This study attempts to examine the clinical usefulness of High b-value DWI (diffusion weighted imaging) for brain tumors with an edema. Subjects were seven patients selected from 65 patients who received an MRI scan for suspected encephalopathy and confirmed diagnosis at our hospital from February to July 2015 (male: 7, average age : 66 years old). As test equipment, 3.0T MR System (ACHIEVA Release, Philips, Best, The Netherlands) and 8Channel SENSE Head Coill were used. DWI checks on the use of the variable TR 5460ms, TE 132ms, Slice Thickness 4mm, gap 1mm, Slice number 29 is, 3D T1WI is TR 8.4ms, TE 3.9ms, matrix size $240{\times}240$, Slice can set 180 piecesIt was. b value of 0, 1,000, 2,000 s/mm2 with DWI acquisition and 3D T1WI enhancement five minutes after the Slice Thickness 3mm, gap 0mm to reconstruct the upper face axis (MPR TRA CE) was. As for the experiment, in b-value 1,000 and 2,000 images, SNR and the lesion at the lesion site and CNR in the normal site opposite to the lesion are measured. WW(window width) and WL(window level) are made equal in MRICro software, and the volume of the lesion is measured from each of b-value and MPR TRA CE image. Using SPSS ver. 1.8.0.0 Mann Whitney-test was analyzed for SNR and CNR, while Kruskal-Wallis test was analyzed for volume.

본 연구의 목적은 이동통신서비스 환경에서 서비스 사용자가 인지한 품질과 서비스 사용을 통한 만족 등의 요소가 사업자와의 상호 작용을 통해 획득한 정보 공유태도, 정보공유의도에 미치는 영향을 설명하는데 있다. 이는 현재 정부의 통신서비스 품질 정책 수립을 위해 베타터스터 및 측정 장비를 활용하여 측정하고 그 결과를 분석하는 방식에서, 국민이 품질측정시스템에 직접 접속하여 측정한 품질측정 정보에 대한 만족, 정보 공유의사확인을 통해 어떤 소비자가 공유의사가 높은지, 통계적 타당성 확보를 통한 정책적 아이디어를 제공하고자 하였다. 이동통신서비스 이용자를 대상으로 실증분석결과, 이동통신서비스의 데이터 품질은 음성품질보다 만족에 큰 영향을 끼쳤으며, 품질요소와 만족, 정보공유태도와 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼침을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 실증적 연구결과를 바탕으로 국민의 품질측정데이터 공유의도 확인을 통해 크라우드 소싱을 활용한 정책사례로 추진 가능한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서 우리는 자유 라디칼 중합에 기반한 열가소성 고분자의 동적 분자동역학 중합 알고리즘을 이용하여 95%의 변환률을 갖는 PMMA의 고분자 모델을 구성하였다. 본 알고리즘에서는 계산 수행에 필요한 시간을 줄이기 위해 PCFF 포텐셜 함수의 결합 항들 TraPPE-UA 포텐셜 함수의 비결합 항을 조합한 united-atom level의 coarse-grained 포텐셜 함수를 도입하였다. 자유 라디칼 중합 시뮬레이션을 통해 생성된 각 사슬을 분석하여 고분자의 분자량 분포와 평균 분자량을 계산하였고, 고분자의 분자량은 초기 상태에 존재하는 개시제 라디칼의 수를 이용하여 조절하였으며, 유리전이온도, 기계적 물성에 미치는 분자량의 효과에 대해 연구되었다.

Kwan-gyongdo is a pictorial presentation of a $s{\bar{u}}tra$ that teaches the Buddhist way for a person to be reincarnated in the paradise of $Amit{\bar{a}}bha$ Buddha. It consists of a preface (Kwan-gyong sobun pyonsangdo) and 16 scenes of $S{\bar{a}}kyamuni$ preaching. The preface, a painting illustrating the motivation behind the production of tile kwan-gyongdo, illustrates the "Legend of King $Aj{\bar{a}}tasatru$", a tragic story in which the prince of India's Magadha kingdom murders his father, the king, to usurp the throne. The 16 subsequent scenes show $S{\bar{a}}kyamuni$ teaching the distressed queen how a person can be reborn in paradise through meditation and praying. In the kwan-gyongdo in the Mogao Cave No. 17 in Dunhuang, China, painted during the Tang dynasty (618-907), the preface and the 16 scenes are presented in one painting, whereas they are presented in two paintings in those painted in Korea during the Koryo period (918-1392). The difference is attributed to the stylistic disparity of the two periods. Despite the temporal gap between the Koryo paintings and the Mogao Cave paintings, a comparison of the two can show the characteristic development of kwan-gyongdo. Kwan-gyongdo of the Koryo period do not have the "enmity created in the previous life" scene featuring a heavenly figure and a hare, a result that shows the influence of the Tang school that deleted the scene. The scene of $S{\bar{a}}kyamuni$ preaching on the Mountain of Spirit is included in kwan-gyongdo of both the Koryo period and the Mogao Cave, but the scene of $S{\bar{a}}kyamuni$ emerging from the earth to the Magadha palace is not included in Koryo kwan-gyongdo. Kwan-gyongdo of Koryo are generally a simpler but more faithful rendering of the $s{\bar{u}}tra$.

비즈니스에 성공한 디자인 혁신 제품사례가 증가함에 따라 디자인 혁신성에 대한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 블루투스 스피커 제품의 디자인 혁신성 (기능성, 인간공학, 심미성)이 구매고객의 호감도와 구매 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 한다. 실증적 연구를 위한 합리적 행위이론(TRA)과 기술수용모델(TAM)을 통한 연구모형을 제언한다. 설문은 디자인 혁신성, 호감도, 구매 의도의 영향 관계를 파악하기 위한 문항으로 구성되었다. 연구결과 기능성, 인간공학, 심미성은 제품의 호감도와 구매 의도에 영향을 주었다. 블루투스 스피커 디자인 혁신 제품이 초기시장에서 수용되기 위해서는, 기능과 심미성을 중심으로 호감도에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 형성하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 호감도는 디자인 혁신 제품의 구매 의도에 가장 결정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 기업은 호감도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 발굴, 강화해야 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 작업기반 중재와 전산화인지치료의 결합 중재를 통해 뇌졸중 환자의 심리사회적 기능과 인지 기능 및 우울감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 뇌졸중 환자 23명을 실험집단 11명, 대조집단 12명으로 나누어 진행하였으며, 실험집단과 대조집단은 4주간, 30분씩의 CoTras를 받았으며, 실험집단의 추가적으로 CoTras 시작 이전에 30분간 작업기반 중재를 받았다. 총 4주간, 20회 진행되었다. 평가는 자기 효능감 척도, 스트레스 척도, 우울척도, 신경행동학적 인지 상태 검사를 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 실험집단은 자기 효능감과 스트레스, 우울의 개선에 대조집단보다 더 유의미한 개선을 나타냈으며, 인지 기능에서 실험집단은 대조집단과 작은 효과의 크기차이를 보였다. 본 연구를 근거로 뇌졸중 환자의 심리사회적 요인과 우울증, 인지 기능의 개선을 위해 CoTras와 함께 작업기반 중재가 동시에 수행되는 것을 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 옻나무 추출물(Rhus verniciflua Stokes extract, RVSE)의 침지가 가스조절포장(modified-atmosphere packaging, MAP)으로 저장한 한우고기 스테이크의 총환원력, 단백질산화 및 육색소산화에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 실시하였다. 시료(Hanwoo longissimus muscle)는 옻나무 추출물의 침지 여부에 따라 처리한 후 high oxygen-MAP(HOMAP; 75% $O_2$+20% $CO_2$+5% $N_2$)와 low oxygen-MAP (LOMAP; 0% $O_2$+20% $CO_2$+80% $N_2$)으로 포장하여 $4^{\circ}C$에서 9일 동안 저장하였다. 총환원력은 RVSE의 침지에 의해 증가되었으며(p<0.05), LOMAP에 의해 저장기간 동안 높게 유지되었다. Carbonyl 함량은 RVSE의 침지와 LOMAP에 의해 억제되었다. Metmyoglobin의 축적은 RVSE의 침지에 의해 증가되었으나, HOMAP에 의해 낮게 유지되었다. 이와 반대로 oxymyoglobin에 의한 적색 강도의 지표인 R630-R580은 RVSE의 침지에 의해 감소되었던 반면, HOMAP에 의해 높게 유지되었다. 명도($L^*$), 적색도($a^*$) 및 chroma($C^*$)는 RVSE의 침지에 의해 감소되었으나, HOMAP에 의해 높게 유지되었다. 반면에 hue-angle($H^{\circ}$)은 RVSE의 침지에 의해 증가되었으나, HOMAP에 의해 낮게 유지되었다. 따라서 RVSE의 침지는 한우고기 스테이크의 총환원력과 단백질산화 안정성을 증가시켰으나, 육색소산화 안정성 감소시켰다. 또한 HOMAP는 총환원력과 단백질산화 안정성을 감소시켰으나, 육색소산화 안정성은 증가시켰다.

최근 소셜 네트워크 기반으로 하는 인터넷 기업의 등장은 빠른 성장세에 있으며, 다양한 소셜 미디어 서비스 출현으로 e-비즈니스에 혁신적인 변화를 일으키고 있다. 웹(web) 상에서 지인(知人)과의 인간관계를 강화시키고, 새로운 인간관계를 형성할 수 있도록 지원하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)는 소셜 미디어 영역 중 하나이다. 이러한 소셜 네트워크 서비스 시장의 급속한 성장과 이에 따른 수익창출, 미디어 분야의 새로운 성장 동력으로의 인식으로 많은 글로벌 IT기업들이 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 가장 강력한 소셜 미디어로 인식하고 있으며, 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용한 다양한 비즈니스 모델 개발에 힘쓰고 있다. 본 연구는 개인정보에 대한 자기노출을 다룬 중요한 요인인 프라이버시 침해의 미인식, SNS 사용목적, 개인정보의 중요성 인식을 통해 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 노출행동에 대한 영향력을 검증하고자 한다. 또한 개인의 특정 행위, 감정적 반응을 기술하기 위한 이론적 기반을 제공하고 있는 합리적 행위이론 (Theory of Reasoned Action)을 바탕으로 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서의 자기노출에 대한 영향요인이 TRA의 행위에 대한 태도(Attitude Toward Behavior)로서의 부정적 태도(Negatude), 주관적 규범(Subjective Norm), 행위의도(Behavioral intention), 그리고 노출행동의 주요 변수들을 적용한 연구모형을 제시하였다. 위 연구모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 서울 소재 Y대학의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 통해 총 198부의 표본을 수집하였으며, 요인들 간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 경로분석을 실시하였다. 경로분석 결과, 프라이버시 침해 미인식이 부정적 태도. 주관적 규범, 행위의도, 노출행동에 미치는 영향은 모두 유의미하지 않게 나타나 가정된 경로모형에서 프라이버시 침해의 미인식의 영향력은 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. SNS 사용목적이 부정적 태도, 주관적 규범, 행위의도, 노출행동에 미치는 영향은 모두 유의미하게 나타났으며, 개인정보의 중요성 미인식은 주관적 규범, 행위의도, 노출행동에 미치는 영향력은 유의미하였으나, 부정적 태도에 미치는 영향은 유의미하지 않았다. 그리고 부정적 태도와 주관적 규범이 행위의도에 미치는 영향은 유의미하여, 부정적 태도가 낮을수록 행위의도가 높게 나타났으며, 마지막으로 행위의도가 노출행동에 미치는 영향은 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 자기노출 과정을 이론적 논의를 토대로 심리적, 사회적 변인들을 통합하여 살펴보았다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.

In the wake of Fishbein and Ajzen's the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), Davis (1989) proposed a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to account for how perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude predict behavioral intention to use Information Systems (IS). However, TAM is incomplete in one important respect: it does not account for social influence In the acceptance and utilization of new information systems. This study investigated the relationships between organizational tasks and intention to use internet using TAM. For using internet, social network is an important factor because the natural characteristic of internet is community-based. The results showed that Organizational Culture (OC) plays an important role in explaining intention to use the internet. Using O'Reilly et al. 's measurements, we extended and empirically validated the proposed model using Structured Equation Modeling (SEM). These findings enable future researchers and practitioners to apply the OC variable in the various contextual domains.

This study aims to analyze the shortening tendency of women's hanbok chogori (upper part of the Korean traditional dress) in the latter period of Chosun in three respects-socially, economically, and aesthetically. First, from the social point of riew, sexual role and social starus were examined. The strict sexual roles between males and females made the latter inferior to the former. The relatively lower sexual role had the woman look receptive and passive and wear a short and narrow kind of chogori. Also, the confusion of the social status system weakened the function of the costumes to differentiate social classes and, consequently, almost all classes wore short chogori. Second, the economic progress in the wake of the commerce-centered positivism at that time helped raise the economic status of the middle and low classes. As a result, with their social and economic status elevated, they tried to wear somewhat luxurious chogori. Third, aesthetically speaking, erotically-look-ing and much-shortened chogori derived from the weakened male-centered Confucian tra-ditional ethics in conflict with the humani-tarian positivism.
