In the era of the Covid19, container shipping rates are surging up. Many studies have attempted to investigate the factors affecting a surge in container shipping rates. However, there is limited literature using text mining techniques for analyzing the underlying causes of the surge. This study aims to identify the factors behind the unprecedented surge in shipping rates using network text analysis and LDA topic modeling. For the analysis, we collected the data and keywords from articles in Lloyd's List during past two years(2020-2021). The results of the text analysis showed that the current surge is mainly due to "US-China trade war", "rising blanking sailings", "port congestion", "container shortage", and "unexpected events such as the Suez canal blockage".

Last, It was reported that institutional and technical efforts were needed to improve sports activities.

This research is an attempt to understand the economic and social consequences that are occurring in Indonesia due to the spread of COVID-19. Indonesia, which has maintained solid economic growth since the inauguration of President Jokowi's government, is also experiencing difficulties to deal with unexpected COVID-19 pandemic as the global economic turmoil has had a very significant impact on its economy. The economic impact of COVID-19 can be felt, starting from the phenomenon of panic buying, the free fall of the stock price index, the depreciation of the Rupiah against the Dollar, sluggish activities in the processing industry, and ultimately it has an impact on slowing economic growth. Various policies and measures have been taken by the Indonesian government to minimize the negative impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy. One such area is electronic commerce business or e-commerce that witnessed a vast increase of online and non-cash transaction amid rising voices that the country needs to prepare for the advent of a new economic system, the so-called New Normal era. The Covid-19 pandemic will temporarily slow economic growth and delay some development projects and policy initiatives as the Indonesian government diverts capital from infrastructure development to help respond to the crisis. However, the Jokowi administration's efforts for continuous reform are expected to accelerate the transition to the digital economy.

In the era of COVID-19 pandemic, COVID related keywords, news and SNS data are pouring out. With the help of the data and LDA topic modeling, we can check out what media reports about COVID-19 and vaccines. Also, we can be clear how the public reacts to the vaccine on social media and how this is related with the increasing number of COVID-19 patients. By using sentimental analysis methodology, we can get to know about the different kinds of reports that Korea media send out and get to know what kind of emotions that each media company uses in majority. Through this procedure, we can know the difference between the Korean media and the foreign ones. Ultimately, we can find and analyze the keyword that suddenly rose during the COVID-19 period throughout this research.
Purpose The purpose of this study is to explore and compare changes in tourist opinion during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the COVID-19 outbreak has caused changes in all areas of our lives, the conditions related to confinement during a lockdown have led to changes in tourists' habits and behaviors. Design/methodology/approach To analyze opinion changes about tourist attractions, this study performed topic modeling by summarizing topics into five dimensions: management, scenery, price, suggestion, and safety; then, based on the topic modeling results, sentiment analysis and emotion analysis were conducted to explore the change of tourists' opinion during the COVID-19 pandemic. Findings According to the results, this study confirmed the pandemic's positive effect on tourists' opinions about attractions after the COVID 19 outbreak. Presumably due to the absence of lines and crowed. Moreover, the dimension 'Safety' started to appear in US tourists' attractions reviews only in the period after the outbreak and during the mass vaccination. These results mean that tourists started to care more about safety due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The purpose of this study is to analyze how Korea's exports amount changed due to COVID-19 and what factors played a role in these changes. We analyze Korea's exports with 40 countries around the world. In analyzing the impact of COVID-19, we estimate the gravity model using international trade data for five years from 2015 to 2019 and and compare the results with those for 2020. Several factors such as mortality, quarantine intensity, industry characteristics are considered for the analysis. The following results were obtained. First, as a whole, exports of Korea decreased significantly to countries with strong containment measures. In addition, Korea's exports (increase further) or decrease less to countries with a large number of deaths and confirmed cases in importing countries. Second, these results were similar in the major industries, classified by HS two units. Exports to countries with strong containment decreased a lot while exports decreased less to the countries with severe COVID19 (based on the number of deaths or confirmed cases). Third, however, different results were obtained in the analysis of reagents and vaccines, which are detailed items directly related to COVID-19. Rather, the degree of containment does not matter for these items, and it seems that Korea exported more to countries to more severe Corona countries.
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has severely curtailed travelers' willingness to carpool and complicated the psychological processing system of travelers' carpooling decisions. In the post-COVID-19 era, a two-stage decision model under dynamic decision scenarios is constructed by tracking the psychological states of subjects in the face of multi-scenario carpooling decisions. Through a scenario experiment method, this paper investigates how three psychological variables, travelers' psychological distance to COVID-19, anticipated regret, and experienced regret about carpooling decisions, affect their willingness to carpool and re-carpool. The results show that in the initial carpooling decision, travelers' perception gap of anticipated regret positively predicts carpooling willingness and partially mediates between psychological distance to COVID-19 and carpooling willingness; in the re-carpooling decision, travelers' perception gap of anticipated regret mediates in the process of experienced regret influencing re-carpooling willingness; the inhibitory effect of experienced regret on carpooling in the context of COVID-19 is stronger than its facilitative effect on carpooling willingness. This paper tries to offer a fact-based decision-processing system for travelers.

The purpose of this study is to develop the Korean New Deal policy in the post-corona era, and furthermore, to provide basic data to discover and present a desirable future educational facility environment-related agenda that will help the successful realization of the policy. In order to achieve the above research purpose, we explored the new paradigm shift for the education new deal in the post-COVID-19 era and the future educational facility environment through Korean and overseas related policies, reports, and source books. And a Delphi survey was conducted on panels of experts in the front-line education field, academia, and industry. As a result, 5 areas were derived as key domains of the educational facility environment in the post-COVID-19 era, and a total of 33 agendas [8 in green, 9 in smart, 9 in spatial innovation, 4 in school facilities complexation, and 3 in others (safety)] were derived. The study findings confirmed that the demand for the smart area and spatial innovation area as the educational facility environment agenda in the post-COVID-19 era was relatively high compared to the green area or school facilities complexation area. Therefore, when establishing educational facility policies in the future, it is necessary to establish customized policies that reflect the demands and needs for the smart area and spatial innovation area, whereas it is necessary to focus more on establishing policies that improve awareness and interest about the green area and school facilities complexation area.
