병원서비스품질이 감정적 애착과 지각된 가치 및 고객만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hospital Service Quality on Emotional Attachment, Perceived Value, and Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 병원고객의 만족도와 관련한 중요한 원인으로 제안될 수 있는 병원서비스품질과 감정적 애착, 지각된 가치가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 구조적으로 파악하고, 특히 병원서비스품질과 고객만족도 간의 관계에서 감정적 애착과 지각된 가치의 역할을 파악하였다. 이를 위해 중소병원을 찾는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집한 자료로 구조방정식모형분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고객이 느끼는 병원서비스품질은 감정적애착과 고객만 족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 지각된 가치에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 고객이 느낀 감정적 애착은 지각된가치와 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 서비스품질과 고객만족도 간의 관계에서 고객이 느낀 감정적 애착은 유의한 매개효과를 가졌다. 이상의 결과를 통해 병원을 찾는 고객이 느끼는 서비스품질은 의사역량과 의료기술 역량에 대한 애착으로 이어져 이러한 애착에 의해 고객만족도가 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 얻은 시사점은 다음과 같다. 즉, 병원을 찾은 고객들이 느끼는 서비스품질이 고객만족도로 이어지기 위해서는 무엇보다도 그들이 가질 수 있는 감정적 애착에 중점을 두고 서비스품질의 개선전략방안을 모색해야 한다는 것이다. 즉, 고객이 의사의 역량과 의료기술에 대한 역량에 대해 높은 신뢰를 가질 수 있도록 우수한 의료진과 의료기술을 구축해야 하며, 이러한 역량을 효과적으로 나타낼 수 있는 홍보전략을 수립해야 할 것이다. 이러한 노력에 의해 고객들은 의사와 의료기술에 대한 애착을 강하게 느끼게 됨으로써 병원에 대한 만족도가 제고될 수 있을 것이다.

통합교과로서의 게임 프로젝트 교육과정 운영방안 탐구 (A Study of Game Project Curriculum for Integrated Subject)

  • 본 연구는 이질적인 속성을 가진 학문분야들을 통합하여 하나의 교육과정으로 운영하는 프로젝트 중심 교육과정에 대한 운영 방안을 제안하고 있다. 통합교과의 의미는 게임 현장에서처럼 게임 기획, 프로그램, 그래픽과 같은 이질적인 분야의 학습자들을 대상으로 실제적인 하나의 결과물을 만들어낼 수 있도록 하는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서 제시되는 프로젝트 중심의 교육과정에 대한 운영방안은 국내에서 2008년도부터 A 교육기관에서 진행해온 게임 프로젝트 교육과정을 토대로 실증 및 분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과로는 통합교과를 기반으로 하는 프로젝트 교육과정에 대한 운영 방안의 기준을 제시하고 있으며, 크게 두 가지 형태로 내용을 분류하여 구성하고 있다. 첫 번째는 학생들이 교육과정을 통해 "책임감" 및 "협업 능력"과 같이 학습되어지는 내용들에 대한 부분들을 정리하고 있으며, 두 번째로는 성공적인 프로젝트 교육과정을 운영하기 위해 단계별로 진행되는 팀 구성, 프로젝트 계획, 팀 운영 및 협업, 중간 및 기말 발표, 그리고 평가 부분에 대한 운영 방법론을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 제안된 운영방안이 통합 교과로서의 프로젝트 교육과정을 운영하는데 있어서 하나의 밑거름 및 가이드라인이 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • 정보기술의 발달에 따라 집에서 근무하는 재택근무제는 조직과 조직원 모두에게 도움이 되는 미래지향적인 근무방식으로 인식되고 있으며, 선진국을 중심으로 재택근무제에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기업에 요구되는 비용절감 압력 가중에 따라서 재택근무제가 조직 경쟁력 제고의 중요한 수단으로 고려되고 있으나, 재택근무제도에서 발생할 수 있는 조직원의 이탈 및 통제 문제에 대한 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 논의되었던 보상전략들과 조직몰입의 관계를 재택 및 내근의 상이한 근무제도 상황에서 비교하여 제시하였다. 이를 통하여, 상이한 근무제도에서 기업이 선택해야할 보상전략을 찾고자 하였다. 연구의 결과, 기업의 외재적 내재적 보상이 근로자의 지속적 몰입에 미치는 영향요소임을 확인하였으며, 근로자가 지각하는 정서적 몰입이 규범적 몰입을 매개로 지속적 몰입에 영향을 미치는 단계적 과정을 검증하였다. 특히, 보상지원전략이 조직원의 몰입에 미치는 영향이 근무제도(내근직과 재택근무)에 따라 상이하게 발생함이 실증하였다.

의류제조 직업능력개발교육 학습자의 학습참여동기가 교육 및 취업서비스만족도와 직업능력개발성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Learner's Motivation on Professional Development in Vocational Education of Clothing Manufacturing)

  • This study investigated how learning motivation affects satisfaction with training and employment services and its performance for participants in government-supported job skill development program of the clothing industry so as to provide fundamental data for developing a training program that fosters professionals and relieves the labor shortage in the clothing industry. 180 copies of questionnaires were statistically analyzed by SPSSWIN 21.0. Most trainees were low-income citizens in their 40s and 50s. They were divided into highly educated or low-educated. The results of the research are as follows: when the trainees were motivated by the goals of getting a certificate or a job, employment service satisfaction levels were influenced meaningfully. Secondly, educational satisfaction levels and occupational ability development also scored highly. Therefore, it is important to strengthen instructors' competency. Instructors must be required to have onsite experience so that they can provide authentic education that can be applied to the work field. The government should establish a compulsory training session for the trainers along with an incentive program so that they can catch up with up-to-date technology and trend. Third, the research shows that supporting business startup and job placement is important. Follow-up management systems should be provided in cooperation with relevant institutions of employment and business startups. Either outsourcing or placement of professional advisors is also needed.

건설사업관리자의 안전역량 평가체계 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Evaluation System on the Construction Project Manager's Safety Capability)

  • Among various methods to build the construction safety, the consecutive improvement by the measuring and evaluating safety management capabilities for the construction participants such as an owner, a contractor, and a supervisor (construction project manager) can be the effective one. Thus, an effective evaluation and grading criteria to provide performance index for the implementation of safety management activities should be necessary. In this regards, the purpose of this study is to verify the adequacy by offering a competency evaluation system for the supervisor's safety capability and by applying the system to some construction sites. The proposed evaluation system was developed on the basis of the principles of safety management & accident prevention, basic elements of safety and health management system, and safety evaluation cases at home and abroad. The trial evaluation showed that the safety management of the construction site is mainly carried out by the contractor and the supervisor's awareness for the safety management is low on the whole. Especially, it is urgent to improve the support system from the supervisor headquarter and to place the dedicated safety management person in the field.

장애인 건강검진 접근성 저해요인과 개선방안 도출에 대한 질적 연구 (Accessibility Factors to Health Check-Ups for People with Disability: A Qualitative Study)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to identify factors inhibiting access of people with disability to health check-ups as well as identify pertinent solutions for improvement. Methods: Twenty-three people with disability older than the age of 19 who took respective health check-ups within the last 3 years were selected as participants. For the data collection, the 1:1 intensive interview was used. The data were analyzed by the grounded theory by Corbin and Strauss. Results: The results comprised nine categories, 23 subcategories, and 179 concepts. The central phenomenon was 'failure to obtain check-ups.' Causal conditions were observed as a 'lack of communication method,' 'physical difficulties,' and 'staff unfamiliar with people with disability,' Interventional conditions comprised 'physical accessibility,' 'staffs' competency,' and 'assistant manpower.' The active strategy was included 'to investigate the professional medical institution,' 'to find the medical institution of convenient traffic accessibility,' 'to overcome communication difficulties through equipment,' and 'to overcome linguistic barriers through sufficient communication.' Whereas, 'utilization of ancillary equipment,' 'the education of staffs on people with disability,' 'universal design manual,' and 'customized check-ups' were included in the passive strategy. Such processes arose in the contextual conditions of 'lack of expectations for daily lives' and 'lack of government support.' As a consequence, the subjects participated experienced the 'disadvantages,' 'discrimination,' and 'reduced reliability of the health check-ups.' Conclusion: The subjects who participated in this study emphasized 'staffs familiar with people with disability' and 'systems customized for people with disability' are mandatory to secure complete health check-ups for people with disability.

아웃소싱의 서비스 수준 협약 : 개념적 모형과 성공 요인에 관한 연구

  • In late 90s, organizations recognized the information technology as an key enabler of the business strategic accomplishment which lead them heavy increment on IT investment. These organizations tried to hold the competitive advantage by focusing on their core competency. And these acts raise their interests on IT outsourcing. Recent trends of the organizations concern on evaluating the effectiveness of the previous IT investment and the reasonable selection on IT investment type. Also, the objective evaluation of the service level and continuous improvement are major concern of the outsourcer. Consequently, interests on Service Level Agreement (SLA), an immanence operating tool for managing the level of the information system service objectively and qualitatively, were raised among IT outsourcing service providers, outsourcers, and operating departments. Yet, only a few domestic conglomerates adopted the SLA, and exact usage of the SLA is currently unknown. Because of the importance of the SLA between a service provider and an outsourcer, the agreement is treated with high confidentiality. This raised the problems to both the private and public organizations, are considering the SLA, with absence of concrete guide line to internalize SLA management process. This study provides the organizational and environmental factors of the adopting and applying the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by conducting multiple case research. The sampled companies are currently implementing the SLA over 1 year of usage period. Factors were used to provide the operational contribution for implementing the SLA. The study also provides the effects on IT performance through the SLA. For this, in depth interview was conducted for each sampled company. As a result, if SLA between outsourcer and service provider can be used as an immanence operation tool and actively implemented, SLA will be an strategic tool for various decision making in IT management practice with long term relationship, better shared partnership, and continuous service improvement.

패션분야 융합인재 육성을 위한 캡스톤 디자인 교육프로그램 학습 모형 개발 - NCS 패션분야 중심으로 - (Educaction program development applying capstone design for convergence talent development in the fashion field)

  • In this paper, Capstone Design Education Program Learning Model was developed and recommended in order to foster convergent talents armed with practical competences and real cooperative capabilities. In this era of convergence and creativity, the fashion world needs human resources with cooperative skills and true professional abilities. A case analysis, an in-depth interview, and 1,2 test method were used for data acquisition and analysis. The summary of this study is described below. First, this program needs to complement the NCS fashion design learning module. Second, material changes to creativity and practical competencies - knowledge, skills, and attitudes - of the students are assessed after applying Capstone Design to the NCS fashion design learning model. Third, the process of converging fashion curriculum with IT and electronic technology, developing a fashion design learning program, and applying the Capstone Design was tested to prove the effectiveness of convergent fashion design education. Among the changes observed between the trial and control groups, it was confirmed that sub-factors of creative personality, i.e. self-assurance and openness, were increased along with knowledge, core competences including communication capability, and self-directed learning capability. The greatest improvement on the technological side was observed in IT literacy while ability to respond to changes was also increased. Besides, effects were demonstrated in behavioral factors such as initiative, spirit of challenge, experience, and openness. Lastly, the Capstone Design Education Program Learning Model was proposed in order to foster convergent talents in the fashion world.

디자인에 있어서 지식경영의 도입에 관한 기초연구 (A Basic Study on the Implementation of Knowledge Management for Design)

  • 세계는 지금 정보화사회를 넘어 지식사회(Knowledge Society)에 돌입하였다. 즉, 지식이 가장 강력한 경쟁력의 원천이 되고 있다. 이러한 환경변화는 디자인에 있어서도 새로운 경영 패러다임을 요구하고 있으며, 지식경영에 대한 체계적인 연구와 실무적 접근이 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 디자인 분야에 지식경영을 도입하여 디자인적 맥락에서 지식경영에 대한 이론적 체계를 재구축하고, 디자인을 통한 지식창출 패러다임을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 디자인에 지식경영을 도입하기 위한 기초 연구로서 디자인에 적합한 지식경영의 이론적 프레임웍을 개발하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이론적 고찰로서 지식경영과 지식경영시스템에 관련된 선행 연구들을 살펴보고, 디자인에 적합한 지식경영 도입 방안과 이론적 프레임웍을 제시하였다 또한 지식경영시스템을 크게 디자인 인프라, 지식정보시스템, 의사결정지원시스템, 지식역량으로 구성하였으며, 지식경영시스템의 기술적 특성을 정보기술측면에서 분석하였다.

한국 치위생(학)과 표준교육과정안 개발 (Development of Korean standard dental hygiene curriculum proposal)

  • Objectives : In order to make a proposal of a Korean standard dental hygiene curriculum, the job description of the National Health Personnel Licensing Examination Board was analyzed to prepare a job analysis matrix of dental hygienist to select required core competency. Methods : Data were analyzed to test the job validity of dental hygienist and categorize the duties of dental hygienist. A proposal of a standard dental hygiene curriculum was mapped out by making a comparative analysis of the courses necessary for American authorization of dental hygiene curriculum, existing proposals of Korean standard dental hygiene curriculum and the courses of the departments of dental hygiene offered by domestic three-year colleges and four-year universities. Results : Basic medicine courses were reinforced or newly offered to provide an opportunity for students to transfer to a domestic four-year university or to a foreign university. In the field of clinical dental hygiene and practice, preventive dentistry, prophylaxis and practice were integrated, and the names of the related courses were unified to give a chance for students to engage in comprehensive dental hygiene practice. There were different courses for dental clinical science at present. In this proposal, students should earn 125 credits in total. Conclusions : Standard dental hygiene curriculum proposal was required by three-year and four-year colleges across the nation. To make it happen, the original names of dental hygiene courses should be used, and the dental hygiene certification and evaluation institute that is under the umbrella of the Korean Dental Hygienists Association should lay out the standard of the KSDHEP to facilitate the utilization of the standard dental hygiene curriculum proposal.
