옹저에 사용되는 탁리소독음의 항염증효과 (The Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Takrisodok-eum in the Ong-Juh(옹저))

  • 탁리소독음이 옹저에 있어 항염증 효과를 살펴보고자 NO의 농도, 세포 생존도, iNOS의 표현 및 $TNF-{\alpha}$의 농도를 실험한 결과, NO의 농도는 현저하게 감소하였고 세포 생존도는 탁리소독음에 의하여 영향을 받지 않았으며 iNOS의 표현에 있어서 iNOS의 고도가 현저하게 낮아졌고 $TNF-{\alpha}$의 농도는 현저한 변화가 없었다. 이상을 살펴볼 때 탁리소독음이 옹저에 있어 항염증효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 탁리소독음이 충분히 대식세포의 역할을 대신하며 이 이외의 신호경로가 염증기전에 작용한 것으로 생각되며 많은 연구가 요할 것으로 사료된다.

  • Korean constitutional type(Sasang Chejil) was considered with anxiety level and personality type in order variability frequently encountered in EEG research. Sasang Chejil type seems a very important factor to be controled to minimize the variabilty since Sasang Cheji subgroups showed distinct differences in EEG relative power ao more recording sites and frequency bands than the subgroups of anxiety level and personality type, well-reconized variability-contribution factors. It is likely that Tae-Eum Chejil type is predispositioned to be more relaxed and feel happier and less unhappy than So-Yang type since the former showed greater alpha relative powers and left-hemisphere activations at both of the resting and emotional states.

  • 최근 360도 동영상, 게임 등 VR을 활용한 컨텐츠가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시대에 맞추어 충북대학교 캠퍼스를 배경으로 VR 컨텐츠를 만들어 학교를 홍보 하려고 한다. 본 VR 컨텐츠를 통해 일반 홍보물과는 다르게 HMD를 통해 360도 파노라마 사진으로 직접 보면서 화살표를 통해 장소를 이동할 수 있고 건물이나 위치에 대한 설명도 볼 수 있으며 사용자가 현장감과 생동감을 느낄 수 있고 더 흥미롭게 접근 할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the safety factors of the public transportation and recommend the experimental factors of customer satisfaction. The survey consist of 28 questions of 5 factors about users characteristics on roads, railways, ships, and flights. As a result of multiple regression analysis, we knew that there are three potential factors affecting customer satisfaction. The Factors are named 'expected', 'attitude', 'management', and the variable of factors affect customer satisfaction significantly. Therefore, it is good strategy for effective working to improve customer satisfaction that maintain attitude with safety minds, try to specialized management, and creating expectation for safety considering the difference by the type of public transportation. After considering the meaningful result, for the development of policies for customer satisfaction for safety, we have to consider expected, attitude, and management factors of workers and officials that influence customer safety and try to improve the managerial factors considering the characteristics of their own.

  • This letter presents a CMOS RF front-end operating in a subthreshold region for low-power Band-III mobile TV applications. The performance and feasibility of the RF front-end are verified by integrating with a low-IF RF tuner fabricated in a 0.13-${\mu}m$ CMOS technology. The RF front-end achieves the measured noise figure of 4.4 dB and a wide gain control range of 68.7 dB with a maximum gain of 54.7 dB. The power consumption of the RF front-end is 13.8 mW from a 1.2 V supply.

We describe here the construction and DNA sequencing of cDNA libraries from Protaetia brevizarsis, a fruit tree pest in Korea.   • In a bioassay-guided search for anti-allergic compounds from higher plants of Korea, poly-methoxyflavones, 3',4',5,6,7,8-hexamethoxyflavone (I), 5-hydroxy-3',4',6,7,8-pentamethoxyflavone (II) and 3',4',5,7,8-pentamethoxyflavone (III) have been isolated from the immature peels of Citrus unshiu. Structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic techniques. Compounds I and II inhibited dose-dependent histamine release from the rat peritoneal mast cells activated by compound 48/80 or anti-DNP IgE.

  • This paper deals with the conductor bar design to improve starting stability of line-start synchronous reluctance motor(LSRM). As design variables, the number and the shape of conductor bars of rotor are chosen. The starting characteristics are calculated by finite element method(FEM) and the conductor bars are designed to improve the starting torque according to initial starting rotor position. Finally, the starting characteristic of the designed model are compared with that of the initial model.
