애플리케이션형 텍스트북 제작툴과 수업관리시스템의 융합형 교육서비스 개발방안 (Development of the Convergent Education Service with the Application Type of the Textbook Development Tool and Class Management System)

  • It is the concept of this paper to build up the convergence type of the total class service system, and the goal is to develop the education services, which are differentiated from existing digital textbooks and development tools. We establish developmental programs and convergence strategies from market analyses related to apps and digital education. Then this paper proposes 'E-Class Author Service System (ECA)' as an education service system based on the tablet PC. It is the convergence system of the app type of textbook development tool and class management system. Teachers can produce and develop class materials and textbooks using the app type of textbook development tool in ECA service system. They can also add necessary functions from the class management system for efficient class progress. ECA improves the interaction and communication between a teacher, student and parents in the sever-based network. This study expects that ECA will achieve prior occupation of the app market as an educational app development tool and reduce private education expenses.

A Study on the Relationship among the MBTI Personality Types, Self-Efficacy, Major Satisfaction and Freshmen's Academic Achievements in Airline Service department

  • The purpose of this paper was to identify the relationship among the MBTI personality types, self-efficacy, major satisfaction and freshmen's academic achievements in airline service department. To this end, a survey was conducted in 113 university freshmen of airline service department from June 18 to 29, 2018. And the data were collected their MBTI results and GPA scores. MBTI results used to analyze student's personality type. The collected data were analyzed using 'SPSS Statistics 21.0'. Analysis methods such as frequency analysis, cross-tabulation analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were used. The findings of this study are as follows. The type of personality in the airline service department affects the self - efficacy such as self - control efficacy, confidence, preference of the task difficulty, and also affects the major satisfaction and the academic achievement. The self - efficacy affects the major satisfaction and the academic achievement, and also the major satisfaction can affect academic achievement. Therefore, by developing an effective teaching strategies that fits students' personality type characteristics, and by inducing motivation to learn, raising self-efficacy naturally will lead to higher major satisfaction and academic achievements.

학교도서관의 정보서비스 전개 방향과 활성화 전략 (Progress and Activation Strategies of Information Service in the School Library)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학교도서관 정보서비스의 범주를 설정하여 정보서비스 현황을 분석하고 활성화 전략을 제안하는 것이다. 학교도서관의 정보서비스 범위와 내용 설정 결과 정보제공 영역과 안내 영역의 서비스 내용이 독서교육이나 교과와 연계한 정보활용교육과정 운영으로 수렴되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 2012전국도서관운영평가 결과 학교도서관의 정보서비스 도달률은 48.2%로 매우 낮게 나타났다. 특히 독서상담이나 독서치료 등 학생의 자아탄력성과 학교 참여를 높일 수 있는 정의적 영역과 관련된 정보서비스 내용이 매우 열악한 실정이다. 따라서 학교도서관의 정보서비스 활성화를 위해서는 사서교사 등 전문 인력자원의 지속적인 배치를 위한 제도 개선이 절실한 실정이다. 또한 학교도서관 정보서비스의 핵심 영역인 정보활용교육의 국가 수준 교육과정에서의 위상 강화, 정보서비스에 필요한 기반 확충 노력이 지속적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다. 아울러 독서상담과 치료 등 학생의 스트레스와 문제 상황을 해결하는데 기여할 수 있는 서비스 개발이 필요하다. 그리고 학교도서관 정보서비스가 지역사회와 연계성을 가짐으로써 학교 공동체 활성화에 기여해야 할 것으로 보인다.

스마트폰 애플리케이션을 이용한 대중교통 운행정보 제공에 따른 통행자 수단선택 행태변화 분석 (Analysis for Changes of Mode Choice Behavior from Providing Real-time Schedule for Public Transportation by Smartphone Application)

  • 최근 대중교통 이용 장려를 위한 방안 중 하나로 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 활용한 대중교통 정보제공서비스가 주목받고 있다. 스마트폰의 GPS 기능을 이용해 대중교통 수단의 정확한 도착시간, 정거장 안내 서비스 등이 가능하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 스마트폰의 애플리케이션이 대중교통 이용패턴에 주는 영향에 대한 실증분석을 수행하였다. 승용차에서 대중교통으로의 수단전환을 유발한 요소에 대한 쌍대비교 결과, 유가 상승 0.39, 교통 체증 0.27, 스마트폰 애플리케이션 0.18, BIS 0.16으로 나타났다. 또한 학생이고 젊을수록 스마트폰의 상대적 중요도를 높게 평가하는 경향이 나타났다. 수단 전환 유무에 대한 의사결정 트리 분석 결과, 수단전환에 대한 가장 중요한 변수는 스마트폰 중요도 인식으로 나타났다.

부산지역 중등교사의 현직교육 요구 분석 (In-service Education Needs Analysis of secondary school Teachers in Busan City)

  • To reveal secondary teachers' in-service education needs, in-depth interviews were conducted with 15 individual teachers based on semi-structured questions and qualitative data analysis procedures were adopted. They wanted to have; a. more knowledge of one's subject, subject related information, culture and common sense, counseling psychology, foreign language, and the 7th curriculum, b. better skills of student-centered teaching-learning methods, guidance and class management, good use of computers, and educational evaluation, c. improved attitudes regarding democratic problem solution processes, conversation with and service to students from their viewpoints, commitment to preparations for teaching, educational innovation and improvement, elimination of improperness, and pride of teaching job.

메타버스 서비스 진정성 구성 요인과 효과에 관한 연구: 메타버스 교육 서비스를 중심으로 (The Factors and Effects of Metaverse Service Authenticity: Focusing on the Metaverse Education Service)

  • Through the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for non-face-to-face communication systems has surged, leading to an increased prevalence of virtual interactions across various domains, such as tasks, meetings, orders and deliveries, and even student education. Against this backdrop, interest in the metaverse platform has been on the rise, with metaverse services like Zepeto, Roblox, and Minecraft expanding beyond gaming to encompass educational fields as well. This study aims to identify authenticity factors influencing metaverse platform-based educational services and examine their impact. The authenticity components are defined as integrity, empathy, interactivity, presence, and uniqueness. The study investigates the effects of these authenticity components on both service value and service satisfaction. To achieve this, a survey involving 320 metaverse users was conducted, and the model was subjected to statistical validation. The findings of this research underscore that perceiving metaverse education services, still in the early stages of introduction, as authentic educational methods for learners positively influences satisfaction with the educational service.This study holds significance as it lays the theoretical groundwork for enhancing the authenticity of educational services in virtual space. It defines and proposes authenticity elements for customer satisfaction in metaverse educational services, which are still in their nascent stages. Moving forward, it is anticipated that various studies will be conducted to enhance the value of metaverse education services and achieve higher customer satisfaction as customer experiences evolve and deepen.

교육과 정보통신기술의 융합 : SNS 커뮤니케이션 특성이 학생-교수의 관계형성에 미치는 영향 (Convergence of Education and Information & Communication Technology : A Study on the Communication Characteristics of SNS Affecting Relationship Development between Professor and Student)

  • 본 연구는 최근 우리의 소통방식에 큰 변화를 불러일으키고 있는 Social Network Service(SNS) 커뮤니케이션 특성이 교수-학생과의 관계형성(교수신뢰, 장기지향성)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는 연구이다. 연구모형은 커뮤니케이션, SNS, 관계 개발의 기존 연구를 기반으로 작성되었다. 연구를 위해 교수와 SNS를 통해 소통하는 대학생을 대상으로 총 210부의 설문을 배부하여 유효한 195부를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SmartPLS를 활용하였다. 연구결과 독립변수인 커뮤니케이션의 질, 커뮤니케이션의 빈도, 상호작용성, 개방성은 교수신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 장기지향성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 커뮤니케이션의 질, 커뮤니케이션의 빈도, 개방성이 검증되었으며 상호작용성은 교수신뢰의 매개효과를 통해 장기지향성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • In recent years, Social Network Service (SNS) have increasingly gained popularity and have simplified and amplified social interaction between online users. This paper mainly discusses the user satisfaction and intention of continuous use. Based on the literature review, two hypotheses were developed and research model is built for testing. Data was collected through questionnaire survey from 260 SNS college student user. The empirical results shows a significant mediating effect for user satisfaction in the relationship between SNS' quality factors and intention to continued use.

전문대학의 푸드스타일리스트과의 교육형태와 학습자 만족도에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Educational Conditions and Student Satisfaction of a Foodstylist)

  • This study was designed to examine the educational conditions of a foodstylist and student satisfaction with the training. It looked at the educational conditions of the food-stylist department, one of relatively newly-emerging departments, and examined student satisfaction by each factor in order to have specific problem in the educational conditions. The purpose of this study was to maintain higher student satisfaction and to have competitive advantage over the other related departments. For the general information of respondents, most respondents said the monthly average income to be approximately 1.5 times higher than that of common workers in the country, showing that the food-stylist department is preferred by the class with economic ability. For admission motives, respondents used the information via mass communication when they choose it For general educational conditions, students have most satisfaction with the originality of department, at the score of 3.79, following by laboratory and vision in the order. The least satisfaction was in career guidance, reflecting that they have vague ideas where to work. For the theoretical course of study, it was found that ‘Introduction to Table Coordination’ had the highest satisfaction, 3.82, following by ‘Coloring’ and ‘Understanding on Oriental and Occidental Tablewares’ in the order. ‘Food and Beverage Service’ and ‘Public Health’ were found to have the least satisfaction, showing that those subjects do not cause any interest in terms of their property. For the satisfaction of practical training course, it was found ‘Cocktail Practices’, ‘Bakery and Confectionary Practices’, and ‘Understanding of Wines’ in the order, showing that practical subjects with high visuality have higher satisfaction. Further studies are necessary to examine the satisfaction with subjects from various classes, together with many course of study, and to develop statistical data that help us understand the needs of students more correctly for application.

미니홈피를 통한 구전 커뮤니케이션이 외식상품 구매 속성에 미치는 영향 (Homepage on the Purchase Attributes of Food Service Products)

  • This study aims at examining the effect of word-of-mouth communication through mini homepage on purchase attributes and mapping out a marketing strategy based on this. For this, it made an analysis of the communication level with 302 mini homepage users. The result showed that the communication level of information exchange has a positive effect on the purchase experience of food service products significantly, showing that the higher its level is, the more frequent its experience is. And it showed that the communication level of relationship retention has a negative effect on the purchase experience of food service products significantly, showing that the higher its level is, the less frequent its experience is. These results demonstrated the utility that can increase word-of-mouth communications through information exchange and relationship retention, given that they are used with the object based on the kinship of information exchange and relationship retention as word-of-mouth communications, and that they lay stress on the connection with other people in the mini homepage.
