This study investigated the effect of housing poverty in childhood on adolescents' subjective well-being. Specifically, this study examined whether the major factors that have been known to affect adolescents' well-being (i.e., family relationships, peer relationships, school adjustment etc.) mediated the relationship between housing poverty and adolescents' well-being. And then this study aimed to present an empirical evidence for establishing policies against housing poverty in order to enhance adolescent's subjective happiness. Data were derived from the $1^{st}$, $4^{th}$, and $7^{th}$ surveys of the Korea Welfare Panel Study(KOWEPS), and the sample included. 512 high school children in the $7^{th}$ survey. This study utilized structural equation modeling. Housing poverty was measured by the sub-minimum standard housing condition and the household's burden of housing expenditure. Family relationship, as a mediator, was measured by parental involvement in education, parental monitoring, and family conflicts. Another mediator, school adjustment was measured by school environment and school bonding, and the last mediator, peer relationship was measured by friend attachment and peer attachment. The results showed that housing poverty had significant negative effects on the adolescents' subjective well-being. The sub-minimum standard housing condition with inadequate size and facilities negatively affected adolescents' relationships with family directly and subjective well-being indirectly. In addition, the negative family relationships due to the sub-minimum standard housing condition negatively affected adolescents' subjective well-being through school adjustment and peer relationships. The greater the proportion of income a household spends on housing expenditure, the less likely for adolescents to report positive well-being. The sub-minimum standard housing condition had indirect effects through family relationships, whereas the household's housing expenditure directly affected adolescents' subjective well-being. This study suggested the necessity of interventions to alleviate housing poverty for adolescents' families and lays the groundwork for housing poverty policies in Korea.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to develop programs that help students adjust to school and provide basic data for the students who have difficulty adjusting to school by analyzing the influence of elementary school students' stress and their relationship with parents on school adjustment. Methods: The study surveyed fourth graders in 3 elementary schools in G district. The researcher used convenience sampling to select the 3 elementary schools. The combined 158 students were selected for the analysis, and the survey was conducted for a month in September 2011. The stress monitoring tool used in the 5th year of Korean Youth Panel Survey was mobilized to measure levels of stress among the participants. To measure the parent-child relationship, the Korean Parent-Child Relationships Scale was used. For the measurement of school adjustment, a tool designed to identify the school adjustment of elementary school students was used. The SPSS 21 software and a two-sided test under the significance level of ${\alpha}=0.05$ were used to analyze data. The regression analysis was also used to identify the relative influence of the stress and parent-child relationship on children's adjustment to school. Results: The regression analysis has found the following: the higher peer stress (B=-0.175) and parental strictness (B=-0.159) grow, the lower the level of school adjustment gets; the higher the level of intimacy between parent and child gets, the higher the level of school adjustment grows; and intimacy between parent and child (${\beta}=0.400$) has the largest influence on the child's school adjustment. Conclusions: For elementary school students to be well adjusted to school, their stress and relationships with their parents should be managed. In particular, using the programs that can reduce stress from peers and increase parent-child intimacy will be effective in helping students adjust to school.
The study is aimed to investigate the relationship between physical competence and physical education class satisfaction. For this purpose, 556 questionnaires were used for the final analysis by using convenience extraction method for middle and high school students. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics for each factor were presented using PASW ver. 18.0 program, and exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted for factor extraction and item internal consistency confirmation. Furthermore, a multiple regression analysis was conducted to clarify the relation between physical competence and satisfaction of class, and the results were as follows: First, feedback factors influenced the relationship between physical competence and teaching behavior. Second, athletic performance, victory, peer comparison factor, etc. influenced the relationship between physical competence and satisfaction of class. Third, the feedbacks and the experience factors influenced the relationship between the physical competence and the physical environment. Fourth, feedback factors also influenced the relationship between physical competence and athletic ability.

This study examined the correlations between investigating human rights sensitivity, interpersonal caring behavior, and biomedical ethics in nursing students who have clinical practice experience. The data were collected using structured questionnaires for 3rd and 4th grade nursing students who were attending three universities in Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheong-do. As a result of this study, nursing college students' human rights sensitivity, interpersonal caring behavior, and biomedical ethics were scored as 112.23, 3.95, and 2.03 points, respectively. There were significant differences in human rights sensitivity according to major satisfaction (t=3.320. p=.001), clinical practice satisfaction (t=2.557, p=.012), and clinical peer relationship (t=4.234, p<.001), interpersonal care behavior according to major satisfaction (t=3.423. p=.001), clinical practice satisfaction (t=4.364, p<.001), and clinical peer relationship (t=3.708, p=.001), and biomedical ethics according to major satisfaction (t=-2.404, p=.018). Human rights sensitivity showed positive correlations with biomedical ethics (r=.27, p<.01), and interpersonal caring behavior showed a positive correlation with biomedical ethics (r=.17, p<.05). Based on these findings, it is necessary to develop systematic nursing education programs to strengthen interpersonal caring behavior, biomedical ethics, and human rights sensitivity.

Result - There is little doubt that this study was significant and relevant to the relationship between employee work stress and workability, indicating how organizations that manage their employees in a stress-free working environment. the present researcher separate the solutions into five categories according to the person or body responsible for the answers. Conclusion - The numerous solutions on how to deal with various stresses, the theoretical aspect of the solutions involving the theories developed by multiple past articles on how to solve work stress. In general, workability and work stress is a very large field of study. Another consideration is the numerous professionalisms in the world, and each has different ways stress is induced in the organization.
The current study was designed to expand oar understanding of children's entertainer idolization phenomenon by investigating the relationship between Korean teens'entertainer idolization and their self-esteem. Four hundred and fifty five children (244 11 year-olds, 211 14 year-olds) were randomly selected from 4 elementary schools and middle schools located in Inchon and Seoul, Korea. A set of reliable and valid self-reporting questionnaire was used: Adolescent Idolization of Pop Singer (Raviv, 1996 translated into Korean), which include questions about how children express their entertainer idolization, the reason for the idolization and the influence of the idols on children's lives, was selected to measure children's entertainer idolization and Self-Esteem Questionnaire for Korean Children and Adolescence (Kyung-Yeun, 1999 Korean) was used to measure children's self-esteem in academic achievement, peer-related, physical-appearance, family-related. and personality dimensions. The major results of the study were: (1) The singers and male entertainers were the most popular among Korean teens. (2) The results of two sample comparisons showed that 14-year olds and girls expressed their entertainer idolization more actively than their counter paras (11-year olds and boys, respectively). (3) Entertainers'personal characteristics were found to be the most important factor that influence idolization. (4) The relationship between entertainer idolization and self-esteem was stronger in the case of 11-year olds than in the case of 14-year olds.
This study investigated the integrated effects of family and school factors on the cyber behavior of adolescents. Specifically, the purposes of this study were to categorize adolescents into groups by family and school factors and to find investigate differences among the groups regarding cyber behavior (internet use, internet purpose, and internet experience). no study distributed the questionnaires to middle and high school adolescent students of five representative cities in South Korea. The total respondents were 2240 (960 from Seoul/kyongki, and 320 each from Taegu, Pusan, Kwangiu, and Taejon). The response rate w3s 98.7%. no data were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and Duncan test. The results showed that Korean adolescents were segmented into four groups (family preference/school preference group, family dissatisfaction/teacher dissatisfaction group, family average/school average group, family average/peer dissatisfaction group). The four groups were significantly different in regard to cyber behavior. For example, the family dissatisfaction/teacher dissatisfaction group u%d internet to relieve stress and used communication more than the other groups. Also, the group had more diverse cyber behavior including internet addiction. The implications of the study were further discussed.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between firm's green marketing approach and firm's reputation improvement among customers. To investigate the object of the current study and provides adequate material to fill a gap in the literature, the current author collected abundant textual data from numerous extant literature. Because the author needed to augment about reliability and validity, textual data from trusted peer-reviewed sources was obtained from numerous databases. Based on a large body of literature, this study suggests that companies have to declare their stand based on their positioning to safeguard their reputation as an entity and that of its products and services. The five components of a company adopting a recognized environmental marketing strategy include product strategy, demand strategy, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, and labeling strategy Thus, firms' environmental marketing strategies have to be designed with the complete intent of transformation as a solution to enhance their reputation. The current study concludes that the comparison of environmental marketing strategies does not correctly help in ranking the concern in an effective way, and describe the exact details needed in each of the five categories for a company to carry its operations in a sustainable fashion.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to survey the current status of mental health education and need for mental health education enhancing protective factors in the elementary schools. Methods: We surveyed 10 school health teachers and 328 fifth- and sixth-grade students using 19- and 20-item questionnaires, respectively. Results: All of the teachers and 65.2% of the students replied that they were either teaching or being taught mental health in school. Topics covered suicide, depression, school violence, and Internet addiction. All of the teachers and 84.1% of the students expressed the need for mental health education enhancing protective factors in school. Both groups replied that two sessions are enough. The teachers preferred role play and discussion as teaching methods, and audiovisual materials and computer as instructional media. The students preferred lecture and role play as teaching methods, and audiovisual materials and smartphone as instructional media. Both groups ranked self-esteem, parent-child relationship, peer relationship, and emotional regulation as the most important topics to be covered in the education. Conclusion: There is a high demand for mental health education enhancing protective factors. Therefore, it is recommended to develop educational programs enhancing protective factors by enabling formal and informal learning using smartphone.
