조직간 관계 유형별 정보교류 행태와 적합한 전자상거래 전략 (Forms of Inter-organizational Relationships, Patterns of Inter-organizational Information Flow, and Relevant E-commerce Strategies)

  • Purpose This study suggested the four forms of inter-organizational relationships(IORs): partnerships, inter-dependence relationship, trust relationship, and market relationship. The purposes of this study include the demonstration of four forms of IORs and the investigation of the relationships among forms of IORs, inter-organizational information flow(IOIF), kinds of e-commerce strategies, and the supply-chain performance of a firm. Design/methodology/approach The empirical data were collected through post-survey. 92 survey data were collected. With a cluster analysis, we confirmed four types of IORs, and the relationships among critical variables. Findings The results of cluster analysis showed that according to the types of IORs, the frequency and quality of IOIF are different. Appropriate kinds of e-commerce strategies were examined under the each types of IORs, which cause specific patterns of IOIF. It was found that the adoption of e-procurement strategy can improve the supply-chain performance of a firm in trust relationship. It was also observed that under partnerships, the use of e-partnerships strategy can contribute to the improvement of supply-chain performance.

국내 패션 업체의 그린 마케팅 유형 분류를 통한 지속가능한 그린 패션 마케팅 전략 (The Sustainable Green Fashion Marketing Strategies according to Classification of Green Fashion Marketing of Domestic Fashion Companies)

  • This study was an exploratory research to classify the types of green fashion marketing of the fashion companies in South Korea and analyse the present cases of each type. To analyse the current cases of green fashion marketing strategies, we researched all sorts of newspapers, magazines, publications of fashion companies, and web sites from 2008 to 2009. As a result, we categorized 5 types of green fashion marketing as follows ; eco-friendly fabrics (natural fabrics, recycled fabrics, biodegradable fabrics), re-use or re-form(reuse after cleaning and/or repairing and reformation through transformation and combination of raw materials), green certifications(ISO 14001, GOTS, OES, etc.), eco-friendly management and operation, and green marketing promotions. Based on the results, we proposed the green marketing strategies for fashion companies to progress toward the proper direction of green marketing. First of all, companies should escape from the narrow view point limited to the product itself. Then they have to focus on developing and execution of sustainable merchandising, manufacturing, logistics, and waste strategies.

중학생들의 수학적 문제제기 유형과 전략 분석 (The analysis of middle school students' problem posing types and strategies)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze middle school students' problem posing types and strategies. we analyzed problems posed by 120 middle school students during mathematics class focused on problem posing activities in various aspects. Students' posed problems were classified into five types: not a problem(NP), non-math(NM), impossible(IM), insufficient(IN), sufficient(SU) and each of the posed problems. Students used three kinds of problem posing strategies such as goal manipulation(GM), assumption manipulation(AM), and condition manipulation(CM), and in posing one problem, one or more than two strategies were used. According to the prior studies, problem posing can contributes to the development of students' problem solving ability, creativity, mathematical aptitude, and a broader understanding of mathematical concepts. However, we found that some students had difficulties in posing problems or limited understandings of that. We hope the results of the study contribute to encouraging problem posing activities in mathematics instruction.

기업전략과 지식경영 전략의 연계가 제조기업의 혁신에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of the Knowledge Management Strategic Alignment on the Innovation of Manufacturing Firms)

  • This study empirically investigated the effects of knowledge management(KM) strategic alignment on the KM activities as well as the product and process innovation of manufacturing firms. Based on the framework, which employs the usage levels of target costing systems(TCS) and information technology(IT) infrastructure, four types of KM strategies were identified and proposed:mixed, explorative, exploitative and negative strategies. In this research, these four types of KM strategies were empirically validated. According to the results of this study, it was found that when a explorative KM strategy is aligned with a low-cost strategy, KM activities are activated and the degree of a process innovation is increased. It was observed that in the case of the alignment between a differentiation strategy and a exploitative KM strategy, both KM activities and the level of a product innovation are enhanced. The results also demonstrated that for the enhancement of both a process and a product innovation through the activation of KM activities, a mixed KM strategy must be aligned with a composite business strategy, which focuses on a low-cost as well as a differentiation strategies. Accordingly, it is concluded that the KM activities and the levels of the product and process innovation can be activated or improved with the alignment of the KM strategies and business strategies.

청소년의 긴장에 대한 대처전략과 관련변인 (Coping Strategies of Adolescents: Predictor Variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate adolescents' coping strategies to various stressors, and to examine factors that related to their coping strategies. The subjects of the study were 355 middle school and 398 high school students. Adolescents' coping strategy was examined with a revision of the Family Crisis Oriented Personal Scale (McCubbin, Olson, & Larson, 1982). Quality of life was measured by an 11-item scale selected from Quality of Life (Olson & Barnes, 1982) in the areas of family, friend, relationship with relatives, and health and community. Parent-adolescent communication was divided into two dimensions of open communication and problem communication, using Parent-Adolescent Communication(Barnes & Olson, 1982). A measure of the self-esteem of adolescents was obtained by using selected items from the Self-Esteem Inventory(Coopersmith, 1967) and Self-Esteem Scale (Rosenberg, 1965). Five types of coping strategies were found. These are "help from relatives/neighbors", "help from families", "self-help", "help from friends", and "help from religion". Hierarchical regression analyses were conducted to examine significant predictor variables for adolescents' coping strategies. Sex, age, quality of parent-adolescent communication, family cohesion and adaptability, religion, and self-esteem were found important in predicting the types of coping strategies by adolescents.

청소년의 우울증에 대한 스트레스와 대처전략의 상호작용 효과 (Interaction Effects of Stress and Coping Strategies on Adolescent Depression)

  • This study investigated interaction effects of stress and coping strategies on depression among middle school students. The scale created to measure coping strategies included three types of coping strategies : problem-focused, emotion-discharge, and affective-regulation. Two hundred forty-four students were selected from juniors of two middle schools in Seoul. Boys used problem-focused and affective-regulation coping strategies more than emotion-discharge coping strategies. Girls used affective-regulation coping strategies most frequently. The interaction effects of emotion-discharge coping strategies for boys and problem-focused coping strategies for girls were significant. Findings were discussed in developing coping education programs for intervention of adolescent depression.

과학 학습시 중 . 고등학생들이 선호하는 학습 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preferable Learning Strategies in Science Learning of the Secondary School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the preferable learning strategies in science learning and to find out the relationship between these strategies and scientific achievement of students in the secondary school. The learning strategies were tested with two categories, self-focused and work-focused learning. The four types of learning strategies in science learning were analyzed, and they were named to organization, monitoring, elaboration and memorization strategies, which were defined by GSSS test. In the self-focused learning, the organization and monitoring strategies were preferred to the elaboration and memorization strategies. Middle school students had a preference for memorization strategy (p=0.000), whereas high school students had a preference for monitoring strategy (p=0.015). In the case of organization strategy, female groups were preferable to male groups (p=0.027). In the second form of learning types, work-focused learning, the memorization strategy was the same preference as organization and monitoring strategies in the secondary school students, especially the male groups of high school students. The preference of elaboration strategy was relative lower compared with that of self-focused learning type. Middle school students had a preference for monitoring strategy (p=0.001), whereas high school students had a preference for elaboration strategy (p=0.001). The difference of each preference between male and female groups was not shown. From the analysis of correlation between learning strategy and scientific achievement, it showed that the monitoring strategy was commonly correlated with scientific achievement. In the self-focused learning, elaboration and organization strategies were correlated with scientific achievement in high school students (p<0.05). In the work-focused learning, memorization strategy was correlated with scientific achievement in middle school students, especially in male groups (p<0.05).

2009 개정 초등학교 수학과 교육과정에 따른 교과서의 어림재기 유형 및 전략 분석 (An Analysis on Types and Strategies of Estimation in Measurement in the Textbooks According to 2009 Revised Elementary Mathematics Curriculum)

  • 본 논문에서는 2009 개정 초등학교 수학과 교육과정에 따른 교과서에서 취급하는 어림재기 유형 및 전략을 분석하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로, 차후의 교육과정 및 교과서 개발을 위한 시사점으로 다음 네 가지를 제시한다. 첫째, 교육과정과 교과서에서 어림재기 관련 내용을 일치시키는 것이 필요하다. 2009 개정 교육과정에서는 길이, 들이, 무게, 각도의 어림재기만을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 교과서에서는 시간과 넓이의 어림재기도 취급하고 있다. 둘째, 교과서에서 어림재기 전략을 다양하게 안내할 필요가 있다. 지도서에서는 어림재기 전략으로 참조대상 사용하기 전략, 덩어리로 나누기 전략, 단위로 나누기 전략의 세 가지를 예시하고 있지만, 교과서에서는 그렇지 않다. 셋째, '어림하다'의 의미를 명확히 할 필요가 있다. 교과서에서 '어림하다'가 어림재기의 맥락으로만 사용되는 것이 아니다. 넷째, 교육과정에서 시간, 넓이, 부피의 어림재기의 취급 여부를 명확히 할 필요가 있다.

INDIVIDUAL AND SOCIAL INCENTIVES VERSUS R&D NETWORK RESTRICTION

  • This paper examines individual and social strategies to form profitable cooperation networks. These two types of strategies measure network stability and efficiency that may not meet in a single network. We apply restrictions on knowledge flows (R&D spillovers) and links formation to integrate these benefits into structures that ensure high outcomes for both strategies. The results suggest that linking the spillovers to the firms' positions and restricting cooperation contribute to reducing the conflict between the individual and social strategies in the development of cooperative networks.

TRIZ에서 모순해결전략의 유형 및 적용 (Classifying and Implementing Different Types of Contradiction Resolution Strategies in TRIZ)

  • The study proposes multiple TRIZ contradiction solution strategies for addressing PC (Physical Contradiction) and TC (Technical Contradiction) by implementing TRIZ cause-and-effect tree. The problem associated with TC of the ends is solved by PC of means which employs a causal relationship between causes and effects. The TRIZ contradiction solution strategies demonstrated in this research are classified into 3 types of combined strategy as follows: 1. To-Be PC and AS-Is PC, 2.To-Be PC and As-Is TC, 3.As-Is PC and To-Be TC. The combined strategy of To-Be PC and As-Is PC is similar to a divide-and-conquer technique. This strategy adopts parallel strategies using 4 separation principles in time, in space, between parts and the whole, and upon condition of two reversed-PCs. Moreover, its application elucidates the conflict relationship of two TCs from the study. The integrated 4 separation principles and 40 inventive principles present an effective synergy effect from the combination, and further addresses the problems in the TRIZ contradiction resolution strategies. Combined strategy of To-Be PC and As-Is TC implements the 40 inventive principles that To-Be PC of the means resolves the As-Is TC of the ends. Combined strategy of As-Is PC and To-Be TC also uses inventive principles to the As-Is PC of the means to solve the To-Be TC of the ends. In addition, propositional and logical relationship of necessary and sufficient conditions between TC and PC is used to support the validity of 3 TRIZ contradiction solution strategies. In addition, 3 other strategies of necessary and sufficient conditions validate the contraposition relationship of the truth table. This study discusses TRIZ case studies from National Quality Circle Contest from the years between 2011 and 2014 to provide the usage guidelines of TRIZ contradiction solutions for quality purposes. Examining analysis from the case studies and investigating combined strategies allows the users to obtain comprehensive understanding.
