혁신도시 건설이 자립형 지방화를 통한 국가경쟁력 강화라는 방향성에서 지역전략산업 중심의 연계방안 마련이 핵심적 과제가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 경북 혁신도시를 사례로 혁신도시와 연계한 경북의 지역전략산업 중심의 산학연계 구축방안 모색을 통하여 지역산업 육성전략을 제시하고자 한다. 이전공공기관과 지역산업간 연계분석과 지역전략산업 중심의 혁신도시 연계방안을 제시하였다. 연계방안에서는 경북의 전략 및 선도산업인 전자정보기기, 신소재부품, 생물한방 문화관광, 친환경에너지 등의 산업별 특성에 기반한 클러스터 구축방안을 제시하였다. IT BT산업과 같이 기술발전 속도가 빠른 산업분야의 경우 구미 혁신클러스터 추진단 및 경북지역 주요 혁신지원기관과 연계한 관련 주체간 지리적 인접을 통한 상호 연계협력이 필요하며, 자동차부품 기계 철강산업과 같은 성숙 기술분야는 기존 클러스터의 육성을 위한 교통 물류지원 등 인프라 강화가 핵심과제이다. 경제권의 광역화와 광역클러스터화에 따른 광역경제권 단위의 산업클러스터 육성도 새로운 과제이다.

이 연구는 전략적 인적자원관리가 시큐리티업무 종사자의 직무스트레스와 직업몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 실시되었으며, 이를 위하여 시큐리티업무 종사자를 대상으로 유의표집방법으로 188명의 표본을 추출하고 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하였으며, 자료의 목적에 따라 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 전략적 인적자원관리는 직무스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전략적 인적자원관리는 직업몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무스트레스는 직업몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 전략적 인적자원관리와 직무스트레스 두 요인이 직업몰입에 결정적 요인으로 작용하며, 직무스트레스는 매개변수로 중요한 역할을 수행한다는 것을 의미한다. 결론적으로 각 조직에 필요한 전략적 인적자원관리의 요인을 선택하고 새로운 방안을 개발하여 경쟁력을 갖춘다면 시큐리티산업의 질적 성장에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Even though a systematic sampling approach is very crucial in both the general and detailed investigation phases to produce the best conceptual site model for contaminated sites, the concept is not yet established in South Korea. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued the 'Strategic Sampling Approaches Technical guide' in 2018 to help environmental professionals choose which sampling approaches may be needed and most effective for given site conditions. The EPA guide broadly defines strategic sampling as the application of focused data collection across targeted areas of the conceptual site model (CSM) to provide the appropriate amount and type of information needed for decision-making. These strategic sampling approaches can prevent the essential data from missing, minimize the uncertainty of projects and secure the data which are necessary for the important site-decisions. Furthermore, these provide collaborative data sets through the life cycle phases of projects, which can generate more positive proofs on the site-decisions. The strategic sampling approaches can be divided by site conditions. This technical guide categorized it into eight conditions; High-resolution site characterization in unconsolidated environments, High-resolution site characterization in fractured sedimentary rock environments, Incremental sampling, Contaminant source definition, Passive groundwater sampling, Passive sampling for surface water and sediment, Groundwater to surface water interaction, and Vapor intrusion. This commentary paper introduces specific sampling methods based on site conditions when the strategic sampling approaches are applied.

We propose a multi-strategic concept-spotting approach for robust spoken language understanding of conversational Korean in a hostile recognition environment such as in-car navigation and telebanking services. Our concept-spotting method adopts a partial semantic understanding strategy within a given specific domain since the method tries to directly extract predefined meaning representation slot values from spoken language inputs. In spite of partial understanding, we can efficiently acquire the necessary information to compose interesting applications because the meaning representation slots are properly designed for specific domain-oriented understanding tasks. We also propose a multi-strategic method based on this concept-spotting approach such as a voting method. We present experiments conducted to verify the feasibility of these methods using a variety of spoken Korean data.

Purpose - This study analyzes how Hanssem, which ranks first in domestic market in the furniture industry, responds to the expansion of IKEA, a large overseas furniture maker, and investigates the recent strategic changes of Hanssem and IKEA. Research design, data, and methodology - As a research method, a general method of case studies, literature research, is carried out through academic research results, reports, articles, and statistics. In addition, methods such as field observation and interview with stakeholder were performed to collect in-depth understanding and information about the companies. Results - Along with its core competences, Hanssem has pursued strategic changes to compensate for its weaknesses. IKEA has also used a variety of strategies changes to match the situation in Korea. Conclusion - Both companies have properly balanced localization elements and standardization strategies that value the needs of local consumers. In particular, Hanssem has implemented various strategies based on its core competence in response to IKEA's strategy. In addition, Hanssem and IKEA are actively managing and have good performance not only in Korea but also in foreign markets.

The telecommunications-based information technology and the provision of electronic commerce are broadening possibility of the virtual enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to enhance academic and practical understanding virtual enterprise as one of the most promising new concepts in electronic commerce area. I strive to establish the concept of virtual enterprise as a strategic source of competitive advantage in small & medium business. I analyze several new trends and concepts in strategic business area which will eventually lead small & medium business to the virtual enterprise. It has great potential benefits for small & medium businesses which are placed in difficult circumstances. They must build IT infrastructure and make use of co-sourcing for the utilization of virtual enterprise. This paper also suggests the strategic methods which enable the conventional enterprise to introduce the virtual enterprise.

We present voltage-source inverter for variable speed of washing machine. In the case of previous washing machines only on/off contol of motor was satisfied but these days the desire of customers moves to more silent and energy saving machine. Therefore many white goods manufacturers consider variable driving methods of motor. Nowadays variable speed Induction motors powered by inverters are becoming more and more popular. In this paper the principles of constant V/F control of Induction motor used in washing machine and space vector PWM technique are reviewd. Implementation issues such as command voltage generation, switching pattern determination, speed and power measurement are also presented. Experimental results are included in the end of the paper.

The strategic aims of six sigma in the aspect of business is directly related with the result of the business by the creation of profit. So based on the reformatory strategy of management performed by each organization echelon, the improvement of management by objectives is proceeded actively. This thesis recognizes the need of educational Programme needful in performance of reformatory strategy of six sigma, and concludes the strategic values as the criteria. In audition this thesis presents the strategic tool fundamental to analyse the skills and methods practiced in the designing step of improving programme of results through the research.

Biofilms are aggregates of microorganisms present in a self-produced matrix of extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) adhered to a surface. Formation of a biofilm in the environment on farms and in dairy plants comprises several stages: attachment, growth (development), and detachment. Generally, biofilms are harmful to humans and need to be controlled. Stainless steel (SS) surfaces that are untreated or are scratched comprise substrata that are especially vulnerable to biofilm formation; therefore, SS surfaces should be polished and sanitized. Various approaches are available for the destruction of biofilms; cleaning-in-place (CIP) is the method mainly used in dairy plants. Further study on optimum detergents, cleaning conditions, and methods for this purpose is needed.
