  • The purpose of this study is to study the influencing factors that can affect the acceptance intention and acceptance behavior of the 4th Industrial Revolution and smart factory-related technologies by using the expanded UTAUT. Through this, by grasping which influencing factors affect the introduction and acceptance of related technologies, it is to derive strategies for responding to the fourth industrial revolution by manufacturing companies and accepting smart factory related technologies. A survey was conducted on various manufacturing companies, and 167 copies were used for research. As a result of the testing of research hypotheses, performance expectation, social impact, promotion conditions, network effect, and innovation have a positive (+) significant effect on acceptance intention. However, expectation of effort had a positive (+) effect on acceptance intention, but was not significant. Acceptance intention was tested to have a positive (+) significant effect on acceptance behavior. Therefore, factors that should be improved by individual manufacturing companies in the process of responding to the 4th industrial revolution and the introduction and acceptance of smart factory-related technologies are clearly presented.

  • The purpose of this study verify to influence the effect of the 4th industrial revolution recognized by airport operators on the airport management system and the moderator effects of convergence and leadership between these influence relationships. Data collected through a survey of airport operators using simple random sampling at six international airports in Korea. Data analysis performed using Structural Equation Modeling. The research results found that the 4th industrial revolution had a positive effect on the airport management system. Also, moderator effects of convergence and leadership found significant statistically. In this paper, we asserts that it should be reconstructed the airport management system as a system suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper provide theoretical data and directions for empirical research to airport researchers, and implications for airport enterprise managers and airport policy planners. The findings of this study are particularly helpful for international airports that have adopted the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

  • Smart home in the 4th industrial revolution environment is where all devices in the home are connected to each other to provide the optimal living environment desired by the user. Artificial intelligence speakers are being used as a way to manage and control all devices used in this environment. The function of an artificial intelligence speaker ranges from simple music playback to serving as an interface that controls and manages all devices in a smart home space. In this study, we investigated and analyzed the usability of artificial intelligence speakers based on the current status of domestic and overseas markets and the survey contents of two organizations (Korea Consumer Agency and Korea Information and Communication Policy Institute (KISDI)). In addition, we investigated and analyzed the usability of artificial intelligence speakers. Based on the results of responses from users from two related organizations, major problems were derived, and major improvement measures, such as discovering new functions and improving voice recognition performance, were also described.

  • As a 4th industrial revolution technology, robots are changing the form of labor market and trade in Korea. In the future, changes in the international trade order are expected to move in the direction of shortening global supply chains and restricting trade between countries. Accordingly, reshoring of relocating overseas production facilities to Korea or near-shoring of relocating overseas production facilities to neighboring allies may expand. In this context, this study analyzed the impact of robot introduction on the domestic labor market and trade based on firm-level data. As a result of analysis based on the 'business activity data' accumulated from 2017 to 2019, the introduction of robot technology was analyzed to expand low-wage, low-skilled employment. Analysis on trade shows that the introduction of robots decreases exports and increases imports. In order to expand exports through the technology of the 4th industrial revolution, employment expansion and robot introduction should occur at the same time, rather than replacing the labor force with robots. In addition, it is thought that reshoring's goal of risk management can be achieved when a stable supply chain for imports of raw materials or essential goods, which are difficult to transfer to Korea, is established together.

  • The fourth industrial revolution and technological innovation will make the job factor of people with disabilities complicated and difficult. Thus, this study analyzed the technical factors influencing the job structure and tried to find a way to develop the job of the people with disabilities in response to the 4th Industrial Revolution by changing the labor market and changing the trend of the employment by industry. The methods for this study are literature research and FGI. First, technological factors affecting the job structure of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are artificial intelligence, Internet and networking of things, 3D printing, big data, Second, technological innovation due to the industrial revolution was a major factor in the job structure. As the industrial revolution and technological innovation progressed, the job structure shifted rapidly from the manufacturing industry to the service industry, Third, as the measures of the 4th Industrial Revolution and the change of the job structure, it is necessary to make preemptive investment for the development of competency to cope with technological innovation, Finally, in order to respond to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the rapidly changing technological innovation, the basic data of people with disabilities should be able to be big data.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the dental hygienists' awareness on the 4th industrial revolution in preparation for the future of dental treatment field. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 209 dental hygienists who are working at dental clinics in Daegu city and the results were as follows. The average awareness on the 4th industrial revolution was 2.41, which is comparatively low. In each section, the willingness to education was 2.87, the influence to dental field was 2.81, the perception degree was 2.25 and the preparation degree was 1.72 which is relatively low. The awareness according to general characteristics, there was a significant difference from age and workplace in influence to dental field (p<0.05, p<0.001), from job position and academic degree in willingness to education (p<0.05). According to the study of correlation among awareness, influence, preparation and willingness of education to 4th industrial revolution. Also there was a positive (+) correlation in everyway, as awareness level is high, the degree of influence, preparation and willingness of education are also high. In conclusion, to prepare for the future medical convergence, it is necessary to raise concern and change in perception to high medical technology by developing and offering diverse education programs as to 4th industrial revolution to dental hygienists.

  • Daejeon metropolitan city is rich with opportunity factors for the growth of the design industry in the 4th Industrial Revolution and aims at completing the '4th Industrial Revolution Special City'. As design is located at the center of convergence and the concept of design is closely related to the industrial structure, its importance is being emphasized in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Meanwhile, there was a limit to the development of the design industry in Daejeon metropolitan city due to the absence of the Regional Design Center(RDC), but Daejeon started constructing the Daejeon design center in June 2018 and aims to complete the construction by the end of 2019. This study analyzed and compared the 2018 Design Specialists Reeducation of KIDP and each RDC with the present conditions of industrial structure, design industry and reeducation of Daejeon to derive and suggest the plan of reeducation by the establishment of Daejeon Regional Design Center(RDC).

  • Policy maker inevitably faces two restraints once they attempt to accomplish $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution through development of Industrial Internet of Things(i.e. IIoT). One is to construct physical network by substituting old equipment and infrastructure into smart equipment and the other is to connect the physical network into national telecommunications infrastructure. Australia, as she proceeds National Broadband Network programme, has assembled all medium of telecommunications to provide every Australian premises regardless to its physical location by creating wholes-sale only carrier, NBN co. At the same time, Australian government also provides its own IIoT policy; Co-development and New-Development projects. Meanwhile, NBN co. has launched its own two communication satellites in 2015 and 2016 to replace the old satellite communication services depended on the other companies' satellites. This article, in the end, analyses the role of satellite communication in $4^{th}$ industrial revolution with case study on Australian policy.
