본 논문에서는 공진형 DC/DC Converter와 Single-Switch Boost Converter 구조를 적용한 철도차량용 보조전원장치를 제안한다. 제안하는 회로는 기존 대비 반도체 소자의 개수 저감 및 반도체 소자의 전압 스트레스를 해당 회로부 입력전압의 1/2 이하로 저감 가능하여 낮은 내압의 반도체 소자를 적용할 수 있다. 150kW급 철도차량용 보조전원장치 회로를 컴퓨터 기반 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.

In this paper, we discuss a study on Advanced TCA(ATCA) based 40 Gbps level Optical transport platform having 120 Gbps(12, 10 Gbps modules) switching capacity as an OTP based large capacity multi service technology. The ATCA-based OTP(Optical Transport Platform) is composed of OTH(Optical Transport Hierarchy) 10 or 40 Gbps client signal interface module, OTH 10 Gbps transport module, high-rate OTH unit switch, system processor, and can be installed in ATCA platform.

We shall propose maximum likelihood, Bayesian and generalized maximum likelihood estimation for the reliability of the two-unit hot standby system with exponential lifetime distribution that switch is perfect. Each estimation will be compared numerically in terms of various mission times, parameter values and asymptotic relative efficiency through Monte Carlo simulation.

Single Electron Transistor Logic (SETL) can be characterized by HSPICE simulation using a SPICE macro model. First, One unit SET is characterized by Monte-carlo simulation and then we fit SPICE macro-modeling equations to its characteristics. Second, using this unit SET, we simulate the transient characteristics of two-input NAND gate in both the static and dynamic logic schemes. The dynamic logic scheme shows more stable operation in terms of logic-swing and on/off current ratio. Also, there is a merit that we can use the SET only as current on-off switch without considering the voltage gain.

The low frequency pulsed MIG welding process of new current waveform control to switch over unit pulse conditions (pulse current, pulse duration) in the fixed cycle was developed and its effect were investigated for aluminium and its alloy. By using this new welding process, the bead appearance having clear ripple pattern, such as TIG welding bead can be obtained and the gap tolerance of lap and butt welding joint can be expanded.

This paper presents the bus controller analysis of a power control unit of GEO satellite with 3kW power output. The sensing error of bus voltage produce control signal of the shunt switch assembly and the battery power converter, and the tolerance of error signal generated decide the stability of proposed system. The worst case analysis considered for the initial tolerance, temperature effect, tolerance of end of life is peformed to verify a designed bus controller. And also, the stability of system proposed according to moving of zero and pole values by some component failures is analyzed.

Generally, It was used to use a unit of a Large regularity in developing Large Capacity Converter System of the electric power. Lager a capacity of a unit of regularity, more expensive cost of it. So, normally, We overcome the limit of a proper form of an electricity semiconductor which be used in application field of Large capacity electricity conversion system through the Composition of Multi-level Circuit or Dual-Mode or parallel switch. but some problem is discussed. Using parallel RC-diode circuit instead of Large Capacity diode, We implemented a circuit that it overcome the limit of a regularity with dealing current distributed by parallel RC-diode circuit.

The New Distribution Automation System(NDAS) was composed of several equipments, computer system, communication system, feeder remote unit, switches and so on. In this paper, we introduce the conception of hardware and software design about Central Control System, the communication method and protocol in Feeder Remote Unit, the Automatic Switch, the operating software, consideration factors in the feeder automation(FA) and the system configuration of NDAS in power distribution test center.

Fluorescent receptors have gained much attention because of their usefulness in analysis and clarification of the roles of biomolecules in living systems. Molecular structures of the integrated type including that the receptor itself is fluorescent, and play an important role in having the functionality or selectivity of the fluorescent compounds. These spaced type fluorescent receptors are required to have special molecular design in order to transmit the information of molecular recognition to the fluorescent unit through the spacer unit. Compared with the spaced type fluorescent receptors, number of the integrated type receptors is limited due to the difficult molecular design and synthesis. Modification of alteration of the fluorophore frequently caused deterioration of the fluorescent property. Various spaced type and integrated type fluorescent receptors including switch on-off receptors are introduced in this article.
