교육용게임은 교육과 재미가 공존하므로 교육적인 기준과 게임으로서의 재미를 이끌어낼 수 있는 기준을 마련하는 것이 중요하다. 기존에 개발되어 있는 많은 교육용 게임들이 오락성과 게임디자인의 특성은 낮은 점수를 받았다. 그러므로 오락성을 어떻게 보충할 것인가가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰용 퍼즐게임으로 출시되어 사용자들에게 많은 인기를 얻은 퍼즐게임들의 게임적인 요소를 분석하여 교육용 게임에 적용하고자 한다. 애니팡, 애니팡2, 캔디크러쉬사가, 팜히어로즈사가, 포코팡은 인기를 얻어 흥행에 성공한 게임들이다. 이들 게임들에서 게임적인 요소들을 분석하고자 한다. 캐쥬얼게임에서의 게임적인 요소에 교육용게임들을 분석하여 적용하였다. 또한 몰입을 높일 수 있는 요소들을 제안하였다. 오락성을 높일 수 있는 게임디자인 요소들은 게임규칙과 스테이지, 미션 등이 있다. 몰입을 높일수 있는 요소로는 아이템과 배경 맵, 새로운 학습 환경이 있다. 본 논문은 게임의 재미를 의미하는 오락성을 흥행에 성공한 게임을 분석하여 교육용게임에 적용한다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

In construction, the outcome of work depends on the leadership of the project manager, and as a result this has been emerging as an important factor. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main elements of leadership that are essential for project managers, and to rank these elements in order of importance. In this study, leadership and its elements are reviewed through reviewing the literature, and the main elements and their relative importance for project managers were analyzed through questionnaire survey of project managers, contractor engineers, and subcontractor engineers. Through this survey, it was found that the project manager's leadership had a significant influence on the success of a construction project, and this study revealed that the key elements of leadership for project manager could be ranked in the order of resolution, responsibility, and reliance.

The purpose of the study is to propose architectural design standards of the Multi-purpose Auditorium planning in educational facilities. The success of the design is measured by how well variable elements are applied to parts of Multi-purpose Auditorium and designed and equipped so that all groups-amateurs, professionals, youth, and adult alike-may use it effectively. The use of this facility will extend over a wide range, including concerts, plays, motion pictures, forums, and other forms of presentation. The wall, stage, roof, windows, and furnitures are important parts of Multi-purpose Auditorium and variable elements can applied to these parts. To successfully application of variable elements, it is necessary that these elements are considered in planning phase including time schedule planning. Various elements are permit a more informal and flexible arrangement and extensive learning activity.

The objective of the study is to verify the discriminatory power of valuation indexes in predicting IT small and medium sized manufacturing firms' going concern or firms' failure. The result of the study is expected to be useful in loan evaluation, investment decision, internal management decision making and business improvement. The results of study is as follows. First, we find that at least six valuation index elements are significant ex-ante variable which are discriminating between firms' going concern and firms' failure in IT small and medium sized manufacturing firms in various analysis' results. Second, these index elements are composed of 2 indexes-the ability of technology R&D, the efficient strategy of market penetration and six index elements explain 46% of the total variance. This explainable power of these indexed is similar to that of the existing 16 index elements. Finally, we find that the most important success factor of IT small and medium sized manufacturing firms are the ability of technology R&D and the efficient strategy of market penetration.

토목이나 건축공사와는 달리 조경공사 프로젝트는 그 공정상의 특수성과 규모의 영세성으로 인해 공정관리나 프로젝트관리에 대한 노력이 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 상황 하에서 건축이나 토목 프로젝트 관리 차원에서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있는 과업범위설정에 대한 개념을 조경프로젝트에 적용해 보는 것은 두 가지 측면에서 큰 유익이 있을 것으로 판단된다. 첫째, 파업범위설정은 적용을 위한 추가적인 비용이나 시간적 투자 없이 간단한 절차를 통해 시행해 볼 수 있다는 것이고 둘째, 과업범위설정과 관련된 절차를 통해 얻어지는 결과는 매우 실질적이라는 점이다. 본 연구는 국내 조경공사 프로젝트 수행 시 수반되는 과업범위설정 과정에 대한 조사를 실시하였고 또한， 효율적인 조경프로젝트 수행을 위한 과업범위설정을 돕기 위하여 다양한 방법을 통해 조경공사 프로젝트의 성공요인을 도출하였다. 문헌 연구와 설계사례 분석 그리고 전문가 인터뷰와 설문조사를 통하여 3개 분야 8개 부분의 50개 요소를 조경프로젝트 성공요소로 도출하게 되었다. 도출된 요소들은 조경공사 프로젝트 참가자들 간의 과업범위설정 수준을 향상시키며 효율적인 조경 공사 프로젝트 수행에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

In recent years the pure displacement formulation for plate elements has not been as popular as other formulations. We revisit the pure displacement formulation for shear-deformable plate elements and propose a family of N-node, displacement-compatible, fully-integrated, pure-displacement, triangular, Mindlin plate elements, MIN-N. The development has been motivated by the relative simplicity of the pure displacement formulation and by the success of the existing 3-node plate element, MIN3. The formulation of MIN3 is generalized to obtain the MIN-N family, which possesses complete, fully compatible kinematic fields, in which the interpolation functions for transverse displacement are one degree higher than those for rotations. General element-level formulas for the thin-limit Kirchhoff constraints are developed. The 6-node, 18 degree-of-freedom element MIN6, with cubic displacement and quadratic rotations, is implemented and tested extensively. Numerical results show that MIN6 exhibits good performance for both static and dynamic analyses in the linear, elastic regime. The results illustrate that the fully-integrated MIN6 element has excellent performance in the thin limit, even for coarse meshes, and that it does not require shear relaxation.

As having analyzed an advance research that had looked into how characteristics of information system affect use and success of the concerned system, the study determined that system quality, information quality and service quality are the fundamental requirements for a good accounting information system. In addition, based on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use that have been selected as major variables related to information system acceptance proposed by Davis[10], the study conducted an empirical analysis on how such factors would influence performance of the accounting information system. According to the results from the analysis, the system quality one of the characteristics of the accounting information system was observed to have a significant influence on the perceived ease of use while both the information quality and the service quality would positively affect the perceived usefulness. Not only that, the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness were confirmed to be a significant factor to the performance, and with those results, all the theses of the study have been selected. As proved even with the information system success model, the system quality, the information quality and the service quality are definitely the most necessary elements for business management, and it also turned out that those elements would play an important role in several stages of the information system.

This media conversion in which webtoons are remediated to movies and dramas has taken off since the mid-2000s. Webtoons may be favorable for media conversion into movies and dramas as the story as finished and has proven to be fun with a fixed readership: however, only a small number of webtoon were successful box office hits or received high viewer ratings. Then in 2017, the movie based on the webtoon, succeed in attracting more more then 10 million viewers. In this regard, this study derived the success factors by comparing and analyzing the narrative structure and visual elements of , which was the biggest hit movie, with the original webtoon. The case analysis showed that there are two necessary elements for success: a text configuration of strategy optimized for media conversion, which is based on understanding the different media characteristics of webtoon and movie; and a configuration strategy that exaggerates the personalities of the characters and compresses the story of a webtoon which features various events and many characters in a long series, in consideration of the characteristics of movie which needs to give a big impact in 2 hours.

市场营销的标准化已经成为有关国际市场营销的研究中最为关注的焦点之一. 全球营销这个术语常被定义为以国外市场的共同性为前提的国际标准化的营销战略. 营销标准化仅在传统的实体市场交易场所的背景中被讨论. 自从上个世纪90年代起, 联网上的电子市场交易场所开始兴起, 并成为全球化过程中为全球营销活动标准化开拓新机会的最重要的动力之一. 另一方面, 消费者由于更大程度的接受互联网而可能产生与标准化相比更高水平的定制化和产品的差异化, 这样的观点也很流行. 考虑这个分歧, 在全球电子商务的背景下关注营销标准化的综合的研究不能达到一定高度的这种情况值得注意. 在这个背景下, 本研究提出了两个基本研究问题: (1) 在国际电子商务中公司多大程度标准化了他们的营销? (2) 营销的标准化对公司的表现（或成功）有没有影响? 根据文献回顾提出了下列研究假设: H1: 从事国际电子商务的公司为营销标准化做了更多的准备. H2: 营销标准化在帮助公司在国际电子商务中获得成功的方面发挥积极的作用. H3: 在国际电子商务中, 营销组合标准化在公司获得经济的和非经济的成功方面比营销过程标准化发挥更积极的作用. H4: 国际电子商务公司获得非经济的成功越大, 获得经济的成功也越大. 本研究的数据是通过在2005年2月到4月间进行问卷调查获得的. 本调查包括了德国各种产业中的国际电子商务公司和国外电子商务公司驻德国的所有总部和分公司. 801家公司中的118家回复了问卷. 本研究为结构方程模型, 使用PLS‐Graph3.0版本中的偏最小二乘法. 数据分析结果支持所有的4个研究假设. 结果表明, 从事国际电子商务的公司在商标, 网页设计, 产品定位和产品项目上的标准化很高. 这些公司打算未来在营销组合标准化方面加大努力. 另外, 他们想提高营销过程标准化的水平, 尤其是和信息系统, 企业语言和在线营销控制程序一起. 在本研究中, 营销标准化对企业在国际电子商务中的表现起到了积极全面的影响. 营销组合的标准化在非经济的成功方面比营销过程的标准化发挥更积极的影响. 相反, 营销过程的标准化在经济的成功方面发挥了较积极的作用. 另外, 我们的结果明确的支持了在国际电子商务中非经济的成功和经济的成功是高度相关的这一假设. 实证结果表明, 国际电子商务公司的成功与营销标准化高度相关. 但营销组合和销售过程标准化以不同的方式帮助企业的经济和非经济的成功. 结果表明, 公司在互联网上使营销组合的众多因素标准化. 这种做法在一定程度上违背了 "划分标准化" 的经营理念, 认为营销组合的一些因素应该适应本土化, 其他的应该国际标准化. 而且, 发现表明, 相比一个特定的营销组合元素的标准化, 整体标准化营销为成功带来更积极的总体影响.

Today's firm runs on a customer-centric environment. Customers prefer to deal with companies that are accessible at anytime, from anywhere, in any form. Thix trend requires an ever-increasing number of channels to interact with the firm. And these channels ought to be integrated as well. To meet these challenges firms tend to rely on a customer interaction center (CIC) solution, enabling two-way interactions with customers through seamless contact channels. Though many firms these days tend to introduce the CIC into their organization, there is not much empirical research dealing with design elements that have to be fabricated in the CIC. This study is to investigate the relationship between CIC design elements and CIC effectiveness. To meet this objective we have contacted and surveyed a number of firms that are operating some form of CIC. We also describe a few success and failure cases in an effort to deliver issues or insights that should be considered in introducing CIC.
