The Fourth Industrial Revolution brought the quantitative value of data across the industry and entered the era of 'Big Data'. This is due to both the rapid development of information & communication technology and the diversity & complexity of customer purchasing tendencies. An enterprise's core competence in the Big Data Era is to analyze and utilize the data to make strategic decisions for enterprise. However, most of traditional studies on Big Data have focused on technical issues and future potential values. In addition, these studies lacked interest in managing the quality and utilization levels of internal & external customer Big Data held by the entity. To overcome these shortages, this study attempted to derive influential factors by recognizing the quality management information systems and quality management of the internal & external Big Data. First of all, we conducted a survey of 204 executives & employees to determine whether Big Data quality management, Big Data utilization, and level management have a significant impact on corporate work efficiency & corporate management performance. For the study for this purpose, hypotheses were established, and their verifications were carried out. As a result of these studies, we found that the reasons that significantly affect corporate management performance are support from the management class, individual innovation, changes in the management environment, Big Data quality utilization metrics, and Big Data governance system.

This research focuses on women in their 20s and 30s who have experience in consuming beauty products in the live broadcast of beauty products in China to find out the effects of consumers' consumption propensity on beauty product selection attributes. The data analysis is performed from April 29 to May 25, 2021 by using SPSSWIN 21.0 program for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability appraisal, technical statistical analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. And the results of the study are as follows: According to the survey, the general characteristics are 20~25 years old, university, and the consumer price is between 500,000 and 1 million won. In terms of consumption propensity that the intrinsic pursuit of consumption, the impulsive consumption, the external pursuit of consumption were on a high average score which was 3.76, 3.63, 3.56 respectively, and in terms of the selection attributes of beauty products that the product intrinsic attributes, and the external attributes of products were on a high average score which was 3.91, 3.69 respectively. The external/internal attributes of beauty product selection attributes are all related to consumption propensity. According to the survey, the external pursuit of consumption, internal pursuit of consumption, and impulsive consumption of the propensity to consume all have a meaningful influence on the external/internal attributes of products. This result proves that the consumption tendency of beauty live broadcast consumers has a huge impact on the selection attributes of beauty products. In this regard, according to the consumption tendencies of Chinese women, the necessity of differentiated live-streaming marketing strategies for beauty products based on the characteristics of beauty product brands, categories, and designs has been proposed.
Recently, interest in environmental issues is increasing worldwide due to abnormal climate phenomena caused by global warming. Global efforts are continuing to actively respond to climate change, but the dependence on fossil fuels is still high. In particular, a huge amount of fossil fuels and mineral resources are buried in the Arctic Circle, so development and construction projects are being actively pursued. Participation and cooperation in the development of Arctic resources (oil and gas resources) is one of the alternatives to domestic energy supply. Resource development in the Arctic Circle requires close review(Poor development environment and technical limitations due to extreme climate, environmental problems due to resource development, social impact, etc.) in advance compared to general resource development. In this pater, the laws and guidelines related to climate change to be considered were reviewed. when developing Arctic resources. In addition, the countermeasures against climate change applied in large-scale resource development projects in the Arctic were reviewed. It is expected that the results of the research and analysis of this study will be used to establish strategies to respond to new risk factors that influence the successful promotion and operation of the Arctic region resource development project.
Firstly, our Technical and Vocational Education and Training(TVET) ODA currently uses 70% of its budget on short-term assistance project works without much consideration for continuity from one project to another. Secondly, TVET ODA budget is much too concentrated on hardware support, lowering impact compared to the amount invested. Lastly, there is a lack of research on the needs of recipient nation which leads to lowering effectiveness of TVET ODA. This Study analyzed the characteristics of Korea's TVET ODA through the statistical data analysis of ODA. This study's main focus is to recommend methods for Korean colleges to overcome tendencies and limitations of TVET within Korea's ODA. Colleges have advantages in training students to fit needs of the market and companies based on decades of experience colleges have on academic-industrial collaboration. Colleges can also transfer qualification verification systems to fit the recipient country and dispatch TVET related personnel to strengthen software support. Additionally, the post project evaluation and post job placement management capabilities of colleges can be actively used for post management of TVET projects. I hope that through this study, ways to increase participation of colleges in TVET ODA can be discussed in more variety.
Government funded research institutes (GFRIs) maintain a cooperative relationship with companies and stably provide their resources through the family company system. They are thereby implementing a demand-oriented support system that responds to the needs of the company. This study analyzed the changes in corporate financial performance depending on the participation in family company system and customized support. For this purpose, 2,229 companies registered with the KITECH during 2015-2017 composed the "Family company group", and 80 companies that participated in the customized support were selected as the "customized support group". The effect of participation on the corporate financial performance was analyzed using the PSM-DID model. The analysis verified that companies in a cooperative relationship with GFRIs had a higher sales growth rate than others. Furthermore, when these companies received additional customized support, their OI and ROE were significantly improved. The value of this study lies in that it quantitatively analyzed the cooperation performance of partner companies following a sustainable SME-GRI relationship. In addition, it provides insight into the strategic support system for SMEs by confirming the necessity of a customized support based on the relationship.

The main purpose of the work is to analyze modern innovative educational practices in the field of culture and art and their effectiveness in the context of the spread of digitalization trends. The study used general scientific theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparative, induction, deduction, reductionism, and a number of others, allowing you to fully understand the pattern of modern modernization processes in a long historical development and demonstrate how the rejection of the negativity of progress allows talented artists to realize their own potential. The study established the advantages and disadvantages of involving innovative technologies in the educational process on the example of European experience and outlined possible ways of implementing digitalization processes in Ukrainian institutions of higher education, formulated the main difficulties encountered by teachers and students in the use of technological innovation in the pandemic. The rapid development of digital technologies has had a great impact on the sphere of culture and art, both visual, scenic, and musical in all processes: creation, reproduction, perception, learning, etc. In the field of art education, there is a synthesis of creative practices with digital technologies. In terms of music education, these processes at the present stage are provided with digital tools of specially developed software (music programs for composition and typing of musical text, recording, and correction of sound, for quality listening to the whole work or its fragments) for training programs used in institutional education and non-institutional learning as a means of independent mastering of the theory and practice of music-making, as well as other programs and technical tools without which contemporary art cannot be imagined. In modern stage education, the involvement of video technologies, means of remote communication, allowing realtime adjustment of the educational process, is actualized. In the sphere of fine arts, there is a transformation of communicative forms of interaction between the teacher and students, which in the conditions of the pandemic are of two-way communication with the help of information and communication technologies. At this stage, there is an intensification of transformation processes in the educational industry in the areas of culture and art.

Most of the urban tunnels in Korea, which are represented by the 1st to 3rd subways, use the drainage tunnel by NATM. Recently, when a construction project that actively utilizes large-scale urban space is promoted, negative effects that do not conform to the existing empirical rules of urban tunnels may occur. In particular, there is a high possibility that groundwater fluctuations and hydrodynamic behavior will occur owing to the practice of tunnel technology in Korea, which has mainly applied the drainage tunnel. In order to solve the problem of the drainage tunnel, attempts are being made to control groundwater fluctuations. For this, the establishment of tunnel groundwater management standard concept and the analysis of the tunnel hydraulic behavior were performed. To prevent the problem of groundwater fluctuations caused by the construction of large-scale tunnels in urban areas, it was suggested that the conceptual transformation of the empirical technical practice, which is applied only in the underground safety impact assessment stage, to the direction of controlling the inflow in the tunnel, is required. And the relationship between the groundwater level and the inflow of the tunnel required for setting the allowable inflow when planning the tunnel was derived. The introduction of a tunnel groundwater management concept is expected to help solve problems such as groundwater fluctuations, ground settlement, depletion of groundwater resources, and decline of maintenance performance in various urban deep tunnel construction projects to be promoted in the future.
Recently, youth unemployment, especially the unemployment problem of university graduates, has emerged as a social problem. Unemployment of university graduates is both a pan-national issue and a university-level issue, and each university is making many efforts to increase the employment rate of graduates. In this study, we present a model that predicts employment availability of D-university graduates by utilizing Machine Learning. The variables used were analyzed using up to 138 personal information, admission information, bachelor's information, etc., but in order to reflect them in the future curriculum, only the data after admission works effectively, so by department / student. The proposal was limited to the recommended ability to improve the separate employment rate. In other words, since admission grades are indicators that cannot be improved due to individual efforts after enrollment, they were used to improve the degree of prediction of employment rate. In this research, we implemented a employment prediction model through analysis of the core ability of D-University, which reflects the university's philosophy, goals, human resources awards, etc., and machined the impact of the introduction of a new core ability prediction model on actual employment. Achievement at university is recognized in a comprehensive sense as the level of qualitative change and development that students have embodied as a result of their experience in university education. Therefore, the academic achievement of university students will be given meaning in cooperation with the historical and social demands for diverse human resources such as creativity, leadership, and global ability, but it is practically an indicator of the outcome of university education. Measurement of academic achievement by such credits involves many problems, but in particular, standardization of academic achievement by credits based on evaluation methods, contents, and university rankings is a very difficult problem. In this study, we present a model that uses machine learning techniques to predict whether or not academic achievement is excellent for D-University graduates. The variables used were analyzed using up to 96 personal information and bachelor's information such as graduation year, department number, department name, etc., but when establishing a future education course, only the data after enrollment works effectively. Therefore, the items to be analyzed are limited to the recommended ability to improve the academic achievement of the department/student. In this research, we implemented an academic achievement prediction model through analysis of core abilities that reflect the philosophy, goals, human resources image, and utilized machine learning to affect the impact of the introduction of the prediction model on academic achievement. We plan to apply the results of future research to the establishment of curriculum and student guidance conducted in the department to establish a basis for improving academic achievement.
Materials used for education are materials such as SM20C, Al6061, and acrylic. In the process of vibration and cutting applied to this material, the analysis was conducted to find out the value applied to the finite element analysis under extreme conditions. It is hoped that this analysis data will help students see and understand the structure of 5-axis machining rather than 5-axis cutting.
