  • Increased use of software and complexity of software functions, as well as shortened software quality evaluation periods, have increased the importance and necessity for automation of software testing. Automating software testing by using machine learning not only minimizes errors in manual testing, but also allows a speedier evaluation. Research on machine learning in automated software testing has so far focused on solving special problems with algorithms, leading to difficulties for the software developers and testers, in applying machine learning to software testing automation. This paper, proposes a new machine learning framework for software testing automation through related studies. To maximize the performance of software testing, we analyzed and categorized the machine learning algorithms applicable to each software test phase, including the diverse data that can be used in the algorithms. We believe that our framework allows software developers or testers to choose a machine learning algorithm suitable for their purpose.

  • University Students go through the development process of expertise in a single field based on theoretical knowledge they have learned in the university. Their plans to develop their careers could lead to a shift in business as they choose to find jobs and start businesses throughout their lives. The attitude of career decision making process has been changed from learning in the form of receiving and memorizing existing knowledge to learning in a more proactive and autonomous manner, and there is a growing need for informal learning. In this study, the informal learning is investigated to clarify the impact on the employment competency and entrepreneurial intention. New implications are deduced by the introduction of start-up business to the traditional approach based on the employment ability. In addition, the importance of team-work has been increased in the field of eduction and business. The impact on the employment competency and entrepreneurial intention is studied based on the satisfaction level of team-based learning. Survey was conducted on 163 university students in North Chungcheong Province from March to June 2019 and the results of the study were summarized as follows. First, it has been confirmed that the informal learning of university students has a significant impact on their employment competency, but not on their entrepreneurial intention. Second, the employment competencies have perfect mediating effect on the informal learning and the entrepreneurial intention. Third, the satisfaction on the team-based learning did not have a significant impact on the employment competency of university students by informal learning, but it had a positive effect on the dependency between employment competency and entrepreneurial intention. In these days, start-up education at universities has been strengthened. Throughout this research, the need for informal learning is confirmed to enhance the employment competency and entrepreneurial intention of the university education program. • Design class through team activities is increasing in engineering education. Team-based education has been known to improve students' creativity, problem solving ability, cooperative ability, self-directed learning ability, and communication ability. How to organize a team is an important issue that affects the performance of team activities as well as student satisfaction. However, previous studies have focused on the causal relationship between team formation and the team's performance. This paper deals with how to organize a balanced team in a real class. When the basic characteristic values of students are givens, the aim is to make the sum of the characteristic values as fair as possible for each team. We propose a mathematical team formation model and show how to apply it through case studies.

  • With the introduction of Internet-based education such as online learning and virtual campuses. there are increased interests and demands for electronically delivering educational contents in comparison to the traditional educational methods. Our preilminary study showed that approximately $50\%$ of virtual groups formed online for the scope of collaborative learning encountered harriers that prevented them from forming an effective learning team and making satisfactory progress toward reaching the learning objectives. In this study, we asked the undergraduate students. who were the members of the online learning team, to work on the given discussion topics through the use of emails and threaded discussion boards. Then. we investigated the roles played by two electronic communication medium during the virtual discussion with respect to the learning outcome. We also studied how information was shared amongst the virtual learning team members. The results of our study showed that the email based online learning had the advantage of individualized and friendly information transfer. However. it also caused certain difficulty in exchanging ideas due to the one-sided nature of the email-based communication. On the other hand, the threaded discussion board provided easier information sharing and broadcasting. which enabled active participation by the virtual team members. However. It also had the disadvantage of difficulty in accurate information conveyance and duplication of the posted information. In summary, our study results showed that there was a high correlation between the characteristics of the electronic communication medium and the decision that the online learners made regarding which medium to use. There was a high correlation between the type of the electronic communication medium and the online learners' experiences in using these media.
