편의점 도서자판기를 활용한 출판문화산업 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study on Vitalization Plans for the Publishing Culture and Industry with a Book Vending Machine at Convenience Stores)

  • 본 연구는 출판문화산업 활성화를 위해 도서자판기를 편의점에 설치하여 유통채널을 확장시키는 방안에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 편의점의 의미와 도서자판기의 개념을 정립한 후 편의점 내 도서자판기 설치 및 운영 필요성을 도출하였다. 편의점 시스템을 이용하여 도서판매의 공정성과 투명성을 제고할 것이며, 출판업계와 편의점업계 사이의 아웃소싱, 소비자를 위한 옴니채널 서비스 확대, 고객 만족도를 높이기 위한 고객 경험가치 제공 등을 추진할 것이다. 도서자판기의 구성은 스마트 도서관 형태의 자판기로 운영하며 키오스크 프로그램에 유니버설 디자인을 적용한다. 이러한 과정을 도식화하였고 실질적인 운영방안을 모색하기 위해 성인 310명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 향후 편의점 도서자판기 설치와 같이 출판물의 판매 및 유통채널을 다변화하는 연구를 통해 출판문화산업 활성화에 따른 국민 1인당 독서량 증가로 국민의 독서환경이 증진될 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다.

일본 프랜차이즈사업 구조 분석을 통한 한국기업의 해외진출 전략에 관한 연구 (A study on the Korean Company's Overseas Expansion Strategy Through Japan Franchise Business Structure Analysis)

  • 프랜차이즈 산업은 우수한 경영 노하우와 기업의 경영자원을 유기적으로 통합하는 지식산업이다. 또한 프랜차이즈 산업은 국가의 경제성장에 지속적으로 기여하는 바가 크고, 기업의 성장에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 프랜차이즈 산업 부문에서 일본 프랜차이즈 산업은 여타 산업에 비해 꾸준한 성장률을 보이고 있으며 장기간 경기 침제에도 불구하고 최근 회복세를 보이는 경향을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 일본 프랜차이즈 산업의 구조분석을 통하여 한국 기업의 프랜차이즈 산업의 해외진출에 대한 전략을 알아보고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 일본의 정체기를 벗어나는데 시발점을 제시한 2009년부터 2010년의 일본 프랜차이즈 체인협회 통계 조사와 각국 프랜차이즈 시스템의 비교 분석을 통하여 일본 프랜차이즈 사업구조와 해외진출 전략을 파악하고 그 연구 결과를 토대로 하여 한국기업의 해외 진출 전략을 수립하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 문헌고찰과 통계분석 결과 업종별 체인수와 점포수, 매출액의 추이를 통해 다음과 같은 4가지 결과를 도출 하였다. 1)서비스를 중점으로 한 프랜차이즈 활성화 방안 마련 2)서비스 프랜차이즈의 흐름으로 고령화, 간병, 건강지향, 유아교육, 미용과 관련된 사업 성장 기대 3) 일본의 문화와 인식의 차이를 고려한 서비스 업종 파악의 증요성 4)서비스 사업의 생산성을 높이는 노력에 대한 필요성으로 정리하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 한국기업은 프랜차이즈 산업의 해외진출 전략 수립에 있어서 일본 프랜차이즈 산업의 제도적 환경과 문화 인식의 차이를 고려하여 전략을 수립해야 한다.

국내 유통진흥정책과 유통조정정책에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Korea Distribution Promotion Policy and Adjustment Policy)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to systematically review the background of the Korean distribution promotion policy and distribution adjustment policies along with related regulations and policies. Research design, data, and methodology - Domestic distribution policy and relevant laws were examined through a review of existing research literature. The results of the development process of the domestic distribution policy, promotion policies, and adjustment policies are summarized below. Results - The results are summarized as follows. First, the purpose of the development of the domestic distribution promotion policy was to strengthen the competitiveness of the small and medium business industry through structural advancement of the small and medium industry. By expanding the managerial base for the small and medium industry, a new balance could be created in the national economy. There was a requirement for an early assistance policy for small and medium businesses as a base of these businesses in the distribution industry developed from their original model of catering to a traditional market of retail shops. Since 1996, there was a need for this early assistance policy due to the expansion and rapid growth of large scale stores causing a change in the consumption pattern for distribution markets and the decline of large enterprises. Second, the government supports small and medium business distribution through distribution promotion policies by supporting an organization promoting small business and supporting innovation in the distribution system. Third, in 1961 a business mediation system was established to protect small and medium industries. The Small and Medium Business Administration advises conglomerates to postpone acquisitions, restrain expansion of the business, or to reduce business scale if small businesses undergo an adverse effect such as decreasing demand because large companies are expanding into their areas. Fourth, the Distribution Adjustment Policy managed large-scale store regulation as follows: ① limitation on construction by urban planning ordinance, ② limitation on location based on traffic impact assessments, ③ regulation based on business guidelines by chiefs of autonomous bodies, ④ regulation on mandatory holidays and limitation of business hours. This large-scale store regulation is a policy introduced by authority to increase competitiveness of small and medium business distribution by the government. Conclusions - As discussed in this study, the distribution promotion policy and distribution adjustment policy are government distribution policies focused on the protection of the small and medium distribution businesses. This study is timely, since it was planned when the strengthening of the revisions of the Distribution Industry Development Act, aimed to protect small and medium retailers and merchants, was under discussion. The significance of this study is that it offers insights for the development of new policies in the future and an opportunity to consider the background of the distribution policy by the government.

SSM 상권내의 업종 비율 변화와 편의점 매출액 변화에 대한 연구 (A Study of Sales Changes of Convenience Stores and Ratio Changes in the Composition of Business Types within Trading Areas of SSM)

  • SSM(Super Supermarket) 출점이 사회적 논쟁이 되고 있고 출점을 저지하기 위한 다양한 규제가 마련되고 있는 중이다. 그러나 SSM 규제의 핵심이 진입제한에 있는바 경쟁 정책적 관점에서 그 타당성을 인정받기는 쉽지 않다. 그렇다면 적어도 보다 거시적 관점 즉 경쟁정책의 범위를 벗어나 사회적 정치적 목적에서 그 타당성을 인정받을 필요가 있을 것이다. 여기서 사회적 정치적 목적의 달성 여부는 '국민경제적 차원'에서 볼 때 규제 타당성이 성립할수 있는 지를 살펴보는 것을 의미한다. 본 논문은 국민경제적 차원을 지역상권의 활성화 차원으로 파악하고 SSM의 출점이 경쟁 소매업체에 대해 미치는 영향이 아닌 지역 상권에 대해 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것으로 연구 목표를 설정하였다. 아울러 본 연구는 이해당사자를 대상으로 한 설문 중심의 연구방법을 활용한 과거 연구의 약점을 일부라도 회피하고자 보다 객관적인 접근을 시도한다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 SSM 상권의 범위인 출점 반경 500m 이내에 위치한 편의점 매출액을 해당상권의 활성화 정도의 지표로 사용하고 이에 대한 업종별 점포비율의 변화, SSM의 출점 여부, 그리고 소매판매지수의 영향력을 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위해 편의점 매출액, 업종별 점포비율, 소매판매지수로 구성된 패널자료를 바탕으로 Swamy(1970)의 확률계수모델을 이용하였다. 그 결과 SSM(기업형 슈퍼마켓)의 출점 여부와 상관없이 편의점의 매출액이 증가하거나 감소하고 있기 때문에 SSM의 영향이 미비하거나 없는 것으로 나타났다. 편의점 매출액의 변화에 영향을 주는 많은 변수 중에서 소매업과 음식업의 경우 소매업 비율은 부의 관계를, 음식업 비율은 정의 관계를 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 소매업의 비율이 감소한다고 해서 상권 전체의 침체를 가져오는 것이 아니라는 주장을 지지하는 것으로 보인다.

소상인 디지털 전환 지원 정책에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Support Policy for Digital Transformation of Small Businesses)

  • Purpose - In this study, we discuss the current status and barriers of digital transformation focused on small businesses. More specifically, this study consists of two studies. The purpose of study 1 is to investigate the effect of digitization of small businesses on the sales of stores and the number of visiting customers. The purpose of Study 2 is to examine the status and obstacles of online channels use by small businesses. Research design, data, and methodology - In Study 1, we will examine the changes in sales and visitor numbers of stores that are rapidly adapting to digital transformation among small business. For this, we utilize the actual situation of store management survey conducted by the Small Enterprise and Market Service. Specifically, multiple regression equations were used to determine whether blogs and online shopping malls were operating, and the proportion of credit cards to sales as independent variables and sales and number of visiting customers as dependent variables. Next, in Study 2, we surveyed the 15 small business owners in the latest survey on the actual situation of store management survey conducted in 2015, and conducted an in-depth interview to examine the barriers to the use of online channels by small business. Results - As a result of study 1, it is found that the small business who run the blogs have higher sales and visits than the small business who do not. However, there is no difference in the sales and the number of visiting customers between the stores that operate the online shopping malls and those that do not. Second, the higher the proportion of credit cards, the higher the sales and the number of visiting customers. In study 2, we analyzed the barriers to the expansion of online channels by in-depth interviews. Interviews show that barriers to access to online channels are limited by search neutrality, high commission burden, and low bargaining power. These problems are caused by the insufficiency of small business compared to online and mobile portal and O2O platform vendors. Conclusions - This study suggests that small business who have difficulty in establishing direct online channels need digital transformation of small business. In addition, when using such an external platform, we have identified the problems that small business face.

친환경 식품 전문점의 점포속성이 지각된 가치와 충성도에 미치는 영향: 배송 서비스의 조절효과 (Effect of Eco-Friendly Food Store Attributes on Perceived Value and Loyalty: Moderating Effect of Delivery Service)

  • Purpose: The online market is growing the most in history due to the expansion of non-face-to-face commerce. In addition, as consumers' interest in health, food safety, and environment increases, interest in and consumption of eco-friendly agricultural products is also increasing. Therefore, in the case of a specialty store that sells eco-friendly organic agricultural products, a marketing strategy that can increase customer loyalty by reflecting these consumer needs is necessary. In this study, the store attributes of eco-friendly food stores are classified into location, assortment, price, quality, and employee service, and the effect of each store attribute on utilitarian and hedonic value is investigated. Research design, data, and methodology: The subjects of this study were customers who visited an eco-friendly food store. Of the 511 survey responses, 311 were used for statistical verification, excluding 200 who had not visited within the last 3 months. For statistical analysis, Smart PLS 3.0 was used, and after checking the validity and reliability of the items, hypothesis testing was performed. Result: As a result of the study, it was found that assortment, quality, and employee service among store attributes had a positive (+) effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Second, location had no significant effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Third, price did not appear to have a positive (+) effect on the utilitarian value, and it was found to have a positive (+) effect on the hedonic value. Fourth, It was investigated whether the presence or absence of delivery service had an effect on store attributes between utilitarian and hedonic value, and it was found that there was a significant effect between employee service and hedonic value. Conclusions: Among eco-friendly food store environment management will be required in order to provide food that meets the tastes and needs of consumers by diversifying the taste, standard, and quality grade of food, and to maintain or improve the quality. In order to unlike other stores, eco-friendly food stores have high price resistance from the point of view of consumers, so it is necessary to diversify promotional media such as YouTube and SNS to raise awareness of eco-friendly organic food.

자사브랜드 부착 소비재 수출 중소기업의 해외진출에 대한 탐색적 사례분석 (An Exploratory Case Study on Consumer-Goods SMEs' Overseas Expansion of Their Own Brands)

  • 본 연구에서는 자사브랜드 소비재 수출 중소기업의 해외진출방식, 자사브랜드 수출 결정요인, 기술역량 및 마케팅 역량, 수출 장벽 및 지원정책 등의 성공적인 해외진출요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자사브랜드로 제품을 수출하고 있는 국내 15개 소비재 중소기업들의 CEO 및 마케팅 담당 임직원을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였다. 분석결과 이들 기업은 틈새시장을 겨냥하여 지속적인 R&D 투자를 통해 품질과 디자인에서 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. 또한 바이어를 발굴하고 해외 유통망을 구축하기 위해 해외법인 설립, 해외전시회 참가, 국내 홈쇼핑업체나 백화점과의 해외 동반진출과 같은 다양한 방법을 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 이들 기업 중 상당수가 해외시장에서의 낮은 브랜드 인지도로 인해 OEM/ODM 수출을 병행하고 있어 브랜드 인지도 제고를 위한 노력이 필요하며, 중소기업들을 대상으로 정부기관들이 시행하고 있는 지원프로그램의 전문성과 신뢰성 또한 개선되어야 한다. 본 연구는 산업재 중소기업들의 해외진출에 편중된 기존 연구들과 달리 자사브랜드를 지닌 소비재 중소기업들의 해외진출에 대한 이해의 초석을 제공하고 이에 대한 정부 지원정책의 방향을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 자사브랜드 소비재 수출 중소기업들의 해외 진출전략 수립에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

국내 패션브랜드의 명품화를 위한 '3.1 필립 림'의 브랜드 특성 분석 (Characteristics Analysis of '3.1 Phillip Lim' Brand in order to Create Korean Luxury Fashion Brands)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide preliminary data on strategies to create a domestic prestige brand based on Korean traditional designs. This study also deals with how to promote this brand around the world. The two points mentioned above will be accomplished by examining the characteristics of the brand '3.1 Phillip Lim' which succeeded in both design and marketing during a short period of time. The method of the study will be followed. Firstly, the basic design and philosophical background of Phillip Lim was investigated, after reviewing the global luxury market and current status of overseas expansion of Korean designers through paper study and antecedent workups. Secondly, for the practical stage, design characteristics and marketing strategies were reviewed with the collections of '3.1 Phillip Lim'. Three factors found in '3.1 Phillip Lim's design success are as follows: First, practical and simple designs using fabrics of high quality. Second, handcraft elements and interesting details that differentiates his design identity. Third, femininity expressed in the feminine silhouette and color. The marketing elements that made '3.1 Phillip Lim' as a successful brand are: First, differentiated positioning as a luxurious contemporary brand. Second, brand promotion through various collaborations. Third, the gradual expansion of women's, men's, kids' apparel to accessory, lingerie and the stable flagship stores. Thus, '3.1 Phillip Lim' has combined modern and classic styles using high quality fabrics and practical designs with unique details. Through it's differentiated marketing strategy targeting New York's market, which prefers popular 'luxury contemporary brand's rather than high-end luxury brands, this brand's creativity and commercial aspects contributed to make '3.1 Phillip Lim' into a luxury brand that represents New York fashion. Korean designers who seek to enter the global fashion industry should consider applying Korean traditional designs on global designs to make favorable products and localize these products according to regional characteristics.

패밀리 레스토랑 운영 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Operational System of Family Restaurants in Korea)

  • The purpose of this was to solve conceptual problems of family restaurant through theoretical approach, to improve problems associated with managing restaurants, and to suggest plans for family restaurant chains. First of all, in order to improve the problems of franchising, the contents of contract were analyzed by showing the examples, and the methods were illustrated to analyze the overall contents. Hereafter, family restaurants will be categorized as either 'Casual Dining' or 'Theme Restaurant', some of the nicknames for family restaurant. However, the fundamental categories will be in accordance with the categories of NRA of the U.S.A. as 'Family Chain Restaurant', 'Grill-Buffet Restaurant' and 'Dinner House'. It is hoped that the future study categorize these three in more details. The problems of restaurant management were considered to be concerned with the owner and the managerial problems. As a way to overcome the problems associated with restaurant chain concept, the importance of manual and food & beverage production, the analysis on different methods of store development, the characteristics of manual, the interested items when filling-out, and the methods were presented. The basic systems of commissary food service were introduced and their effects were presented as well in this study. The stages of store development and the models of expansion were presented for an analysis. The main focus of this study was to grasp the flow of organizational and store expansion by analyzing on-site stores and headquarters office hence find out the reason why the current portion of family restaurant is decreasing and not increasing among dining out industry. Therefore, it has brought a great opportunity to seize the problems of structual systems of family restaurant. A family restaurant is no longer perceived as an ordinary restaurant, yet it represents a whole new cultural environment due to the unique characteristics of family restaurant such as its food culture, protocol, and various shapes and sizes. The researcher of this study extends his wish that the future study reinvestigates differently categorized family restaurant and gives much attention to a systematically independent research subject.

  • This study of bimodal integration management system in conjunction with the tram and the tram cars bimodal integrated management system that occupies a part of the system to perform its role as a bimodal tram vehicle configuration, a device for the vehicle's infrastructure ryureul development and it is aimed to build on the vehicle. Bimodal tram vehicle infrastructure systems, internal and external information of the larger vehicles, and vehicles used to collect information for its own part and the integrated operations management center, or providing partial information from the station and collect/provide for the transfer of information to the communication part consists In this study, the core of these devices, the configuration of the vehicle infrastructure systems for the overall management and control of vehicles operating a computer's central processing device, vehicle infrastructure systems that make it manages and stores all jangchiryu Integrated Operations Management Center is reporting. In addition, seamless integration with operational management center for interactive communication in a vehicle mounted communications devices to maintain the best condition to manage. Current general traffic management system in a similar terminal device being used, but bimodal tram vehicles operating the computer of the vehicle operates the infrastructure to configure the devices around the one to configure the system in terms of step enhanced the active type, the operating terminal unit of inter active type. In this study, considering the future alignment of the accounting fee system, the expansion of the system reliability and stability around the activities that are underway.
