In the present paper, we derive two optimal inequalities for totally real submanifolds and C-totally real submanifolds of LCS-manifolds with respect to Levi-Civita connection and quarter symmetric metric connection by using T. Oprea's optimization method.

The purpose of this paper is to study invariant pseudoparallel, Ricci generalized pseudoparallel and 2-Ricci generalized pseudoparallel submanifold of a para-Kenmotsu manifold and I obtained some equivalent conditions of invariant submanifolds of para-Kenmotsu manifolds under some conditions which the submanifolds are totally geodesic. Finally, a non-trivial example of invariant submanifold of paracontact metric manifold is constructed in order to illustrate our results.

In this paper, we study the geometry of semi-slant lightlike submanifolds of an indefinite Kenmotsu manifold. The integrability conditions of distributions D1 ⊕ {V}, D2 ⊕ {V} and RadTM on semi-slant lightlike submanifolds of an indefinite Kenmotsu manifold are defined. Furthermore, we derive necessary and sufficient conditions for the above distributions to have totally geodesic foliations.

The aim of this article is to examine some types of slant submanifolds of bronze Riemannian manifolds. We introduce hemi-slant submanifolds of a bronze Riemannian manifold. We obtain integrability conditions for the distribution involved in quasi hemi-slant submanifold of a bronze Riemannian manifold. Also, we give some examples about this type submanifolds.

We define a semi-symmetric non-metric connection in a nearly Kenmotsu manifold and we study semi-invariant submanifolds of a nearly Kenmotsu manifold endowed with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection. Moreover, we discuss the integrability of distributions on semi-invariant submanifolds of a nearly Kenmotsu manifold with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection.

In this article, we study ruled submanifolds with nonde-generate rulings in a Lorentzian space-time, which have finite type immersion. We give a condition for k-finite type submanifolds to be of finite type.

In this paper, we study the geometry of real half lightlike submanifolds of an indefinite Kaehler manifold. The main result is a characterization theorem for screen conformal real half lightlike submanifolds of an indefinite complex space form.

In this paper, we study the geometry of half lightlike submanifolds of an indefinite Kaehler manifold equipped with a quarter-symmetric metric connection. The main result is to prove several classification theorems for such half lightlike submanifolds.

We study some functions defined on the unit tangent space, which are formed with the second fundamental form of submanifolds of a real space form. These give an exact expression of isotropy of submanifolds in a real space form and a relationship between intrinsic invariants and extrinsic ones.

Semi-invariant submanifolds of Lorentzian almost paracontact mani-folds are studied. Integrability of certain distributions on the submanifold are in vestigated. It has been proved that a LP-Sasakian manifold does not admit a proper semi-invariant submanifold.
