가스절연 구조에서 단일 부분방전펄스 분석에 의한 결함 판별 (Identification of Defect Type by Analysis of a Single PD Pulse in Gas Insulated Structure)

  • This paper dealt with a defect identification algorithm which is based on single partial discharge (PD) pulse analysis in gas insulated structure. Four types of electrode systems such as a needle-plane, a plane-needle, a free particle and a crack inside spacer were fabricated to simulate defects in gas insulated switchgear (GIS). We measured single PD pulse by an oscilloscope with a sampling rate of 5 GS/s and a frequency bandwidth of 1 GHz. Data aquisition and signal processing were controlled by a LabVIEW program. Physical shapes of PD pulses were compared with kurtosis, skewness and time-based parameters as rising time, falling time and pulse-width. These parameters were analysed by an algorithm with a back propagation algorithm (BPA). By applying the algorithm, the identification rate was 97% for the needle-plane electrode, 96% for the plane-needle electrode, 91% for the free particle and 93% for the crack inside spacer. The results verified that the algorithm could identify the type of defects in GIS.

  • In studies on an alternative insulating gas of $SF_6$ gas, the section of the alternative gas and an insulation technique to improve its low dielectric strength have been reported, but very few attempts have been made at the dependence of a gas pressure and a gap as well as the medium effect in the alternative gas. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the dependence of the gas pressure and the gap at surface flashover voltage in dry air. The dependence is analyzed based on the medium effect. The medium effect by the gas pressure and the gap can be explained by surface roughness of a solid dielectric and an electrode as well as an electric field which decreases due to the correlation between the collision ionization coefficient and the gap, respectively. In addition, an insulation technique which can fabricate a compact eco-friendly gas insulated switchgear is proposed by the results of this paper.

Electrical and Mechanical Properties of Epoxy/Micro-sized Alumina Composite and the Effect of Nano-sized Alumina on Those Properties

  • Epoxy/micro-sized alumina composite was prepared and the effects of alumina content on the electrical and mechanical properties were investigated in order to develop an insulation material for gas insulated switchgear (GIS). Nano-sized alumina (average particle size: 30 μm) was also incorporated into the epoxy/micro-sized alumina composite. An electrical insulation breakdown strength test was carried out in sphere-sphere electrodes and the data were estimated by Weibull statistical analysis. Tensile strength was measured at a crosshead speed of 10 mm/min using a universal testing machine. Alumina content was varied from 0 wt% to 70 wt%.). As micro-sized alumina content increased, insulation breakdown strength increased until 40 wt% alumina content and decreased after that content. The tensile strength of a neat epoxy system was 82.2 MPa and that value for 60 wt% alumina content was 91.8 MPa, which was 111.7% higher than inthe neat epoxy system. The insulation breakdown strength of micro-sized alumina (60 wt%)/nano-sized alumina (1 phr) glycerol diglycidyl ether (GDE) (1 phr) composite was 54.2 MPa, which was 116% higher than the strength of the system without nano-sized alumina.

특고압 인입공사 시공방법연구 (A Study of Construction method of installing High-Voltage Lead-in)

  • 일상생활에 필요한 전력공급을 제공받기 위해서는 한전 책임분기점 전주에서 전기실 수변전설비까지 시공방법을 설계도면을 숙지하고 현장작업 조건을 충분히 파악하여 한전 한전책임분계점 위치를 한전측과 협의하여 결정하고 전주에 책임분계점(수전점)의 지중케이블 입상주을 설치하고 옥외관로터파기 및 맨홀을 설치하며 파상형경질폴리에틸렌 전선관(125C) 및 CNCV-W특고케이블을 포설하고 전기실 수배전반설치까지의 공사과정을 면밀히 분석 검토하여 시공한다. 공동주택 전력계통의 핵심적인 부분인 한전 책임분계점에서 부터 옥외관로공사, 특고압지중전선로 및 수배전반설치까지 실제 현장에서 직접 시공한 내용을 기초로 하여 공동주택의 특고압인입공사 및 수배전반 설치에 대한 시공방법의 내용을 제시 하였다.

  • Power plant is that very high reliability when industrial and economic impact on the overall electric power system is required, it is essential to improve the reliability, especially the fault prediction diagnosis. Since an accident caused by the partial discharge in the power plant is above state has a faster response characteristic than the other indications in the case of any, the partial discharge generated in the power plant immediately detect the deterioration of insulation due to the accident of the power plant and the non-drawn It should prevent or reduce. Partial Discharge Measuring Systems for UHV SF6 Gas Insulated Switchgear and power transformer on site installed has some probability of abnormal recognition in case of non-flexible deal with on site noise. Many methode to eliminate these kinds of noises, UHF Detection System is chosen as purchase description in Korea, but this system having a bandwidth between 500MHz 1.5GHz wide band. Initial install periods(about 20 years ago), this band had no strong signal source, but in these days this wide band have strong signals, such as LTE. So, module described in this paper is designed as simultaneously use with wide and narrow band for solve this noise problem, and introduce this system.

  • 최근 초고압 전력기기에 대한 많은 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있음에도 불구하고 통전용량에 크게 영향을 미치는 열해석에 대한 연구가 많이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 초고압전력기기인 GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear)의 모선에 대한 열해석을 다루었다. 해석방법은 유한요소법을 이용하여 온도상승을 예측하였다. 유한요소법은 3각형 등의 임의의 형상을 요소로서 채용할 수 있으므로 3상 모선과 같이 복잡한 형상도 표현할 수 있다. 열전달계수는 형상, 유동조건, 유체의 종류를 고려한 상관식을 이용하여 해석적으로 정확히 계산하였다. 열해석에 있어 자계해석을 통한 도체 및 탱크의 손실값산정이 선행되어야 하는데, 이 손실값이 온도상승의 원인이 되므로 정확히 계산하여야 한다. 손실의 원인이 되는 도체 및 탱크의 저항은 온도가 상승함에 따라 비선형으로 변화하는데, 이것을 고려하여 반복적으로 계산함으로서 해석의 정확성을 높이고자 하였다. 실제 모델에 대한 온도상숭 실험치와 본 논문에서 제시한 방법으로 해석한 계산치와의 비교를 통해 타당성을 입증하였다.

  • 현대사회에 들어서면서, 전력수요의 중가와 전력기기산업의 고집적화에 따라 사고시에 발생하는 파급효과가 대형화되는 추세에 있다. 따라서 이를 미연에 방지하기 위한 연구가 각 분야에 걸쳐 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이에 당사에서는 초고압 계통에서 사용되는 SF6가스 절연 GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) 및 Oil-Transformer에서의 부분방전 측정/분석을 위하여 UHF/AE를 이용한 on-line/portable 측정 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 개발/상용화 되어 field에서 사용되고 있는 시스템의 전반에 대하여 설명한다. 또한 철재 선진사와 공동 진행중인 Risk Assessment에 대하여 언급하였다.

  • We have developed the external-type PD sensors for detecting of the electromagnetic waves up to ultra high frequency (UHF) bands, propagating in various type of GIS. Sufficiently high sensitivity and accuracy for practical use were achieved for the external PD sensor. The experience at the fields and the criteria for the judgment are also discussed in detail.

  • The objective of this study was to analyze the determinant factors in the new agricultural technology acceptance targeted to the automatic switchgear for heat-retaining mulching used on the oriental melons farms. The probit and the logit models were estimated using survey data. The result indicated that the level of income, innovativeness, and reliability are important factors of the new agricultural technology acceptance. Therefore, it is considered the level of income, innovativeness, and reliability in advance to extend the new agricultural technology quickly.

Dielectric Properties of Epoxy/Micro-sized Alumina Composite and of Epoxy/Micro-sized/Nano-sized Alumina Composite

  • Epoxy/micro-sized alumina composite was prepared, and the effects of alumina content on the dielectric properties were investigated in order to develop an insulation material for gas-insulated switchgears (GIS). Nano-sized alumina (average particle size: 30 nm) was also incorporated into the epoxy/micro-sized alumina composite. Dielectric tests were carried out in ASTM D 150, and capacitance (Cp) and dielectric loss (tanδ) were measured. The dielectric constant increased with increasing alumina content in the epoxy/micro-alumina system and the epoxy/micro-alumina/nano-alumina system. As 1,3-diglycidyl glyceryl ether (DGE) content increased, the dielectric constant decreased and dielectric loss increased. This ocurred as a result of the weak electric field enhancement due to homogeneous dispersion of micro- and nano-sized alumina particles in an epoxy composite.
