stress and coping, self-esteem, social support, and HRQoL were measured. Descriptive analysis, the independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression were used for data analysis. Results: The mean HRQoL score was 72.26 points out of 100. HRQoL showed statistically significant correlations with symptom experiences, stress, self-esteem, social support, satisfaction with peer relationships, and perceived attentiveness of the medical team. The most influential predictors of HRQoL were symptom experiences (β=-.51, p<.001) and satisfaction with peer relationships (β=.32, p<.001). Conclusion: The experiences of different symptoms by children and adolescents who receive HSCT must be considered. In addition, nursing interventions, such as self-help meetings with peer groups, should be provided to improve their HRQoL.
Purpose. The aim of this study was (1) to compare the reverse engineering technique with other existing measurement methods and (2) to analyze the effect of implant angulations and impression coping types on implant impression accuracy with reverse engineering technique. Materials and methods. Three different master models were fabricated and the distance between the two implant center points in parallel master model was measured with different three methods; digital caliper measurement (Group DC), optical measuring (Group OM), and reverse engineering technique (Group RE). The 90 experimental models were fabricated with three types of impression copings for the three different implant angulation and the angular and distance error rate were calculated. One-way ANOVA was used for comparison among the evaluation methods (P < .05). The error rates of experimental groups were analyzed by two-way ANOVA (P < .05). Results. While there was significant difference between Group DC and RE (P < .05), Group OM had no significant difference compared with other groups (P > .05). The standard deviations in reverse engineering were much lower than those of digital caliper and optical measurement. Hybrid groups had no significant difference from the pick-up groups in distance error rates (P > .05). Conclusion. The reverse engineering technique demonstrated its potential as an evaluation technique of 3D accuracy of impression techniques.

Proactive prevention is important for crime. Past crimes have focused on coping after death and punishing them. But with Big Data technology, crime can be prevented spontaneously. Big data can predict the behavior of criminals or potential criminals. This article discusses how to build a big data system for crime prevention. Specifically, it deals with the way to combine unstructured data of big data with basic form data, and as a result, designs crime prevention system. Through this study, it is expected that the possibility of using big data for crime prevention is described through fingerprints, and it is expected to help crime prevention program and research in future.
Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to compare the accuracy of four different metal copings fabricated by CAD/CAM technology and to evaluate clinical effectiveness. Materials and methods: Composite resin tooth of the maxillary central incisor was prepared for a metal ceramic crown and duplicated metal die was fabricated. Then scan the metal die for 12 times to obtain STL files using a confocal microscopy type oral scanner. Metal copings with a thickness of 0.5 mm and a cement space of $50{\mu}m$ were designed on a CAD program. The Co-Cr metal copings were fabricated by the following four methods: Wax pattern milling & Casting (WM), Resin pattern 3D Printing & casting (RP), Milling & Sintering (MS), Selective laser melting (SLM). Silicone replica technique was used to measure marginal and internal discrepancies. The data was statistically analyzed with One-way analysis of variance and appropriate post hoc test (Scheffe test) (${\alpha}=.05$). Results: Mean marginal discrepancy was significantly smaller in the Group WM ($27.66{\pm}9.85{\mu}m$) and Group MS ($28.88{\pm}10.13{\mu}m$) than in the Group RP ($38.09{\pm}11.14{\mu}m$). Mean cervical discrepancy was significantly smaller in the Group MS than in the Group RP. Mean axial discrepancy was significantly smaller in the Group WM and Group MS then in the Group RP and Group SLM. Mean incisal discrepancies was significantly smaller in the Group RP than in all other groups. Conclusion: The marginal and axial discrepancies of the Co-Cr coping fabricated by the Wax pattern milling and Milling/Sintering method were better than those of the other groups. The marginal, cervical and axial fit of Co-Cr copings in all groups are within a clinically acceptable range.
