자연어검색시스템을 위한 스태밍알고리즘의 설계 및 구현 (A stemming algorithm for a korean language free-text retrieval system)

  • 본 연구에서는 자연어 검색시스템을 위한 스태밍알고리즘을 설계하고 이를 구현하였다. 알고리즘은 순환적으로 다음과 같은 세가지 과정으로 진행된다. : 불용어사전에 의한 불용어의 제거; 규칙 테이블1의 적용에 따른 기본 어미의 처리; 전단계에서 처리되고 남은 어절에 대해 규칙테이블 2를 적용하여 확장스태밍 및 다시쓰기루틴으로 진행된다. 알고리즘의 성능 평가를 위한 한글문헌집단을 사용하여 테스트한 결과 압축률 21.4%, 오류율 15.9%의 결과를 나타내었다.

  • 침입방지시스템은 네트워크에서 공격 서명을 찾아내어 자동으로 조치를 취하여 비정상적인 트래픽을 중단시키는 보안시스템이다. 수동적인 방어를 하는 침입차단시스템이나 침입탐지시스템과 달리 침입경고 이전에 침입을 중단시키는 개념의 솔루션이다. 침입방지시스템의 보안성 성능은 보안감사, 사용자 데이터 보호, 보안 인증 등에 좌우되며 성능은 탐지시간, 처리량, 공격차단 성능 등에 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 침입방지시스템의 보안성 성능평가를 위한 모델을 구축하기 위해 CC(Common Criteria : ISO/IEC 15408)와 소프트웨어 제품평가에 관한 ISO 국제표준을 근간으로 하여 융합 성능평가 모델을 구성하였다.

  • This paper details the design of a 1,200 V class trench gate field stop IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) with a nano gate structure smaller than 1 um. Decreasing the size is important for lowering the cost and increasing the efficiency of power devices because they are high-voltage switching devices, unlike memory devices. Therefore, in this paper, we used a 2-D device and process simulations to maintain a gate width of less than 1 um, and carried out experiments to determine design and process parameters to optimize the core electrical characteristics, such as breakdown voltage and on-state voltage drop. As a result of these experiments, we obtained a wafer resistivity of $45{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$, a drift layer depth of more than 180 um, an N+ buffer resistivity of 0.08, and an N+ buffer thickness of 0.5 um, which are important for maintaining 1,200 V class IGBTs. Specially, it is more important to optimize the resistivity of the wafer than the depth of the drift layer to maintain a high breakdown voltage for these devices.

차량 윈도우 리프트 음질 고급감 향상을 위한 음질 지수 제작 및 개선에의 응용 (The Development and Application of Sound Quality Index for the Improving Luxury Sound Quality of Road Vehicle Power Window System)

  • With the increasing the importance of emotional quality of vehicle, the sound quality of systems with electric motor components has become increasingly important. Electric motors are used for windows, seats, sun roof, mirrors, steering columns, windshield wiper and climate control blowers, etc. In this paper, a study was conducted to identify sound quality factors that contribute to customer's satisfaction and preference of the window lift system. Jury test for subjective evaluation was carried out and sound quality index was developed. Averaged sound pressure level and sharpness were significant factors when glass moves down. Also, maximum loudness at stop section and averaged loudness were significant factor when glass moves up. Next, noise source identification was carried out using beam forming method during glass transferred section and impulsive noise at stop section. Several improvement methods were applied using the source identification result. And finally, the degree of sound quality improvement was judged using sound quality index.

  • 본 연구에서는 한국 온라인 게임 콘텐츠 시장에 대해 장르적 구분에 의거한 경쟁 구조를 가정하고, 장르에 따라 분류된 하부시장 내에서 각각 다르게 나타나는 경쟁 유형을 분석하였다. 먼저 장르별 1, 2위 게임 콘텐츠들의 시장지배력을 분석하기 위하여, 장르 내에서의 플레이타임 점유율과 표준편차 통계량을 활용하여, 장르별 ANOVA분석 및 Cluster 분석을 수행하였다. ANOVA 분석 결과에 따르면, 장르별 1위 게임의 점유율에서 'FPS/레이싱 > RTS/스포츠 > 포커 > 고스톱 > RPG > 아케이드 > 보드'의 관계가 있었고, 1위와 2위 게임의 플레이타임 합계 점유율에서는, 'RTS > FPS/레이싱 > 스포츠 > RPG > 고스톱 > 포커 > 아케이드 > 보드'의 관계가 확인되었다. 그 밖에 Cluster 분석에서는 시장지배적 성향의 강한 정도와 그 변동성이 유사한 수준에 있는 장르들의 군집을 구분하여 제시하였다.

Inter-speaker and intra-speaker variability on sound change in contemporary Korean

  • Besides their effect on the f0 contour of the following vowel, Korean stops are undergoing a sound change in which a partial or complete consonantal merger on voice onset time (VOT) is taking place between aspirated and lax stops. Many previous studies on sound change have mainly focused on group-normative effects, that is, effects that are representative of the population as a whole. Few systematic quantitative studies of change in adult individuals have been carried out. The current study examines whether the sound change holds for individual speakers. It focuses on inter-speaker and intra-speaker variability on sound change in contemporary Korean. Speech data were collected for thirteen Seoul Korean speakers studying abroad in America. In order to minimize the possible effects of speech production, socio-phonetic factors such as age, gender, dialect, speech rate, and L2 exposure period were controlled when recruiting participants. The results showed that, for nine out of thirteen speakers, the consonantal merger is taking place between the aspirated and lax stop in terms of VOT. There were also intra-speaker variations on the merger in three aspects: First, is the consonantal (VOT) merger between the two stops is in progress or not? Second, are VOTs for aspirated stops getting shorter or not (i.e., the aspirated-shortening process)? Third, are VOTs for lax stops getting longer or not (i.e., the lax-lengthening process)? The results of remarkable inter-speaker and intra-speaker variability indicate a synchronous speech sound change of the stop system in contemporary Korean. Some speakers are early adopters or active propagators of sound change whereas others are not. Further study is necessary to see whether the inter-speaker differences exceed intra-speaker differences in sound change.

건축재료 연소생성물에 포함된 입자상 물질의 위험성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Risk of Particulate Materials Included in the Combustion Products of Building Materials)

  • 본 연구에서는 입자상 물질의 유해성을 포함하는 연소생성물 독성평가 기법의 개발을 위한 선행 연구로써, 입자상 물질의 위험성을 확인하기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 실험은 동일 시료의 가스유해성 시험을 통하여 교반상자와 피검상자 사이 Membrane 필터 설치 유무에 따른 평균행동정지시간의 변화를 분석함으로써, 연소생성물 중 입자상 물질을 필터링하여 노출시킨 경우와 입자상 물질을 포함한 연소생성물을 노출시킨 경우의 시험 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 시험결과 필터 장착 시 실험용 쥐의 평균행동 정지시간이 목재 시료의 경우 최대 264% 증가하였으며, 우레탄 시료의 경우 최대 179% 증가함을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 입자상 물질의 유해성 및 이에 대한 정량적 독성평가의 필요성을 확인하였다.

CA모형을 이용한 단기 구간통행시간 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on Link Travel Time Prediction by Short Term Simulation Based on CA)

  • 본 연구는 $\circled1$Cellular Automata(이하 CA)모형을 기반으로 대규모 네트워크에 적용 가능한 보다 현실적인 CA차량모형 구축. $\circled2$구축된 CA차량모형을 이용한 차량 모의실험기의 개발과 개발된 차량 모의실험기를 이용한 단기링크통행시간 예측으로 구성된다. 구축된 CA차량추종모형은 기존의 CA차량추종모형 보다 현실적으로 감속을 통한 정지과정을 설명하면서 거시적 지표인 교통량-밀도-속도관계를 설명하였다. 또한 링크의 유출교통량(Outflow)을 제어하기 위한 차량의 링크전이모형은 기존의 차량 링크전이모형에 비하여 보다 안정된 대기차량을 형성하였다. 단기링크통행시간 예측을 위한 차량모의실험기는 대규모 가로망에 적용이 가능하도록 차량묶음(Packet, 이하차량묶음)방식과 링크기반 모의실험방식으로 컴퓨터의 연산 수행속도 및 메모리를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있었으며, 기존의 시계열자료 예측기법에서 고려할 수 없었던 차량의 행태 및 링크 상에서 발생하는 이동류 과포화, 뒷막힘현상 등의 메커니즘을 고려함으로서 기존 시계열자료 예측기법에 비하여 우수한 예측력을 보였다.

의류제품의 생산성 향상을 위한 방법 및 작업측정에 관한 연구-MTM법을 중심으로- (A Study on the Method and Work Measurement for Productivity Improvement of Clothing Products-With concentration in MTM Analysis-)

  • The purpose of this study was to improve productivity for maximum effects with the present equipments and staff. This study compared and analyzed the mea-sured time by using stop watch method and MTM, which was the new measuring method. The flow and results of this study were as follows: 1. This study investigated the theoretical background the efficiency for production management, and the way of productivity improvement through documentary research. 2. Setting up the standard flow on the experi-mental company production, making out a process chart and measuring the actual working hour. 3. The study measured the allowance time applying work sampling. 4. Each process of the movement analysis was filmed by video to use basic data. 5. MTM analysis was taken by choosing 10 processes from front bodice according to the basic movement of MTM. Through the results, this study exclude unneccesary movements and suggest a method for working ways. 6. Using the actual working hour measured by a stop watch calculated the pitch time and presumed the amount of daily productivity. 7. The result of the work sampling came out as 38% of allowance rate. It was 13% higher than the standard amount of woman's jacket allowance rate, which was 25%. The most influencing factor was work discussion. That was because there were commuication problem of the work way between the operator and leader. More adequate use of flow table and level passing table was needed. There were the problems that inappropriate places and sizes made the distance of movements longer and often needed more adjustment of works and surroundings. To prevent breakdowns equipments check ups were necessary before works. 8. The results of MTM analysis were as follow : the time was reduced 40% than the actual measured time by a stop watch. This was because the leveling of the operator was included in the real calculation. Also, leveling was included in MTM analysis and all the conditions were standarized. Therefore MTM method was a scientidic measuring way of establishing the standard time. The presented method of this study, suggested an ideal method eliminating unneccesary motions, and presented standardization of works. Improvement of working methods, work condition and simplifying motions in each 10 processes reduced the working time from total 656 seconds to 301 seconds. 9. The way and time of working was linked together in the MTM analysis methods. Thus data from MTM help suggest not only establishing standard time but also establishing stan-dard work. Plus it includes various ability for improvements of working ways. So it is an objective method which can be widely used in other work studies. 10. The function of a time study is to determine the amount of work produced with a given method. The work rate is used to establish the cost of labor. The wage of worker must be calculated per unit time which is deter-mined before the time study is made. This study tried to introduce the incentive rule for deciding wages according to the standard time by MTM method.

철도신호시스템 중첩운영으로 인한 전자파장해현상 분석 및 대책 (Analysis of EMI Between Overlapped Railway Signalling Systems and Its Countermeasure)

  • ATS(Automatic Train Stop) system makes train stop when it runs over the speed limit and ensure the safe operation of train. Seoul Metro line 2 in Korea, which started its passenger service in 1982, has adopted ATS system for its signaling system. The ATS system has only a train stop function at the time of emergency, and Seoul Metro is planning to replaced them with ATC(Automatic Train Control)/ATO(Automatic Train Operation) system which can provide the dedicated speed control for headway reduction and automatic operation of train. Until all the ATS system is replaced with the new ATC system, both systems are to operate simultaneously at the same metro line. In this situation, ATS system sometimes reveals improper operation: train stops suddenly without any obstacles in front of it. These emergency stops cause interruption of passenger service, and abnormal abrasion of wheels and rail. This paper makes it clear that these interruptions are caused by EMI phenomena between ATS on-board device and ATC wayside device : Signal current flowing in AF track circuit of ATC is turn out to be a EMI source that prevent normal operation of the ATS on-board device. Although the two systems have different frequency-ranges (ATS system has frequency range between $78{\sim}130$[kHz] and ATC system has frequency range between $9.5{\sim}16.5$[kHz]), it turned out that EMI phenomena appears between the both systems. This is investigated by measuring the output signal from ATS on-board device passing over ATC wayside device. The FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) analysis of the signal reveals that AF track circuit signal is transmitted to the ATS on-board device and induce noise causing improper operation. The countermeasures to the EMI phenomena are examined in three ways; blocking EMI transmission, enforcement of EMS (Electromagnetic Susceptibility) of ATS on-board device, and blocking the EMI source. It is suggested that the practical solution be blocking EMI source temporarily, that is breaking AF track circuit signal when the trains with ATS on-board device pass over it. To this purpose, TODS(Train Occupation Detection System) is developed, and has made a success in preventing the EMI problem of Seoul Metro line 2.
