For this study, the web survey was administered to 302 mobile learning learners of the A domestic corporation in South Korea. Structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis was conducted in order to examine the causal relationships among the variables. The results indicated that first, self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, and supervisor and peer support had positive effects on satisfaction. Second, supervisor and peer support and satisfaction had positive effects on transfer intentions. Third, satisfaction mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and perceived usefulness, while it did partially the relationship between supervisor and peer support and transfer intentions. Based on the result of the research, the study proposes organizational environment with cooperative supervisor and peer support should be made in order to improve the level of learners' transfer intentions. In addition, learning strategies that facilitate learners' self-efficacy and mobile information technology acceptance are needed to develop for enhancing the learners' satisfaction.

  • This study was examined to confirm the effect of emotional labor and social support on Job embeddedness in clinical nurses. The subjects were working in general hospitals over 300 beds in Gwangju area. The 197 data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Deep acting(r=.290, p<.01) of emotional labor and supervisor support(r=.389, p<.01) and peer support (r=.160, p<.05) of social support were reported positively correlated with job embeddedness. Deep acting(${\beta}=.236$, p<.001) of emotional labor and supervisor support(${\beta}=.319$, p<.001) of social support were reported to have effect on job embeddedness. These findings suggest that in order to promote job embeddedness of clinical nurses, the strategies to improve deep acting of emotional labor and supervisor support of social support should be provided in clinical nursing field.

Second, environmental attitude of line supervisors and peer group, in turns, has significantly positive effect on value or normative commitment on green management of hotel employments. Third, there is positive mediating effect of environmental attitude of line supervisors and peer group between environmental attitudes of top managers and value or normative commitment of hotel employees. Hence we can conclude that implementing of green management intention of top managers to hotel employs in work place needs strong support of line supervisors and peer group.

I would like to find out the effect of job embodiedness on involved beauty. The process also seeks to verify that China and South Korea are different. To verify the research theory of this research, we will use a questionnaire to researchers of automotive companies using VR technology in Gyeonggi-do, Korea and Hadong-seong, China, and conducted a survey. A total of 200 pairs of questionnaires were distributed to the study subjects, 195 of which were retrieved, 191 of which eliminated unfaithful responses were used for the final analysis. The collected data were used for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation analysis. The results of this study, identified through empirical analysis, can be summarized as follows: First, Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support will have a positive impact on Job Embeddedness. Second, Job Embeddedness will have a positive influence on the Innovative Beehivior. Third, Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support will have a partial positive effect on Innovative Behavior. • To accomplish the purpose, the current study drew factors affecting the transfer of education and training through a review of domestic and overseas literature, and aimed to empirically investigate whether these factors actually affect the transfer of education and training of fire officers. The results showed that significant variables affecting the degree of perception on the transfer of education and training were in the order of work relationship, learning culture, peer support, self-efficacy, learning motivation, learning ability, and teaching method.

  • This descriptive research study was undertaken to identify the degree of learning motivation, transfer climate, learning self-efficacy, and transfer motivation, and to correlate the variables, in nursing students receiving simulation-based education. The subjects of this study were 4th grade nursing students who completed a simulation course at a nursing university; data collected using the self-report questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. Our results indicate high values of learning motivation, transfer climate (including the lower variables supervisor's support, peer's support, and transfer opportunity), learning self-efficacy, and transfer motivation. Learning motivation, learning self-efficacy, and transfer motivation significantly differed with respect to social motivation for entering school (Z=6.04, p=0.049; Z=6.92, p=0.031; Z=9.16, p=0.010, respectively) and major satisfaction (Z=8.55, p=0.036; Z=12.55, p=0.006; Z=13.47, p=0.004, respectively). All these variables were positively correlated, especially transfer motivation with learning motivation, supervisor's support, peer's support, transfer opportunity, and learning self-efficacy. Taken together, the results of this study indicate a need to develop an effective simulation-based education program to encourage transfer motivation, as well as follow-up studies that verify the causal relationship between transfer motivation and related variables.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence safety rule violation at work. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 337 participants from nine manufacturing plants. The results of the content analysis revealed the following six categories: Individual characteristics, safety commitment, safety support and resources, safety competence and communication, production pressure, and problems with rules. Among the 14 factors in the six categories above, indirect accident experience in the individual characteristics category and no action for complying with laws in the problems with rules category had not been identified in previous studies. However, some factors, such as age, peer pressure, pay type, the lowering of risk, a masculine way of working, and supervisor position were not found in this study. The implications and limitations are discussed.

The subjects were small and medium hospital nurses in G city, and 197 data were analyzed. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, supervisor support, peer support of social support, job satisfaction were reported positively correlated with job embeddedness. The study model accounted for 28.0% of job embeddedness. The most powerful variable affecting job embeddedness was job satisfaction(β=.33 p<.001). In order to promote job embeddedness of small and medium hospital nurses, it is suggested that measures for improving job satisfaction and supervisors support of social support.

  • This study used latent profile analysis to identify heterogeneous subgroups with respect to the perception of work environment among workers in residential facilities for people with disabilities. The final model yielded five latent profiles of the perception of work environment: 'low workload group' who scored low in time pressure and job responsibility, 'discrimination perception group' who scored low in supervisor support and high in sex and academic/regional discriminations, 'positive perception group' who scored high in work autonomy and peer and supervisor supports, 'high workload group' who scored high in workload, time pressure, and job responsibility, and 'average group' who scored average in most areas. In the case of job satisfaction, positive perception group was the highest, followed by average group, low and high workload groups, and discrimination perception group.
