We give the characterization of H$\ddot{o}$lder differentiability points and non-differentiability points of the Riesz-N$\acute{a}$gy-Tak$\acute{a}$cs (RNT) singular function ${\Psi}_{a,p}$ satisfying ${\Psi}_{a,p}(a)=p$. It generalizes recent multifractal and metric number theoretical results associated with the RNT function. Besides, we classify the singular functions using the singularity order deduced from the H$\ddot{o}$lder derivative giving the information that a strictly increasing smooth function having a positive derivative Lebesgue almost everywhere has the singularity order 1 and the RNT function ${\Psi}_{a,p}$ has the singularity order $g(a,p)=\frac{a{\log}p+(1-a){\log}(1-p)}{a{\log}a+(1-a){\log}(1-a)}{\geq}1$.

Chlorobis(isoprene)rhodium(Ⅰ) (3), prepared by olefin-exchange reaction of chlorobis(cyclooctene)rhodium dimer (2) with isoprene, reacted with benzaldimine 4 to give iminoacylrhodium(Ⅲ) ${\eta}^3$-1,2-dimethylallyl complex 6. Ligand-promoted reductive elimination of 6 by pyridine and P(OMe)$_3$ produced ${\beta},{\gamma}$-unsaturated ketimine 8, which was readily hydrolyzed to give ${\beta},{\gamma}$-unsaturated ketone 9. Other methyl branched dienes such as 2,3-dimethylbutadiene, 3-methyl-1,3-pentadiene, 2-methyl-1,3-pentadiene, 2,4-dimethyl-1,3-pentadiene, 3-methyl-1,4-pentadiene and 2-methyl-1,4-pentadiene, were applied the synthesis of ${\beta},{\gamma}$-unsaturated ketones. In case of 2,4-dimethyl-1,3-pentadiene, only ${\gamma},{\delta}$ -unsaturated ketone 25, 1,2-addition product, was obtained, may be due to the mono-olefin coordination.

The topic of this study is the translation of "Byun Jeung Rok Vol.XI(辨證錄十一卷)". Byun Jeung Rok is a complete book of medicine which was written by Jin Sa tak(陣士鐸) in the early years of the Ching dynasty. Of this, the eleventh volume is composed of 6 disease-patterns(病證) and 41 subtopics. The organized characteristics of "Byun Jeung Rok(辨證錄) Vol.XI" is as follows. Chapter 1 refers to the symtom, agent and prescription of Hysterorrhea(帶下病). It explains five color Hysterorrhea; white, red, black, yellow and blue. Chapter 2 refers to the symtom, agent and prescription of Oligemic Menoschesis(血枯). It explains two cases of Menoschesis. Chapter 3 refers to the symtom, agent and prescription of Metrorrhagia(血崩). It explains eight cases of Metrorrhagia. Chapter 4 refers to the symtom, agent and prescription of Dysmenorrhea(月經不調). It explains fourteen cases of Dysmenorrhea. Chapter 5 refers to the symtom, agent and prescription of Infertilitas(不姙). It explains ten cases of Infertilitas. Chapter 6 refers to the symtom, agent and prescription of Hyperemesis(惡阻). It explains two cases of Hyperemesis. Obviously the Byun Jeung Rok(辨證錄) is one of the very important texts in the oriental medicine. But there is no exact Korean translation, so I study this six chapters and translate them into Korean. Finally, I hope this thesis can be an aid of development in the knowledge informatization of Korean medicine.

This experiment was carried out to investigate the primary inoculum of strawberry anthracnose in nursery field. The pathogen, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides was not detected in soil and weeds of nursery field but symptom of anthracnose was developed in mother plants collected from market after incubation in humid chamber, The symptom of anthracnose was expressed in the strawberry plant that reserved for 17 days in field after inoculation by spore suspension but was not observed there after. When inoculated leaves were observed by SEM, only appressoria were observed 7 days after inoculation. So, it is guessed that dissemination of Colletotrichum sp. into nursery held will be by contamination of mother plants, and diagnosis by naked eyes may be impossible because symptom will be not developed if environment is to be adequate to penetration and in case of imperfect penetration after germination, the pathogen remains appressorium to achieve penetration.

During the mobile clinic activities in Tak Province, Thailand, Paragonimus sp. eggs were found in a fecal sample of a 72-year-old Karen resident. Paragonimus DNA was amplified from the stool sample and identified to P. heterotremus. The patient did not have any symptoms. Apparent pulmonary lesion was not found on the chest X-ray. The patient admitted habitual consumption of semi-cooked or roasted waterfall crabs for several years. The waterfall crabs collected from stream near the village were found negative for Paragonimus metacercariae. In northern Thailand, paragonimiasis remains as one of the public health concerns and should be ruled out for asymptomatic pulmonary patients.

Despite considerable efforts, cancer remains an aggressive killer worldwide. Chemotherapeutic drugs that are currently in use lead to destructive side effects and have not succeeded in fulfilling expectations. For centuries, medicinal plants are used for treating various diseases and are also known to have anticancer activity. The main aim of this research was to evaluate antiproliferative activity of saffron, clove, fenugreek, and green tea on Vero and MDA-MB-231 cell lines and to subsequently analyze the effect of these extracts on IRAK-4, TAK1, IKK-alpha, IKK-beta, NF-Kappa B, IRF3, IRF7 genes in Toll Like Receptors (TLRs) pathway. Antiproliferative assay was done by Neutral Red Dye uptake assay. Methanolic extract of green tea was found to be most effective against both cell lines as IC₅₀ was achieved at least concentration of the extract. For molecular studies, MDAMB-231 cells were sensitized with methanolic extract of green tea at same IC₅₀, and RT-PCR was performed to determine the relative expression of genes. Expression of IRAK-4, TAK1, IKK-beta, NF-Kappa B, IRF3 genes was down regulated and IRF7 and IKKalpha was upregulated. Green tea has a potential cytotoxic effect on both cell lines which was demonstrated by its effect on the expression of (TLRs) pathway genes.

We have investigated a structural change of Si(100)-($2 \times 1$)-Sb surface caused by atomic hydrogen adsorption at room temperature using time-of-flight impact collision ion scattering spectroscopy (TOF-ICISS) and low energy electron diffraction (LEED). We found that when atomic hydrogen adsorbs on the Si(100)-($2 \times 1$)-Sb surface, (1) the partial desorption of Sb atoms from the Si(100) surface occurs even at room temperature, (2) the rest Sb atoms are displaced from their original positions and form an almost two-dimensional layer with dispersive distribution of Sb atoms, and (3) the structural transformation into the Si(100)-($1 \times 1$)-H periodicity is induced by the formation of the $1 \times 1$-H dihydride phase on the Si substrate.

The experience of pediatric deep brain stimulation (DBS) of the globus pallidus internus (GPi) in the treatment of early-onset DYT1 generalized dystonia is still limited. Here, we report the surgical experience of bilateral GPi-DBS under general anesthesia by using microelectrode recording in a 7-year-old girl with early-onset DYT1 generalized dystonia. Excellent improvement of her dystonia without neurological complications was achieved. This case report demonstrates that GPi-DBS is an effective and safe method for the treatment of medically refractory early-onset DYT1 generalized dystonia in children.

In this paper, the moments of the Riesz-N$\acute{a}$gy-Tak$\acute{a}$cs(RNT) distribution over a general interval [a, b] $\subset$ [0, 1], are found through the moments of the RNT distribution over the unit interval, [0, 1]. This is done using some special features of the distribution and the fact that [0, 1] is a self-similar set in a dynamical system generated by the RNT distribution. The results are important for the study of the orthogonal polynomials with respect to the RNT distribution over a general interval.

1. This study was made on the flora of Hepaticae in the crater of Mt. Hanla ($33^{\circ}$20' N. Lat. $126^{\circ}$4' E. Long), Isl. Quelpart. 2. the total fo the occurring species of the crater are twelve, out of which the following 6 species are new to the Korean flora. (1) Bazzania tricrenata (Wahlenb.) Trev. (2) Plagiochila satoi Hatt. (3) Scapania ampliata St. (4) Radula boryana (Web.) Nees. (5) Cololejeunea kodamae Kamimura. (6) C. macounii (Spruce) Evans. 3. The hepaticae flora of the crater consists of the following elements: Holarctic element. 4 species (33%), East Asiatic element. 2. species (16%), Korean-Japan element. 5. species (41%), North-Pacific element. 1 species (8%).
