The article discusses the features of adaptation of the parameters of the physical layer of data transmission in self-organizing networks based on unmanned aerial vehicles operating in the conditions of "smart cities". The concept of cities of this type is defined, the historical path of formation, the current state and prospects for further development in the aspect of transition to "smart cities" of the third generation are shown. Cities of this type are aimed at providing more comfortable and safe living conditions for citizens and autonomous automated work of all components of the urban economy. The perspective of the development of urban mobile automated technical means of infocommunications is shown, one of the leading directions of which is the creation and active use of wireless self-organizing networks based on unmanned aerial vehicles. The advantages of using small-sized unmanned aerial vehicles for organizing networks of this type are considered, as well as the range of tasks to be solved in the conditions of modern "smart cities". It is shown that for the transition to self-organizing networks in the conditions of "smart cities" of the third generation, it is necessary to ensure the adaptation of various levels of OSI network models to dynamically changing operating conditions, which is especially important for the physical layer. To maintain an acceptable level of the value of the bit error probability when transmitting command and telemetry data, it is proposed to adaptively change the coding rate depending on the signal-to-noise ratio at the receiver input (or on the number of channel decoder errors), and when transmitting payload data, it is also proposed to adaptively change the coding rate together with the choice of modulation methods that differ in energy and spectral efficiency. As options for the practical implementation of these solutions, it is proposed to use an approach based on the principles of neuro-fuzzy control, for which examples of determining the boundaries of theoretically achievable efficiency are given.

Previous studies have focused on service quality by examining customer satisfaction and retention. Little, if any work has been conducted exploring the emotional state of customers and that state in con-nection to perceived service quality. The objective of this study was to explore and determine how a customer's emotions perceive and respond to service quality within family restaurants. It was found that within a positive emotional field, product and personal service quality showed a high correlation to the positive image while customers experiencing negative emotions had the perception of poorer product and personal service quality as well as a worse impression of cleanliness. Cleanliness was not connected to the issue of customer satisfaction but each of these three factors, whether positive or negative, led to the creation and mediation of an image which in itself directly resulted in customer satisfaction. Customer emotional fields are not merely the by-product of quality issues, or satisfaction but in fact the foundation by which all other factors must be considered and analyzed. Family restaurateurs need to focus on the customer's emotional well-being to create customer satisfaction.

This study aimed to develop organic design and propose references on an origin and developing factors of the organic design as looking into previous researches on furniture design. Expressive features with curves observed in the furniture design have been interpreted as organic meanings, and the study also approached grounds for the organic design elements while talking about developments of new materials and digital technology. In addition, the study presented a possibility explaining that these organic design elements might have been derived and developed from Art Nouveau. State-of-the art technology of the digital era in the 21st century has been built upon more creative concepts, and as this technology gets combined with the digital technology, it is, now, changing but also improving both morphological aspects and design methodologies. In the midst of this change, when it comes to factors to develop the organic design, creation of various new materials and state-of-the art digital technology are considered to be immediate factors to changes in the design. As morphological thinking using digital media develops, geometric thinking and such form are realized which eventually would lead us to furniture design of a new concept.

Shiwha Lake is an excellent example of a body of water restored from a state of heavy pollution to a cleaner and more ecological state. This paper will explore techniques and methods available to landscape planning for the creation of new migratory birds habitats in Shiwha Lake. Because Shiwha lake is located adjacent to a new industrial site on reclaimed land, any planning effort aimed at restoring bird habitats must carefully consider the existing context. This plan had 3 goals; (1) to restore the coastal environment, (2) to create a habitat for migratory birds, and (3) to administer environmental education programs. To achieve these goals, several objectives were determined and planning criteria were proposed for topology, water environment(fresh, brackish and salt water swamps), zoning(for experts and general visitors), circulations, planting and mounding. The flora and fauna of the site was surveyed, and 5 alternatives were suggested and compared in several aspects. Planting species were carefully selected considering target birds and habitat requirements. In order to increase bio-diversity of the site, the plan proposed multi-staired mounds and extensive drainage systems. Bird watching facilities with natural materials, and the remote observing system using CCTV and the internet were some of the ecological techniques recommended by the plan. The bird watching trails are divided into two different zones for experts and general visitors.

The key challenges and problematic aspects of the formation of intellectually and innovation-oriented strategies of regional entities at the present stage of their development are considered. The main tasks that arise in the process of strategizing the potential-forming development of regional economic systems in the context of digitalization are identified. The list of key organizational and economic directions of strategic character of providing intellectual and innovative development of regional economic systems is formed, which includes clustering of centers of high-tech development of regions, creation of creative hubs, development of knowledge infrastructure and improvement of interregional cooperation; a brief description of each of the presented strategic organizational and economic directions is given. Based on the analysis, the key strategic guidelines for the development of regional economic entities in the context of digitalization under the influence of potential-forming determinants, which form the content basis for further processes of strategizing qualitative aspects of development of specific regional entities.

An issue of security and threat is urgent as well as it concerns everyone: a person, community, state, etc. Today, the question of cybersecurity has become especially relevant due to general digitalization and the spread of the cyberculture. In terms of it, the growing popularity of videogames can be observed. Their impact on society differs significantly, therefore, it needs thorough consideration. The purpose of the article is to disclose the role of videogames in cybersecurity. To achieve the stated purpose, such methods as analysis, synthesis, systematization and practical involvement of videogames have been used. As a result, three levels of possible threat of videogames has been distinguished: videogames as a possibly dangerous software, as a tool of propaganda and spread of stereotypes, as a space for the creation of virtual communities. In conclusion, it is stated that videogames can be not only a threat, but also a tool for strengthening the cybersecurity.

Every country has a dark history in the process of transition to a modern state. Many countries have until the 21st century, especially in East Asia, colonialism, has experienced conflict influenced, racial discrimination, the trauma of such massacre. Such a dark history in many countries are also still in progress. Dark History of China, which maintains the proletarian dictatorship is the 'Cultural Revolution(Wenhua da Geming)'. 'Cultural Revolution' is neither the outer aspect of the ideological struggle, but in fact it was not even class struggle ideology and class struggle. Put an end to the feudal intellectuals in China in the course of the tragedy stood and lead to build a new China suffered the humiliation of being betrayed from state power. Chinese writers after the 'Cultural Revolution' ended, was created in the process of creation reflects the tragedy of the 'Cultural Revolution' in the country(national memory) is suffering from the pain and suffering the same growth process as it saw this novel growth experienced in the personal growth process. "Road leaving at 18 years" of WiHua has ruled out the pain of growing national attention wholly to personal growth and pain. Such "Road leaving at 18 years" in the sense suggests the possibility of a typical growth story in China Contemporary Literature.

The value embodied by "Ascending to Heaven and Being an Immortal" (Yuhua Dengxian in Chinese) implies the core gist of Daoist culture as well as its ultimate value. From the perspective of Philology, each word, "Yu", "Hua", "Deng", and "Xian" benefits us through a philosophy of life, learning skills, the pursuit of the mysteries of Daoist immortality, and the ways of life characteristics and spiritual transcendence. "To become an immortal" is becoming adept at life. "Yuhua" refers to learning transcendental skills, and "Deng" expresses the promotion of life. "Ascending to Heaven and Becoming an Immortal" integrates the goal- oriented values of Daoist Culture, learning transcendental skills, and the state of being alive into a unified whole. Namely, it is the perfect combination of an adept's supreme pursuit of value and zenith of life. By way of contrast, in Daesoon Jinrihoe, the concepts of "Daesoon" and "Perfected Unification with the Dao" not only advocate "physical and mental transformation" and "spiritual development" for Dao cohorts, but also personal cultivation and service to society, and participation in "The Creation of an Earthly Paradise." These are unified under the ideal humanistic value of "the earthly paradise of the Later World."

Evaluating infrastructure's impact on social equity is an emerging area of research in transportation construction engineering. Transportation agencies have been trying to include sustainable development. The three components of sustainable development are environmental protection, social equity, and economic development. Although social equity is one of the essential components of sustainable development, most transportation agencies do not consider this component. The research publications in this area are limited. The principal objective of this study is to synthesize existing studies related to the impact of transportation infrastructures on social equity. This study will also identify social equity indicators, the correlation between social equity and transportation infrastructures and their services, and the impact of transportation infrastructures' on social equity. In addition, this study will identify current issues of social equity and will provide some recommendations. This synthesis study revealed that transportation infrastructures impacted social equity in various ways. Some effects are positive, such as new job creation on the market. Other effects are adverse, such as diminishing socio-economic and environmental degradation. Studies also showed that the current practices evaluated infrastructures' impact on a case-by-case basis. The authors recommend adopting a multi-disciplinary holistic for assessing infrastructure's effects on social equity. The multi-disciplinary fields of study include civil engineers, construction engineers/managers, public policy researchers, environmentalists, and social scientists.

This paper proposes the creation scheme of a threat map for robot global path planning. The threat map was generated using neural network theory by analyzing the robot's armament state and the menace information of an enemy or obstacle. In addition, the performance of the suggested method was verified using the compared result of the damage amount and existing robot path data.
