The purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons and backgrounds of drawing auxiliary lines in the proof of geometry. In most of proofs in geometry, drawing auxiliary lines provide important clues, thus they play a key role in deductive proof. However, many student tend to have difficulties of drawing auxiliary lines because there seems to be no general rule to produce auxiliary lines. To alleviate such difficulties, informal activities need to be encouraged prior to draw auxiliary lines in rigorous deductive proof. Informal activities are considered to be contrasting to deductive proof, but at the same time they are connected to deductive proof because each in formal activity can be mathematically represented. For example, the informal activities such as fliping and superimposing can be mathematically translated into bisecting line and congruence. To elaborate this idea, some examples from the middle school mathematics were chosen to corroborate the relation between informal activities and deductive proof. This attempt could be a stepping stone to the discussion of how to teach auxiliary lines and deductive reasoning.

디지털 미디어 환경이 도래하면서 정보의 유통방식이 변화되었고, 이에 따라 인터넷을 통해 유통되는 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 '잊혀질 권리'를 법제화할 필요성이 점점 커지고 있다. 하지만 개인정보 보호를 지나치게 강조할 경우 인터넷산업의 발전이 저해되고, 언론자유나 알권리를 비롯한 헌법적 권리를 침해할 우려가 있다. 따라서 잊혀질 권리의 적용 범위를 보다 명확하게 규정할 필요가 있다. 첫째, 개인정보에 대한 권리는 개인정보자기결정권과 사회적 인격상에 관한 자기결정권으로 구분된다. 전자의 경우에는 잊혀질 권리가 적용되지만 후자의 경우에는 개인정보의 보호가치와 활용가치를 비교해서 판단해야 한다. 둘째, 디지털 미디어 환경에서는 과거의 언론보도가 인터넷을 통해 반복적으로 유통되면서 새로운 피해를 낳고 있다. 하지만 과거의 언론보도는 일정한 시간이 지나면 일종의 역사적 기록물이 되기 때문에 잊혀질 권리를 그대로 적용할 수는 없다. 따라서 디지털 미디어 환경에 적합한 새로운 방안을 모색해야 한다.

This study was performed to identify the current problem of The National Qualification Examination for Dental Technician and to provide suggestion for improvement of The National Qualification Examination System. This study was based on the questionaries answered by the professors in the department of dental technology of college and the members of Korea dental technician's society. The result could be summarized in the following. 1. The examination should be held not only in Seoul but in other areas simultaneously. 2. Prepartation of The National Qualification Examination should be entrusted to a committee composed of selected members of The Korea Dental Technician Association and selected members of professors in the department of dental technology. 3. The carrving practical examination should be continued and the method of grading should be change to ensure fairness, objectivity and balance. Specially colored wax can be used to prevent cheating in test. 4. The examination on the subject of "The Introduction Dental Anatomy" should be different for dental technicians and dental hygienists. And the subjects need to be divided into "Dental Morphology" and "Oral Anatomy".

The zombies in AVG games are not divided into different game occupations. To address this issue, this paper starts by selecting those popular zombie games as the research object. Then, a number of samples will be collected from the roles of zombie and these different roles of zombie will be classified by profession depending on the characteristics of these roles. On this basis, the roles will be given a new title to describe their profession. Then, semantic analysis will be conducted to search for the words that can be used to describe the roles of zombie. Besides, there will be 10 experts in design and 10 professional zombie game players invited to choose from the collected adjectives. The most selected words will be used in this study to conduct cognition assessment, before the making of questionnaire. Then, the questionnaire data will be collected and converted into a statistical model form for indicating the value of ability by group and profession.

Prebiotics are defined as "Nondigestible food ingredients that beneficially affect the host by selectively stimulating the growth and activity of bacteria in the intestine" and as defined improve host health. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium lactis BB12 and Bifidobacterium longum BB536) growth enhancer (BE0623) supplement as a prebiotic. The addition of BE0623, a growth promoting material for bifidobacteria, significantly increased bifidobacteria viable cells counts in fermented milk by about 45 to 75 times compared to the non-added control group. In addition, microscopic observation showed a significant effect on proliferation of bifidobacteria in fermented milk with added BE0623. The viable cell counts in bifidobacteria also increased roughly 102-fold compared to the control group (non-added BE0623) and was higher than that of commercial growth promoters. Each fraction obtained though the purification of BE0623 influenced the increase of bifidobacteria growth. Culturing bifidobacteria with a combination of fractions of BE0623 had a synergistic effect compared to culturing bifidobacteria with each fraction individually. When any of the fractions were not added, the effect of the growth enhancer on bifidobacteria was reduced. These results indicate that all fractions contain substances that promote the growth of bifidobacteria. Therefore, BE0623 is considered to be available as a growth promoting material for bifidobacterium.

This study provides preliminary data to support the need for appropriate and thorough restoration of quarries through investigating both domestic and overseas cases of sites that were restored in environment-friendly ways to make them re-usable after extraction. In cases of areas where it is difficult to restore the cut slope, putting it to other uses such as engraving buddhist images would be helpful to reduce the restoration cost and enhance the utilization of the slope. Phased land use conversion after exploitation needs to be considered in advance; for example, the location and size of the quarry should be determined according to the pre-planned use or development of the site. Considering the circumstances in the country, serious consideration should be given to methods that allow the restoration or recovery of the damaged sites to be completed in short periods of time. Quarry restoration needs to be approached from the view of ecological restoration and if a site is deemed to be usable for another purpose, land use conversion should be considered to enhance the utilization.

Custom-tailored products always vary their sizes and shapes to satisfy the customers' tastes and requirements but they have to be fabricated as fast as possible when ordered. One way to solve this problem is to prepare several representative products in advance and each custom-tailored product is generated by machining the closest representative product. To realize this approach, it would be necessary to be able to group the products into several groups each of which has a representative product. Once the similar products are identified to be grouped, the representative shape can be generated such that all the products in the group can be made by machining the representative product. The custom-tailored products considered in this work have similar shapes but different sizes. Since these products have free surfaces, that are hard to be compared, their convex hulls are used for the grouping. Among all the products to be grouped, one product is chosen as a base shape. The shape and overall similarity values between the base shape and the remaining shapes are calculated as their convex hulls are rotated virtually. By calculating these similarity values at each rotation, the optimal alignment of the reference shape with respect to the base shape is determined. Overall similarity value at this optimal alignment is used as a measure for grouping. A prototype system based on the proposed methodology has been implemented and used to group the shoe-lasts for custom-tailored shoes.

This paper argues that nursing theories ideosyncratic to situations should be developed through research, if nursing practice is to be effective in achieving the objective of promoting, maintaining, or restoring health of clients / patients. After reviewing (1) the interactive relationship between the theory and research, (2) the type and sequence of research for theory- building, (3) the hierarchy of theories, and (4) congruence between the type of theory and research approach, it suggests (1) that more exploratory studies (research) should be undertaken as a way to develop descriptive theories that may lead to new hypotheses, (2) that more empirical studies should also be undertaken to test if new hypotheses generated from exploratory studies may be useful in the setting of nuring practice, (3) that more studies should be undertaken to develop useful measures of nursing concepts, and (4) that more replicated studies should be undertaken in order to give rise to the external validity of new theories. It also discusses the ethical considerations of nursing research in the future.

The product process is sequence of all the required activities that a company must perform to develop, and manufacture a product. These activities include marketing, research, engineering design, quality assurance, manufacturing, and a whole chain of suppliers and vendors. The process also comprises all strategic planning, capital investments, management decisions, and tasks necessary to create a new product. manufacturing processes must be created so that the product can be produced in the product facility Purchasing new equipment and training workers may be required if new technology is to be used. Tools, fixtures, and the sequence of steps in the manufacturing processes must all be developed to allow rapid, high-quality, cost effective production. Also, it may be needed to be rearrange the production facility to adapt to the new manufacturing processes. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem and reducing inventory, product development time, cycle time, and order lead time.

All the works including sculpture created by modern artists contain a message that represents both the ideas and spirit of an era. We are entrusted with the responsibility of transmitting to future generations modern art in as nearly as perfect condition as possible. Thus despite the challenges we face in preserving modern art, we are obliged to conserve it. Especially, outdoor sculpture can be considered as not only works of art themselves, but also a public art. The work of contemporary sculptors often refers to the complexity of social relationships between the art and the public space, so that the public space tends to include the actual public in the art. The conservator at this point needs to preserve tile concept of the public art which is incorporated in the public participation in the sculpture, in addition to the materials of the sculpture itself. Once the sculpture is damaged, it will need restoration. Restoration may be essential to prevent further deterioration, or it may be necessary in order to make an object usable again. It is difficult to generalize about restoration because, as with preventive treatment, the acceptable degree of intervention varies from one discipline to another The degree of treatment including restoration may depend on such variables as available resources, the future use of the object, and the needs of the particular discipline to which it belongs. When conservators start to treat artworks or during the treatment, they will face many moments where they have to make a choice. Codes of ethics are necessary in order to provide a basis for making choices. Even though ethics have always been subject to change depending on an era or culture, the ethics subject will be much easier to reached an agreement on than one involving aesthetic value. The aesthetic value will be one of the most prominent factors for defining the damage: even minor loss of parts or discolouration can be considered as fatal damage for artworks. Sometimes, an alteration of the appearancecould be intended by the artist himself so that the artist's intention could be important factor for judging the damage of artworks. But, modern hermeneutic theories show that the artist's intention cannot be the only factor for consideration, so that the interpretation and application of artist's intent should be an interdisciplinary task regarding distinctive social and cultural backgrounds.
