주거빈곤기간이 청소년의 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The effects of housing poverty on adolescents' subjective well-being)

  • 본 연구는 아동기의 주거빈곤기간이 청소년의 주관적 행복감에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 한다. 특히 기존연구를 통해 청소년의 주관적 행복감의 주요 영향요인으로 알려져 있는 가족관계나 또래관계, 그리고 학교적응이 주거빈곤기간과 청소년의 행복감 사이를 매개하는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 아동 청소년이 행복한 사회가 되기 위한 사회적 노력의 일환으로써 주거복지정책은 어떠한 방향으로 수립되어야 하는지 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 한국복지패널 제1,4,7차년도 자료를 이용하였으며, 7차년도 아동부가조사에 최종 조사 완료한 512명의 고등학교 연령대 청소년을 대상으로 하였다. 분석을 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 사용하였으며, 주거빈곤기간은 최저주거기준미달기간과 주거비과부담기간을 통해 측정하였다. 매개변수로 사용한 가족관계는 부모의 교육참여, 부모의 지도 감독, 가족갈등을 통해 측정하였으며, 학교적응은 학교환경과 학교유대감, 그리고 또래관계는 친구애착과 친한 친구의 또래애착으로 측정하였다. 종속 변수는 청소년의 주관적 행복감 척도를 통해 측정하였으며, 청소년의 성별과 가구소득의 영향을 통제하였다. 분석 결과, 최저주거기준미달 기간이 길수록 가족관계와 청소년의 주관적 행복감에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 최저주거기준미달로 인한 부정적 가족관계는 청소년의 학교 적응과 또래관계에도 영향을 미쳐 청소년의 주관적 행복감에 부정적 영향을 주고 있었다. 주거비과부담기간의 경우 주거비과부담기간이 길어질수록 아동의 주관적 행복감이 직접적으로 부정적 영향을 받았다. 요컨대 최저주거기준미달기간의 경우 가족관계를 통한 간접적 효과가 있는 반면에 주거비과부담기간의 경우 아동의 주관적 행복감에 직접적으로 부정적 효과가 확인되었다. 주거빈곤기간이 길수록 아동권리보장의 최종상태라 할 수 있는 주관적 행복감에 부정적이라는 본 연구결과는 아동 청소년 가구의 주거빈곤문제를 감소시키기 위한 사회적 노력을 요구하고 있다.

초등학생의 스트레스와 부모자녀관계가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Stress and Parent-Child Relationship on Elementary School Students' School Adjustment)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to develop programs that help students adjust to school and provide basic data for the students who have difficulty adjusting to school by analyzing the influence of elementary school students' stress and their relationship with parents on school adjustment. Methods: The study surveyed fourth graders in 3 elementary schools in G district. The researcher used convenience sampling to select the 3 elementary schools. The combined 158 students were selected for the analysis, and the survey was conducted for a month in September 2011. The stress monitoring tool used in the 5th year of Korean Youth Panel Survey was mobilized to measure levels of stress among the participants. To measure the parent-child relationship, the Korean Parent-Child Relationships Scale was used. For the measurement of school adjustment, a tool designed to identify the school adjustment of elementary school students was used. The SPSS 21 software and a two-sided test under the significance level of ${\alpha}=0.05$ were used to analyze data. The regression analysis was also used to identify the relative influence of the stress and parent-child relationship on children's adjustment to school. Results: The regression analysis has found the following: the higher peer stress (B=-0.175) and parental strictness (B=-0.159) grow, the lower the level of school adjustment gets; the higher the level of intimacy between parent and child gets, the higher the level of school adjustment grows; and intimacy between parent and child (${\beta}=0.400$) has the largest influence on the child's school adjustment. Conclusions: For elementary school students to be well adjusted to school, their stress and relationships with their parents should be managed. In particular, using the programs that can reduce stress from peers and increase parent-child intimacy will be effective in helping students adjust to school.

융합을 활용한 신체적 유능감이 체육수업 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Physical Competence Using Convergence on Satisfaction with Physical Education Class)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신체적 유능감과 체육수업 만족도의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 중 고교학생을 대상으로 편의추출방법을 사용하여 556부의 설문지를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석을 위해 통계프로그램은 PASW ver. 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 각 요인에 대한 기술통계를 제시하였으며, 요인추출 및 문항의 내적 일관성 확인을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 신체적 유능감과 수업만족도와의 관계에 대한 규명을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체적 유능감과 교수행동의 관계에 있어 피드백 요인이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신체적 유능감과 체육성적의 관계에 있어 승리, 동료비교 요인 등이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신체적 유능감과 체육환경의 관계에 있어 피드백, 대리경험 요인 등이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 신체적 유능감과 운동능력의 관계에 있어 피드백 요인이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생의 인권감수성, 대인돌봄행위와 생명의료 윤리의식과의 관계 (The Relationship between Human Rights Sensitivity, Interpersonal Caring Behavior, and Biomedical Ethics in Nursing Students Who Have Experienced Clinical Practice)

  • 본 연구는 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생의 인권감수성, 대인돌봄행위와 생명의료 윤리의식 정도를 파악하고, 세 변수들 간의 상관관계를 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 경기도와 충청도 소재 3개 대학에 재학 중이며 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호학과 3~4학년을 대상으로 2018년 9월 10일부터 10월 12일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구 결과 간호대학생의 인권감수성, 대인돌봄행위, 생명의료 윤리의식은 평균 112.23점, 3.95점, 2.03점으로 나타났다. 인권감수성은 전공 만족도(t=3.320. p=.001), 임상 실습 만족도(t=2.557, p=.012), 실습 동료와의 관계(t=4.234, p=.000)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대인돌봄행위는 전공 만족도(t=3.423. p=.001), 임상실습 만족도(t=4.364, p=.000), 실습 동료와의 관계(t=3.708, p=.001)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 생명의료 윤리의식은 전공 만족도(t=-2.404, p=.018)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 인권감수성은 생명의료 윤리의식(r=.27, p<.01)과, 대인돌봄행위는 생명의료 윤리의식(r=.17, p<.05)과 양적 상관관계를 보였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 인권감수성을 강화하고, 대인돌봄행위 및 생명의료 윤리의식을 강화시키기 위한 체계적인 간호교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

A Theoretical Approach: the Worker's task Stress and its Association with Job Performance

  • Purpose: Purpose - This study investigates and aims to discuss regarding the employee's work stress and its relationship with employee's workability based on literature content analysis. Finally, this study will provide how employees can manage it and coexist while enjoying the benefits of a stress-free working environment. Research design, data, and methodology - The author collected many textual contexts from mostly peer-reviewed academic journals, which means that academic comprehensive integrity can be obtained by qualitative approach for this study with discussing and following a constructive review analysis. The content analysis aims to determine a textural dataset in the longtime frame from the newest textural information. Result - There is little doubt that this study was significant and relevant to the relationship between employee work stress and workability, indicating how organizations that manage their employees in a stress-free working environment. the present researcher separate the solutions into five categories according to the person or body responsible for the answers. Conclusion - The numerous solutions on how to deal with various stresses, the theoretical aspect of the solutions involving the theories developed by multiple past articles on how to solve work stress. In general, workability and work stress is a very large field of study. Another consideration is the numerous professionalisms in the world, and each has different ways stress is induced in the organization.

아동의 성, 연령, 자아 존중감과 연예인 우상화 현상 (Childern's Sex, Age, Self-Esteem and Entertainers Idolization)

  • The current study was designed to expand oar understanding of children's entertainer idolization phenomenon by investigating the relationship between Korean teens'entertainer idolization and their self-esteem. Four hundred and fifty five children (244 11 year-olds, 211 14 year-olds) were randomly selected from 4 elementary schools and middle schools located in Inchon and Seoul, Korea. A set of reliable and valid self-reporting questionnaire was used: Adolescent Idolization of Pop Singer (Raviv, 1996 translated into Korean), which include questions about how children express their entertainer idolization, the reason for the idolization and the influence of the idols on children's lives, was selected to measure children's entertainer idolization and Self-Esteem Questionnaire for Korean Children and Adolescence (Kyung-Yeun, 1999 Korean) was used to measure children's self-esteem in academic achievement, peer-related, physical-appearance, family-related. and personality dimensions. The major results of the study were: (1) The singers and male entertainers were the most popular among Korean teens. (2) The results of two sample comparisons showed that 14-year olds and girls expressed their entertainer idolization more actively than their counter paras (11-year olds and boys, respectively). (3) Entertainers'personal characteristics were found to be the most important factor that influence idolization. (4) The relationship between entertainer idolization and self-esteem was stronger in the case of 11-year olds than in the case of 14-year olds.

청소년의 가족 및 학교 관련 요인에 따른 사이버 행동 (Cyber behavior of Adolescents According to Family and School Factors)

  • This study investigated the integrated effects of family and school factors on the cyber behavior of adolescents. Specifically, the purposes of this study were to categorize adolescents into groups by family and school factors and to find investigate differences among the groups regarding cyber behavior (internet use, internet purpose, and internet experience). no study distributed the questionnaires to middle and high school adolescent students of five representative cities in South Korea. The total respondents were 2240 (960 from Seoul/kyongki, and 320 each from Taegu, Pusan, Kwangiu, and Taejon). The response rate w3s 98.7%. no data were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and Duncan test. The results showed that Korean adolescents were segmented into four groups (family preference/school preference group, family dissatisfaction/teacher dissatisfaction group, family average/school average group, family average/peer dissatisfaction group). The four groups were significantly different in regard to cyber behavior. For example, the family dissatisfaction/teacher dissatisfaction group u%d internet to relieve stress and used communication more than the other groups. Also, the group had more diverse cyber behavior including internet addiction. The implications of the study were further discussed.

The Relationship between Green Marketing and Firm Reputation: Evidence from Content Analysis

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between firm's green marketing approach and firm's reputation improvement among customers. To investigate the object of the current study and provides adequate material to fill a gap in the literature, the current author collected abundant textual data from numerous extant literature. Because the author needed to augment about reliability and validity, textual data from trusted peer-reviewed sources was obtained from numerous databases. Based on a large body of literature, this study suggests that companies have to declare their stand based on their positioning to safeguard their reputation as an entity and that of its products and services. The five components of a company adopting a recognized environmental marketing strategy include product strategy, demand strategy, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, and labeling strategy Thus, firms' environmental marketing strategies have to be designed with the complete intent of transformation as a solution to enhance their reputation. The current study concludes that the comparison of environmental marketing strategies does not correctly help in ranking the concern in an effective way, and describe the exact details needed in each of the five categories for a company to carry its operations in a sustainable fashion.

The Association between Fair Hiring Policy and Employee Job Satisfaction: Theoretical Approach in the Literature Analysis

  • Purpose - This study aims to build other studies and research on the perception and association of fair hiring policy and employee job satisfaction. The reviews and further research of the performance appraisal and employee satisfaction topics provided a basis to conduct this study based on the challenges that result from equality hiring perception on the performance appraisal on the job satisfaction by employees. Research design, data, and methodology - The author collected many textual contexts from mostly peer-reviewed academic journals, which means that academic comprehensive integrity can be obtained by qualitative approach for this study with discussing and following a constructive review analysis. The content analysis aims to determine a textural dataset in the longtime frame from the newest textural information. Result - There is little doubt that this study was significant and relevant to the relationship between fair hiring policy and worker's job satisfaction, indicating that an organization that practices a fair hiring policy positively affects employee job satisfaction. After all, the employee needs are well catered for and meet appropriately. Conclusion - This study suggests that fairness extensively relies on the organization's ability to identify and eliminate any form of performance challenges regarding equity and has proved and determined the significant relationship between fair hiring policy and employees' job satisfaction

보건교사와 초등학교 고학년 학생을 대상으로 한 정신건강교육 실태 및 보호요인 강화 교육 요구도 조사 (Survey Study of Current Status of and Need for Mental Health Education Enhancing Protective Factors in the Elementary Schools)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to survey the current status of mental health education and need for mental health education enhancing protective factors in the elementary schools. Methods: We surveyed 10 school health teachers and 328 fifth- and sixth-grade students using 19- and 20-item questionnaires, respectively. Results: All of the teachers and 65.2% of the students replied that they were either teaching or being taught mental health in school. Topics covered suicide, depression, school violence, and Internet addiction. All of the teachers and 84.1% of the students expressed the need for mental health education enhancing protective factors in school. Both groups replied that two sessions are enough. The teachers preferred role play and discussion as teaching methods, and audiovisual materials and computer as instructional media. The students preferred lecture and role play as teaching methods, and audiovisual materials and smartphone as instructional media. Both groups ranked self-esteem, parent-child relationship, peer relationship, and emotional regulation as the most important topics to be covered in the education. Conclusion: There is a high demand for mental health education enhancing protective factors. Therefore, it is recommended to develop educational programs enhancing protective factors by enabling formal and informal learning using smartphone.
