최근 IT 아키텍처에 대한 연구와 논의가 국내 외적으로 공공부문 및 사부문에서 주요 관심사항으로 대두되고 있다. 발전단계 별로 고찰해 볼때 IT 아키텍처는 혁신적인 새로운 개념이라기보다는 점진적으로 진화한 개념으로 보는 것이 타당할 것으로 보인다. 사례 연구로서 미국의 정부 조직인 FEMA의 IT 아키텍처와 이에 상응하는 국내 B부처의 안전관리 시스템 구축을 위한 ISP를 비교한 결과 태스크나 작업산출물 측면에서 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이 연구의 결론 부분에서 IT 아키텍처 구축 시에 필요한 요인 및 정책적 함의를 논의하였다.

Server consolidation and virtualization have become an integral part of IT planning to reduce TCO cost and ensure the high availability for customer, enlarge the flexibility to computing resource in today' enterprise data centers. In spite of having the variety advantages of server consolidation and virtualization, they cause many problems such as the software licensing issues, virtual server sprawl, network complexity issues, hardware start-up costs, and failover costs. In particular, software licensing problem brings about the serious results in operating of data center and also presents a significant challenge to virtualization because many vendors have realized that licensing policies applicable to physical systems are not compatible with virtual machines. So, the IT planers must be considering this problem before they conducts the server consolidation and virtualization. In this paper, we proposed the efficiency strategy of SW licensing for server consolidation and virtualization analyzing the N-Datacenter case in Korea. As a result, we suggest the two strategies as technical and management/contract aspect. First, as the technical aspect, we propose i) the adaptation of suitable licensing for virtualization, ii) differentiation of license according to the characteristics of server, iii) the core distribution of licenses to minimizing. Second, as the management/contract aspect, we suggest following three things. i) The existing license agreement is changed to the right licensing for virtualization. ii) The license agreement is contracts the active focused. iii) When a new contract should be added to virtualization provisions.

Korea Train eXpress(KTX), opened in april 2004 as well as the KOREA RAILROAD sailed in 2005 is on the second take-off stage. In 2004, on the basis of the technical stabilization, management planning centering around business was established, and to attain the object, now there is a increasing necessity for market-information which is necessary for establishment, execution and result analysis of strategies. Therefore, by performing periodical market surveying, getting out of old market strategy making ways of viewing in manager's shoes, we can quickly elaborate market strategies in consumer's shoes on the basis of the market information. And as a necessary consequence, we can expect not only to make efficient use of resources but also to maximize profits of the KTX.

In the recent manufacturing industry almost all sorts of activities tends to be digitized and networked to enhance the comprehensive efficiency of the enterprise. In that sense, enterprise informatization system as well as product information sharing system plays an important role, and those application systems are to be integrated in a smooth manner. In this paper, a prototype of an web-based product information sharing system is developed, which integrates information on technical documentation and parts information together. The prototype also integrates information on the implementation strategies for the enterprise informatization.

There exist a number of information systems planning(ISP) methodologies. As the level of market competition gets intensified, firms are more likely to engage in organizational transformations such as BPR and CPI(continuous process improvement). Because this new requirement should be incorporated into ISP methodology, the number of ISP methodologies available will be continually increasing. However, we could not find a framework for understanding and classifying these divergent methodologies. So, we here present a framework for classifying ISP methodology classes. With this framework, we categorize different classes of ISP methodologies and identify their limitations in terms of missing elements and links. And we move on to present new technical innovations and other methodological advances that, if properly integrated with ISP methodologies, would help us derive an IT infrastructure plan more effectively. Furthermore, in search of software tools or aids supporting the application of ISP methodologies, we identify requirements of ISP-supporting software tools and evaluate functions of existing software tools, then suggesting a future direction to that end.

본 연구는 전략-문화 혼합유형과 환경 역동성을 고려하여 중소기업의 개방형 혁신에 적합한 상황 및 유형을 실증적으로 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 174개 중소기업을 대상으로 4개 집단으로 분류하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전략-문화가 일치하는 PD형은 내·외향형 혁신 모두 혁신성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 동적 기술환경에서 내향형 혁신을 통해 성과를 향상시켰다. 반대로 DH형은 내·외향형 혁신 모두 유의한 효과가 없었다. 둘째, 전략-문화가 불일치하는 PH형과 DD형은 외향형과 내향형 중 단일 혁신만 성과에 영향을 미쳤다. 한편, PH, DD, DH형은 환경 역동성에 따른 조절효과는 확인되지 않았다. 개방형 혁신을 지향하는 중소기업은 변화·혁신 지향형 전략과 창의·도전적 문화를 일치시킴으로써 혁신성과를 향상하도록 노력해야 한다.

이 연구에서는 공업계열 고등학교의 발전 계획 수립을 위한 학교 컨설팅의 이론을 탐색하고, 컨설팅 모델과 수행기법 모델을 제시한 후, 제시한 모델과 컨설팅 수행 기법에 의하여 수행된 C 공업고등학교의 컨설팅 사례에 대하여 분석하였다. 최근까지 수행된 학교컨설팅은 대부분이 수업 및 장학 컨설팅에 대한 것이며, 학교경영컨설팅 분야에 대한 연구는 아직 미미한 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 공업계열 고등학교에 적합한 학교 컨설팅 모델을 구안하여 착수, 진단, 실행기획, 실행, 종료의 5단계로 제시하였다. 컨설팅 모델을 적용한 C공업고등학교의 컨설팅 사례를 분석하였고, 이는 향후 공업계열 고등학교의 컨설팅 연구의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 함이다. 학교컨설팅 모델의 5단계에 의하여 C공업고등학교의 현황 분석, 설문 조사, SWOT 분석, Issue Tree, 학교 진단 평가 등을 하였다. C공업고등학교의 발전 전략을 수립하기 위하여 Issue Tree에 기초하여 '문제점 및 개선방안 표'를 작성한 후, Pay-Off Matrix를 작성하였다. 최종적으로 C공업고등학교가 단기 및 중장기적으로 해결해야 할 발전 계획을 도출할 수 있었다.

IT서비스의 성공의 핵심은 사용자 중심의 전략기획 및 시스템 설계 역량을 확보하여 사용자 마인드를 정확히 읽어내는데 있다. 사용자중심의 서비스를 제공하는 UI/UX전략수립이 안정적으로 구축되기 위해서는 먼저 관련시장의 규모를 추정하여, 성장가능성을 예측하는 것이 우선시 되어야 하나, 이에 대한 연구가 전무한 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구는 'SW시장규모(IDC Worldwide Blackbook'에 근거하여 관련시장을 추정하였다. 금액과 건수를 추정한 결과, UI/UX에 있어 기획 및 설계 영역이 해외 시장규모에 비해 낮은 수치로 형성되고 있으며, 디자인 중심의 관련 기업들의 역량도 기획자와 설계자를 구분하여 전문성을 강화하는 것이 중요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구결과는 지금까지 개인의 역량에 의존하던 UI/UX전략 수립을 체계화시키고, 시스템적으로 접근할 수 있는 계기를 마련하여, UI/UX 에 대한 표준화와 정량화 등으로 경제적 가치 판단이 가능해 지는데 있다. 기존의 인터페이스에 대한 사용자관점을 적용한다는 기술적 측면에서 해당 서비스에 대한 비즈니스적 관점에서 UI/UX에 대한 접근의 계기를 통한 UX전략 경영을 선도할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 이는 지식서비스 차원에서 사용자의 니즈를 파악하고, 적용하는 UX전략의 가치를 증명하는데 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 2004년부터 5년 동안 우리 경제의 성장잠재력을 확충하기 위한 일환으로 범부처적으로 추진된 차세대 성장동력사업의 추진성과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 사업목적 및 설계, 전략적 기획, 사업운영관리, 사업성과, 범부처 협력 및 조정 등 5개 지표를 활용하여 성과분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 사업목적 및 설계에서는 동 사업의 추진목적과 당위성은 인정되었지만, 사업추진체계와 재정자원이 부처별로 분산 추진됨에 따라 일관된 사업추진 리더십이 미흡하였다. 둘째, 전략적 기획에서는 사업목표 및 기술개발전략은 사업 초기에 수립되었지만, 기술적 목표에 치중되었고, 기술공급자 위주로 추진되었다. 셋째, 사업운영관리에서는 사업단장이 과제기획에서 제도개선에 이르기까지 총괄 관리하도록 결정되었으나, 이를 실행할 수 있는 부처 간의 협조체제가 미흡하였다. 넷째, 사업성과에서는 짧은 사업기간에도 불구하고 기술적 목표는 달성되었지만, 경제적 목표가 명확히 제시되지 않아 사업성과를 일관성 있게 파악하기에는 어려움이 있었다. 다섯째, 범부처 협력 및 조정에서는 동 사업을 추진하기 위한 조정기구는 과학기술기본법시행령에 법적근거를 두고 시행하였지만, 이를 실질적으로 운영할 수 있는 세부 규정이나 지침을 제정하지 못했다. 향후 차세대 성장동력사업과 유사한 범부처 연구개발사업을 기획하여 효율적으로 추진하기 위해서는 부처간 공동기획과 일원화된 사업설계, 사업목표와 예산배분체계의 명확화, 범부처적 사업운영과 평가 체계의 구축, 연구개발과 표준화 연계전략, 범부처 공동운영 규정의 제정 등이 필요하다.

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 스마트시티를 추진하는 과정에서 정보통신기술의 기술적 측면뿐 아니라 사람, 사회, 문화의 중요성을 인지하여 미래의 시민 생활환경을 제고한 삶의 질 개선 및 살기 좋은 도시로 거듭날 수 있는 사회-참여 중심의 스마트시티 조성방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 리빙랩 방식으로 시민들의 생활여건과 삶의 질 향상을 도모한 암스테르담과 문화콘텐츠와 디지털 기술을 결합한 스마트 콘텐츠 개발에 선도적인 파리의 사례를 분석하고 사회-참여 중심의 스마트 리빙랩 플랫폼 실행방안을 제시한다. 연구결과: 사회-참여 중심의 스마트시티 조성을 위한 성장전략으로는 사람 중심의 사회혁신시스템을 정립하여 스마트 플랫폼 구축, 기술 및 사회혁신분야 간 탄력통합적 상호협력체계 플랫폼 구축 등이다. 결론: 건강하고 지속가능한 커뮤니티조성, 인종 및 공간 형평성을 통한 다양한 커뮤니티와 지역사회참여, 사회경제적 불평등을 극복한 기회 창출을 위한 추진요소로 커뮤니티서비스와 도시마케팅을 설정하고 ICT에 기반한 사회-참여 중심의 스마트시티 전략을 제시하였다.
