Event-Triggered Model Predictive Control for Continuous T-S fuzzy Systems with Input Quantization (양자화 입력을 고려한 연속시간 T-S 퍼지 시스템을 위한 이벤트 트리거 모델예측제어)

  • In this paper, a problem of event-triggered model predictive control is investigated for continuous-time Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with input quantization. To efficiently utilize network resources, event-trigger is employed, which transmits limited signals satisfying the condition that the measurement of errors is over the ratio of a certain level. Considering sampling and quantization, continuous Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems are regarded as a sector bounded continuous-time T-S fuzzy systems with input delay. Then, a model predictive controller (MPC) based on parallel distributed compensation (PDC) is designed to optimally stabilize the closed loop systems. The proposed MPC optimize the objective function over infinite horizon, which can be easily calculated and implemented solving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) for every event-triggered time. The validity and effectiveness are shown that the event triggered MPC can stabilize well the systems with even smaller average sampling rate and limited actuator signal guaranteeing optimal performances through the numerical example.

  • 본 논문은 파라미터의 불확실성을 포함한 비선형 무인 잠수정(autonomous underwater vehicles: AUVs)의 속도 제어를 위한 강인 퍼지 제어기를 제안한다. 효율적이고 안정적인 접근을 위해 불확실성을 포함한 비선형 무인 잠수정의 속도 시스템은 타카기-수게노(Takagi-Sugeno: T-S) 퍼지 모델로 표현된다. 리아푸노프(Lyapunov) 안정도 이론을 이용하여, 무인 잠수정의 제어 성능을 보장하는 선형 행렬 부등식(linear matrix inequality: LMI) 형태의 제어기 설계 조건을 유도한다. 제안된 강인 속도 제어기 성능의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 모의실험을 수행한다.

  • In this paper, it suggest that nonlinear multivariable system control of induction motor using 'T-S Fuzzy Identification' 'T-S Fuzzy model of linearization' is not easy because of that arithmetic is difficult in computation of the function. Therefore 'T-S Fuzzy Identification' is suggested that the rules and functions through the estimation of high accuracy provides linearized model.

  • 본 논문은 심도각 범위를 고려한 무인 잠수정(autonomous underwater vehicles: AUVs)의 타카키-수게노 (Takagi-Sugeno: T-S) 퍼지 모델 기반 강인 심도 제어기의 설계 기법을 제안한다. 무인 잠수정의 비선형 시스템은 Sector nonlinearity 기법을 이용하여 T-S 퍼지 시스템으로 모델링된다. 리아푸노프(Lyapunov) 함수를 이용하여 무인 잠수정의 성능을 보장하는 선형 행렬 부등식(Linear matrix inequality: LMI) 형태의 강인 제어기 설계 조건은 유도된다. 또한 무인 잠수정의 심도각 범위를 고려하여 입력 및 출력에 제한 조건을 포함한다. 모의 실험을 통해 제안된 기법의 심도 제어 성능을 검증한다.

  • This paper presents adaptive fuzzy controller which is uncertainty or unknown variation in different parameters with nonlinear system of helicopter. The proposed adaptive fuzzy controller applied TSK(Takagi-Sugeno-Kang) fuzzy system which is not only low number of fuzzy rule, and a linear input-output equation with a constant term, but also can represent a large class of nonlinear system with good accuracy. The adaptive law was designed by using Lyapunov stability theory. The adaptive fuzzy controller is a model reference adaptive controller which can adjust the parameter $\theta$ so that the plant output tracks the reference model output. First of all, system of helicopter was considered as stopping state, and design of controller was simulated from dynamics equation with stopping state. Results show that it is controlled more successfully with a model reference adaptive controller than with a non-adaptive fuzzy controller when there is a modelling error between system and model or a continuous added noise in such unstable system.

  • This paper considers a method to design sliding mode observers for a class of uncertain systems using Linear Matrix Inequalities(LMI). In an LMI-based sliding mode observer design method for a class of uncertain systems the switching surface is set to be the difference between the observer and system output. In terms of LMIs, a necessary and sufficient condition is derived for the existence of a sliding-mode observer guaranteeing a stable sliding motion on the switching surface. The gain matrices of the sliding-mode observer are characterized using the solution of the LMI existence condition. The results are illustrated by an example.

  • In general, due to the interactions among subsystems, it is difficult to design an decentralized controller for nonlinear interconnected systems. In this study, the model of nonlinear interconnected systems is studied via decentralized fuzzy control method with time delay and polytopic uncertainty. First, the nonlinear interconnected system is represented by an equivalent Takagi-Sugeno type fuzzy model. And the represented model can be rewritten as Parameterized Linear Matrix Inequalities(PLMIs), that is, LMIs whose coefficients are functions of a parameter confined to a compact set. We show that the resulting fuzzy controller guarantees the asymptotic stability and disturbance attenuation of the closed-loop system in spite of controller gain variations within a resulted polytopic region by example and simulations.

Making Robust Stochastic Stabilizer for Uncertain T-S fuzzy Systems with Input Delay (입력지연을 갖는 불확실 T-S 퍼지 시스템의 강인 디지털 확률적 안정화기 설계)

  • This paper discusses a robust stochastic stabilization of uncertain Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy system with Markovian input delay. The finite Markovian process is adopted to model the input delay of the overall control system. It is assumed that the zero and hold devices are used for control input. The continuous-time T-S fuzzy system with the Markovian input delay is discretized for easy handling delay, accordingly, the discretixzd T-S fuzzy system is represented by a uncertain discrete-time T-S fuzy system with jumping parameters. The robust stochastic stabilizibility of the uncertain jump T-S fuzzy system is derived and formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs).

  • 오늘날 필드버스(fieldbus), 인터넷 그리고 무선통신 등을 이용한 원격 제어 기술이 급격히 발달하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 원거리 네트워크 기반 제어는 데이터를 전송함에 있어서 지연이 불가피하며, 또한 이 지연이 일정하지 않은 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 네트워크 지연은 시스템의 안정성이나 정확도에 영향을 미친다. 잘 논문에서는 네트워크상의 데이터 전송 지연을 고려한 이동 로봇의 원격 운용을 위해 TSK(Takagi-Sugeno-Kang) 퍼지 시스템을 이용하여 전송 지연의 확률 분포 함수와 네트워크 모델을 구하고 이를 전송 지연 예측 알고리듬에 적용하였다. 그리고 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션으로부터 제안된 알고리듬의 실효성을 검증하고, 기존의 예측 알고리듬과의 비교분석을 통하여 그 성능을 평가하였다.

  • This paper proposes a decentralized control technique for 2-dimensional experimental helicopter systems. The decentralized control technique is especially suitable in large-scale control systems. We derive the stabilization condition for the interconnected Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy system using the rigorous tool-Lyapunov stability criterion and formulate the controller design condition in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method, we include the experiment result as well as a computer simulation one, which strongly convinces us the applicability to the industry.
