Purpose: In this study, the researchers analyzed Adolescence's physical symptoms, self esteem and self identity to identify the effects and development of Maumgongbu group counseling on adolescents. Methods: There were two groups involved in this study: the group counseling team and the individual counseling group. Group counseling program was performed with 14 sessions, involving the students who applied for the program. Individual counseling was performed with 14 sessions through one-on-one session by students and their counselors. The data were collected three times: during the pre-treatment, post- treatment and 8 weeks after post-treatment using questionnaires. SPSS/WIN. 11.5 program was used for data analysis. Results: After the intervention, Group counseling prevented physical symptoms from getting worse. Self esteem improved during the pre-post treatments, and Self identity improved during the pre-8weeks after post-treatment in group counseling. Physical symptoms, Self esteem and Self identity aggravated during individual counseling groups. Conclusion: In this study, it was confirmed that the group counseling program was useful for the respondent's individual development through the improvement of their Physical symptoms and establishment of their Self identities through Maumgongbu group counseling.
Mobile device has a constraint such as a small physical display size and interaction. One of the most important issues in mobile devices is the express an identity of one's products company. It can be appeal to the user in side of consistency. Thus, we integrate and extract an identity element from user experience including, Graphical User Interface, Information Architecture and Audio User Interface. The study was conducted by a task force team with User Interface practitioners of managing divisions of each product. In this study, methods and processes that were attempted in order to establish consistency principles of user experiences, enhancing the various characteristics of each product, are described. The results and practical experiences obtained through the processes are introduced.
Objectives: Although dental hygienists are professional workers, their job retention is short. Therefore, in order to improve job retention, the relationship between professional identity and professional self-concept was analyzed. Methods: From January 1 to April 30, 2020, 155 dental hygienists were examined. For data analysis, multiple regression analysis was conducted to confirm the effects of professional identity and professional self-concept on job retention. Results: The dental hygienist's professional self-concept was significantly higher in the team manager than in the staff, but the professional identity was not significantly different. Dental hygienists' professional identity, professional self-concept, and job retention were all positively correlated (p<0.05). As a factor influencing dental hygienist's job retention, the self-concept of the profession had a significant effect, but the identity of the profession did not. Conclusions: Since the professional self-concept has a positive effect on maintaining the profession of dental hygienists, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the professional self-concept in order to increase the job retention.
To access the natural products of uncultured microorganisms, we constructed and screened the metagenomic DNA libraries by using a cosmid vector and DNA inserts isolated directly from soil. Initial screening of the libraries in Escherichia coli resulted in the isolation of several clones that produce a dark brown color when grown in LB medium. One of the positive clones, designed pYS85C, was transposon mutagenized and the DNA surrounding the transposon insertions in cosmids that no longer conferred the production of brown pigment to E. coli was sequenced. Annotation of the pYS85C sequence obtained from the transposon mutagenesis experiment indicated a single 393 amino acid open reading frame (ORF) with a molecular mass of about 44.5 kDa, predicted to be a 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenases (HPPDs), was responsible for the observed brown pigment. In a BLAST search against deposited sequence, the translated protein from this ORF showed moderate-level identity (>60%) to the other known HPPDs and was most conserved in the C-terminal region of the protein. These results show that genes involved in natural product synthesis can be cloned directly from soil DNA and expressed in a heterologous host, supporting the idea that this technology has the potential to provide novel natural products from the wealth of environmental microbial diversity and is a potentially important new tool for drug discovery.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between job characteristics and creativity. The role of transformational leadership is also examined. To identify the relationship between core team job characteristics and transformational leadership, an empirical survey was conducted through surveys of domestic distribution companies. Among the collected questionnaires, missing and insincere responses were excluded and 636 individuals of 107 teams were used for the SPSS 18 analysis. It was found that job meaningfulness was positively related to team creativity and transformational leadership also had a significant effect. Task feedback was shown to be an important factor on the motivation to perform tasks successfully. In the case of transformational leadership, this leadership style helped individuals overcome fear by providing support, sympathy, and consideration to create novel ideas. But, its effects were different on team creativity when it interacted with core job characteristics. Departments where creativity is highly emphasized within an organization are able to design job characteristics which fit the task at hand. Moreover, transformational leadership brings about different effects on team creativity when it interacts with job characteristics. The findings of this study suggest that organizations should consider characteristics of tasks and individuals as well when conducting education and training.
This study is largely aimed at presenting ways to improve the working clothes and help companies create more positive images by suggesting designs of the clothes, which take into accounts the corporate image, symbolism, function and aesthetic appreciation through introduction of companies' CIP. And, it is significant to propose working clothes development condition and process with introduction of companies' CIP(Corporate Identity Program : work that systematize and simplify visually images which companies or public bodies have) A way of this study was made up with working clothes design development process which a student planned. First of all, this study looked into Company D's Corporate Identity Program(CIP) to develop the design that corresponds with the characteristics of the company's favorite design, working environment and demands of the employees. And, then, the study conducted a survey of 30 employees and intensive interviews with heads of four teams including the Safety Team, the Working Clothes Management Team and the General Affairs Team to find out the requirements of the clothes and the characteristics of the company. Based on them, the concrete image that the company pursues and the direction of design were set up through image positioning. In the end, three different concept designs were presented through image-mapping and the concrete design of each item was developed. A total of seven items including upper and lower garments (a jacket and trousers) for the spring-summer seasons, upper and lower garments (a jumper and trousers) for the winter season, cold-protecting vest and winter clothes (a coat and trousers) were presented in accordance with the three concepts. One of the concept designs, which was selected through evaluation by employees of Company D, was produced as a sample and then the final design was chosen after a discussion attended by the head of each team and representatives of the employees. Based on the aforementioned design planning, one design was selected from each of the three concept designs for production. And each of these was requested to special production enterprise and manufactured. Following the result of study, by looking into a case of a practical joint design project between a university and a company, this study suggested ideas for business to improve working clothes through the academic-industrial cooperation and presented conditions and process of design development. And, this study also aims to examine the feasibility of academic-industrial cooperation based on the cases in which enterprises and universities staged joint projects to develop working clothes.
Purpose - To understand the growing interests in the professional temporary workforce, this study aimed to examine the different types of professional temporary workers and their different effects on creative performance. Design/methodology/approach - By sub-classifying professional temporary workers as boundaryless workers and transitional workers, this study developed propositions to provide comprehensive framework for directing meaningful topics for future research on professional temporary workers. Findings - This study suggested that two types of professional temporary workers may differ significantly in terms of their work efforts for getting approval or acceptance from the team members and for achieving creative contributions in teams. Specifically, drawing on expectance theory, social identity theory and resource-based theory, this study discussed the relationship between acceptance(task-oriented vs. relational-oriented acceptance), employment duration(short-term status vs. long-term status), contract security(volition being temporary worker) and creative performance for boundaryless workers versus transitional workers. Research implications or Originality - This study have implications for increasing our understanding of professional temporary workers by showing that creative performance may vary by employment types.
SMEDDS is mixture of oils, surfactants, and cosurfactants, which are emulsified in aqueous media under conditions of gentle agitation and digestive motility that would be encountered in the gastro-intestinal(GI) tract. The main purpose of this work is to prepare self-microemulsifying drug delivery system(SMEDDS) for oral bioavailability enhancement of a poorly water soluble drug, atorvastatin calcium. Solubility of atorvastatin calcium was determined in various vehicles. Pseudo-ternary phase diagrams were constructed to identity the efficient self-emulsification region and particle size distributions of the resultant micro emulsions were determined using a laser diffraction sizer. Optimized formulations for in vitro dissolution and bioavailability assessment were $Capryol^{(R)}$ 90(50%), Tetraglycol(16%), and $Cremophor^{(R)}$ EL(32%). The release rate of atorvastatin from SMEDDS was significantly higher than the conventional tablet ($Lipitor^{(R)}$), 2-fold. Our studies illustrated the potential use of SMEDDS for the delivery of hydrophobic compounds, such as atorvastatin calcium by the oral route.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the vocational identity through the reflection of the major experience as the teacher through the life history of the technical high school. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, two technical high school mechanical and career teachers were selected as research participants and in-depth interviews were conducted with them. The data obtained through the in-depth interviews were analyzed through six steps. Six major experiences of the participants were identified as results of the research: (1) the experience of trying to train the specialist of precision machining in the beginning of teacher's life, (2) experience as a skill competition team teacher, (3) experience of innovating public education by introducing new industry field, (4) experience of constant learning new field and sharing with colleagues, (5) experience in the rapid change of the status of technical high school, (6) experience in the prevention of students' safety accidents and maintenance of the practice field. Through these educational experiences, each research participant was forming one's vocational identity as a mechanical teacher. The vocational identity of the research participants were identified as follows: (1) identity drifting phase, (2) identity stability stage, (3) transition stage of the teacher role, (4) suspended stage to preserve identity, (5) identification sublimation stage, (6) identification of the true meaning of the teacher, and integration of the identity. Through these six steps, their identities were formed, strengthened and changed at each stage.
In this study, we explore whether and how the experience of discrimination and social support affects physical health and mental health through disability identity among the disabled aged 50 and over. We also examine such relationship differs by the degree of disability. For the empirical test, we utilized the data from the Panel Survey for the Disabled conducted by our research team in 2016. According to structural equation model analysis, social support has a direct effect on disability identity. It also has a direct effect on physical health. As for the mental health, there are found direct effects of discrimination experience, social support, disability identity, and physical health, Furthermore, social support influences the mental health through disability identity. This finding suggests that social support for the disabled in old age increases disability identity and, in turn, it contributes their mental health. In the meanwhile, multiple group comparison analysis reveals the effect of discrimination experience on disability identity is found for those with lower level of disability but not for their counterparts. This seems to result from that the level of common ground which constitutes disability identity is low for the severely disabled. Thus, it requires our efforts to enhance disability identity focusing on common ground for the severe disabled.
