In this study, the factors affecting the acceptance intention for level 4-5 of autonomous vehicles were investigated by applying TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). To this end, 332 ordinary persons interested in autonomous vehicle and experienced in driving car were analyzed by using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that self-efficacy and personal innovation had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. On the other hand personal innovation has been shown to have a negative effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has a positive effect on acceptance intention. Safety and Privacy has been shown to have a positive effect on trust, trust has a positive effect on acceptance intention. Lastly, autonomous vehicles have a higher impact on their 20s and 30s. The result of this study is expected to be a very useful basic research for the development of target autonomous vehicles, the selection of targets, the direction of corporate marketing strategies, and the preparation of government policies.

본 연구는 특수교사들의 스마트미디어 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 개인의 혁신성과 사회적 영향 두 가지 관점에서 설명하고자 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석을 수행하였다. 요인들 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 개인의 혁신성, 사회적 영향, 성과에 대한 기대, 행위의도와의 상관관계가 있었으며 설정된 요인들 간의 경로분석을 통한 가설 검정 결과, 사회적 영향이 성과에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 직접효과 및 행위의도에 미치는 직접효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 영향은 성과에 대한 기대를 매개요인으로 하여 행위의도에 영향을 미치는 간접효과도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 개인의 혁신성은 성과에 대한 기대나 행위의도에 직접적이거나 간접적으로 미치는 영향이 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: This study was designed to construct and test structural equation modeling on healthy menopausal transition in middle-aged women in order to identify variables affecting healthy menopausal transition. Methods: Participants, 276 women, 45 to 60 years of age, with menopausal symptom score higher than 5 on the Korean version of Menopause Rating Scale, were recruited in three cities and one county of Gyeongnam Province. Research data were collected via questionnaires and analysed using SPSS version 18.0 and AMOS version 20.0. Results: After confirmatory factor analysis, one of the observed variables was excluded due to relatively low factor loading. The model fit indices for the hypothetical model were suitable for the recommended level: GFI=.93, CFI=.92, RMSEA=.05. Self-efficacy, self-differentiation, and menopausal symptoms explained 67.7% of variance in menopausal transition, and self-differentiation was the most influential factor for menopausal transition. Self efficacy and menopausal symptoms explained 9.6% of variance in menopausal management, although "menopausal symptoms" was not significant. Conclusion: These results suggest that nursing interventions to improve self-differentiation, self efficacy, menopausal management and decrease menopausal symptoms are critical for healthy menopausal transition in middle-aged women. Continued development of a variety of community-based nursing interventions to facilitate healthy menopausal transition is suggested.

조직특성 및 안전문화는 매우 다양한 요인들을 포함하고 있으며, 그러한 안전문화의 향상을 위해서는 다양한 방법으로 접근되어야 한다. 구조방정식모형 분석을 통해 복합화력발전소의 안전문화 요인의 영향관계 검증결과 경영진의 관심도가 증가할수록 교육훈련정도의 향상과, 의사소통 및 안전참여의 향상에 긍정적인 역할을 함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고, 교육훈련 강도가 높을수록 근무향상에 도움이 될 것이 예측되었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of peer support on conduct behavior and withdrawal and to investigate the mediating effect of negative automatic thought. The subjects included 461 students(boys 51%, girls 49%) from the 1st to 3rd grades of middle school in Seoul. Conduct behavior and withdrawal was measured by the Korean Youth Self Report and the Conners-Wells'-Adolescent Self Report Scales. Negative automatic thoughts were measured by the Korean Children Youth Automatic Thoughts Scale. Using Amos 20, structural equation modeling was conducted. The findings of the structural equation modeling was that peer support had an impact on conduct behavior and withdrawal. Peer support contributed to a reduction of negative automatic thoughts. Negative automatic thoughts had a mediating effect between peer support and withdrawal or conduct. We suggest that peer support affects conduct behavior and withdrawal through negative automatic thought. We also found gender differences; compared with girls, boys received less support from peers. They also had lower levels of negative automatic thoughts and withdrawal than girls. The further study should be considered to provide more correlation factors of peer support.

Purpose: This paper seeks to analyze the relationship between project sponsor roles and project manager competencies which may account for project performance quality. Methods: After an extensive literature review, the structural equation modeling was conducted test the research model. The data was collected from project manager training course attendees by the questionnaire. Results: The results of structural equation modeling show that project sponsor roles effect on project manager competencies. Project manager competencies have a positive effect on project performance quality. Conclusion: The authors demonstrate that project sponsor external roles are related positively to project performance quality. And project manager professionalism has a positive effect on project manager communication. A number of significant findings are reported including the empirical verification that project sponsor roles, and project manager competencies may all be directly related to project performance quality.

본 연구는 총체적 관점에서 통신이 통행에 미치는 영향을 수요, 공급, 비용, 토지이용 등의 인과관계를 고려한 종합적인 체계속에서 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 통행, 통신, 토지이용, 경제활동, 사회인구지표를 고려한 개념적 모형을 개발하였다. 그리고 이 개념적 모형을 토대로 미국의 $1950{\sim}2000$년의 시계열 자료를 이용하여 통신(시내 전화통화 수, 장거리 전화통화 수, 이동전화가입자수)과 통행 (vehicle-miles traveled와 대중교통이용자수)간의 구조방정식 모형을 개발하였다. 연구결과 통신의 이용이 승용차 및 대중교통의 통행을 증가시키는 것으로 분석되었다. 이밖에 교통시설공급 확대와 토지이용(도시교외화)도 통행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study developed a new model for evaluating effects about the success of six sigma activities. This model consists of four constructs such as success of six sigma, employee's success experience, customer satisfaction, and business performance. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to analyze causality among the four constructs. Hypothesis were tested through a field study conducted for one hundred and thirty-one project leaders, who were asked to evaluate their experiences of six sigma projects. The results indicate that six hypothesis are statistically significant. As a result, the success of six sigma doesn't influence the customer satisfaction directly, but it influences customer satisfaction indirectly through employee's success experience. We find out that control for employee's success experience is important as well as success of six sigma in business innovation. Otherwise business performance is influenced directly by success of six sigma, that is business performance isn't influenced directly by employee's success experience but influenced indirectly through customer satisfaction. This study found that the change management raising employee's success experience is important in Six Sigma.

Objectives : This study was examine a relationship those variables with health-related quality(HRQOL) of life in the elderly and provide basic information on HRQOL and evidence for establishing effective health policies for old ages ultimately. Methods : This research was conducted through individual interviews using a structured questionnaire and oral status examinations of 600 residents The data have been analyzed using $X^2$-test through PASW Statistics 18.0.0(SPSS Korea Datasolution Inc.) and Structural Equation Modeling through LISREL ver8.8. Results : According to the Structural Equation Modeling, independent variables which influence the health-related quality of life are as follows: sex the highest, followed by existence of chronic diseases, perceived health, age, perceived oral health the lowest. Parameters are as follows: oral health-related quality of life the highest, followed by subjective oral symptoms, and oral health status the lowest. Conclusions : In order to improve the quality of life of olds, it is not only necessary to improve perceived health through reduce of chronic diseases, but is also required to regular tooth check-up to reduce subjective oral symptoms for increase oral health-related quality of life.

Managers have come to realized that a large and increasing amount of sources for a corporate competitive advantage can be found in their company's supply chain. At a fundamental level, there is a similar consensus that building a collaborative supply management is a more effective way of managing firms' supply chains. This paper is an attempt to examine the effects of collaborative supply management by probing a mechanism which shows how competences and/or performance are transferred from suppliers to markets through the supply chains. Research hypotheses regarding the relationships between collaborative supply management, supplier Performance, buyer internal performance (new product development and operational performance), and buyer market performance were empirically validated by utilizing a structural equation modeling analysis. The research result Indicates the positive impacts of a collaborative supply chain on supply performance as well as buyer internal and market performance, which also well illustrate how the improved competence and/or performance of suppliers engendered from the supplier-buyer collaboration flows throughout the entire supply chain.
