The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the quality of life and to compare the changes in quality of life by each period group in workers with diabetes mellitus. A secondary data analysis was conducted using the data of "The Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, 2007-2015." The survey included 1141 worker with diabetes mellitus from 19 to 65. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 23.0 program and descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and multiple regression analyses were performed. Factors influencing quality of life are gender, household income level, subject health state, restrict activity, sleeping hours, stress. Subject health state, restrict activity, stress were common factors in the 4th, 5th, and 6th period group. The difference in each group were factors influencing the quality of life, such as sleep time(4th), gender(5th), Household income level and diagnosis of angina pectoris(6th). This study can be used to convergence study the diabetic management program and social role for improving the quality of life of wrkers with diabetes Mellitus.

As a sequel of "special improvement act for gifted student education" legislated on January 2000, "regulation act for gifted student education" was published on April 2002 which is the time Korea has settled down its education for the gifted. Announced in the December 2007 "general plan for development of gifted student education" provided a platform for the gifted student education in Korea of growth in quantity, in which a plan of providing gifted student education up to 1 percent of the elementary and middle school level students (approximately 70 thousands) has been established while the education currently provides to 0.59 percent (40 thousands) of all students. Until recently, however, education for gifted students has been performed based on the way of concentrating on academic domains. and it has put more weights on mathematics and english domains. In order to overcome this drawbacks, there have been various attempts for growth in quality of education for gifted students, one of them is the our proposal of convergence of science and art education for cultivating 21 century creative humans through establishment of new type of institution. In this paper, education curriculum and management strategies appliable to the proposed convergence education institutions for gifted students. For this purpose we derived the implication points through analysis on education processes used in korea science school for the gifted students, a representative institution for the gifted students in Korea, and we suggested educational process curriculums for the science and art institute for gifted students along with the detailed contents of convergence subject which is an essential subject to the institute.

Our goal is to verify how changes in water's hydraulic characteristics after urban regeneration stream can affect any possible transformation of its thermal environment. To that end, we analyzed changes in numerous physical characteristics the subject stream along with the meteorological factors and thermal environment affected by it. Cheonggyecheon was selected as our subject as it is a great example of successful urban regeneration stream. As for physical characteristics, we allocated Type I (0.0%) and Type II (20.2%), depending on the green coverage ratio. As for numerical characteristics, at the point of Ba in which the riffle ends, the water temperature fell by $0.2^{\circ}C$ and the flow increased from 0.7m/s to 0.9 m/s with the dissolved oxygen increasing from 0.5mg/L to 0.6mg/L. As for meteorological factors surrounding the subject stream, the temperature dropped from $1.1^{\circ}C$ to $1.4^{\circ}C$ on average and relative humidity increased from 6.6% to 8.7%. Furthermore, there was an irregular change in wind velocity. According to the result of the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT), the change in the values of Type I and II inside and on the surface of the subject stream was negligible. The downstream temperature in Type I fell from $0.3^{\circ}C$ to $0.6^{\circ}C$ and by $0.8^{\circ}C$ in Type II. As for vertical cooling effect, the change of water level was 120cm in Type I and 140cm in Type II. As for horizontal cooling effects, the value of Type I was increased from the point of Ba where the riffle ends and the value of Type II was on a steady decline.

Background: This foundational study on educational interventions aimed to analyze the changes in awareness, knowledge, and attitudes of young learners after they received objective information on safety management. Materials and Methods: Educational sessions on nuclear power and radiation safety were delivered to 4,934 Korean elementary, middle, and high school students in two separate sessions conducted in 2016 and 2017. The effects of these interventions were subsequently analyzed. Results and Discussion: Learner attitudes toward safety were found to be the predominant variables affecting the post-intervention risk (safety) awareness of nuclear power generation. Conclusion: The safety awareness of future generations will significantly influence policy decisions on nuclear power generation. Hence, the design of educational interventions on this subject must match variables suited to learner levels.

Recently, in the food, paper, steel and plastic industries, plate or sheet type products have been produced by the rolling drum. Steam heating drums are introduced into plastic products facilities in order to keep the density, microstructure, and strength of material uniformly. The drum journal can not help being concentrated by stresses due to the bending and torsion. Especially the drum, heated by high pressure steam, might be exposed in the steam leakage accident. First of all, the stresses on the steam drum journal are to be analyzed, and a case study proper to the subject was performed with a scraped journal, in order to investigate the failure characteristics as well as the initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks, and most probable circumstances of crack initiation. As the result of this study, it is suggested that newly installed drum journal be thoroughly inspected at the next periodic maintenance intervals for evidence of cracking, the microstructure examination and hardness measurements to prevent steam drum from the failure accident.

Prepare need in each branch for a large scale event. especially prepare for transportation problem is very important. most research for until at now parking prepare according city management however, parking prepare for large event is a necessity which it will parking characteristic. accordingly this research is conducted study for parking prepare subject of large event. this study result, vehicle demand for parking by stadium have many but vehicle demand for parking off stadium have few. accordingly large parking supply is ineffective. shuttle bus service in principal position of city is effective. study result showed that it included 85% parking at 6~7hour before large event start time. accordingly disposition time of parking manager is desirable 6~7hour before large event start time.

Computer science and computing technologies are applied into mathematical, science, medical, engineering and educational applications. The models are used to solve the issues in all the domains. Educational systems are used top down, bottom up, Gap Analysis model in the educational learning system. Educational learning process integrated with Lerner, content and the methodology. The Learners and content are same in the educational system or similar courses but the teaching methodologies are differing one with another. The determinations of teaching methodologies are based on the factors related to that particular model or subject. The learning model influencing determinations are made by the surveys, analysis and observation of data to maximize the learning outcome. This paper attempted to evaluate the SNE learners cognitive using NASA Scaling.

Harmonics happened due to nonlinear systems such as UPS, SCR controlled motors, and fluorescent lighting in distribute power system is very important subject to optimal operation and control of power system. Harmonics sometimes make incorrect operation of protective relaying system under normal condition on power system. In this study, total harmonics distortion(THD) of power were measured and analyzed by the field test on electrical facilities which were installed at the rural industrial complex in Chungbuk province. In addition, the deprivation of power factor by harmonics and the content of THD which is measured at neutral line was researched.
