자폐 장애 아동 보호자의 언어치료 교육 서비스 만족도에 대한 실태조사 (Care-giver Satisfaction of Language Therapy in Children with a Diagnosis of Autism)

  • 본 연구는 자폐 장애로 진단받은 아동의 주양육자 총 52명을 대상으로 현재 받고 있는 언어치료 교육서비스에 대한 만족도와 욕구를 조사하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구방법은 설문조사 방식을 사용하였고, 설문 내용은 치료 교육 기관의 환경(7문항)과 치료사가 제공하는 프로그램(7문항), 그리고 치료 교육 만족도 및 서비스 욕구(7문항)를 포함한 세 가지 측면으로 구분하여 작성하였다. 연구 결과, 치료 교육 기관의 환경면에서, 치료비 등을 이유로 복지관 이용자의 만족도가 가장 높았으며, 사설 치료실, 종합병원 순으로 낮게 나타났다. 치료사가 제공하는 교육 프로그램 면에서, 실시하는 프로그램의 적절성 및 상담 내용 등을 이유로 종합병원 이용자의 만족도가 가장 높았으며, 사설치료실, 복지관 순으로 낮게 나타났다. 치료 교육 만족도 및 서비스 욕구 면에서, 언어치료 및 전체 치료 교육 서비스에 대한 만족도는 다소 만족하는 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 자녀가 언어치료를 받게 되고 난 후, 좋아진 점으로 일상적인 생활 기술의 향상과 심리적 안정이 높게 나타났으며, 추후 받고 싶은 치료 교육과 관련하여 개별, 집단 언어치료 교육 서비스에 대한 욕구가 매우 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통해, 치료 교육 기관에서 제공하는 서비스의 문제점을 파악하고, 자폐 아동의 치료 교육 만족도를 높이기 위해 언어치료사 및 관련 영역 전문가들이 노력해야 할 여러 가지 함의를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄은 중소기업 재직근로자의 전략분야 인력양성사업의 일환이며, 공동훈련에 필요한 인프라, 훈련비, 인건비 및 일반운영비 등을 국가에서 지원하는 사업이다. 본 연구의 목적은 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 재직자 교육훈련 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 교육훈련 재직자 과정에 참여한 707명의 자료를 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 컨소시엄 교육훈련 참여자의 성별, 강사 만족, 교육시설 및 서비스 만족 요인이 교육훈련 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 강사 만족, 교육시설 및 서비스 만족, 성별 순으로 교육훈련 만족에 미치는 영향이 높았다. 성별의 경우 남자가 여자보다 교육훈련 만족에 더 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연령, 직위, 직군은 교육훈련에 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하면, 첫째, 강사 만족이 교육 훈련 만족의 가장 큰 영향 요인이라는 점에서 강사의 역량을 강화하고, 강사에 대한 지원을 체계적으로 실시하는 것이 중요하다. 둘째, 교육훈련 참여자가 교육훈련에 효과적으로 참여할 수 있고, 현업에서 교육훈련전이를 높일 수 있는 교육훈련의 환경 조성 및 시설 제공이 필요하다. 셋째, 여성 재직자의 교육 훈련 참여를 높이고, 여성 재직자의 특성을 고려한 교육훈련 교육과정의 설계 및 시행이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 교육훈련 내용의 적절성, 교육훈련 시간의 적정성, 직무의 연관성, 직무의 기여도 면에서 질적 수준을 높이는 데에도 보다 많은 노력이 요구된다.

교육서비스 품질이 관계관리에 미치는 영향: 서비스 유통 관점에서 (Effects of Education Service Quality on Relationship Management from the Service Distribution Perspective)

  • Purpose - Universities are placing a greater emphasis on relationship management as a source of competitive advantage due to increasingly competitive environments and social changes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships among education service quality, relationship quality, and relationship performance from the perspective of service distribution. In other words, this study is focused on the role of education service quality with regard to relationship management. In this study, education service quality is divided into lecture, job assistance, student-faculty interaction, student-student interaction, facility welfare, and scholarship welfare quality components; relationship quality is composed of satisfaction and commitment; and relationship performance is divided into recommendation and defection intentions. Research design, data, and methodology - This study aims to identify how the various elements of education service quality affect satisfaction. Further, it aims to test the relationships among satisfaction, commitment, recommendation intentions, and defection intentions. Distribution and marketing students were randomly selected for the experiment. Out of the 380 administered questionnaires, a total of 361 respondents provided complete and usable data. The sample consisted of 232 males (64.3%) and 129 females (35.7%). The variables of the proposed model were measured through assessments that were measured on a 5-point Likert scale. Using Lisrel 8.7, a structural model was analyzed and the path coefficients were estimated. Results - The overall fit of the model was acceptable (χ2=1121.8 (df=603, P=0.00), GFI=0.967, NFI=0.974, CFI=0.981, RMR=0.021). The results generally supported the hypothesized relationships of the proposed model, except for Hypothesis 1. First, lecture, job assistance, student-faculty interaction, student-student interaction, and facility welfare quality were revealed to have positive effects on satisfaction. In particular, lecture and facility welfare quality had the strongest effects on satisfaction. However, scholarship welfare quality did not significantly affect satisfaction; this means that Hypothesis 3-2 was not supported. Second, satisfaction was positively related to commitment and recommendation intentions but it was negatively related to defection intentions. Third, commitment was positively related to recommendation intentions but it was negatively related to defection intentions. Conclusions - This study emphasizes the influence of education service quality on satisfaction in the long-term. In addition, this research has the following implications for university relationship management. First, the findings suggest that the various dimensions of education service quality have differing effects on satisfaction. In particular, lecture and facility welfare quality are found to be the most important factors in increasing the level of satisfaction. Therefore, university managers need to prioritize enhancing lecture quality and upgrading educational facilities. Second, satisfaction also improves through job assistance systems and opportunities for social interactions. Therefore, university managers should reinforce their job skills programs and should provide opportunities for social relationships to develop. Finally, it is important for university managers to take a relationship approach to maximizing relationship performance. Therefore, university managers should work to increase student recommendations and prevent their defections based on satisfaction and commitment.

여자노인의 성역할 태도와 결혼만족도에 관한 연구(I) (A Study of Marital Satisfaction According to Sex-role Attitude for the Elderly Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relational between elderly women's sex-role attitude and their marital satisfaction. For this purpose, a questionnaire was surveyed 186 elderly women living in Kwangiu and Chonnam. The collected data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA and stepwise regression analysis. The results of this research were as follows ; First The total points of the elderly women's sex-role attitude score was 16.4, which was represented mixed trends of traditional and modem. And the total points of the elderly women's marital satisfaction score was 31.6, which was higher than the median 30. Second, Elderly women's sex-role attitude score was meaningfully different according to education level, health state, economic state. And elderly women's marital satisfaction score was meaningfully different according to social activity, economic state, health state, education level, age. Third, As the results of regression analysis, it was shown that the highest influencing variable on their marital satisfaction was the social activity, economic state, education level. All of them explained 19% of their marital satisfaction. (Korean J Human Ecology 1(2):48-60, 1998)

고등학생의 시간관리행동에 따른 교육소비만족도 및 학교생활만족도 (The Effects of the High School Students' Time Management Behavior on Satisfaction with Educational Consumption and School Life)

  • This study aims to examine the effects of high school students' time management behaviors on their satisfaction with educational consumption and school life. Three hundred seventy-six high school students in Seoul participated in this investigation. The SPSS ver. 19.0 program was adopted for the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the present study can be summarized as follows: first, the levels of time management behavior, satisfaction with educational consumption at school, and satisfaction with school life were relatively high. Second, an analysis of the relative influence on satisfaction with educational consumption revealed that the students' time management behavior was the most influential factor, followed by academic achievement. As the levels of time management behavior and academic achievement were high, the level of satisfaction with educational consumption was high. Finally, an analysis of the relative influence of satisfaction with school life also revealed that the students' time management behavior was the most influential factor, followed by academic achievement. Based on the findings, that is, the effects of high school students' time management behavior and other involved variables on their satisfaction with educational consumption and school life, a future study can present specific ways to enhance the level of satisfaction with educational consumption and school life.

다직종 암환자 교육·상담에 대한 설문 개발과 환자 만족도 조사 (The Development of Multidisciplinary Cancer Patient Education·Counseling Questionnaire and Satisfaction Survey)

  • Background: Presently, a multidisciplinary team of doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and dietitians provides patient education to impart information on chemotherapy. However, studies on multidisciplinary education satisfaction are inadequate. In this study, we aimed to contribute to the improvement of quality of multidisciplinary education counseling for patients with cancer by developing a satisfaction questionnaire and analyzing the satisfaction survey. Methods: A questionnaire was developed by an expert group, and the responses were recorded using the 5-point Likert scale. After conducting a pre-test, factor analysis was performed to evaluate validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. A satisfaction survey was conducted by self-administration method. Results: Based on the results of factor analysis, factors can be divided into two parts: "overall education" and "each team member's education" (total 14 questions). The construct validity and reliability of the questionnaire are sufficiently high. Fifty-one patients took the survey between January 2, 2018 and January 20, 2018. Twenty-six (51%) patients responded that they were "very satisfied" and 22 (43.1%) patients responded that they were "satisfied". Conclusion: By developing a questionnaire on multidisciplinary education counseling for patients with cancer, it is possible to perform evaluation and research of cancer patient education. This study will contribute to the management and improvement of quality of multidisciplinary education.

실시간 비대면 임상시험 종사자 교육(경희대학교병원) 설문 조사 결과 분석을 통한 향후 임상시험 종사자 교육의 지향점과 전망 (Future Direction and Prospect for Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials Through Survey Analysis of Real-Time Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials (Kyung Hee University Hospital))

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate a satisfaction survey of untact education and platforms that can be used for untact education to provide recommendations on future development of Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials. Methods: Online survey was distributed among students who have taken Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials. The result was separated according to topic and descriptive statistics was used for analysis. The satisfaction survey used 10-point scale. Results: Of the 1,720 students who received the survey, 1,347 (78.3%) responded to the lecture satisfaction survey. The satisfaction level for broadcasting program (Kakao TV), an untact educational platform for the education of clinical trial workers at Kyung Hee University Medical Center, was relatively high with 8.09±1.99 points. Average score respondents recommending Kyung Hee University Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials was 8.03±1.83 and customer recommendation score (Net Promotor Score) was 27.1%. Satisfaction level of the preferred training time was divided into weekday-morning (8-11 AM) (8.16±1.75), weekday-afternoon (12-4 PM) (7.73±2.07), weekday-evening (5-9 PM) (7.78±2.22), and weekend-morning (9-11 AM) real-time untact education (8.48±1.76) and analyzed. There was a noticeable difference between weekend-morning and weekday-afternoon (p<0.0001) and weekend-morning and weekday-evening (p=0.0001) real-time untact education. When asked about conducting education after COVID-19 pandemic ends, 79.2% (1,012 of 1,279) of the respondents answered that they prefer real-time untact education while 20.8 % (266 of 1,279) preferred face-to-face education. Conclusion: Online education, without time and space constraint, is expected to be the mainstream market in Korea for Education of Persons Conducting Clinical. Kyung Hee University Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical has achieved above average satisfaction using Kakao TV. Kyung Hee University Real-time Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Net Promotor Score is 27.1%, which is above industry average, communication with trainees should be considered to improve Net Promotor Score.

교육서비스 품질이 서비스 몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 생명보험 설계사를 중심으로 - (The Effects of Service Quality of Education on Service Commitment - Focused on Life Insurance Planners -)

  • Purpose: Life insurance company provides insurance planners various education program to inspire service mind and to enhance its customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of service quality of education on service commitment and to propose the implication for the effective service education. Methods: This study is intended to identify how service quality of education from the planners in life insurance affects service commitment. The research model is tested via a survey of 307 life insurance planners. Results: This study shows that tangibles, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy in the educational service quality significantly influence education satisfaction. It also positively affect customer orientation and service commitment, but it also shows that reliability in the educational service quality has very little effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusion: This study emphasizes the service quality of education on life insurance planner and also suggests practical plan to increase the service quality of education. This study has more focused on the direction in the service quality of education for making the close long-term relationship with customer.

NCS기반 음료자격증교육만족도가 전공만족도 및 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects of NCS-based Beverage Certificate Education Satisfaction on Major Satisfaction and Employment Preparation Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 NCS기반 음료자격증교육만족도가 전공만족도 및 취업준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 수도권에 위치한 호텔관광전공 학생들을 대상으로 2018년 5월1일부터 6월30일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 총 300부 중 271부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 본 연구에서 설정한 가설은 모두 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 특히 '교육과정', '담당교수', '자격증의 효용성', '자격증 유형', '교수만족도', '전공교수'의 항목에서 중요한 영향을 미치는 결과가 도출되었다. 이에 호텔관광계열학과에서 음료자격증 교육프로그램 운영 시 위의 항목을 우선시 하여 학생들의 만족도를 높이는 교육프로그램이 운영되어야 할 것이다. 또한 음료자격증은 취업준비와 전공만족도에도 중요한 영향을 미치는 만큼 학생지도에 있어 전략으로 활용하여 학과의 만족도와 취업률 향상에 일조하는 방향으로 운영되어야 한다.

성별에 따른 이공계 전공교육만족이 일자리 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Major Satisfaction of Science and Engineering College Students According to Gender Differences)

  • This study is aim to the effects of job satisfaction on the major satisfaction of science and engineering college students and also analyzed the mediating effects of future outlook of job and major relevance in career choice. To do this, structural equation modeling(SEM) and multi-group SEM were applied to data from 2016 Graduate Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS). In the results of this study, the major satisfaction, future outlook of job and major relevance were positive effects on job satisfaction and the mediating effects of future outlook of job and major relevance were verified. And results of analysis according to gender difference, the coefficient of woman was smaller than man. Among major satisfaction had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction fell for women who value their relevance to the major when choosing a job. Based on such results, universities need to further strengthen their role in helping them enhance their expertise through skills and learning about their majors.
