Relative Effects of Education and In-vehicle Information System on Eco-driving and Driving Workload (교육과 차량 내 정보 제공 장비가 에코 드라이빙 행동과 운전자 작업부하에 미치는 영향에 대한 검증)

  • This study examined the relative effects of education and eco-IVIS(in-vehicle information system) to reduce fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Also the study investigated the increasing of driving workload when drivers interact with intervention technique. Thirty participants randomly assigned into two groups(training and eco-IVIS) and conducted driving before and after the each intervention technique. While driving, we observed three driving behaviors: Frequency of excessive RPM, percent of speeding, and mean fuel efficiency. Also the Driver Activity Load Index was used to rate participants' subjective ratings of driving workload. Although the results showed positive impact of both education and eco-IVIS to increasing the eco-driving behaviors, eco-IVIS was more effective than education. However, we found comparable level of driving workload in the education and eco-IVIS.

Estimation of Human Flavin-containing Monooxygenases Activity(FMO1) in the Baculovirus Expression Vector System by using S-oxidation of Methimazole

  • The flavin-containing monooxygenases (FMOs) (EC 1.14. 13.8) are NADPH-dependent flavoenzymes that catalyze oxidation of soft nucleophilic heteroatom centers in a range of structurally diverse compounds including foods, drugs, pesticides, and other xenobiotics. In humans, FMOl appears to be the predominant form expressed in human fetal liver. cDNA-expressed human FMO and human liver microsomal FMO have been observed to N- and S-oxy-genate nucleophilic nitrogen- and sulfur-containing drugs and chemicals, respectively. In the present study, FMOl can be expressed in the baculovirus expression vector system at level of 2.68 nmol FMOl/mg of membrane protein. This isoform was examined for its capacity to metabolize methimazole to its S-oxide using thiocholine assay. Kinetic studies of its S-oxide by recombinant human FMO1 result in Km of 7.66 $\mu$M and Vmax of 17.79 nmol/min/mg protein.

  • This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study (Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right Quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the Quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

  • Since 1980's, many enterprises have constructed Strategy Information System and tried BPR, ISP. Also, they implemented ERP and practiced the Process Innovation and Six Sigma for Management Innovation in todays. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and continued next activity. Many Project for Process innovation are ended as disposal project in my case, if they want next project, they need a new plan which needs additional fund and resource. This paper studied Process Innovation and Six Sigma in many things and proposed new model for continued project on the master plan. Also it proposed next study subject about ERP Optimization and Harmonization after implemented ERP which is considered as next step of PI.

In this paper, as long as it is by logistics cost except empty driving if reverse logistics happens in distribution channel progressing, logistics reverse logistics' hidden cost through model that do minimization profit of logistics to look for plan that can do maximization try. Finally, is based on dual of distribution cost and profit of logistics and reverse logistics and achieves Pull, optimal system modeling that use Push system and gropes method of effective logistics cost.

  • For a sustainable development, the resources circulation system should be established and an environment-conscious activities are required at the same time. These activities should be also implemented in logistics area. Especially, green procurement activities in inbound logistics is recognized as a very important factors in the early phase of an environment-conscious activities. In this paper, we are to suggest the direction through statistical analysis of effects, and cause of influences of environmental procurement logistics activities on logistics performance by environmental logistics strategy and by the size of enterprises, and by Environmental Management System. This study was conducted with the subjects of manufacturing enterprises with concurrent reviews of literature and statistical analysis, and the meaning of this study would be the analysis of the influencers of environment-conscious procurement logistics activities on logistics performance different from existing logistics studies.

  • The safety pharmacological core battery studies of AS2-006A. a newly developed wound healing drug, were investigated according to the ICH S7A guidelines in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice(GLP) Regulations, The doses given were 0, 100. 300 and 1000 mg/kg and drugs were administered subcutaneously. The animals used for this study were mice, rats and guinea pigs. AS2-006A showed no effects on the central nervous system such as motor activity. behaviotal changes. coordination, sensory/motor reflex responses and body temperature. no effects on blood pressure(BP). heart rate(HR), and ECG profiles and respiratory system. it was concluded that AS2-006A possess no general pharmacological effects at all doses tested.   • It is well known the functional foods are very useful to prevent serious diseases and promote health. Therefore, they are often called as nutraceuticals, designer foods, and pharmafoods, etc. Most of foods have diverse functions because they provide nutrients, energies and fibrinoid materials. When foods are taken in the body, they promote the biological defense system against diseases through the supply of the essential or healthy materials to human being's organs. The mode of action and functional foods in human body have not been clarified yet. Antioxidant is known as one of the therapeutic aids which can be reduced pesticide poisoning. Onion has a strong antioxidant effect. This study was carried out to elucidate an antioxidant function of onion by determination of superoxide dismutase in liver, lung, serum of male rat administered by intraperitonial injection of 0, 2, $4\;mg\;kg^{-1}$ cblorpyrifos after administrated orally with onion for 6 weeks. Damage of liver and kidney was also investigated by biochemical analysis of serum(AST, ALT, BUN/Creatine ratio). SOD(superoxide dismutase) activity of onion-administrated group is higher than control group. In liver and lung, SOD activity of onion+cblorpyrifos administrated group is higher than only chlorpyrifos administrated group. BUN/Creatinine ratio of onion+chlorpyrifos administrated group was decreased compared with only chlorpyrifos-administrated group.

  • 각종 산업현장에서 작업자들의 안전 불감증으로 인해 발생하는 안전사고는 매년 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 스마트 작업자 안전벨트 및 행동인식 기반 위험경보 시스템은 이러한 상황을 방지하고자 작업자가 안전벨트의 훅을 제대로 걸지 않고 일을 진행하는 경우, 작업장 내에서 뛰어다니는 경우, 잘못된 자세로 일하는 경우를 시스템에서 인지하고 작업자, 관리자에게 알림을 줌으로서 작업자의 안전사고를 예방할 수 있도록 하였다.
