노인의 접촉·만남을 지원해 주는 근린환경 디자인 지표개발 (Development of Neighborhood Design Indicators for Supporting Casual Contacts and Meetings of Old Residents)

  • Korean society is running fast toward a super aging society. This means that new solutions for new problems of aged people are needed. An important area to prove is the aging-friendly neighborhood environments supporting casual contacts and meetings of old residents. This study attempts to suggest neighborhood design indicators which support casual contacts and meetings of old residents. The subjects were 24 professionals who had studied on housing environment for the elderly. They answered through the on-line questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of items which evaluate the appropriateness of classification of neighborhood area and the indicators of each area using 5-points Likert scale. Also open questions asking adding or eliminating areas or indicator and other opinions were included. On the basis of these answers, the aging-friendly neighborhood design indicators supporting contacts and meetings of old residents was developed. They are consisted of 7 areas in neighborhood and 60 indicators. Those areas were semi-public residential area, commercial area, cultural & educational area, health & medical area, park & green area, walkway, and public traffic facilities. This would be used to design the neighborhood environments that are aging-friendly and facilitating casual contacts and meetings of all residents, especially old residents.

  • 정부지원사업을 평가할 때 단지 수혜집단의 수혜 전 후의 성과를 단순 비교하거나, 혹은 수혜집단과 비수혜집단의 수혜 전 후의 성과차이를 비교하는 경향이 있다. 한편, 이러한 성과평가의 방법은 수혜대상 주변의 환경변화나 수혜집단과 비수혜집단 간의 차이로 인한 영향을 통제하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하는 한 가지 방법으로 PSM과 DID의 순차적 적용을 제안한다. 제안한 방법론을 클린사업장 조성 지원 사업의 성과평가에 적용한 결과 자기선택편의를 제거할 수 있어 보다 정교한 성과평가가 가능하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 용인지역 IT산업 육성을 목표로 용인지역 IT산업 육성 성공요인 분석 결과 및 중요도를 기반으로 IT산업 성공요인인 창업지원, 기술지원, 경영지원, 법 $\cdot$ 제도적지원을 위한 IT산업 육성전략을 IT산업 지원시설의 집적화, IT산업 지원네트워크 구축, 지역착근 선도기업 발굴 및 육성, 마케팅 및 유통 선진화로 구분하고, 어떤 성공전략을 우선적으로 고려하여 일관성 있게 추진해야 하는지를 IT기업, 행정 공무원, 교수 및 연구원의 측면에서 AHP통계분석 기법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 용인지역 IT산업 발전을 위한 정책수립 자료로 다양하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

오페라 『Faust』의 현대적 무대의상 디자인 -남녀 조연을 중심으로- (The Modernization of Stage Costume of Opera 『Faust』 -Focused on The Supporting Actors-)

  • Opera costumes are a tangible medium to directly affect how opera singers performed. Therefore, stage costumes have been designed in various ways to reflect intentions of directors. This study examines modernization of opera costumes. For this study, the author worked as one of costume design staff for "Faust" which was played in Sung-Nam Art Center from November 24, 2005 to November 27, 2005 in commemoration of the opening of the center. The following outcomes of the supporting actors are drawn from this study. Martha wore a grey jacket and a long skirt with slash. Grey suit symbolized chastity but tight long skirt with slash means sexy. Valentin wore military and combat uniforms to express that he was a soldier. The military uniform represented the situation before the war and the combat uniform symbolized the situation after the war. Rather short trousers, a white tweed jacket, purple flower ornament, a light green vest, and a beret were used to express Wagner, who looked ridiculous and always tried to flirt. Overalls, a blue jumper, and a scarlet baseball cap were used to make Siebel look naive and homely. Modern opera costumes now help reduce the time and space between stage and audience, improve economic efficiency and meet the audience's needs for various style.

상속세 및 증여세법상 공익법인의 과세제도에 관한 연구 (A Study about System Applied to Not-For-Profit Orgnition in the Law of Inheritance Tax and Gift Tax)

  • To enhance Social Welfare and Public Interests, government has been enforcing the policies that induce private Sector to participate in the Public Service. In general, these policies consist of the direct or indirect supporting systems, including the advantages of taxation applicable to Private Sector that takes part in Public Service. Of the various supporting systems taken by government, the privilege from the taxes is known to the most important supporting system. The representative exemple is the tax beduction of amounts donated to the not-for-profit organizations. That is to say that donations can be deductible from taxable amounts on assessing inheritance tax and gift tax. Generally much higher cumulative tax rates are applied to the laws of inheritance tax and gift tax than the other taxes in order to redistribute the social wealth and to restrain the concentration of the wealth. On the other hand, the special exemption from the taxes can be applied to not-for-profit organization according to the standards of the relevant lows and regulations, because not-for-profit organization usually performs the partial role of government in Public Service. The perpose of this study is to find the systematical support that the not-for-profit organizations can practice Public service more efficiently than government. This study approaches the subject by means of examining current taxation systems of inheritance tax law and gift tax law and developing systematic alternatives that can make inefficient parts in taxation systems more reasonable.

  • The early construction of the internet based ship basic planning supporting system based on the concurrent engineering and the internet technology is essential as a means for the improvement of technology and design productivity our ship building industry is facing currently. Further more, technological base construction for the construction for the construction of the cooperation system on the level of ship building industry is necessary for the technological base security to maintain and develop ship building industry continuosly in the 21st century of the information industry environment and for the technological improvement of the middle and small shipyard falling behind relatively and finally for the breaking through our ship building industry environment in which inter-enterprise competition is deeping. In this study, we designed the frame-system of the ship design supporting system and presented the development scenario based on core element technology.

함수적 속성을 가지는 협업 지원 시각언어 (A Visual Language supporting Collaboration with Functional Attributes)

  • 본 논문에서는 함수적 속성을 가지는 협업 지원 시각언어를 제안한다. 제안한 시각언어는 객체 아이콘과 연산자들로 구성되는 시각 문장의 집합이다. 객체 아이콘은 협업에 참여하는 사용자를 의미하고 연산자는 사용자간 상호작용 시점에 따른 협업 관계를 의미한다. 시각 문장은 함수적 속성에 따라 연산되며, 연산 결과에 따라 다양한 협업을 지원한다. 함수적 속성은 시각 문장에서 다양한 연산 순서를 지원함으로서 협업 관계의 융통성을 제공한다. 또한, 동기 및 비동기 협업을 함께 표현함으로써 기존 시각언어보다 효율적인 협업을 지원한다. 그리고 시각 문장의 함수적 속성은 $\lambda$수식으로 분석한다.

  • Movement from aging society to aged society and to ultra aged society is a fact that we have to accept as reality. It also means that we are given a common assignment of supporting the aged. Therefore, this study dealt with forms of space of the welfare facilities for the aged in Japan that are being suggested as a plan to solve the problem of supporting the aged. Japan who has similar Confucian culture like Korea experienced the aging of population 30 years earlier and enactment of law 20 years earlier than Korea. Therefore, Korean policies, systems and standards for welfare of the aged have been following Japanese welfare development model. This study analyzed the small-scale multifunctional welfare facilities for the aged in Japan before founding them in Korea to adapt the facilities that are compatible in domestic circumstance.

Conceptual Safety Design Analyses of Korea Advanced Liquid Metal Reactor

  • The national long-term R&D program, updated in 1997, requires Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute(KAERI) to complete by the year 2006 the basic design of Korea Advanced Liquid Metal Reactor(KALIMER), along with supporting R&D work, with the capability of resolving the issue of spent fuel storage as well as with significantly enhanced safety. KALIMER is a 150 MWe pool-type sodium cooled prototype reactor that uses metallic fuel. The conceptual design is currently under way to establish a self-consistent design meeting a set of major safety design requirements for accident prevention. Some of the current emphasis includes those for inherent and passive means of negative reactivity insertion and decay heat removal, high shutdown reliability, prevention of and protection from sodium chemical reaction, and high seismic margin, among others. All of these requirements affect the reactor design significantly and involve extensive supporting R&D programs. This paper summarizes some of the results of conceptual engineering and design analyses performed for the safety of HAMMER in the area of inherent safety, passive decay heat removal, sodium water reaction, and seismic isolation.

고속철도 노반지지조건에 따른 임계속도효과의 동적응답 (Dynamic Response for Critical Velocity Effect Depending on Supporting Stiffness of High-Speed Railway Trackbed)

  • 철도노반에서 임계속도효과는 시간영역에서의 유사-공진현상으로서 차량의 주행속도와 노반표면파의 군속도대역이 중첩되면서 에너지가 증폭되는 현상을 의미한다. 과거에는 열차의 주행속도가 낮고 지반의 군속도가 높았기 때문에 문제가 되지 않았으나, 열차속도가 고속화되면서 임계속도효과가 궤도틀림에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 현재까지는 임계속도에 대하여 주로 이론적인 분석만 제시되었는데 실질적인 임계속도효과를 효율적으로 평가하기 위해서는 궤도 및 노반의 지지강성을 현장조건과 유사하게 고려하는 것이 필요하다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 유한요소해석을 이용하여 궤도 및 노반의 지지조건을 고려한 임계속도해석을 수행하였다. 궤도조건은 자갈궤도와 콘크리트궤도로 구분하였으며 노반의 지지강성은 10~300MPa범위에서의 임계속도영향을 평가하였다. 해석결과 노반의 지지강성에 따른 변형증폭을 확인하였으며, 궤도지지조건에 대한 임계속도영향도 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다.
