This study was designed to measure the level of satisfaction according to the contents, guidance, environment, time, and the evaluation of clinical practice. Two hundred thirty-one nursing student from baccalaureate program in H-gun was sampled. A scale consisting of 75 questions, developed by the researcher, was used to gather data from September 14 through 27, 2012. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, paired t-test, pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results. The results were summarized : Self-directed learning didn't show a significant different by grade(t=0.83, p=.934). Nursing student's satisfaction of clinical practice didn't show a significant different by grade(t=0.26, p=.798). The relationship between self-directed learning correlated with the degree of nursing student's satisfaction in clinical practice(r=.44, p<.001). The factors of self-directed learning described nursing student's satisfaction of clinical practice as $R^2$=.215(F=9.858, p<.001). Conclusions. It was found that a higher degree of satisfaction in clinical practice depends on a higher degree of self-directed learning. Therefore, nursing faculty should plan intervention to improve satisfaction level of clinical practice by fostering self-directed learning.

Also, the highest level of 'recognition for practicum' of student teachers was observed when they were instructed by a guidance teacher with a degree from a graduate school and with a first degree certification in public kindergarten. Second, the satisfaction for practicum of student teachers was mostly affected by' the atmosphere of the practice institutions', while personality affected the teachers' image.

  • In recent years, there have been several studies on service quality in higher education, however, research on service quality and sustainable activities affecting student loyalty has been largely ignored in previous studies. This paper investigates the role of service quality in creating student loyalty, and how university sustainability practices and student satisfaction mediate the relationship between service quality and student loyalty. The paper draws attention to university sustainability practices and understanding its impact on student satisfaction and loyalty in Vietnamese public universities. A quantitative methodology is explored, and data was collected through an online structured questionnaire. Responses are gathered from 278 students of public universities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Structural equation modeling is used to examine the associations between the constructs by using the PLS-SEM approach. The results show that service quality has a significant effect on university sustainability practices, student satisfaction, and student loyalty. In addition, university sustainability practices and student satisfaction also mediate the relationship between service quality and student loyalty. The author's findings may guide the key decision-makers in universities to incorporate service quality and universities' sustainability practices in their strategy and thereby improve student satisfaction and student loyalty.

  • Customer satisfaction is an ever-growing concern of management throughout the world. To find the way to increase customer satisfaction. we must understand customer requirements. Kano distinguishes between three types of product requirements(:must-be, one-dimensional, attractive requirements. which influence customer satisfaction in different ways when met. Timko has developed customer satisfaction(CS) coefficient based on Kano model. The CS coefficient is indicative of how strongly a product feature may influence satisfaction. In this paper, we analyzes the factors that influence College Student's Satisfaction of teaching using Kano Model, Timko's CS-Coefficient.

  • This study attempts to draw the implications of student satisfaction with fieldwork courses in the library and information science (LIS) program in South Korea by determining the level of satisfaction experienced by students with practicums at a library and information service agency. LIS students with fieldwork experience were surveyed to assess their satisfaction and the factors affecting their satisfaction. Results from a multiple regression analysis revealed that from among factors of practicum settings, major-related attributes, and general attributes of respondents, "satisfaction with majors" and "interpersonal relationships" had a significant effect on satisfaction with practicums. Examining the six components of satisfaction with the course revealed that "practicum program" and "practicum setting" had a significant relationship with overall satisfaction. A selective intervention program to improve satisfaction with the course needs to be developed based on factors influencing overall satisfaction, focusing on "interpersonal relationship" and "satisfaction with majors.

  • This paper examines the impact of university social responsibility on brand image and student satisfaction. Social responsibility impact on consumer behavior has been studied extensively. But the same impact has not been rigorously tested to the same extend in the education sector. Firstly, we analyze the perception of university social responsibility (USR) and its components, including (1) the quality of teaching programs, facilities, and academic staff; (2) supporting learning activities; and (3) human resource policies. Secondly, we investigate the relationship between university social responsibility, brand image, and student satisfaction. The study examined these relationships through a proposed economic model based on answers from a survey of 298 students at the University of Food Industry Ho Chi Minh City. From the above survey data, the author proceeds to quantify variables and, based on Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient, EFA factor analysis, and linear regression, to measure the impact of each social responsibility factor on business of the university and student satisfaction. The results show that university social responsibility actually affects the university's brand image and student satisfaction. Our findings suggest that universities should develop an appropriate marketing strategy to reinforce brand image and student satisfaction through the university social responsibility model.
