Fashion is hard to expect owing to the rapid change in accordance with consumer taste and environment, and has a tendency toward variety and individuality. Especially street fashion of 21st century is not being regarded as one of the subcultures but is playing an important role as a fountainhead of fashion trend. Therefore, Searching and analyzing street fashions helps us to understand the popular fashions of the next season and also it is important in understanding the consumer fashion sense and commercial area. So, we need to understand fashion styles quantitatively and qualitatively by providing visual data and dividing images. There are many kinds of data in street fashion information. The purpose of this study is to design and implementation for street fashion information analysis system using data fusion. We can show visual information of customer's viewpoint because the system can analyze the fused data for image data and survey data.

This research to streets at Daegu, and view adjective how people react when draw a bird into interior in city utilize and examine becoming direction of street trees system. Findings on survey, citizens appear by average 2.87 in management degree of street trees and average 2.76 in various of species of trees, discontent thing more or less by average 2.91 in satisfaction of the beauty, and demonstrate high shame from satisfaction for season stuff to comparative high 3.24, generally, citizens appear by there are parts to improve by do dissatisfaction about street trees system at Daegu. Also, street trees 2 lines plantings for a bird is average 3.05, shows affirmative feedback about that shrub utilization for a bird see high numerical value by average 3.4 and people draw a bird to space of city. Therefore, construct street trees friendly to the nature and be considered to need to re-establish set street trees environment in citizens preference to recover city ecosystem. As result that examine reaction which treat in street trees planting programs to draw birds into city through view adjective, Likert scales about 2 lines plantings of street trees and additional planting of shrub show affirmative feedback by average 3.4 both ordinary people and specialist group, if people want to draw birds into city by various of method, various research should be accomplished.

The utilization range of mobile devices is becoming broader than before due to the rapid development of the mobile market. Furthermore, the demands for computer-aided management are increasing due to the extensive expansion of the installation of solar street lights. In this paper, we propose a system which can be used to observe solar street lights. The manager of the system can control and manage the solar street lights using video images on a mobile device.

본 논문에서는 고공시설물인 태양집광판을 사용한 가로등의 집광효율과 유지보수 성능 향상을 위한 자동 승하강 장치를 설계 제작하였다. 자동 승하강장치는 태양집광판을 사용한 가로등과 유기적으로 동작가능하곤 태양집광판의 집광 각도를 조절하여 집광효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 태양집광판과 가로등을 쉽게 탈부착할 수 있는 구조로써 유지보수가 용이하도록 하였다. 자동 승하강장치를 장착한 태양집광판을 사용한 가로등을 활용함으로써 태양집광판의 집광효율 향상에 따른 가로등의 조명효율을 향상시킬 수 있고, 가로등의 유지보수 비용 절감 및 교체작업 시간 동안의 교통 정체현상 등을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, a prediction system is proposed to control the brightness of smart street lamps by predicting the moving path through the reduction of consumption power and information of pedestrian's past moving direction while meeting the function of existing smart street lamps. The brightness of smart street lamps is adjusted by utilizing the walk tracking vector and soft hand-off characteristics obtained through the motion sensing sensor of smart street lamps. In addition, the motion vector is used to analyze and predict the pedestrian path, and the GPU is used for high-speed computation. Pedestrians were detected using adaptive Gaussian mixing, weighted difference imaging, and motion vectors, and motions of pedestrians were analyzed using the extracted motion vectors. The preprocessing process using linear interpolation is performed to improve the performance of the proposed prediction system. Fuzzy prediction system and neural network prediction system are designed in parallel to improve efficiency and rough set is used for error correction.

본 연구는 가로수관리정보시스템의 실용화를 위한 선행과제로서, 속성정보와 수치지도를 연계시키기 위한 코드부여방법을 연구하여 대구시를 대상지로 합리적인 방법을 알아보고자 함을 그 목적으로 하였다. 따라서, 코드체계의 고유성, 영구성, 단순성, 다용도성, 유지 및 위치파악의 용이성 등을 고려하여 가로수 위치 표현을 위한 11가지 코드요소를 선정 및 분석하고 다양한 조합을 통하여 장단점을 비교한 후 현실성 있는 11가지의 방법에 대해서는 대구시의 1/500 수치지도를 근거로 실제 적용하였다. 이를 근거로 하여, 동경계를 기준으로 일련번호를 적용한 방법과 거리측정을 근거로 한 상대좌표방법 등이 대구시에 적용할 수 있는 방안임을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 국내·외 가로수 조성 및 관리체계를 살펴보고자 한국-서울, 미국-레버넌시, 일본-요코하마시 그리고 프랑스-파리시를 대상으로 가로수의 계획, 조성 및 관리의 단계별로 살펴보았다. 국가별로 국정운영체계 그리고 문화적 차이에 따라 가로수의 업무 체계 및 인식이 상이했으나, 참고할만한 각각의 주요한 차이점과 특징을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 한국은 상대적으로 정성적인 기준을 설정해둔 점을 고려하며, 실제 업무수행에 있어서 객관성이 다소 결여될 가능성이 우려된다. 해외의 경우 다양한 방식으로 조성 및 관리 기준을 준수하도록 장치를 해 두었는데, 이는 업무효율에도 긍정적인 효과를 불러일으킬 것이기에 국내에서도 참고할 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 한국의 가로수 관련 업무 전반에 걸친 개선을 위해 매뉴얼의 법정지위 부여, 위원회의 권한 확대 그리고 국제협력 등을 시사하는 바이다. 본 연구는 사회의 변화와 필요성에 따라 개정 및 신설이 이뤄지는 법률, 체계 및 기준 등을 다뤘으므로 지속적인 연구가 이뤄질 필요가 있다고 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristic of street markets in land development district, Dae-gu(Sung-su, Yeoung-san and Si-gy Land development districts). The result of this study is as follows, Street markets are located between detached housing estates and cooperative housing estates. Street markets are classified as private road type, linear street type and mixed type, The influential area of street markets is extended form inside of detached housing estates to arterial road. The vitality of street markets is explained by the scale of dwelling area, road system and variety of function.

This paper presents a streetscape design for the 'Gaeksa-gil', located in Gosa-dong and Jungang-dong, Jeonju City, which length is about 830m and width is about $8\sim10m$. The goals of the design are to make a street on which people want to walk and rest both safely and pleasantly. To achieve these goals; concepts of identity, history, placeness, commercial vitality, environmentally-friendliness, safety, amenity , and democracy have been developed. For the pedestrian safety; shared street concepts, such as crank, salalom, fort, mini-rotary etc. are adopted. For design method, community participatory design is adapted. For the design theme; the axes of Time and Space are developed and streets are divided into 3 thematic spaces, such as 'History Street,' 'Nature Street,' and 'Culture Street.' The History Street, which belongs to Time axis, is a space for experiencing past, present, and future history of Jeonju city. Nature Street, which belongs to Space axis, is a space for feeling and loaming the nature of the city. The Culture Street, which also belongs to Space axis, is a space for experiencing the culture of the city. The community participated in the whole design process through the workshop, the internet website, the street events, etc.
