The purpose of this study is to examine the state of the character fashion which is worn everyday by people regardless of their sex, class, and age after the 1960's, and to look at its significance. Under the influence of mass media, TV, film, comic and popular music exercised its power over the modern living after the 1960's. Such culture has its character in youth, aspiration of wide spread and overflow of the visual image. While active life style and increase of time spent on sports and leisure created the casual trend in fashion. In addition to Pop Art leads to the usage of sign and symbol on clothes, and this created a trend called 'character fashion'. Character fashion can be divided into 'motive' and 'expression'. Motive then is segmented by the 'person' that includes an impersonated figure and 'symbol' of picture or figure with a special meaning. However, expression can be classified by 'one's belonging' which can be a sports team, school or a group. Also, by the 'message' of the phrase or letter. The meaning contained in character fashion by the various motive and expression can be classified as unisex, ego screaming, and escapism.

In 1972, the mural painting of Kuknakjon, which is National Treasure No. 15, at Pongjongsa was taken to pieces. From 1999. 9. 8 to 1999. 9. 15,we were precisely investigated with infrared vidicon television, video camera and so forth. The result of investigation shows that contents of the mural painting consisted of paintings of flowers and birds, paintings of Taoist hermits with supernatural powers and old historic figure paintings (In the investigated mural paintings, there were paintings about pheasant or magpie on splendid peony, figures such as Lee tae baek(이태백) and Baek lakchon(백악천) known as old chinese poets, Chang yang(장량) and Hwangsok kong(황석공) known as old historic figures and Paebok(백복), and Choksongja(적송자) known as Taoist hermits.)It is noted that the mural painting was under the influence of the later Choson culture included Taoistic and folk artistic than buddhistic contents such as painting of Bodhisattva, Arhat and apsara. Later, each mural painting will be more investigated in respect of Buddhism art historic value, and we'll make conservative treatment plan based on its result.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of local food value perception on purchasing and experience in consumers. ${\chi}^2$-test, ANOVA, and linear regression analysis were conducted. The findings are summarized as follows: The most common place for buying agricultural products was 'hypermarkets' (41.7%), and the most important factor for purchasing local food was 'local government's certification products' (23.7%). The most important value recognition item for local food was 'I think that local food is a high-quality agricultural products'. (3.74 points), followed by 'I think that local food have a value of respect for customers' (3.61 points) and 'I have a faith for the local food'. (3.61 points) in that order. The main tourism experience activity was 'food experience' (49.0%), and information source of local food experience tourism was 'mass media (TV, newspapers, etc.)' (37.3%). As age increased, experience of local food also increased. The most effectual value recognition item for purchasing local food was 'I think that local food have a value of respect for customers'. The most effectual value recognition item for increasing intake experience of local food was 'I think that the local food is high-quality agricultural products'.

In the field of dance creation, the use of film and television skills, cyberspace, action sets, computer graphics and other technology and media technology have made the creative environment for dance art that it rapidly improves and presents a new situation. Especially in the dance creation part, VR technology can show many possibilities and can be used as a tool to fully satisfy the choreographer's intention and imagination. Therefore, this study analyzes the acceptance model of virtual reality technology in dance creative education, and we will examine the effect of social influence, shared trust, innovation, interest, and self-efficacy on perceived usefulness and perceived ease. Second, we will examine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease on intention to use. The study is targeted at ordinary dance creators who currently reside in Hebei Province, China. The survey was conducted for approximately 30 days from March 16th to April 17th. The total number of valid samples collected was 377. The results of the identification of the hypotheses between variables based on the questionnaire data are as follows: Firstly, social influence, shared trust, innovation, interest, and self-efficacy have a positive impact on perceived usefulness, perceived ease. Secondly, perceived usefulness, perceived ease has a positive effect on the intention to use. In view of the above research results, the theoretical significance and limitations of this research and the future research directions are discussed in depth.

This article is devoted to the consideration of the image strategies of higher education on the example of a comparison of Ukrainian and foreign experience. The relevance of the chosen topic is as follows. Today, educational institutions need to position, shape and elevate their image. PR helps to solve all these tasks, performing a function that is so necessary for establishing mutual understanding as communication management. The following tasks are solved in the article: originality of definitions was investigated; revealed PR and related concepts; analyzed the role of PR in the information promotion of universities; determined the specifics of information promotion, due to temporary conditions and regional development; considered image materials of Ukrainian and foreign universities; disclosed the specifics of the information promotion of the objects under study; analyzed.

In modern society, user privacy is emerging as an important issue as closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems increase rapidly in various public and private spaces. If CCTV cameras monitor sensitive areas or personal spaces, they can infringe on personal privacy. Someone's behavior patterns, sensitive information, residence, etc. can be exposed, and if the image data collected from CCTV is not properly protected, there can be a risk of data leakage by hackers or illegal accessors. This paper presents an innovative approach to "machine learning based reversible chaotic masking method for user privacy protection in CCTV environment." The proposed method was developed to protect an individual's identity within CCTV images while maintaining the usefulness of the data for surveillance and analysis purposes. This method utilizes a two-step process for user privacy. First, machine learning models are trained to accurately detect and locate human subjects within the CCTV frame. This model is designed to identify individuals accurately and robustly by leveraging state-of-the-art object detection techniques. When an individual is detected, reversible chaos masking technology is applied. This masking technique uses chaos maps to create complex patterns to hide individual facial features and identifiable characteristics. Above all, the generated mask can be reversibly applied and removed, allowing authorized users to access the original unmasking image.

Comics and cartoons of superheroes in the West have adopted various semiotic systems and other art-forms, including their politico-socio-economic condition, and made parody of other popular texts, as well. Based on the idea of the development of superhero genre, this article focuses on how East Asian popular texts appropriate and reconstruct the genre, which was once considered the realization of American idea, by analyzing a series of TV animation (Japan, Sunrise,2011). Through the feature of parody with intertextuality, provides East Asian value and sensibility of characters as corporation-centered modern humans in capitalist society. This animation has similarity and difference, compared to that of Western superhero cartoons. It satires Western capitalist society and emphasizes Eastern family-oriented value. The performances of superheroes on TV represent the satire on Western style individualism and estimation through each one's achievement. It metaphorically criticizes the situation in which modern human falls into dependency on capital and media, and the capitalistic system in which public good is used for the method of private profit. emphasizes East Asian value of human and society, the cooperative relation for the success and maintenance of community by combining members of state and society through familial sensibility. Tiger functions as a spiritual leader in the group of superheroes who have been obsessed with competition for their own private purpose rather than public cause, Bunny and other colleagues are gradually influenced by Tiger's familial communicative style. emphasizes community-centered view and self-sacrificing sensibility as an international citizen to solve social pathology of modern world.

As an exploratory research on China's animation, this study aims to enhance an understanding of the trends and characteristics of China's animation through examining its history and to forecast its future development trajectory. From its founding to recent period, China tried to maintain Communist political system through imbuing national identity to its people through management and supervision of media products under direct government's leadership in combination with ideological education. Such policy was also implemented in animation, major audience of which is children. With regard to the introduction of the policy and its influence, five historical phases could be identified as follows. During the first phase, from the founding of the Republic until the Cultural Revolution, national culture was introduced to China's animation. The second phase, which corresponds with the Cultural Revolution period, marks the decline of national culture. National culture was reemphasized during the third phase that follows the Cultural Revolution, which led to the nomination of the 'China school,' followed by the fourth phase, during which China's animation suffered the second decline due to the spread of TVs and foreign animation imports. Reintroduction of national culture on China's animation in the context of rapid industrialization process before and after 2000 characterizes the recent phase. It can be expected that although there could be some change in methods and forms, China's animation, which introduced national culture from its inception and maintained remarkable resilience following the period of decline, will continuously stress the its own national cultural identity.

Spectrum analyzer and electromagnetic field meter were used to investigate the EM generation behaviour in different types of home electrical appliances. During microwave oven operation, the EM power measured at a point 30cm apart was measured in the range of 8~11mW/㎡, the strength of the low frequency magnetic field was 60~80mG and the electric field strength was measured at 150~160V/m. For smart phone wireless charging pad, it was measured at an electromagnetic power of 0.4mW/㎡, an electric field of 160 V/m and a magnetic field of 1mG at a point 10cm away. For microwave oven and wireless charging pad, if used within 10cm, the size of the electric field has been measured at a large value that exceeds the human body protection standard and may be hazardous to humans. On the other hand, home appliances such as TVs, hairdryers and refrigerators all showed very low levels of electromagnetic waves, electric fields and magnetic fields, with no harmful effects seen. For electromagnetic shielding, the metal Cu fabric and metal foil had a high level of EM shielding, while polymer films had a low EM shielding characteristic.

Recently, popular entertainers have contributed significantly to the achievement of TV program and exportation, which make them attract more attention. Therefore, this study investigates the relationship perception of broadcasting entertainers in inductive interview study. Thoughts of entertainers can affect theirs' behavior and attitude as well as value and thought, which makes it necessary on celebrity studies to examine entertainers' ideas. This study divides into drama and variety show for genres and cast portions are classified into three categories; leading, supporting, and minor role. We conducted an interview study on 48 entertainers in drama and variety entertainment programs and have explored data by using Nvivo 11 program. Entertainers' perception on their relationship in program can be sub-categorized into ideas on PDs, script writers, and colleague entertainers. Perception on PD revealed significant difference on consciousness on PDs' and script writers' authority, treatment, and communication. In addition, perception on colleague entertainers revealed significant result on colleague membership, relationship between seniors and newcomers, competition, and communication with colleagues. Because this study covered all relationship perceptions, and it is possible to come up with new practical implications, it is difficult to suggest diverse guidance for the harmonious awareness of entertainers. Therefore, future studies should be analyzed to address these limitations and provide more implications.
