국토교육에 관한 정책연구 (Study on the Policies of the National Land Education)

  • 본 연구는 국토교육 강화를 위해 두 가지 정책을 제안한다. 하나는 국토관련 학교교육의 내실화다. 여러 선진국의 에에서처럼 우리나라도 선진국을 지향하려면 지리과목을 핵심과목으로 독립시켜 지리교과를 통해 국토교육을 수행해야만 강대국에 도달할 수 있다. 다른 하나는 국토관련 시민교육의 확충이다. 시민교육의 확충은 시민들에게 학교교육에서 미진한 부분을 교육하고 나아가 학교를 졸업한한 이후에 새롭게 대두되는 국토에 관한 내용을 확대하여 교육하려는 것을 의미한다. 시민교육을 통한 국토교육은 3가지 측면으로 제안한다. 첫째는 국토시민대학의 창설이다. 둘째는 국토교육 이벤트사업의 조정 관리다. 국토해양부 후원 하에 국토교육협의회가 중심이 되어 현재 진행되고 있는 여러 국토교육이벤트 사업이 중복되지 않도록 조정할 필요가 있다. 셋째는 국토교육 관련 서적의 출판과 포털사이트 운영이다.

기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)에 관한 연구 -LG전자를 중심으로- (The Study on the CSR -Focused on LG Electronics-)

  • CSR은 최근 기업들에게 중요한 이수로 대두되고 있으며 CSR활동은 더 이상 선택의 문제가 아니라 필수적인 활동으로 많은 기업들은 법을 준수하는 기초적인 차원이 아니라, 윤리적 책임을 넘어 사회적 책임을 다하려고 노력하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내의 대표적인 기업인 LG전자의 사례를 통해 LG그룹의 CSR방향성과 LG전자의 활동사례를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 LG전자의 CSR관련 자료 검토와 CSR관련부서의 미팅을 통해 본 연구를 수행하였다. LG전자는 LG그룹의 CSR에 대한 기본비전과 목표아래, 지속가능한 경영을 추구하깅 위해 사회, 환경, 경제를 균형적이면서도 통합적으로 고려한 CSR활동을 추진하였다. 특히 다양한 국제기준과 법규를 준수하면서 글로벌 시민으로서 역할을 충실히 수행하고 있다. 이러한 활동은 회사내부에서도 공식적인 업무의 범위로 인정받고 있으며 구성원들의 적극적인 참여 속에 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 LG전자의 활동은 CSR을 도입하려는 기업 뿐 만 아니라, CSR활동을 전개하고 있는 여타 다른 기업에게도 많은 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

생태통합양식 기술 개발 및 미래 발전방향 (Development of Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture Technology and Future Direction)

  • The expansion of high-density aquaculture in the limited waters has caused a wide variety of problems. The problems include environmental problems nearby aquaculture sites, growth rate of aquatic organisms, quality decline of farmed fish and price fall in the market. The phenomenon of aquaculture industry happens in not only inshore but also offshore. Therefore, the fisheries authorities have been changing their policy paradigms from mass production to sustainable production based on ecosystem. Other countries, however, focusing on relieving poverty and providing protein from fish production have not recognized the degree of seriousness. When it comes to enhancing the problems, National Institute of Fisheries Science has been developing the technology of Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture (IMTA) to reduce and to prevent contaminants from fish and aquaculture sites, remained feed from fish farming process. In long-terms of view, the system is one of the most sustainable fishery production methods based on ecosystem. As integration of nutrient feed system from aquatic organisms is firmly established, the earlier mentioned problems will be diminished gradually. In term of the substantiality, this study was conducted. The research on management system for IMTA also has been incorporated. This study also investigated the features and current status of IMTA and demonstrated the developed management system and direction for the future advancement.

Analysis on the exit strategy of ODA for sustainability: a case study from the Greenbelt Plantation Project of Mongolia

  • Official development assistance (ODA) projects are conducted under the auspices of donor countries and on the principle of time-limited implementation for economic development and welfare improvement in a host country. Exit strategies on how to end official assistance are therefore crucial. Sudden economic recession in a donor country could lead to the suspension of ODA projects, which would affect diplomatic relations and project outcomes. Further, exit strategies can help continue the original project and create links with other ODA projects. This study shows how to employ exit strategies in the Korea-Mongolia Greenbelt Plantation Project and has implications for sustainability of development assistance. Exist strategies were not taken into consideration initially. In the course of implementation and management transfer upon the completion of plantation, various facets were considered later on in developing exit strategies. An ideal exit strategy is to reach the extent to which a host country no longer needs official assistance or has capacity of project implementation on its own. A year-by-year transfer of planted areas can be a phase-over strategy. The Korea Forest Service fulfilled transparent cooperation with Mongolian local governments, established appropriate arrangements with stakeholders, secured institutional and financial foundation for follow-up management by a host country, and realized predictability, responsibility, and sustainability. As a local institution, the plantation technology management center has been established for follow-up activities such as the introduction of agro-forestry. When the Korea Forest Service designed an urban forest project as an exit strategy, sustainability was ensured, which has implications in implementing other ODA projects.

중국의 궁실제도와 조선시대 궁궐의 영역분할에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Chinese Palace System and the Palace Structure of Choson Dynasty)

  • The research follows several steps. First, the chinese 'WangSung' and 'KungSi' System are verified positively. Next, the structure of palace in Choson Dynasty is deduced based on those chinese systems. Finally, the common system that is also applied in other government-operated spaces is found. The result can be summarized as follows. It is clarified from reviewing the chinese 'WangSung' and 'KungSil' Systems that the 'OyoiCho' is located in 'WhangSung(the imperial city) but out of' KungSung(the palace). Therefore, the research points out that all sort of theories explaining the 'OyoiCho' of Choson Dynasty is a space of 'in-place' are false. The palace system of Choson dynasty seeks the substantiality grounded on the substantial function of 'SamCho(three spaces)' rather than its strict principle dividing main spaces by several doors-'KungMoon' Moreover, it is also certified that the 'ChonChoHooChim' system, literally the political court is located at the front and the private section is at the other(back) side, is directly applied on the palace of Choson Dynasty. This idea has been developed into 'inner and outer' concept and repressed in palace as the 'OyoiChon(outer palace) and NaeChon(inner palace)' concept. conclusion, the research suggests that the dual concept in space such as 'ChonHoo(front and back) and 'NaeOyoi(inner and outer)' basically comes from 'Eum Yang' theory and influences in building other government-operated spaces: for example 'ChongMyo(the royal ancestors shrine)', 'SoWon(a private school of Choson dynasty), 'HyangKyo(a local school annexed to the Confucian shrine)' and 'KwanAh(a governmet agency)'

초등학교 물리적 환경에 대한 교사의 인식 고찰 (A Study on the Teachers' Perception on the Physical environment of Elementary School)

  • In general, teachers' perceptions on the physical environment of elementary school are related on the quality of education and school life. But, we don't have study what teachers think of their enviroment of school. This study analyzed elementary school teachers' satisfaction with overall physical environment and their assessment of spaces with specific functions in order to understand teachers' perception of the physical environment of elementary schools. A survey questionnaire was administered to 982 homeroom teachers working at 67 elementary schools located in Seoul and Busan. Teachers' satisfaction with physical environment of school and their assessment were analyzed comparatively according to the teachers' personal attributes and school conditions. 1) Most of the surveyed teachers were satisfied with overall physical environment of the school, and assessed high the substantiality of functional spaces indoor and outdoor. By sub-factor, however, their satisfaction with work environment was lower than that with education and living environment. 2) The teachers perceived that the optimal number of classes was 30~36, and this is probably because they were relatively accustomed to large scale schools. 3) As might be expected, negative assessments were more frequent among teachers working at a large-scale school, an old school, or a school with small outdoor spaces. The results of this study show that, though partially different according to region, gender, teaching experience and school condition, teachers' satisfaction with school environment was relatively high. This suggests that elementary school teachers perceive their current school environment positively. Because they are accustomed to traditional education methods that have been maintained.

작은도서관 운영실태 분석을 통한 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Promotion of Small Libraries through an Analysis on the Current Situation of their Operation)

  • 본 연구는 작은도서관의 운영 실태조사를 통해 작은도서관 운영의 흐름을 진단하고 운영의 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 공립작은도서관과 사립작은도서관 중 아파트 도서관 증가 추세 반영, 작은도서관의 내실화 방안, 도서관 운영 전문성 향상을 위한 인력 배치, 공 사립도서관의 운영현황 차이를 고려한 활성화 대책, 공공도서관과 작은도서관의 협력체계 구축, 통계데이터의 정확성을 증대시키려는 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 작은도서관 활성화 방안으로 양적인 조성보다는 질적인 운영지원으로 방향의 전환, 공립작은도서관의 운영의 안정화 노력, 사립작은도서관 전문성 향상 및 협력체계 구축, 작은도서관 법적기준의 강화, 작은도서관 캠페인을 통한 기업 참여유도를 제시하였다.

경상북도 일반고의 교육역량 강화 방안 - 교육과정 및 진로교육 측면 - (A Study of the Enhancing Educational Capacity of General High-school in Gyeongsangbuk-do : Focusing on Curriculum and Career Education)

  • 최근 고교체제가 다양화되었지만, 일반계 고등학교(이하 일반고)가 상대적으로 위기를 맞이하고 있다는 논란이 많다. 본 연구는 일반고의 교육역량 강화를 위한 경상북도 일반고 발전의 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반고 발전을 위한 공감대 형성, 일반고의 교육적 책무성 강화, 실질적인 교육과정 자율화 보장, 학생 맞춤형 교육과정의 다양화 추구, 교육과정과 진로교육의 통합화, 교사 확보 및 배치의 탄력적 운영 등의 전제가 필요하며, 진로직업교육 측면에서 학생들의 진로, 적성, 흥미에 부합하는 교육과정을 편성하고 심층적인 진로직업지도를 위한 단위 학교 및 지역사회의 노력을 구체적으로 명시하는 것이 필요하며, 단위 학교에서 학생들의 진로직업교육에 대한 과목 선택권이 보장되고 있는지는 심각하게 고민할 필요가 있다. 일반고 교육과정의 정상화는 곧 자연스러운 진로교육의 내실화의 방향이 되도록 해야 한다.

환경교육의 장(場)에 대한 교사들의 인식에 관한 연구 (Study on the Awareness of Teachers about the Fields for Environmental Education)

  • This study was planned to define the concept and the patterns of the fields for environmental education through the theory review about the fields for environmental education that were important at school environmental education for field-experience learning, and to survey the using status of the fields for environmental education and the awareness of teachers who have been teaching practically students environmental education in school through the questionnaire. The results derived from this study were as follows ; First, the use of the fields for environmental education in environmental education is necessary aspect of the importance of field-experience learning and the environmental education strategy through personalization of environment and is essential to the substantiality of school environmental education. The concept of the fields for environmental education is defined that it is used as place(space) for environmental education, is located most outdoor space, promote students the concern and consciousness about environment. The patterns of the fields for environmental education may be classified the field for nature observation learning surrounding, the fields for nature observation and field survey, the fields for visit and field trip, and the fields for experience and participation by the contents and the purpose of educational program. Second, according to the results of the teacher's awareness survey, most responded teachers gave an affirmative answer about the necessity of practical use of the fields for environmental education, and it was used mainly in special lecture, weekend, and legal holiday. Also, it was surveyed that time for using the fields was brought as the most serious obstacle by teachers. In particular, teachers preferred the environmental education fields for experience and participation above all others. Third, from the results about the using status of the fields for environmental education, school environmental education mostly have been taught in indoor classroom, school landscape(school grounds) was evaluated the most easily useful the fields for environmental education in formal lecture, because it can solve the lack of time. Also, it was proved that eco-park, stream, and river were fit for the field-experience learning with small students group.

사과 IPM 미래 전망: 화분매개자 친화형 병해충 종합관리 (IPPM) 전략 (Integrated Pollinator-Pest Management (IPPM) Strategy as Future Apple IPM)

  • 우리나라의 사과 병해충 종합관리는 지난 40여 년간 빠른 진화를 거치며 농작물 중 가장 앞선 시스템으로 발전하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 농약 중심의 병해충 방제는 천적이나 화분매개자들을 통한 생태계 서비스를 저해하고 있다. 사과는 전형적인 타가수분 작물로서, 곤충 화분매개는 생산량과 품질에 큰 영향을 미친다. 이에, 현행 사과 IPM체계에 화분매개자 등 유용생물 활동을 조장할 수 있는 방안을 추가하여 화분매개 친화형 병해충 종합관리(Integrated pollinator-pest management, IPPM)을 제안한다. 해충군 관리는 기본적으로 발생 예찰, 관리 의사결정, 관리방안의 동원 등 기존 체계를 따른다. 그리고 농업생태계 내 기능적 새생물 다양성 확대를 위한 경관 조작, 화분매개자의 먹이와 번식을 지원하는 화분매개서식처의 조성 등의 생태공학적 접근, 선택적이며 저독성 농약의 적기 적소 처리 등을 제안하고 그 실천적 방법을 제시하였다. 기후변화와 새로운 병해충의 출현 등 변화하는 환경에서 지속가능한 농업생산의 중요한 방향타기 되기를 기대한다.
