As companies were concerned with developing green logistics and environment, most logistics concerned functions like packaging, loading, storage, transportation and IT studies are active in study. Even if active in research studies, companies still recognized that logistics cost increases as green concepts are applied. For the efficient execution of green logistics management, it is absolutely necessary but difficult to build an optimal logistics system where each function is smoothly interacted through the proper integration and the link of various logistics functions and partners. This study aims to development of green logistics through integration of supply chain functions and partners. With this aim of study, case studies with analysis of embodiment, planning and operations for supply chain of companies are carried out.

Purpose: The current research investigates the beneficial impacts of supply chain innovation and risk management on the competitive advantage of organizations, based on the resource-based theory (RBT) framework. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: 14 survey items were included in the study's questionnaire, utilizing a random sampling technique to gather data from 239 leaders and managers employed by various steel trading firms in Vietnam. In order to validate the data and examine relationships, the collected data is analyzed using structural equation modeling, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability analysis via SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 software. A fictitious system has been suggested. Results: According to the findings, the most positive influence on competitive advantage is supply chain innovation, followed by risk management capability, having the second greatest positive influence. Conclusions: Some conclusions are drawn based on the research's findings in order to assist managers in realizing the significance and necessity of giving attention to supply chain innovation and improving risk management capabilities, both of which are essential components for achieving the competitive advantage of an organization.

의료산업분야에서도 헬스케어 공급망관리는 서비스품질 개선과 운영비용 절감을 위한 핵심도구로 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 특히 대형병원의 경우 서비스품질 제고와 병행하여 지속적으로 증가하기만 하는 헬스케어비용을 줄이기 위해 노력하는 현 상황에서 공급망 부문의 성과제고는 전략적으로 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 본 논문은 공급망관리를 통해 대형병원의 성과제고에 기여할 수 있는 병원운영상의 전략적 이슈에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 기존 연구논문 및 관련 자료분석을 통해 대형병원의 헬스케어 공급망관리의 기본 틀을 제시하고 운영 과정상의 정보 가시성과 공유 그리고 표준화 등이 핵심 요소임을 논리적으로 제시하였다. 또한 실제적인 공급망 운영을 위해 효율적인 계획수립과 운영프로세스, 각종 기자재의 추적가능성 극대화를 위한 RFID 활용, 의약품과 각종 소모품재고 절감을 위한 크로스 도킹시스템의 도입도 제안하였으며, 본 연구에서 논의한 공급망관리 운영기법에 대한 시사점도 제시하였다.

We develop an intelligent information system in a multilayer electronic supply chain network. Using the internet for supply chain management (SCM) is a key interest for contemporary managers and researchers. It has been realized that the internet can facilitate SCM by making real time information available and enabling collaboration between trading partners. Here, we propose a multi-agent system to analyze the performance of the elements of a supply network based on the attributes of the information flow. Each layer consists of elements which are differentiated by their performance throughout the supply network. The proposed agents measure and record the performance flow of elements considering their web interactions for a dynamic route selection. A dynamic programming approach is applied to determine the optimal route for a customer in the end-user layer.

본 연구에서는 모듈러 공법 기반 강교 건설공사에 대해 공급사슬 관리를 위한 시뮬레이션 모형을 개발한다. 이를 위해, 우선 강교 건설에 대한 공장 제작/현장 시공 체계 자료를 수집한 후, 이를 바탕으로 공급사슬, 개체, 자원, 공정 등을 정의하였다. 이후, Arena 소프트웨어를 이용하여 데이터, 플로차트, 애니메이션 모듈을 작성함으로써 강교 공급사슬 시뮬레이션 모형을 개발하였다. 마지막으로, 개발된 모형의 논리성 검증과 유효성 확인을 위한 애니메이션 검증, 극한 조건 검증, 평균값 확인, 리틀의 법칙 확인, 사례 실적값 확인 등의 방법론을 이용하여 모형의 타당성을 검토하였다. 검토 결과, 개발된 시뮬레이션 모형은 논리적 오류 없이 강교 공급사슬의 공정과 특성을 적합하게 표현하며, 분석 대상 공급사슬에 대한 정확한 성능평가척도 예측치를 제공하였다. 향후, 본 연구에서 개발된 시뮬레이션 모형은 강교 공급사슬 체계를 최적으로 운영하기 위한 관리기법을 개발함에 있어 성능 평가 플랫폼으로서의 역할을 충실히 수행할 수 있을 것이다.

In case of domestic automobile manufacturers introducing and running a make-to-order production system, JIT system is to provide a necessary number of components at a right place in time which is a specific supply chain management, is different from other occupations. This study is for establishing a efficient production planning and finding a management method to correspond with a manufacturing system and diversified supply chain management and building an information system to support it. For this, we analyze the relevant business process and utilize various informations occur in supply chain of domestic automobile components manufacturer. It will contribute to not only reliability improvement of production management system but also satisfaction for due date of products.

The purpose of this study is designing intelligent supplier management system with selected criteria for monitoring and evaluating suppliers by the information As suppliers keep changing their performance continuously according to the environment and with the passage or time. Companies need to monitor suppliers' condition continuously and choose the suitable action. This study considers a framework or supply chain management system usuig neural networks for ongoing partnership with criteria of supplier performance. The intelligent supplier management system that this study suggests ran offer the supplier evaluation criteria for monitoring and more efficient supply chain management ran be expected for cost reduction or supply chain management with this system.

As ships become larger and construction of offshore plants increases recently, the amount of outsourcing has increased accordingly in the shipyard. Consequently, the system integration in terms of SCM (Supply Chain Management) of information and material flows has become much more important. Especially, since the SCM in the shipbuilding industry is operated in accordance with the production planning in connection with design, purchasing and production process which are the main components of the supply chain, the best production plan has to be established over the whole scheduling activities from the long-term planning to the short-term planning. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the SCM and the production planning system and suggests the need and the direction of APS (Advanced Planning System) development specialized in the supply chain management only for shipbuilding industry. Furthermore, propose a new SCP-Matrix (Supply Chain Planning Matrix), which is the basis of the APS development, appropriate for the shipbuilding industry and draw the core function of the APS module for the practical production plan.

프로젝트 기반의 공급망관리는 입찰 및 수주, 협력업체의 선정, 계약체결부터 시작하여 프로젝트 진행을 위한 협력업체와의 지속적 통합 등 다양한 활동이 포함된다. 본 연구는 최근 플랜트 엔지니어링 산업에 확산되고 있으나 심도깊은 연구와 분석이 미진한 공급망관리의 개념과 주요 이슈에 대한 논의를 담고 있다. 프로젝트 공급망관리의 도입과 운영을 위해 필요한 전제조건으로 기술적 인프라, 사회적 인프라 그리고 공급망 참여기업들을 연결시키는 정보시스템 등을 제시하고, 각 영역별로 관련 선행연구들의 주요 결과와 앞으로 연구가 필요한 이슈에 대해 논의한다.
