농촌지역주민의 행정서비스 만족도 연구 (A Study on Rural Citizen Satisfaction for Local Public Service)

  • The objectives of this study were (1) to measure the level of satisfaction on rural for local public service. (2) and analyse variables related to the public service. Reviewing the literature and related studies for theoretical framework, Six criteria characterize public service : (1) responsiveness. (2) convenience, (3) speed, (4) correctness, (5) pleasantness, (6) equality, which are reflected in the instrument of this study. By the results of analysis, two dimensions (convenience, responsiveness) and total satisfaction are related to their residential lengths of the same rural area. For the total public service satisfaction gender, age, educational level, income level, occupation, and residential years explained in 13.3% For the convenience dimension their variables accounted for 22.4%. For responsiveness dimension their variables interpreted in 23.2%. For speed and correctness dimension their variables explained in 21.6%. For pleasantness dimension their variables accounted for local public services in 15.3%. For equality dimension their variables explained in 16.2%.

네일샵 고객의 라이프스타일과 서비스 만족도에 따른 재방문에 관한 연구 (Factors that make customers revisit nail-shops depending on customers' lifestyle and satisfaction levels)

  • The lifestyle of customers visiting nail shops is categorized into four such as the types of 'pursuit of fashion', 'pursuit of brand', 'conservative frugality', 'premeditated pursuit'. Subjects are divided into 3 groups such as a 'pragmatist group', an 'achievement-oriented group' and a 'brand-oriented group'. Customers satisfaction level was measured in the subcategories of a 'personal service', a 'technical service', a 'facility service' and an 'after-sales service'. Their satisfaction levels depending on the types of customers' lifestyle have meaningful differences in a 'technical' and an 'after-sales' service. The 'pragmatist group' shows the highest mark in a 'personal service' and an 'achievement-oriented', it prefers the 'personal' and 'facility service' evenly. The 'brand-oriented' group shows high concern in the 'technical service'. Concludingly, the types of customers' lifestyle which influence their revisiting of the nail shop have deep relation to customers' satisfaction level in the 'personal', 'technical', 'facility', and 'after-sales service' of nail shops. Especially the 'facility service' is highly influential in customer's revisiting.

전자무역서비스 시스템의 사용자 만족 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors for the User's Satisfaction of the a-Trade Service System)

  • The purposes of the study are to measure the relative importance of independent variables, to analyze relation between user satisfaction and use, and to improve the level of user satisfaction in using e-Trade system(uTradeHub). The study develops the independent variables in three dimensions(i.e the quality of system, quality of information, and quality of service), estimates the level of satisfaction on a par with these variables, and analyzes the causal relation of these variables. The major findings of the study are as follows. First, there is a significant casual relationship between the quality of system and user satisfaction, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Second, there is a significant casual relationship between the quality of information and user satisfaction, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Third, there is a significant casual relationship between the quality of service and user satisfaction, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Final, there is a significant casual relationship between the user satisfaction and use, thus the hypothesis is accepted.

  • Customer needs in food service industry is not only demanding high quality product(food), but also high quality service. Therefore, how to provide high quality service based on customers expectation, and how to design the service systems by food service industry or restaurants are important task. This study is service quality of Korean restaurant customers, it aims analyzes factors influences service quality of food service industry based on the perception of pork-belly specialty restaurants customers. It is expected that there is significant difference according to gender concerning level of satisfaction in service quality of food service industry as a result of analyzing the level of satisfaction for frequency of eating out relatively to the purpose of eating out, and researching the level of satisfaction for service quality of food service industry after visiting the restaurant. Based on such results, solutions that can cope with social, cultural and economical environment of food service industry are suggested. Selection of food service business, samples, and purpose of eating out, which are limits of this study, needs to be studied continuously in the future after diversifying and segmentation.

장애 아동의 발달재활서비스가 부모의 이용만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Development and Rehabilitation Services for Children with Disabilities The Effect of Parents' Service Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 장애 아동의 발달재활서비스 부모의 이용만족도를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 강원도의 9개 시, 군 지역 복지관, 사설기관 등 17개소에서 장애 아동 120명과 부모 120명을 설문대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Statistics 18을 사용하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달재활서비스를 이용하는 부모의 일반적 특성에서 수급형태가 이용만족도에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 발달재활서비스의 서비스 이용특성에서 사설치료기관이 이용만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다, 셋째, 발달재활서비스의 서비스 제공에서 과정과 효과가 이용만족도에 유의하게 나타났다. 넷째, 발달재활서비스의 서비스 접근성에서 선택이 이용만족도에 미치는 영향은 유의하게 나타났다. 연구결과의 의의는 발달재활서비스의 서비스 제공과 서비스 접근성이 높을수록 장애 아동 부모의 이용만족도가 높아진다는 것을 확인한 것이다. 이에 따라 발달재활서비스를 이용하는 부모의 이용만족도를 향상시키기 위한 논의와 함의를 제시하였다.

학생만족에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 -서비스품질을 중심으로- (An Analysis of the Impact Factors for the satisfaction of Students -Focused on the Service Quality-)

  • Recently, almost of the colleges are contrive measures to satisfy the needs of students. The purpose of this study is to find what are the impact factors to the needs of those. To evaluate the factors influencing to students behaviors, it was investigated how much did the 5 variety of Service quality-Tangibles, Assurance, Responsiveness, Empathy, Reliability-and 4 variety of attitude models to depending to the level of students influence the satisfaction of students for the students of W college. In the result, this study shows that 5 variety of Service quality did not impact for the general service quality, but only the Responsiveness and, Empathy have the positive relationship to the satisfaction of students. Also, general service quality and attitude willingness have the positive correlation with the satisfaction of students. And it is investigated that there are significance differences among the general service qualities by the level of students ability.

대학수준에서 인터넷 강의와 강의실 강의의 서비스 품질에 관한 연구 (Service Quality of Internet-based Lecture and In-class Lecture at the University Level)

  • This study try to find the service quality factors of internet-based lecture and in-class lecture on the university level. The service quality factors of internet-based lecture are information quality and system quality factors which affect education service value, and customer satisfaction. This affects the service performance. The service quality factors of in-class lecture are tangibility, reliability, responsibility, assurance and empathy factors also affect education service value and customer satisfaction. This leads to service performance. This result will be helpful to enhance the service quality of university level lectures.

Determinants of Inpatients Satisfaction and Intent to Revisit Oriental Medical Hospitals

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the determinants of inpatients satisfaction and intent to revisit oriental medical hospitals. Methods: The independent variables of the study contain the level of satisfaction with doctors, nurses, staffs, medical fee, environment, facilities and hospital life. Each variable was measured by three to eight items about the level of satisfaction with various aspects of hospital ward life. The level of overall patient satisfaction was used as an intervening variable and the level of intent to revisit was used as a dependent variable. The sample used in this study consisted of 268 inpatients from 3 oriental medical hospitals located in Chungnam Province. Data were collected with a structured and self-administrated questionnaire and analysed using path analysis. Results: The major findings of the study were as follows : First, it was found that the 3 variables of hospital life satisfaction, ancillary staffs satisfaction, and metropolitan residents has significant positive effect on the level of overall patient satisfaction. Second, the overall satisfaction and the satisfactory level of facilities, medical fee, and quality of ward life were found to have significant effects on the level of intent to revisit of respondents. Conclusions: The results of the study indicate that oriental medical hospitals should make an effort to improve the overall satisfaction of inpatients, especially focusing on the facilities convenience, medical price, and hospital ward life which will lead to high level of intent to revisit of inpatients.

항공보안요원의 직무만족요인과 서비스 제공의식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Job Satisfaction Factors and Service Delivery Perception of Aviation Security Screener Affecting Job Satisfaction)

  • This study, the cause of an aviation security employees' job satisfaction and dissatisfaction will be understood and the data can be used as evidence to explain the position of the employees. Moreover, the results of this study shall be conducted to increase the level of service delivery and also to remove unsatisfactory factors. Thus, according to this research survey shows the understanding of the job satisfaction and service delivery influences on the overall job satisfaction of a secure enterprise's security screeners. As a results, by improving the job satisfaction of aviation security screeners, the world's most safe, convenient service and quick airport service delivery could be achieved. Therefore, in order to improve the level of Korea and the international competitiveness of airlines, the promotion of job satisfaction of employees would be very important. Moreover based on the results of this study, the advanced research on the recognition differences for service evaluation between the customers and security screeners are needed.

대학급식소 종사원의 직무만족과 고객지향서비스 수행도 (Job Satisfaction and Customer-oriented Service Performance of University Foodservice Employees)

  • The aims of this study were to estimate the level of job satisfaction and customer-oriented service performance in university food service employees Two hundreds-six food service employees working in Seoul were enrolled and the response rate was 85.8%. Of respondents, 85.9% was female and most of the respondents were 40 years up (70.8%). Generally, respondents had approximately 5 years job experience and high school level. Mean score of job satisfaction was 3.23 score out of 5.00. The highest and lowest items on job satisfaction were responsibility and commitment(4.00). and promotions opportunity(2.69), respectively. Considering job satisfaction; relationships of supervisors, employment and career were significantly different in age(P<0.05), job-system and wage(P<0.05), respectively. Mean score of customer-oriented service performance was 3.75. The highest and lowest items on customer-oriented service performance were delivering on time(4.02) and service information for customers(3.21), respectively. Customer-oriented service performance was significantly different in age and wage(P<0.05). Job satisfaction had positive correlation to customer-oriented service performance. Relationship of supervisors was positively correlated with relationship of coworkers and career.
